Provider Fails To Meet 80 Percent Rule

Seventeen city employees will be seeing a rebate check from Anthem, the city’s health insurance carrier, because Anthem didn’t spend enough on health care in 2017.

Each employee will get $356.90 as their share of the $6,067.30 in Medical Loss Ratio rebates received by the city
