Dolores Jane (Smith) DeWalt

Dolores Jane (Smith) DeWalt passed away on April 25, 2019. She was born to the late Raleigh and Irene Smith of St. Louis on March 14, 1945. She was the beloved bride of Stuard E. DeWalt. They were joined in marriage on February 15, 1969.
Dolores is survived by her husband Stuard; two children, Tad DeWalt and his wife Glenda of New Haven and Jennifer Jacobs and her husband Greg of Freedom, MO; and a grandson, Harley DeWalt, of New Haven.
Dolores enjoyed quilting, needlepoint, ceramics, music, dancing and life. Her greatest love was for her grandson, Harley. She was loved and respected by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, please consider a gift in Dolores’ name to the New Haven Care Center.
