Four New Cases, Three Recoveries Reported In Franklin County

Four new cases of COVID-19 and three more recoveries have been reported in Franklin County.

Three of the new cases are in a residential care facility and one is a result of exposure to an existing case, according to Presiding Commissioner Tim Brinker.

Overall there are 92 cases and still seven deaths.
