The Franklin County Commission has passed a mask mandate in response to the continued spread of COVID-19.

Franklin County reported 16 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, raising the total to 1,195.

The positivity rate is 4.99 percent and over the last 14 days, it is 8 percent.
