Sarah Michelle Gellar Among 400 Guests Evacuated After Massive Hotel Fire

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 9:55pm

Sarah Michelle Gellar found herself in the middle of a frightening situation while overseas this week.

The actress was among hundreds of guests evacuated from a luxury hotel in Paris on Wednesday, March 25 after a fire broke out during a press event for her upcoming film Ready or Not 2: Here I Come. Gellar, along with co-stars including Elijah Wood and Kathryn Newton, had been promoting the project when the horrifying incident occurred.

According to reports from TMZ, the fire started in the kitchen of the Bristol Hotel, prompting an immediate response from staff and emergency crews. Around 400 guests were cleared from the building as a precaution while the situation was brought under control.

Per Entertainment Weekly, all guests were safely evacuated and that the fire had been fully extinguished. Most areas of the hotel have since reopened, with operations returning to normal shortly after the incident.

Despite the alarming nature of the situation, there have been no reported injuries, and the cast has largely remained quiet about the ordeal. Newton appeared unfazed in a social media post shortly after, sharing a video from inside the hotel as if nothing had happened.

The evacuation comes at a busy time for Gellar, who is gearing up for the release of Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, the sequel to the 2019 horror-comedy. She’s also been dealing with personal loss. Just days before the incident, she paid tribute to her late Buffy the Vampire Slayer co-star Nicolas Brendon, who died at age 54.

“‘They’ll never know how tough it is to be the one who isn’t chosen,’” Gellar wrote on Instagram, quoting his character, before adding, “I saw you Nicky. I know you are at peace, in that big rocking chair in the sky.”

Kate Middleton Honors Princess Diana With Shared Favorite Accessory

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 9:53pm

Kate Middleton and Princess Diana are tied together for many reasons, including their shared love of one specific tiara.

Kate has worn the Queen Mary Lover’s Knot tiara a total of 15 times since becoming a member of the royal family, most recently during the Nigerian state banquet on March 18. The stunning diamond and pearl headpiece, which features 19 interlocking diamond arches, lover's knot bows, and 19 dangling pear-shaped baroque pearls, was one of Diana’s go-to accessories during her royal tenure while married to King Charles

Former royal butler Grant Harrold told InStyle he believes Diana is behind the “emotional reason” Kate opts to wear the Lover’s Knot tiara so frequently.

"It’s very much a tribute to Diana, as it was one of her favorite pieces,” Harrold said. “I believe Kate wears this [tiara] to keep her late mother-in-law’s memory alive … There are obviously many comparisons between the two royal women, and this is a way Kate can ensure people continue to talk about and remember Diana. I think it’s very clever and special and shows how thoughtful Kate is.”

In addition to honoring Diana’s legacy, the tiara most likely holds a special place in Prince William’s heart, as well.

“Kate will know how much William misses his mother, so I think she makes a conscious effort to incorporate elements of her during her time as Princess of Wales,” Harrold continued. “I’m sure [William] will remember his mum wearing the tiara, and I imagine it will mean a lot to him when he sees Kate in the piece.”

After receiving the iconic accessory as a gift from Queen Elizabeth II in 1981, Diana wore the Lover’s Knot tiara at several high-profile events, despite it being “so heavy to wear that it is said to have given her headaches,” per Tatler. The tiara went back to the Buckingham Palace vaults after Diana and Charles’ divorce in 1996, where it stayed out of the public eye for nearly 20 years. In 2015, Kate, who was then the Duchess of Cambridge, re-debuted the Lover’s Knot tiara for the first time during an annual diplomatic reception at Buckingham Palace.

The Lover’s Knot was commissioned from Garrard, which served as the official Crown Jeweller to the British monarchy for 164 years, for Queen Mary in 1913. It was inherited by her granddaughter Queen Elizabeth II, who also wore the piece for many years before gifting it to Diana after her wedding to Charles.

While Kate has been a working royal for nearly two decades, she has only sported a small, curated collection of tiaras. The Lover’s Knot has made the most appearances by far, followed by the Lotus Flower Tiara, worn by the Princess of Wales three times. Kate also wore the Cartier Halo Tiara during her 2011 wedding to William, the Strathmore Rose Tiara, and Queen Victoria’s Oriental Circlet Tiara.

1976 Career-Defining Classic Was a No. 1 Hit Song 50 Years Ago Today

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 9:52pm

Country music is filled with countless love songs, but few capture pure, eternal devotion quite like "Till the Rivers All Run Dry."

The 1976 No. 1 hit by Don Williams reached the top of the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart soon after its release and remains one of the most beautiful ballads of country music.

Released while Williams was steadily building his reputation, the track stood out for its sweet melody and emotional sincerity. It embodies lasting love and unwavering commitment, which is conveyed through understated lyrics and calming vocals.

