Boys Basketball Makes Mark At Show-Me State

A New Haven boys basketball team of 6th-8th graders recently competed at the Show-Me State Games. The Olympic-style event was held at the Rock Quarry Center in Columbia from July 26-28. It featured thousands of athletes and over forty sports.
The boys finished third place in Pool B of the recreational 8th-grade division. Their roster included Drew and Landen Gildehaus, Carter Bates, Easton Bailey, Matthew and Ben Gilbert, Brett Eastham, Dylan Baker, Anthony Groner, William Linkinhoker, Nathan Poggas and Owen Yochim.
