Pop Culture Jeopardy! is back for Season 2, this time on Netflix, as it brings a fresh spin to the classic trivia format with SNL comedian Colin Jost as host. The series blends the brainy challenge of traditional Jeopardy! with the fast-moving, unpredictable world of pop culture, as contestants compete in teams of two. Along the way, celebrity and subject-matter experts step in to help guide them through categories spanning everything from movies and music to viral trends, all for a shot at the $300,000 grand prize.

What was Final Jeopardy today?

Final Jeopardy today was in the category "2009 NO. 1 HITS."

The clue: "The rapper behind this song said he wanted to rap about "regular guidebook stuff" alongside "the city's gritty side."

The answer: What is Empire State of Mind?

Cheaper by the Cousin came in with $2,600, wagered everything, and came close with an answer of "Empire of State or," ultimately walking away with $0 in what Jost called a "full circle moment."

Jeopardazed and Confused walked into Final Jeopardy with $12,600, answered correctly with a wager of $6,700 (tapping into the 6-7 viral trend, which made Jost facepalm) and a total of $19,300. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to beat One Baddie After Another, who came in with a $27,200 lead. They not only answered correctly but wagered nothing, bringing them to first place, a move Jost jokingly called "weak," adding, "but you have won."

One Baddie After Another advanced to Episode 2.

Quinta Brunson Says This ‘70s Comedy Icon Was ‘Defining’ for Her

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 10:44am

Abbott Elementarycreator Quinta Brunson has praised Mary Tyler Moore for the impact the comedy legend had on her career.

On Wednesday, May 6, the writer and actor received the Mary Tyler Moore Visionary Award at Variety’s FYC TV Fest in West Hollywood, and paid tribute to its namesake. “That show went platinum in my household,” Brunson told Variety ahead of the event.

Mary Tyler Moore, who passed away at age 80 in January 2017, wasn't just a comedy icon; she broke gender norms and redefined what it meant to be a woman in the entertainment industry. Mary was the first woman to wear pants on television and spent her career pushing back on the limits placed on women in television.

“The Mary Tyler Moore Show was supremely important to me,” Quinta added. “As a kid, I wasn’t necessarily looking for representation or anything other than, ‘This is a really funny show.’ And that theme song is second nature to me!”

The 36-year-old later gushed about her comedy hero and how watching her as a child defined her own career in the industry. Quinta writes and produces Abbott Elementary for which she was honored with a 2022 Peabody Award for her work.

“Seeing her first on ‘The Dick Van Dyke Show,’ she gave me this understanding of how the business could work — that you could be a featured player on one show and then a lead on your own show,” Quinta explained. Seeing Mary move from a supporting role on a beloved comedy to leading her own series demonstrated that women could navigate the industry on their own terms.

Quinta also talks about another defining moment as a young woman involving the actress. “And then have your own business, have your own studio. I remember seeing Mary Tyler Moore on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show,’ and seeing these two incredible women in media and television just sitting there chatting it up; that was really defining for me. It made me never question whether or not I could do this.”

4 Birth Months With Strong Boundaries

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 10:41am

Boundaries have become an increasingly hot topic over the last few years. Boundaries come as a form of self-protection. Having strong limits and defined "no's" makes it so much easier to fend off manipulation and gaslighting to break toxic cycles. Even popular podcasters, like Alex Cooper from Call Her Daddy, have covered what it means to set boundaries and why it happens. Although having strong boundaries seems theoretically easy, people born in these four months are naturals with asserting their boundaries.

According to astrologers, there are four birth months with firm boundaries. Individuals born during these four months are self-assured of what they will or won’t do. They don’t compromise their morals, standards, or values for anyone. You may want to consider taking a page out of January’s, April’s, November’s, and December’s books to adopt stronger boundaries. Read on to discover why these four birth months have strong boundaries and how these individuals embrace being so assertive.

Which Birth Months Have Strong Boundaries?

Check for the month you were born for pro insights.