At a time when country music often favored bigger, more dramatic production, Williams took a different approach. His smooth baritone voice and relaxed delivery became his signature, earning him the nickname "The Gentle Giant." That style is on full display here, allowing the song's message to carry without distraction.

"Till the Rivers All Run Dry" became one of multiple No. 1 hits Williams scored throughout the late 1970s, helping define a sound that balanced traditional country with a softer, more relatable feel. The song's success also helped expand his audience, bringing his music to listeners beyond the genre's core fanbase.

In a 1995 interview with Country Music International, Williams reflected on his success of the past few decades, remarking, "I think it's super amazing. The fans are still there and they seem to like what I'm doing, and y'know, that makes me real happy."

Now, 50 years after its release, "Till the Rivers All Run Dry" continues to resonate. Its message feels just as sincere today, and its influence can still be heard in modern country artists who value the heart of a song over spectacle.

Williams went on to become one of country music's most respected voices, and songs like this remain at the heart of his legacy.

What was the first challenge on America's Culinary Cup tonight, and who won it?

There were three rounds of cooking. After the first round, the top three chefs were safe and will get an advantage in the next commandment. After round two, three more chefs were safe, and then in round three, it was a four-way cookoff with the loser getting eliminated.

The first round was to make a dish, featuring the five mother sauces: Hollandaise, Bechamel, Velouté, Espagnole, or Tomate. The twist was the ACC board randomly assigned the sauces. The chefs didn't get to select their favorite.

As usual, Padma, Michael Cimarusti and Wylie Dufresne awarded points based on Taste, Creativity, Presentation and Mastery of the Commandment with each quality worth 5 points, so each judge’s total would be 20 points for a cumulative possibility of a perfect 60 points.

The Top 3 were: Diana, Beverly and Matt, who were safe and didn’t need to cook again.

Jonathan Scott Gets Candid About ‘Really Hard’ Time After Zooey Deschanel's Family Loss

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 9:14pm

Jonathan and Drew Scott debuted their latest HGTV series, Property Brothers: Under Pressure, on March 15.

In a joint March 2026 interview with Extra TV, Drew and Jonathan shared that the show features affordable housing solutions.

"We're in a housing crisis. A lot of people across America, they can't afford to live where they work. We didn't take on massive budgets this season. We took smaller budgets for people who truly needed the help because they didn't see any way to get what they needed," explained Drew during the Extra TV interview.

He also explained that while "every episode is a different story," each one is "very heartwarming," including an episode wherein the Scott brothers helped a couple who faced hardship because of the Los Angeles fires in January 2025.

Jonathan noted that his fiancée, singer and actressZooey Deschanel, also experienced loss during the L.A. fires.

"Zooey's family's home of 42 years burned in the fires and her parents lost every memory they had, every single thing," said Jonathan in the interview. "They literally didn't even have clothes when they left the house. And so it was really hard for us and emotional."

He also shared that he is "rebuilding" his future in-laws, Mary Jo and Caleb Deschanel's beloved home.

"I'm excited, you know, and they're fortunate, they have a builder in the family," said Jonathan, who has been in a relationship with Deschanel since 2019.

Zooey Deschanel Revealed the News About Her Family Home in a January 2025 Instagram Upload

Deschanel let her fans know that her parents' home was lost to the L.A. fires in a January 2025 Instagram upload. The post featured several photos of the Palisades property.

In the caption of the post, Deschanel described her "childhood home" as "a marvel of 1920s Spanish revival architecture."

"Full of too many incredible memories to count, it was one of the oldest homes in the Palisades and so spectacularly beautiful. It was not a mansion but it was cozy and lovely and unique and perfect to me," said Deschanel in the caption.

She also shared that her family, which includes her sister, fellow actress Emily Deschanel, viewed the home as "a sanctuary where [they] felt most safe."

"The Christmas dinners, Easter egg hunts, trick or treating, weddings, birthdays, baby showers… we celebrated the best moments of our lives there. The family photos that lined the hallways, the artwork, the piano I learned to play on, the wedding china, the furniture my great great grandfather built… the reminders of generations past: All have vanished into thin air," continued Deschanel.

Best-Selling Author’s Novel Ranked ‘Most Anticipated Romance’ on Goodreads

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 8:44pm

Best-selling author Ana Huang is back with another highly anticipated release and readers are chomping at the bit to get their hands on a copy.

Her upcoming novel, King of Gluttony, has been ranked the No. 1 most anticipated romance for April on Goodreads. The ranking is based on how many users have added a book to their "want-to-read" shelves, offering a clear snapshot of early reader excitement.

The book marks the sixth installment in Huang’s popular Kings of Sin series, which has built a devoted fanbase thanks to its addictive mix of romance, tension and character-driven storytelling. With each new release, anticipation has only grown and King of Gluttony is no exception.

