Highway 100 Bridge Now Open Again

Between New Haven, Hermann
The Missouri Highway 100 bridge over Little Berger Creek was slated to reopen last Friday, a Missouri Department of Transportation official said.
The bridge, located in Gasconade County about 10 miles west of New Haven, had been closed since June 12. The old bridge was built in 1933 and had to be replaced.
The closing complicated travel between New Haven and Hermann, forcing westbound motorists to take a lengthy 14-mile detour down Highway Z to Highway 19, then north to Hermann. Or they could take Highway Z to Highway H to save a few miles.