January: High Standards = Strong Boundaries

People born in January don’t have time, energy, or attention to waste. These individuals have very little bandwidth, given that they’re a fabulous mix of stoic Capricorn and aloof Aquarius. Some may say they’re a little cold in their delivery, but January doesn’t want anyone to think they might be the exception to January’s rules. If they don’t want to do something, go somewhere, or be around another person, they won’t. January’s boundaries are ironclad. They don’t budge for anyone or anything, because they don’t want to lower their standards for tomfoolery they’ll surely regret. January’s self-worth and self-respect reinforce their boundaries, making them stronger than ever.

RELATE?: Your Perfect Ice Cream, Based on Birth Month

April: Boundaries Assert Your Self-Focus

If April doesn’t want to do it, they simply won’t. Those born in April share the strength of Aries and the steadfastness of Taurus. Having this cosmic combination gives April a completely unwavering stance on what they will do, pursue, or commit to. April’s determination and resolution give them the reputation for having strong boundaries. People born during this month are highly selective about what they will compromise on. Their Aries side doesn’t like diverting their attention and energy away from self-focused ventures. Meanwhile, their Taurus side doesn’t like giving a situation or connection their all if there’s no pay-off. April views having boundaries as a form of self-preservation.

NEXT: The 4 Birth Months Who Always See the Best in Everyone

November: Empowered & In Control

Boundaries weren’t easy to come by for those born in November. People with this birth month share the emotional plight of Scorpio and Sagittarius’ desire for frankness. Having this cosmic mix means that October-born might have struggled being upfront about what they did or didn’t want earlier in life. They might have been walked all over by peers, family members, and more until they decided enough was enough. Unlike the other birth months, November had to work extra hard to actualize their strong boundaries. Although it might have taken a bit longer, November knows just how powerful they are once they embrace their boundaries.

December: Good-Natured, But Firm

December has a surprisingly positive attitude when they set their boundaries. Other birth months may come across as detached, cold, or even a little aggressive, but not December. People born during this month have Capricorn’s reserved attitude, but they also embrace Sagittarius’ optimism. Having a little bit of Sagittarius in them gives December-born a more palpable delivery. Everyone knows December means it when they say no; however, December’s assertiveness doesn’t feel nearly as intimidating or aloof as the other birth months. Some may not even recognize when December is stating their boundaries, because individuals with this birth month express their where they stand with an easygoing, jovial tone.

Junior’s Cheesecake Just Gave New York Desserts a Craft Beer Twist

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 10:38am

Junior's Restaurant and Bakery is proving that you can drink your dessert with its brand-new range of craft beers.

The limited-edition lineup from the New York City staple features four delectable beers inspired by the restaurant's dessert flavors — Strawberry Dream Imperial IPA, Key Lime Cheesecake Sour IPA, Egg Cream Milk Stout, and Black & White Cream Ale. Strawberry Dream Imperial was crafted with Junior's renowned Strawberry Cheesecake flavor in mind and is described as a "hazy oat cream IPA." Meanwhile, the Key Lime Cheesecake Sour features "lime-forward hops, graham crackers, milk sugar, and oats."

Additionally, the Egg Cream Milk Stout is a duplicate of the New York Egg cream. Made with three simple ingredients of seltzer water, milk, and chocolate syrup, the New York Egg cream was a very popular treat between the 1900s and the 1950s. Junior's beer-flavored version is made with the same Fox's U-Bet syrup found in the original New York Egg creams of yore.

Then there's the Black & White Cream Ale, "brewed with cacao nibs and vanilla" in honor of New York's iconic black-and-white cookie, which was invented in Manhattan.

Junior's teamed up with fellow Brooklyn mainstay, Other Half Brewery, to particularly make the former's craft beer dream a reality. "I have always wanted to expand our brand into the alcohol business. What better way to achieve this than by partnering our legendary desserts with an up-and-coming Brooklyn-based legend?" said Junior's owner Alan Rosen.