"I love those characters that have a little bit more edge,” Huang told Marie Claire. “When I write them, I don't necessarily have to adhere to social boundaries; it’s a bigger box for me to play in." Her latest book fits right in.

View this post on Instagram

The novel centers on Sebastian Laurent, a charismatic heir to a culinary empire who seems to have it all: talent, charm and success. But, beneath his polished exterior lies a more complicated reality, one that only one person has ever come close to understanding: Maya Singh.

Maya, a sharp and ambitious marketing executive, has spent years locked in a rivalry with Sebastian. Competitive and driven, she's always pushed herself to outdo him, making their dynamic as intense as it is complicated. When circumstances force the two to work together, their long-standing tension begins to shift in unexpected ways.

What starts as a battle of wills slowly gives way to something more complicated, as both characters are forced to confront feelings they’ve long tried to ignore. The result is a classic enemies-to-lovers setup, filled with emotional stakes, sharp dialogue and undeniable chemistry.

With its combination of high-powered careers, personal rivalry and slow-burning romance, King of Gluttony delivers the kind of story Huang's readers have come to expect while continuing to build on the world she's created across the series.

Huang is no stranger to cultivating a lot of buzz around her releases. She's a #1 New York TimesSunday Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and #1 Amazon bestselling author, and has written over a dozen books.

"I've always been fascinated by the seven deadly sins, especially how they play out in pop culture and media and the different interpretations of them, and I thought it would be interesting to try to take those seven sins in contemporary romance," Huang said of the Kings of Sin series. "It was a challenge to me to see what kind of different storylines I could do with that."

With its top ranking on Goodreads and a growing wave of reader anticipation, King of Gluttony is shaping up to be one of the biggest romance releases of the month. King of Gluttony lands on bookstore shelves April 28, 2026.

Elton John, Who Turns 79, Responds to Message From Ozzy Osbourne's Widow

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 8:35pm

Elton John is feeling all the love on his special day, especially after a heartfelt message from close friend Sharon Osbourne.

As the music icon marked his 79th birthday, the talk show host took a trip down memory lane by revisiting a fun moment with the “Cold Heart” hitmaker and the late Ozzy Osbourne.

In an Instagram update, the 73-year-old matriarch posted a notable clip from their reality show The Osbournes.

It was from an episode when Elton John visited the family to take the former The X Factor UK host and her daughter, Kelly Osbourne, on a shopping spree.

However, before that, the multiple Grammy Award winner surprised Ozzy Osbourne with an unexpected gift.

“You only wear yellow gold?” he asked the iconic Black Sabbath member and immediately handed him a white gold necklace.

Ozzy Osbourne initially refused to accept the gift, thinking that it was a bit too much, but Elton John insisted.

“That’s your shopping trip present," the “Rocket Man” singer said, to which the late rock star replied, “No. You should not. I feel so bad.”

“Don’t be so stupid, you silly old bastard,” Elton John responded. Despite calling the present “so incredible,” Ozzy Osbourne admitted he felt “embarrassed” and even ran to his wife, expressing that he “can’t take” gifts like that.

View this post on Instagram

“Happy Birthday to the most generous and thoughtful @eltonjohn,” the mother of two captioned her tribute, to which the 79-year-old birthday celebrant responded, saying, “Love you and your family, @sharonosbourne.”

Apart from the special message to the singer-songwriter and pianist, fans also chimed in, sending their well-wishes to Elton John.

“Happy Birthday to the legendary Elton John , a true icon whose music has shaped generations. Your timeless songs and brilliance continue to inspire the world,” one wrote.

Others also praised the friendship between the two legendary musicians, noting, “This is such a beautiful moment, love you forever Ozzy and Elton, keep spreading the love.”

“Ozzy was so humble, but Elton wasn’t taking no for an answer. Love this episode on The Osbournes!” a commenter added.

“That ‘Don’t be so stupid, you silly old bastard’ couldn’t be said with more love,” an Instagram user pointed out.

Rock icon Elton John and Ozzy Osbourne developed a decades-long friendship that dated back to the 1970s. The duo also shared their fair share of experiences as survivors of rock’s hard-partying lifestyle.

In 2020, Ozzy Osbourne teamed up with him for the song “Ordinary Man.”

Following the death of the “Prince of Darkness” in July 2025,  the “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” singer paid an emotional tribute, describing his longtime friend as a “true legend” and “one of the funniest people” he ever met.

Kate Middleton Nods to Her Royal Title in Stylish Look at Historic Ceremony

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 8:31pm

Kate Middleton made a quiet nod to her royal title while stepping out with Prince William to witness history as Dame Sarah Mullally was installed as the 106th Archbishop of Canterbury.

