Zork, Donald G., of St. Louis, MO and New Haven, MO entered into rest February 9, 2024 at the age of 93. Preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Hazel Zork, dear brother Warren Zork and sister-in-law Shirley Anne Zork. Survived by his beloved wife Shirley Dee Zork (nee Kershner) for nearly 65 years.

Donald proudly served his country in the Korean War as a compact engineer and then began his career at Stix Baer & Fuller.  After SB&F he was employed by Famous Barr/the May Company for 35 years as VP of Home Furnishings.  Donald traveled the world and mentored many colleagues.  His vision and attention to every detail made his display rooms magnificent and his homes were masterpieces of architecture, décor, landscape, and flowers. Donald looked forward to all the road trips Shirley planned and loved all the antique shops they visited. He cherished his time with Shirley and friends in the country and enjoyed attending events at the Muny and Fox Theatre.  Donald had a big heart and would help anyone in need.

Graveside Services at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Friday March 8 at 10:00 am (Please meet at Sylvan Springs Park corners of Sheridan Rd. and Boundary Rd at 9:45am to process into Cemetery). A Celebration of Life will follow at 11:30 am at the Church of the Open Word Garden Chapel, 1040 Dautel Lane, St. Louis, MO 63146.