Junior's Restaurant and Bakery has been in business since 1950, serving millions of New York locals and out-of-town devotees its signature cheesecakes, along with other sweet treats, drinks, and merchandise. The eatery has become part of mainstream pop culture, with appearances in movies such as Sex and the City: The Movie and The Angriest Man in Brooklyn, as well as a notable reference in the 2003 reality TV series Making the Band 2, led by Sean "Diddy" Combs. Other Half Brewery was established in 2014 with a singular goal: to "push the boundaries of beer and the culture that surrounds it" in an effort to represent the "Other Half" of the beer industry.

Junior's x Other Half brews are now available in cans and on draft at all Other Half and Junior's New York locations. Orders for shipment through select East Coast retailers have also begun, with other states to follow via Other Half's online store.

Sienna Miller Welcomes Third Child

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 10:33am

Sienna Miller is a mom…again! The actress recently welcomed her third child, telling E! News, “It’s happened.”

Miller already has two children: 13-year-old Marlowe with her ex, Tom Sturridge, and a two-year-old with her current beau, Oli Green. The newest addition to her family is her second child with Green.

So, how is Miller handling her growing brood? She jokingly revealed, “It feels like stringing sentences together is a bit challenging,” and shared, “I’m on very little sleep, but I’m madly in love with my baby.”

Who Is Sienna Miller’s Boyfriend?

The 44-year-old actress has dated some pretty famous celebs. In the early 2000s, Miller met actor Jude Law on the set of Alfie. By 2004, the pair were engaged. Of course, their picture-perfect romance didn’t last. In 2004, news of a cheating scandal broke, and the couple split. Law famously (or rather, infamously) cheated on Miller with the nanny of his children. While Law has seven (yes, seven!) kiddos now, back in the early ‘00s, he had three with actress Sadie FrostRafferty, Iris, and Rudy. But the actor and Miller never had children together.

Following the initial split, the couple reunited in 2009. But alas, it was not meant to be, and they parted ways again in 2011. During their time apart, Law had another child, Sophia (born in 2009), with ex-girlfriend Samantha Burke. He and current wife, Phillipa Coan, welcomed their first child in 2020 and their second in 2023.

After the second split from Law, Miller started dating British actor Tom Sturridge. The couple had a daughter, Marlowe, in 2012. Even though they were engaged, the pair called it off in 2015.

And that brings us to Miller’s latest relationships. She was linked to director Bennett Miller and engaged to editor/publisher Lucus Zwirner, but neither romance worked out. Miller started dating current boyfriend, actor and model Oli Green, in 2021.

Who Are Sienna Miller’s Children?

While Miller has publicly shared her daughter Marlowe’s name, she’s kept her two younger kiddos’ names private. And while we don’t have any info on her newborn’s name, she did give fans a glimpse into her most recent pregnancy during an interview with Glamour last March. As an obviously “older” mom, Miller claims that being pregnant in her 40s “is the best.” The actress went on to say, “Having a baby at 29, and having a baby at 42, and now 44, it's so much easier when you don’t have the conflict of feeling scattered and like you want to be doing X, Y, Z.” She added, “Life is in a more grounded space. I think the 30s are chaos.”

If you’re wondering if getting pregnant in her 40s was a challenge, the new mama admitted, “I froze my eggs. That was really revealing. I didn’t use them. I was really fortunately able to just get pregnant, but it was an existential relief having done that in my late 30s.”

Congrats to Miller, Green, and their growing blended family of five!

Fans Rediscover Iconic '80s Supergroup That Formed on a Whim: 'The Greatest of All Time'

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 10:26am

Sometimes, very rarely, a piece of art will emerge that feels specially created just for me. I'll watch a film or hear a song that is just so in line with my taste that it's scary. Regardless of the year, I've had different things transcend and find me. That's exactly what happened when I discovered The Traveling Wilburys.

Not a lot of people get to say that all of their favorite musicians started a band together, but I get to because of this insane band consisting of Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne, and Roy Orbison.

The band formed in 1988 to record a bonus track on Harrison's upcoming European single release. The song that resulted from this session was "Handle With Care," the band's most famous song. They all new they had something special, and decided to record a full album. "The Traveling Wilburys Vol. 1" was born.