The Princess of Wales, 44, wore an expertly fitted Suzannah London coat in Glen plaid, commonly referred to as the “Prince of Wales” check. The fine lines that create the design are rooted in British royal history, and Kate has worn several looks over the years featuring the pattern.

CANTERBURY, ENGLAND - MARCH 25: Catherine, Princess of Wales and Prince William, Prince of Wales arrive for the Enthronement Ceremony installing Dame Sarah Mullally as the 106th Archbishop of Canterbury at Canterbury Cathedral on March 25, 2026 in Canterbury, United Kingdom. Today Archbishop of Canterbury Sarah Mullally is formally installed as the 106th Archbishop of Canterbury during a service marking the start of her public ministry. Senior members of the British Royal Family, the Prime Minister, and other dignitaries are among more than 2,000 guests in attendance for the installation service, which also includes faith leaders, school children, and healthcare workers. King Edward VII, the great-grandfather of Queen Elizabeth II, popularized the specific plaid during his time as Prince of Wales in the late 19th century. Elizabeth’s uncle King Edward VIII further connected the pattern to the title during his reign, and many royals since then, including King Charles and Princess Diana, have used this fashion statement as a way to honor their history.

Kate’s tailored coat wasn’t the only showstopping part of her outfit on March 25. She paired her look with a large black and ivory houndstooth straw boater hat by Juliette Botterill, black pointed-toe pumps by Ralph Lauren, and a mini Chanel bag. She kept her jewelry refined with pearl stud earrings from British jewelry label Cassandra Goad and a small cross necklace.

Kate and William, 43, were key spectators during the ceremony as Dame Sarah, 64, became the first woman cleric to lead the Church of England in its 1,400-year history.

William’s faith has recently come into question, as he is heir to the throne, and the title is closely entwined with the Church of England. The reigning monarch holds the title of Supreme Governor of the Church of England and “Defender of Faith.” While William is not a regular churchgoer like his father, Charles, 77, he is thinking very deeply about his next role.

"For him, it is a drawing of a line in the sand of where he’s at, and it’s really important that [the question over his commitment to the Church] is cleared up," a source close to the Prince of Wales told The Sunday Times. “His feeling is, ‘I might not be at church every day, but I believe in it, I want to support it, and this is an important aspect of my role and the next role, and I will take it very seriously, in my own way.' "

Dame Sarah had a private meeting with William and Kate at her residence, Lambeth Palace in London. She spoke highly of the royal couple and said after their sitdown, "I know we hold the same hope for a better world, and I look forward to working together in the years to come. I will continue to hold them and their family in my prayers,” per PA.

The Archbishop of Canterbury holds a distinct role for the royal family. They have crowned the vast majority of monarchs over the past 1,000 years. They also marry most royal couples. Justin Welby, who was succeeded by Dame Sarah, married Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in 2018, and former Archbishop Dr. Rowan Williams officiated the weddings of William and Kate in April 2011 and Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles in 2005.

So it was the perfect time to spring a double Tribal Council on the 19 remaining players. Who got voted off on Survivor 50 tonight? Angelina Keeley on 'Survivor 49'

Robert Voets/CBS

Angelina Keeley

Angelina Keeley aimed to come into Survivor ready to show how different of a person she had become since her time on David vs. Goliath. But it wasn't long before the former finalist was up to her old tricks, including trying to broker a post-challenge negotiation with Jeff Probst that didn't make the edit. And, unfortunately, she also carried over being a consistent target when it came to putting pen to parchment.

Whether she realized it or not, Angelina spent the entire game in some form of jeopardy. According to Q Burdette, if their original tribe lost any Immunity Challenge in the first two episodes, she would have been gone. But, while she was able to avoid Tribal Council in the first iteration of Vatu, she practically lived there in the second version. As such, her name was brought up in every single vote, seen as an easy target for both her connections to Christian and Mike, as well as her weakness in challenges.

The first vote, Angelina survived due the tribe's mistrust of Q. When her name was on the chopping block again, Mike went to bat for his close friend, trying to turn the votes against Emily Flippen. That moment spooked Christian into turning on Mike, feeling he was too threatening to let continue in the game. Angelina was not only one of three people left out of the vote, she also lost her number one ally. Even so, when facing Tribal Council for the third time in a row, she found herself in the middle of two duos, able to choose who to move forward with. Unfortunately, both duos were actually in unanimity — against her. Still, showcasing how changed of a person she was, Angelina turned back to the people who all voted her out...and offered them a jacket.

Charlie was seen as arguably the most level-headed player during the chaotic, character-filled Season 46. But the lawyer had no idea how much baggage he entered Survivor 50 with — and it would prove to drive him mad. On the Kalo tribe, Charlie seemed to enjoy a position he was familiar with: Donning a green buff, in the middle of two alliances forming. But, knowing his reputation as one of the best players of the new era, Charlie chose to sat back in the beginning, more concerned with toe rings than blindsides.

