American League Baseball Starts The Season With A Win And A Loss Versus Rhineland

The New Haven American Legion started its season with two games against Rhineland. Rhineland won the first game 5-0 and New Haven won the second game 7-2. August Panhorst and Owen Borcherding pitched the first game, and Blaine Downey pitched the second game.

The next game is scheduled for Wednesday, June 9 versus Rhineland in Hermann at 8 p.m.