@rockhall

When @bobdylan, Roy Orbison, @tompetty, @georgeharrison, and @jefflynneselo joined forces 🎤 Known as The Traveling Wilburys, the group came together by pure accident in April 1988, when Harrison needed a B-side for a European release. While recording “Handle with Care,” something clicked — so they kept going. One album turned into two, and what started as a simple session became one of the most iconic supergroups of all time. #thetravelingwilburys #bobdylan #georgeharrison #tompetty #jefflynne

♬ original sound - Rock Hall - Rock Hall

The Rock Hall chose to upload a throwback post recently highlighting the legendary status of the group. The clip comes from the music video for the aforementioned hit "Handle With Care," and as someone who has known about this group for a long time, it's still very surreal seeing all of these guys performing together.

The star power in the lineup is just overwhelming, with the post saying that they're "possibly the greatest supergroup of all time." Fans agreed.

"Not “possibly “. DEFINITELY. 🥰"

"Just 5 buddies having a good time. Rock on."

"THE greatest."

Vol. 1 was a huge success. It was an exciting time for the group that was quickly squandered by the unfortunate passing of Orbison, who didn't live to see the success of the first record. The band would meet again one other time for their 1990 release "The Traveling Wilburys Vol. 3," which was intentionally mis-numbered.

The group sort of drifted apart after that point, leaving themselves as a fascinating and legendary chapter in music history. Whether you're a fan already, or learning of them for the first time, the Wilburys are an awesome musical experiment that stands the test of time.

1999 Sci-Fi Hit Wanted Sandra Bullock for Gender-Swapped Concept — What If?

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 10:24am

What if the Sandra Bullock movie that preceded Miss Congeniality were a science-fiction sensation known as The Matrix?

More than 25 years later, the movie remains an all-time favorite for many cinephiles around the world. And it was confirmed by a producer back in 2019 — AKA the iconic film's 20th anniversary — that Bullock, 61, was actually considered for the role of Neo before Keanu Reeves. Who would have thought?

“We went out to so many people I don’t remember. We were getting desperate,” producer Lorenzo di Bonaventuratold TheWrap. “We went to Sandy Bullock and said ‘We’ll change Neo to a girl.’ [Producer] Joel Silver and I worked with Sandy on Demolition Man, and she was and continues to be a very good friend of mine. It was pretty simple. We sent her the script to see if she was interested in it. And if she was interested in it we would try to make the change.”

Di Bonaventura, 69, continued, “The first movie star who says yes is Brad Pitt. He’s doing Seven Years in Tibet, and then he’s coming out of it, and he’s like, ‘I’m way too exhausted to take this on.’ So, he’s gone. Then, we go to Leonardo [DiCaprio]. He says yes, we have meetings with him and then he goes, ‘You know, I can’t go do another visual effects movie having just finished Titanic, and he drops out. Then Will Smith joins it, and he drops out.”

Smith, 57, talked about turning the role down in a YouTube video amid the film's 20-year milestone, per Vanity Fair, saying he mainly passed because of how the Wachowskis pitched their vision for The Matrix.

“As it turns out, they’re geniuses,” Smith said in his upload. “But there’s a fine line in a pitch meeting between genius and what I experienced in the meeting.”

Smith proceeds to mimic the filmmakers' pitching style to help prove his point — but said there are no hard feelings and that “Keanu was perfect” in the end result.

Iconic '70s Rocker Lands Exciting New Screen Project—a First in Over a Decade

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 10:23am

Blondie's Debbie Harry is headed to the big screen, which she'll share with TV icon Pamela Anderson.

The iconic rocker, who was the lead vocalist for Blondie in the 1970s and 1980s, with hits including “One Way or Another” and “Heart of Glass," will make her screen return with her first acting credit in over a decade.

Harry is dusting off her acting skills once again, though she’s no stranger to the screen with more than a dozen on-screen projects to her name.

The latest will have the 80-year-old taking on the role of the Baywatch alum's mother in the comedy, Maitreya.