That all changed, however, during the swap. The only person from his original tribe, Rizo attempted to broker a bond with his fellow strategist, revealing to him the workings of the "Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol." But any trust was shattered the night before, when Rizo said he didn't vote for his number one ally in the end of Survivor 49. A past trauma awoke in Charlie, and the lawyer jumped to an immediate verdict. Rizo should not be anywhere on a jury, and needs to go immediately.

Facing his first vote of the season, Charlie believed he had the numbers to take out Rizo, considering the majority was made up of former Kalo members. But the women, however, were singing a different song. They were more keen to work with the young superfan, and set their sights on Charlie as the target. It all came to Kamilla Karthigesu, who would decide which side of the rivalry would win. In the end, she went against Charlie, feeling he was too slow and withholding of a player to work with. And so the Taylor Swift fan patted the Mastermind of his boot on the shoulder, commending him for winning the battle.

Were any idols or advantages found or played on Survivor 50 tonight?

No! There was plenty of talk about the "Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol" this week, considering Rizo and Charlie's decision to tell various members of the tribe about it to try to bring them to their respective sides. But the most interesting talk around an advantage came when Ozzy Lusth asked Christian to give him his Shot in the Dark as a sign of trust. Initially, Christian was incensed, calling him a "s—thead" and a baby behind his back. But, once he found out that the five-time player was going after him, he decided to make nice, handing it over as a sign of goodwill. Luckily, the one-in-six chance at safety guaranteed Christian 100% safety, as Ozzy indeed held up his end of the deal. Whether he'll keep it, though, it another thing entirely...

From Dragon Slayer to...Tide Walker?

When Benjamin "Coach" Wade and Ozzy reignited their South Pacific feud in the Survivor 50 premiere, many on and off-screen maligned that we were going to be getting the same character we've seen the past three seasons. But, this episode, Coach truly showed how differently he is playing this game. To the point where, he's changed nicknames! The "Dragon Slayer" of yore is now the "Tide Walker," a reference to a figure in Japanese lore who would choose to navigate through obstacles, rather than crash through them.

And that new moniker even carried over to the new nicknames he gave his allies. Gone are the medieval-coded titles of the Warrior and Wizard. Instead, he chose to bestow them with characters from the same background as the Tide Walker. Joe Hunter, for instance, is the "Stone Bell Monk," a strong and trustworthy person who will always ring true. Colby Donaldson, on the other hand, is the "Oakbound Warrior," a lawmaker of the forest who will not break in the face of evil.

Magazine Editors Reveal the Best David Bowie Song of All Time

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 8:25pm

The editors at Mojo Magazine have taken on the seemingly impossible task of naming David Bowie’s best song of all time. While "Golden Years," "Space Oddity," and "Changes" come to mind when ranking Bowie’s best, Mojo has other ideas—and a convincing argument they do make.

Keep reading to see which Bowie song is named his best of all time and the thoughtful reasons why.

Mojo Magazine Names "Life on Mars?" Bowie’s Best

In its 2026 ranking, Mojo Magazine names David Bowie’s "Life on Mars?" the best David Bowie song of all time. Widely considered one of Bowie’s finest by fans and music critics alike, "Life on Mars?" was released in 1971 on the album Hunky Dory. The track showcases Bowie’s theatrical style, poetic lyrics, and genre-blending sound that became synonymous with the singer in the 1970s.

Cementing the song’s status in Bowie’s expansive catalog, Mojo writes:

“Cannily flattering his would-be tribe of disgruntled teenagers, he extrapolated his own impatience for fame into a generational hunger for grand transformation. The title refrain of Life On Mars?, an apparent non sequitur, could have been an opportunistic allusion both to the recent launch of Soviet probes to study the red planet and to Bowie’s own post-Space Oddity reputation, but, rocketed into the stratosphere by the singer, it also suggests a genuine yearning for new wonders. Something needs to happen. There must be more to life than this.”

What Makes "Life on Mars?" So Iconic

Production and the questions the lyrics raise are also cited as reasons this song stands out as Bowie’s best.

“Mick Ronson’s extraordinarily cinematic arrangement gives Life On Mars? scale and transcendence, and it builds magnificently toward a glorious Hollywood finale before the fade-out gingerly returns us to reality. Ultimately, the song itself provides the escapism that its heroine craves—for all its images of bathos and decline, it’s the work of art that temporarily makes a straitened life seem bigger and brighter. A more transparent lyric would only have clipped its wings because it’s the insoluble ambiguity in Bowie’s imagery that allows it to be covered by both Barbra Streisand and The Flaming Lips, to speak to each listener in mysterious ways. The question mark continues to hang over this magnificently strange creation, unanswerable.”

