Maupin Phase 2 Right-of-Way Acquisition 40 Percent Complete

Work on obtaining construction and sidewalk easements for the Maupin Phase 2 street reconstruction project is 40 percent complete, and affected property owners are being urged to sign theirs over.
Right-of-way consultant Bill Hampton said he is available to talk to residents at their convenience about donating easements, even on weekends.
“I would like to have it done in the next couple of months,” he said. “I would like to speak to everybody, if that’s at all possible, by the end of August. That should give us enough time to work out any other details and wrap it up by the end of September.”