Deadline reported it is launching on the Cannes market, revealing that Anderson will play Maitreya, "a rising star in the New Age Healing community who is about to head off to a conference in India when she receives a call from her estranged sister, Monica: their father is dying. Rather than stay home with him, Maitreya decides to bring her entire family – including her mother Barbara (Harry) – to the conference and put her New Age healing theories to the test (all while surreptitiously gathering material for her next book)."

Portlandia co-creator and Emmy-nominee, Jonathan Krisel, will direct the film, with the script penned by The Whale's Samuel D. Hunter.

It is set to shoot at the end of this year.

Meanwhile, Harry is staying busy, working on a new Blondie album, High Noon, with former boyfriend and guitarist Chris Stein. The twelfth studio album is set for release in the spring of 2026. Tour plans have been put on hiatus for now following the death of the band's drummer, Clem Burke, in 2025, following a private battle with cancer.

As for screen projects, IMDB reveals Harry is also set to take part in an ensemble crime comedy, A Company of Thieves, though not much is known about it currently. The synopsis reveals that it "follows a trio of petty criminals as they embark on bizarre heists across New York City, including stealing a million-dollar Prince Albert, while intersecting with a struggling tech company facing AI-driven layoffs."

In a blink-and-you'll miss it moment, the music icon also made an appearance on SNL recently, introducing Olivia Rodrigo's "Drop Dead" performance.

Two days ago, FIFA World Cup’s official Instagram account shared a video announcing performers for the U.S. ceremony at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on June 12. The clip featured artists including Anitta, Katy Perry, Lisa of BLACKPINK, Rema and Tyla. The teaser ended with the message: “More coming soon.”

According to reports from The Athletic, Perry will headline the opening ceremony before the United States men’s national team faces Paraguay at SoFi Stadium near Los Angeles.

FIFA is planning separate opening ceremonies for the first matches hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico during the expanded 48-team tournament.

The opening match on June 11 at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City will feature performances from Mexican band Maná, Alejandro Fernández, Belinda and Los Ángeles Azules. FIFA also confirmed appearances from J Balvin and Tyla.

Canada’s opening ceremony in Toronto on June 12 will include performances by Michael Bublé, Alanis Morissette, Alessia Cara, Jessie Reyez, Nora Fatehi, William Prince, Elyanna and Vegedream.

The United States ceremony will spotlight Perry alongside rapper Future, Lisa, Anitta, Rema, Tyla and Los Angeles-based DJ Sanjoy.

FIFA said the U.S. ceremony is designed to deliver “a high-energy spectacle that reflects the scale, ambition, and cultural power of the tournament itself.”

Ceremonies are scheduled to begin 90 minutes before kickoff.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will run from June 11 to July 19 across Canada, Mexico and the United States. It marks the first time the tournament will feature 48 teams instead of 32.

The tournament opener will see Mexico face South Africa at Estadio Azteca, while the final will take place at MetLife Stadium on July 19.

The tournament’s official music projects are also expanding. FIFA’s World Cup album will include “Illuminate,” a collaboration between Jessie Reyez and Elyanna, as well as “Por Ella” by Los Ángeles Azules and Belinda.

Earlier this week, Shakira teased her official World Cup song featuring Burna Boy.

With one month remaining before kickoff, FIFA’s entertainment lineup is already drawing strong attention from football and music fans worldwide.

1984 Hit Film, Written in Two Days, Ranked Among ‘Best Romantic Comedies of All Time’

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 10:09am

The 1984 movie Sixteen Candles has been named one of the best romanticcomedies of all time. The John Hughes coming-of-age comedy ranked on Rotten Tomatoes' list of 200 memorable romance-themed films, where it was described as “significantly more mature than the teen raunch comedies that defined the era. “Sixteen Candles is shot with compassion and clear respect for its characters and their hang-ups,” the movie outlet noted.

Starring Molly Ringwald, Michael Schoeffling, and Anthony Michael Hall,Sixteen Candles told the story of Samantha Baker’s (Ringwald) crush on high school hunk Jake Ryan (Schoeffling) as her 16thbirthday was overshadowed by her sister’s wedding.

