Elisha And Natalie Hoerstkamp - Like Mother, Like Daughter

Elisha Hoerstkamp projects the warmth and optimism that embodies the New Haven community. Her outgoing spirit made it a natural fit for her to be in sales. About 20 years ago, Elisha started into selling real estate for a brokerage out of Union. She then determined that New Haven deserved its own real estate company and so she opened ReMax in 2005 and added some agents. After meeting several builders and developers over the years, Elisha began working with a developer from Northern Star Homes to put together several projects in the Washington area. Elisha is also working with some folks in New Haven to put together a development in Stonehurst by Dollar General. They are watching and waiting for costs to stabilize on construction supplies to make it economically feasible to proceed with new development. Elisha’s daughter, Natalie has been surrounded by her mother’s enthusiasm for real estate and has set goals for her future self. She is working with her mom on the most current development project in Washington as an internship. Natalie then plans to go to Mizzou and eventually study law with the idea of opening her own practice in New Haven as an estate planning attorney. She sees real estate transaction and ownership laws as piggy backing onto her financial planning business. With connections she has made with helping her mom, Natalie is building more connections and future business through other real estate agents and community leaders, and creating trust with her future customers in the New Haven Community.
