Spraying Begins

FARMERS HAVE STARTED SPRAYING for wheat and alfalfa and planting corn and soybeans these past couple of weeks. Backes and Toelke’s Kris Slocum would like to remind everyone to watch out for the large equipment traversing the local roads. Trying to pass can cause accidents. Slocum asks that drivers be patient while the farmer is on the road. They are trying to be as efficient as possible using the roads.