Sixteen Candles was a box office hit, earning over $23 million worldwide, per Box Office Mojo, and it made stars out of Ringwald, Hall, and more. It was also the directorial debut of Hughes, who would go on to write and produce the ‘80s hits The Breakfast Club, Weird Science, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Pretty in Pink, and more.

'Sixteen Candles' was written quickly—and with Ringwald in mind

Hughes wrote the first draft of Sixteen Candles quickly. According to The Philadelphia Inquirer, Ringwald once said of the filmmaker, “He wrote Sixteen Candles in two days.”

She also shared that Hughes had her in mind for the lead role after seeing her headshot. During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Ringwald revealed that she never even had to audition for Hughes.

“I met him, originally, for Sixteen Candles, and as the story goes… he had gotten my picture from a stack of headshots from ICM, and he just had it up on his wall, and he wrote Sixteen Candles over a weekend looking at my picture,” she revealed. “So when it was time to cast it, he cast the girl in the picture. I'm a girl in the picture.”

Ringwald told CBS News that Hughes chose her headshot out of a “giant stack” he received because he liked her face. "And he put it up over his desk and wrote Sixteen Candles, basically over a weekend,” she said.

Hughes, who died in 2009 at age 59, once reflected on his fast-paced screenwriting. In a rare video interview, he explained, “When I start to write a script, I try to get it done as quickly as I can to see if I like the idea, then I go through maybe  25, 30 rewrites, and that rewriting process doesn’t finish until I lock the film, which I do at the last minute.”

“How long it takes me to do a first draft… no I don’t sit there for 12 months because I can’t write dialogue like that,” he added. “I write dialogue as fast as I can say it. Fortunately, I’m a fairly good typist.”

1926 Mystery Writer’s Unexplained Disappearance Is Becoming a Major New Film 100 Years Later

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 10:09am

One of the strangest unsolved mysteries in literary history is heading to the big screen nearly 100 years after it first captivated the world.

According to Deadline, Felicity Jones is set to portray legendary mystery writer Agatha Christie in Eleven Missing Days, a new noir thriller centered on the author’s shocking 1926 disappearance. Vincent Cassel will co-star in the film, which is currently in pre-production and expected to begin shooting in the U.K. later this year.

The movie is based on the real-life incident that turned Christie herself into the center of a mystery seemingly pulled from one of her own novels.

In December 1926, Christie vanished from her home in Sunningdale, England, shortly after a devastating personal crisis involving her husband Archie Christie, who had reportedly asked for a divorce after falling in love with another woman. The next morning, Christie’s abandoned car was discovered near a chalk quarry in Surrey with clothes and an expired driver’s license left behind.

The disappearance quickly exploded into international headlines.

More than 1,000 police officers, thousands of volunteers and even airplanes joined the search effort as public fascination intensified. Newspapers covered the story relentlessly, while Sherlock Holmes writer Sir Arthur Conan Doylereportedly consulted a spirit medium in an attempt to help locate Christie using one of her gloves.

For 11 days, nobody knew where the world-famous author had gone.

Christie was eventually discovered alive at a hotel in Harrogate, England, where she had checked in under the surname “Neele” — the same last name as her husband’s mistress. Even after she was found, however, the mystery only deepened.

To this day, debate continues over what really happened during Christie’s disappearance. Some biographers have suggested the author suffered a psychological fugue state or memory loss brought on by emotional trauma and exhaustion. Others have speculated the disappearance may have been a deliberate attempt to embarrass her husband following the collapse of their marriage.

Christie herself never publicly explained the incident in detail and made no mention of it in her autobiography, helping fuel decades of speculation.

The upcoming film appears poised to lean heavily into the mystery surrounding the case. According to Deadline, the movie’s synopsis describes the story as “a case of life imitating art,” where “everyone in her life became a suspect.” Cassel will reportedly play a retired Belgian detective who becomes involved in the investigation, echoing Christie’s iconic detective Hercule Poirot.

The bizarre real-life episode has fascinated historians, readers and Christie fans for generations, partly because it feels so perfectly suited to the kind of stories the author herself became famous for writing.

