Minerva M. Hoemann, 89, of New Haven, MO, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Mercy Hospital, Washington, Missouri.

Minerva was born in Berger, Missouri on September 23, 1932, the daughter of the late Henry & Lorene (Kropp) Juedemann.

Minerva was united in marriage to  Vernon H. Hoemann on October 8, 1950, at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, New Haven.  Vernon preceded her in death on October 11, 2017.

Minerva was a member of St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, New Haven, Missouri. She worked at Cedar Creek and Langenberg Hat Factory.

Minerva is survived by four daughters, Kathryn Straub & husband Charles, of New Haven, Missouri; Donna Wolfe & husband Virgil, of New Haven, Missouri; Linda Angell & husband Steve, of New Haven, Missouri; and Carrie Eggers & husband James, of New Haven, Missouri; six grandchildren, Amy Ruediger and husband Bryan, of New Haven, Missouri; Jaime Hoener & husband Josh, of New Haven, Missouri; Kyle Wolfe & wife Erica, of Washington, Missouri; Mandy Seitter & husband Chad, of New Haven; Missouri; Brent Eggers & wife Brooke, of New Haven, Missouri; and Blake Eggers, of New Haven, Missouri and 13 great grandchildren.  

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, by two brothers, Merwin & Rafael Juedemann and a granddaughter, Leisha Angell Ryno.

Visitation was held Tuesday, January 18 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, New Haven, with Rev. Paul Schwartzkopf officiating.

Burial was at St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Haven, Missouri.

Memorials may be given to St. Peter’s U.C.C. or New Haven Care Center. C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
