Franklin County Numbers Unchanged For Second Straight Day

Franklin County said Friday morning there are no changes to its COVID-19 numbers.
There are still 14 active cases with nine in skilled nursing facilities and five residing elsewhere.
There have been 109 recoveries.
Since March 23 there have been 139 cases in Franklin County with 16 deaths.