More than 80 years after "And Then There Were None," "Murder on the Orient Express" and her other classics helped define the mystery genre, Christie’s own unexplained disappearance remains one of the greatest literary whodunits of all time.

Hersheypark Amusement Park Might Remain Closed for Summer Season

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 9:59am

Families across the country might be piecing together their vacation plans for the summer season, but if things don't turn out well, any plans involving Hershey, Pennsylvania's iconic Hersheypark might very soon be in jeopardy.

According to Inside the Magic, Hersheypark is currently involved in a high-stakes union dispute which could threaten operations at the busy summer season.

As per the theme park-oriented outlet, Hersheypark is currently slated to open seven days a week beginning May 21. As a result of the ongoing union dispute, however, the park's opening might be delayed to an indefinite time.

The origins of the dispute began on May 7, when a group of over 200 union maintenance workers employed by the park rejected Hershey Entertainment & Resorts' "last, best, and final” contract offer. The contract marked the third offer from the company after months of meticulous negotiations.

This coming week, the union will officially vote over whether or not to go on strike in response to Hershey's final contract offer. As per Inside the Magic, the union workers casting their votes include a variety of integral staff across Hersheypark and its neighboring properties, including ride mechanics, electricians, plumbers, laborers, technicians and carpenters.

The list of demands the union workers cite in their negotiations include several higher wage increases, more affordable healthcare plans and higher pay premiums for certain less-desirable work shifts.

Should a strike take place, it's likely Hershey's shift from weekend-only operations to a full seven-day calendar throughout the summer will be pushed back to a later date.

The union dispute comes at a notably critical time for the iconic 120-year-old theme park property. Along with the arrival of the always-busy summer season, Hershey recently opened a new hotel, the Hershey Inn & Suites. Should the dispute continue, it's almost certain every property within Hershey's Pennsyvlania portfolio will see some degree of impact.

Jennifer Lopez’s Low-Cut Bodycon Dress Torched the Red Carpet

Jennifer Lopez sure knows how to set the red carpet on fire.

The singer and actress, 56, hit the red carpet at the Netflix Is A Joke Festival for "The Roast of Kevin Hart" at The Kia Forum this weekend in Inglewood, California, and torched the fashion competition. Sporting a low-cut bodycon dress in a fire engine red color, the legendary beauty capped off the look with aviator sunglasses and chunky gold jewelry. With her long hair cascading down her back, the "Waiting for Tonight" singer completed the look with a Chanel quilted bag. We can almost guarantee that nobody was looking at Kevin Hart on the red carpet.

Lopez Puts in the Hours at the Gym

If you're wondering how Lopez achieves that red carpet body, she definitely puts in the hours at the gym. Back in February, Lopez took to Instagram to share a photo of herself working out. The revealing snap set the Internet on fire thanks to Lopez’s hard-earned body and stunning good looks. With her long hair cascading down her back, the beauty stared at herself in the mirror as she took the picture.

“Keep it simple…,” she captioned the steamy photo, which included a plum-colored workout set revealing her rock-hard abs and voluptuous chest. In the second slide, Lopez featured text from a book that read, “The goal is simple. Better than yesterday. Every. Single. Day.”

Lopez may be best known for her long, brown locks, but the singer and actress can pull off platinum blonde hair with the best of them. She recently shared a series of snaps from her role in the musical drama Kiss of the Spider Woman, in which she played a movie star whose most famous role is that of a spider woman, capable of killing her lovers with a kiss, according to Variety. Directed by Bill Condon, the film stars Diego Luna and Tonatiuh as a political prisoner and a window dresser who bond while recalling the plot of a musical.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Nina Faces Sidwell’s Wrath as Lulu Spills All to Dante

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 9:51am

It’s May sweeps time, and General Hospital is giving its all, delivering jaw-dropping moments that will have fans talking for months to come.

Friday’s cliffhanger featured Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) learning that Rocco (Finn Carr) shot Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Nina (Cynthia Watros), jabbing Jack (Chris McKenna) with a drug that was meant to keep Drew (Cameron Mathison) incapacitated.

