Post 366 Wraps Up Season At Districts

New Haven Post 366 capped off its season at districts this past weekend. On Saturday, July 6, they fell 12-2 to St. Peters and 5-2 to Wentzville the day after.

St. Peters Post 313

New Haven stacked up six hits, four walks and two runs on 21 batting appearances against St. Peters Post 313.

Evan Scheer and James Orf were New Haven’s only scorers. They both also recorded a hit each.

Carter Humphrey made a team-high two hits.

Anthony Groner and Weston Hecktor both tallied a hit and a walk.

Ayden Keen and Brady Traub both took a walk.

Traub was New Haven’s starting pitcher and struck out three batters. He gave up seven hits, five earned runs and three walks.

Andrew Gildehaus was the last to take the mound for Post 366. He hurled a strikeout while surrendering six earned runs, six hits and two walks.

Wentzville Post 323

Post 366 posted six hits, two runs and 2 RBIs on 27 at-bats against Wentzville Post 323.

A. Gildehaus logged two hits and a run.

Landen Gildehaus also made it home and landed a hit.

Humphrey captured two hits and an RBI.

Luke Diener brought in an RBI and a hit.

Scheer started on the mound for New Haven and threw a strikeout. He allowed four hits, three walks and two earned runs.

Humphrey came in for relief during the bottom of the 5th. He struck out a batter and gave up a hit and a run.
