Menke Tops Otten In Ward 1 Race

Brenda Menke defeated Ward 1 Alderman Tim Otten by a 125-67 count on Tuesday in the New Haven municipal election.

Otten was an incumbent of four years.

In Ward 2, Brad Zobrist was unopposed and received 139 votes.

In the Franklin County R-2 school board race, Nathan Parmentier and Christine Groppe received the most votes, with 86 and 75, respectively.

Heidi Groner had 67 votes.

In Berger, Harold Englert was unopposed for mayor and Daren Stenstrud was unopposed in Ward 2.

There were 10 write-in votes in Ward 1.

Those have not been revealed yet.
