Entertain at Bluegrass Festival

Woodshine, a high energy bluegrass band with Washington and New Haven roots, had the afternoon crowd tapping their feet at the New Haven Music Fest held Saturday at Cedar Creek. The festival featured 11 bands playing from 1 p.m. to almost midnight. Woodshine members include brothers Alex and Erik Ferguson, left, on mandolin and upright bass and Matt Diener on guitar.