What "Life on Mars?" Is About

"Life on Mars?" tells the story of a “girl with mousy hair” who escapes her mundane life by going to the movies, only to find the film just as disillusioning as real life. At its core, the song explores escapism, boredom, media saturation, and cultural disillusionment, as well as the feeling that both real life and entertainment can be repetitive and unfulfilling.

Widely lauded for its grand arrangement and Bowie’s ability to move from introspection to explosive, theatrical choruses, "Life on Mars?" has become one of David Bowie’s signature songs. It is frequently included in “greatest songs of all time” lists and is often used in film and television soundtracks, continuing to reinforce Bowie’s reputation as a boundary-pushing artist whose work transcends genres and generations.

Kylie Jenner Is Selling One of Her Massive Homes, and a Fellow Reality Star Is Behind the Listing

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 8:12pm

I don't think I'll ever fully wrap my head around celebrity real estate portfolios. Like, not just a main house and maybe a vacation spot somewhere sunny—but entire collections of homes. Plural. Multiple. Sometimes all within the same general area, which somehow makes it even more fascinating.

Take Kylie Jenner, for example. At any given time, she's reportedly owned five or six properties around Los Angeles at once—and not even spread across the country, but often within, what, 30 miles of each other? Probably less. It's like choosing between homes based on the vibe of the day and it's really kind of wild to think about, especially from my own humble abode.

SIGN UP for the Dengarden / Parade Home & Garden newsletter for a weekly dose of our favorite house hacks, decor trends and shopping deals

A few of those homes are clustered in Hidden Hills, that super-exclusive neighborhood where she's basically neighbors with her sisters. It's less "keeping up" and more staying within walking distance.

Which makes it all the more interesting that Jenner just listed one of those properties, as first reported by Realtor.com. Because when you have that many beautiful homes to choose from, deciding to let one go feels like a pretty big moment—even if there are still plenty more where that came from.

View this post on Instagram

And get this, the gorgeous property has been listed by Million Dollar Listing star Josh Altman, because reality peeps stick together I suppose.

How Much Is Kylie Jenner Selling Her Home For?

The eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom estate is listed for $20.250M, so you'll need to pony up quite a bit of cash if you're looking to purchase Jenner's home. When the makeup mogul first bought the home back in 2016, she paid just $12.05M, so she stands to make a tidy profit if someone offers the asking price.

If you peek through the photos above, you'll notice that the property is cloaked in cozy neutrals, and there's at least one absolutely incredible closet that's probably bigger than my bedroom. A resort-style pool, screening room and sophisticated bar area just add to the home's elevated aesthetic.

Jenner's Hidden Hills mansion is hardly the only property on the market with celebrity ties. A Hawaiian retreat once owned by Lisa Marie Presley is also listed for sale, as is Orlando Bloom's Malibu pad with stunning ocean views. And if you're looking for an East Coast home, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin are still trying to unload their Hamptons property.

Iconic '70s Actor, Who Became a Major Television Star, Turns 83

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 8:04pm

Beloved actor Paul Michael Glaser has a reason to celebrate.

Glaser turns 83 on Wednesday, marking another milestone in a long and dynamic career that includes acting in television and film as well as directing. Rising to prominence in the 1970s, he became one of the most recognizable faces of the era thanks to his work on the small screen.

He is best known for starring in Starsky & Hutch, where he played Detective David Starsky alongside David Soul’s Ken "Hutch" Hutchinson. The series, which aired from 1975 to 1979, became a defining show of the decade, blending crime drama with character-driven storytelling and a touch of humor.

Glaser's portrayal of Starsky, a street-smart, impulsive detective with a strong moral compass, helped anchor the show's success. His on-screen chemistry with Soul was a major draw for audiences, and the duo quickly became one of television's most memorable partnerships. The show's popularity also extended beyond its storylines, with its signature red-and-white striped Ford Gran Torino becoming an enduring pop culture symbol.

"Starsky and Hutch, like most iconic shows, belongs to a time and a period and you won’t be able to recreate that time or period, so you’re left with realizing a chemistry between two people," Glaser told The Hollywood Reporter. And that's of great value. It’s an example or a dynamic that we all like; we want to know a friend like that or function in the world like that."

Beyond acting, Glaser expanded his career behind the camera, directing episodes of television and later helming films, including The Running Man. His work showcased his versatility and creative instincts beyond performance.

"People ask me, 'What’s your favorite: acting, directing or writing?' My answer: What life occurs. It’s what happens," said Glaser. "You never know when something will cross your path. I try to stay open to everything"

Over the years, Glaser has remained a respected figure in the entertainment industry, balancing acting, directing and advocacy work, particularly in raising awareness for HIV/AIDS following personal tragedy in his family.

