St. Clair Man Arrested In Sullivan For Possession Of A Controlled Substance

On June 29, 2017 Franklin County Narcotics Detectives and the Sullivan Police was conducting an investigation in the 600 block of the North Service Road, Sullivan, Mo.
Detectives made contact with a white male that was acting suspicious; as they contacted the male they observed a hypodermic needle sticking out of his front pocket.
Upon further investigation Franklin County Detectives located two baggies of suspected methamphetamine.
The suspect was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with bond being set at $25,000. The suspect is identified as Timothy Spoon a 40 year old male from St. Clair, Mo.
