Marilyn Minnie Landolt

Marilyn Minnie Landolt, 94, of Hermann, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Stonebridge, Hermann.

Marilyn was born on a farm 6 miles west of  Hermann, Missouri on March 6, 1930, the daughter of  Alma A. (Graupner) and Gilbert H. Schneider. Marilyn attended First Creek School and graduated from Hermann High School in 1947. 

She was united in marriage to  Bernard G. (Bernie) Landolt on August 1st, 1953 at St. George Church, Hermann, Mo. Bernie preceded her in death on March 16, 1998.

Marilyn was a member of St. George Church, and the Hermann V.F.W. Auxiliary. She was also a past member of the Loutre Shore County Club.  Before her retirement she was employed by Stone Hill Wine Co. for 22 years, of which  the last 12 years she was the manager of Stone Hill II at New Florence, MO. Marilyn enjoyed flower gardening, reading, golfing, playing cards with her friends and spending time with her family.

Marilyn is survived by one daughter, Jill Winkelmann, and husband Mark of Starkenburg, two sons, Timothy Landolt and wife Julie of Tallahasse, Florida and Mark Landolt and wife Cathy of Marine, Illinois, 6 grandchildren Michael & wife Jennifer Winkelmann,  Katy Winkelmann,  Blake Winkelmann and wife  Erin, Jessica Landolt, Cassandra and husband Travis Hardy, Ciera and husband Ethan Field and 9 great- grandchildren, Jacob, Braden, Grant, Case, Collins, Evan, Sage, Jude and Jovi.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bernie, and by two brothers, Kenneth and Maldon Schneider.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 17th, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday, June 18th,  at St. George Church, Hermann, Missouri, at 10:00 a.m. with Father Father Bill Debo officiating. 

Interment will follow at  St. George Cemetery.  The family requests memorials be given to St. George School or the Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer.