As Paul Michael Glaser turns 83, his legacy as both a '70s television icon and a multifaceted creative force continues to resonate with fans old and new.

'Southern Charm’s Charley Manley Hard-Launches New Romance as Craig Conover Accuses Her of 'Love-Bombing' Him

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 8:01pm

The rumors are true: Charley Manley from Southern Charmis dating Justin Assad from Southern Hospitality—just as Craig Conover claims she had been love-bombing him all along.

The reveal came during Part 2 of the Season 11 reunion, when Charley teased she was seeing someone from Boston before her castmates stepped in. “He’s on Southern Hospitality…” Salley Carson muttered, prompting host Andy Cohen to ask who it was.

“It’s Justin,” Charley said.

With Charley and Craig’s on-screen romance still fresh, Andy asked if Craig knew him. “Yeah, I know him, when he comes in the bar,” Craig said.

Craig then detailed how he found out while in Las Vegas. “Austen [Kroll] had to tell me in Vegas because Charley and I were still like, hanging out. And finally, Austen sat me down in Vegas, and he was like, ‘Dude, whatever she’s telling you that she’s not talking to someone ... I met him! He’s real. She brought him to the bar and said I’m in love!’”

Charley pushed back, denying she had been misleading, but Craig said he gave her multiple chances to come clean. “And you never did,” he said.

“And then Salley was like, ‘Craig, you need to know this. She’s talking to two other guys.’ And then I asked you. You took my hand, and you said, ‘I’m not talking to anyone else.’”

Charley denied ever saying that. “We were not together! We went on two dates,” she said.

Craig insisted there was more happening off-camera and said he felt “strung along,” adding, “I feel like, I can’t believe I know what this means now—I was love-bombed.”

“You said all of this stuff to me and like you were FaceTiming me from your friends’ weddings,” he continued. “And it started to be the talk of the town, but then I was like, oh my God, that’s what love bombing is. There was some future planning from you, Charley.”

Charley disagreed with that characterization and pointed to a turning point in Mexico. “I told you in Mexico I completely felt different after that,” she said, referring to Craig’s drunken van meltdown.

Sarah Michelle Gellar Reveals Why She Asked to Reshoot This Iconic 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' Scene

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 7:50pm

Sarah Michelle Gellar is opening up about playing Buffy Summers on the hit WB series,Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

During a joint March 2026 interview on ColliderLadies Night, alongside her Ready or Not 2: Here I Come co-star, Kathryn Newton, Gellar revealed she requested to reshoot an important scene from the pilot episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which premiered in 1997.

"In the beginning, you know, Buffy comes to Sunnydale and Giles [Anthony Head] meets her and says, 'You know, I'm your Watcher.' And she's like, 'I don't want to do this. I want to be a normal [person].' It was a really big momentous scene and we shot it in the first episode," said Gellar in the ColliderLadies Night interview.

She said that she, however, had a better understanding of Buffy by the time she filmed the ninth episode of the series and wanted to reshoot the Season 1, Episode 1 scene.

"I went to the producers and I said, 'I know this is a crazy idea. I want to reshoot that scene.' And they were like, 'Why? It's good.' I'm like, 'Yeah, it's good, but I understand so much more. And we have this set. It's our standing set. If there's any way, even for an hour, if I could just get one more shot at it,'" recalled Gellar during her ColliderLadies Night interview.

Gellar said that producers agreed to let her re-film the scene.

"They took a chance and listened to me and they said, 'We only have one hour. Like, this is it. Take it or leave it.' And we re-shot that scene. And I think that scene is so much better because of it," continued the actress.

Sarah Michelle Gellar Said 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' Was an Unexpected Hit

In a March 2026 interview with People magazine, Gellar said that Buffy the Vampire Slayer was an unexpected hit. She noted that the show was based off of Joss Whedon's 1992 film of the same name and was going to appear on a network that didn't have many viewers.

"We were doing a pilot for a network a lot of people didn't know about based on a movie that didn't have much success," said Gellar to People. "So, people really thought real highly of where we were going to go with this show. People kept telling me, 'Don't worry, you'll get a real show next year.'"

Gellar then said that those who doubted the show's success were eventually proven wrong.

"Worked out okay for me," quipped Gellar, who starred as Buffy for the show's seven-season run, which ended in 2003.

1970 Hit Ranked Among Best ‘Classic Rock Songs’ Became a Breakup Anthem

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 7:45pm

There are only a few songs out there that capture the sting of heartbreak quite like "Layla."

