BLUES HOG’S TIM SCHEER wins World Championship BBQ in Pork Shoulder at Memphis in May International BBQ Festival. Also pictured is good friend and fellow competitor Brad Leighninger. The Memphis in May Festival is an annual event where the competitors come from the US and around the world to compete in the various categories for Pork, Beef, Poultry, Seafood and Sauces. This is a very prestigious win for Blues Hog of Washington, MO.
