New Library Dedicated

A grand opening and dedication ceremony at the newly-opened New Haven branch of the Scenic Regional Library on Saturday celebrated the success of an effort that began with an election four years ago.

Speakers talked about the local library’s history, dating back to 1937, and its bright future following the completion of a new $1.6 million facility on Douglas Street.