Written and recorded by Eric Clapton and Jim Gordon for their band Derek and the Dominos, "Layla" is the 13th track from their only studio album, Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs. Released in 1970, the rock ballad details Clapton's intense and unrequited love for Pattie Boyd, the wife of his close friend, George Harrison. Boyd ended up divorcing the Beatles guitarist and marrying Clapton in Tucson, Arizona, in 1979, but got a divorce in 1989.

The actual title of the song was based on the story of Layla and Majnun, an old Arab folktale about the poet Qays ibn al-Mulawwah and his lover Layla bunt Mahdi. The two fell in love when they were really young, but Layla's father did not allow them to be together due to Qays' mental health issues. Layla eventually gets married to a rich man and moves to a place in Northern Arabia with him. Qays, who also went by Majnun, went searching for her. Quickly after her marriage, Layla became very ill and died, and Majnun was also found dead in the wilderness near Layla's grave.

Derek and the Dominos were an English-American rock band that was formed in 1970 by Clapton, Gordon, Bobby Whitlock and Carl Radle. All four members met and played together in Delaney & Bonnie and Friends before forming. They only released one album, which included their hit song "Layla." The record did not immediately have strong sales or radio airplay until two years later, when "Layla" became a Top 10 single in the United States and the United Kingdom. The track is also considered one of the "best classic rock songs of all time," ranked in the No. 2 spot on Collider's listicle they published in November 2025.

The band ended up splitting after a year due to intense personal issues, as well as heavy drug issues that many of the members struggled with. Despite the heartbreak and addiction issues Clapton was going through while writing "Layla" and its album, he revealed to Rolling Stone in 2010 that it's an era in his life he does not want to leave behind.

"It’s a difficult thing to revisit the Dominos thing. It isn’t an emotional thing," Clapton answered in the Q&A. In 2007, Clapton toured with Derek Trucks and Doyle Bramhall II, and performed many songs from the Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs. "But it was infectious from Doyle and Derek: 'They really want to do this stuff.' So I thought, 'This is the perfect opportunity. Because they can do it.'"

Clapton, who turns 81 next Monday, is the only living member of Derek and the Dominos. Radle passed away in his home in 1980 due to the impact of alcohol and narcotics when he was just 37 years old. Meanwhile, Gordon passed away in 2023, and Whitlock died last August.

After Derek and the Dominos broke up in 1971, Clapton retreated from public life to live in Surrey, England, and battled a heroin addiction. He then got clean and launched a successful solo career, releasing the album 461 Ocean Boulevard in 1974, and continues to record and tour. The "Wonderful Tonight" singer is set to perform around Europe this coming spring, kicking off his tour at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on April 24.

Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs by Derek and the Dominos, and the rest of Clapton's discography, is available on major streaming platforms.

Iconic '70s Rock Band Returns to Stage After Unexpected Hospitalization

Wed, 03/25/2026 - 7:30pm

Legendary rock band AC/DC made a powerful return to the stage this week as guitarist Stevie Young performed just days after being hospitalized, easing concerns among fans and keeping the group’s global tour on track.

Young, 69, joined his bandmates for a sold-out show at Estadio River Plate on Monday, marking the band’s first performance since his brief hospital stay.

The guitarist had been admitted last week “out of an abundance of caution” after feeling unwell upon arriving in Buenos Aires. According to People, a spokesperson said he was “doing well and in good spirits” and expected to return quickly.

The concert proceeded without changes, featuring a full 21-song set that followed the band’s established tour format. The night opened with “If You Want Blood (You’ve Got It)” and ended with the iconic “For Those About to Rock (We Salute You),” a closing tradition for the group.

AC/DC Tour Comeback After Health Scare

Fans packed the stadium for the first of three scheduled shows in the Argentine capital, showing strong support for the band’s return. Young performed normally throughout the concert, signaling that his health scare had no lasting impact on his ability to tour.

The current lineup includes lead guitarist Angus Young, vocalist Brian Johnson, bassist Chris Chaney and drummer Matt Laug. Despite decades in the music industry, the group delivered a high-energy performance that stayed true to their signature sound.

A recent review of their live shows praised the band’s simple yet powerful approach, highlighting their “catchy riffs” and “explosive choruses.”

The performance emphasized music over spectacle, with Angus Young continuing to lead visually and musically, even at age 70. Meanwhile, Brian Johnson maintained his stage presence, delivering fan-favorite songs with experience and charisma.

The Buenos Aires concert is part of AC/DC’s ongoing Power Up world tour, which supports their 2020 album of the same name. The band is scheduled to complete two more shows in the city before heading to Mexico City in April.

A North American leg will follow later in the year, with performances planned across major stadiums in the United States and Canada through September.

Having officially joined AC/DC in 2014, Stevie Young has become a steady presence in the group, known for maintaining the tight, driving guitar style that defines their music.

Seeing the band perform at full strength, especially so soon after uncertainty, added an emotional edge to an already electrifying night.
