Franklin County Limiting Food Establishments To Carryout, Delivery

The Franklin County Commission has voted to limit all restaurants and bars to carry out and delivery.
It goes into effect midnight on Wednesday, March 18 until noon on April 17.
This mandate includes businesses with on-site consumption of food or alcohol.
The announcement was made Tuesday afternoon in a joint press conference with officials from the city of St. Louis, St. Louis, St. Charles and Franklin counties.
