Two New Haven Residents Among 12 Recoveries

Two New Haven residents are among the 12 new COVID-19 recoveries.
Franklin County said recoveries outnumbered new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday.
There were nine new cases and 12 recoveries, dropping the number of active cases to 110.
Franklin County has recorded 326 cases since March 23 with 198 recoveries and 18 deaths.
