Selma ‘Sally’ Bonnarens

Selma "Sally" Bonnarens, 81, of New Haven, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018 at the New Haven Care Center.

Sally was born in Berger, Missouri on July 6, 1936, the daughter of the late Herman & Louise (Meyer) Scheible.

She was the wife of the late Robert "Bob" Bonnarens. They were married June 14, 1958 at St. Ann's Church, Clover Bottom.

Selma is survived by a son Randy Bonnarens & wife Mary, of New Haven, a daughter Kathy Vandegriffe & husband Kevin of New Haven, five grandchildren, Shane, Colter, Ava, Ella and Iris, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Bob, a son Timothy, by four brother and four sisters.

She was a member of St. Peter's U.C.C. in New Haven. Selma was an assembly line worker at Deb Shoe Factory for many years, as well as a homemaker.

Visitation was held Sunday, February 25 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home in New Haven .

Funeral services was held at St. Peters U.C.C,. in New Haven at 11 a.m. on Monday February 26, with the Rev. David Poe Officiating.

Burial will be in the New Haven Cemetery.
