Train Hits Car Stuck on Tracks

No one was injured Thursday night when a car became stuck on the Missouri Pacific railroad tracks down and was struck by a train.
The three occupants of the car—identified as Heather Merkel, 44, of New Haven; Joseph Jenkins, 48 of Union; and Robert Ashbridge, 24, of Belgrade—exited the car when they heard the train approaching.