This week, May 11-15, 2026, things in Port Charles heat up even more. The latest preview video for the ABC soap reveals fans won’t want to miss a moment of the show.

General Hospital Preview Reveals Nina and Lulu Are In the Hot Seat

A sneak peek at General Hospital featured Dante confronting Lulu (Alexa Havins) over Rocco shooting Cullum that night on the pier, not Jason (Steve Burton). In the latest preview video, a very upset Rocco is seen hugging someone, and it’s not his father.

Meanwhile, Lulu comes clean to Dante, who wants to know why he was kept out of the loop. Her emotions are flowing in those scenes.

Nina finds herself on the receiving end of Sidwell’s (Carlo Rotta) wrath after Jack lands in the hospital because of her actions. All Nina wanted to do was save Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), but instead, she put a spotlight on what Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) did to Drew.

Speaking of Drew, since he missed an injection of the drug, he begins to get his body function back, which just might set him free.

Jordan (Tanisha Harper) and Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) car accident drama kicks up a notch, too. Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) is forced to go on the defensive after DA Turner (Nazneen Contractor) begins targeting him for leaving the accident, even though there is no evidence that it was him.

That’s not all that is happening in Port Charles this week. Ric (Rick Hearst) works overtime to convince Sonny (Maurice Benard) he isn’t double-crossing him, and it doesn’t go well.

Rocco clashes with Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke). It has everything to do with the guilt he feels about Danny losing his father because of him.

Several people are put on notice this week, including Laura (Genie Francis), who gets an earful from Tracy (Jane Elliot), and Nina, who gets a warning from Carly (Laura Wright). Valentin must rethink his strategy while Carly attempts to keep Cullum at bay.

The walls are closing in on several people as secrets and lies are close to being exposed in Port Charles.

What storyline are you most excited to explore?

General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC.

2001 Thriller Film, Once a Box Office Flop, Is Suddenly Climbing the Charts 25 Years Later

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 9:48am

A 2001 forgottenJohn Travolta film is making its way back to the charts after being released on Netflix. The film regained popularity last year when streaming on Paramount+, and is now catching the attention of audiences on Netflix's Top 10 list.

There's no denying that the early 2000s had multiple thriller films that weren't a success at the box office compared to others. Some went under the radar and didn't gain any traction, like Travolta's Domestic Disturbance. The 2001 film was directed by Harold Becker and had the Grease star alongside Vince Vaughn, Teri Polo, Steve Buscemi, and Matt O'Leary.

The film is now gaining traction on Netflix after becoming available to stream on the platform over the weekend. It's now ranked at No. 10 on Netflix's Top 10 list, rivaling Bruce Willis'sStriking Distance at No. 9.

Domestic Disturbance became one of Travolta's less-than-favorable films after releasing hits like Face/Off, A Civil Action, and The General's Daughter. The film follows Susan Morrison (Polo), who has recently divorced and plans on marrying a younger and more successful man named Richard Barnes (Vaughn). Their marriage upsets Danny (Matt O'Leary), who is Susan and her ex-husband Frank's 12-year-old son.

After the wedding, Rick begins to show signs of anger and violence, leading Danny to stow away in his truck. Danny soon realizes that Rick isn't who he says he is and warns his father that he might be a murderer. Frank looks for answers to prove his son's claims and hopefully save his family.

Domestic Disturbance was a box-office flop upon its release, having had a budget of $75 million. The film only made back $54.2 million at the domestic box office and worldwide. Critics gave the thriller film bad reviews, with Rotten Tomatoes giving it a 23% rating and believing it's a "Well-made but extremely predictable, Domestic Disturbance is an average thriller that may work better on TV." Other critics agreed, saying the film was better off being released on TV and felt as if "the studios just aren't even trying."

Some reviews of the film are positive from fans, saying it was "well-acted" and watchable for fans of Travolta. Others felt Domestic Disturbance had just enough thrill and action, with a selling point being Vaughn's ability to tap into a darker, more villainous role.

The Beatles to Open Part of Their History to the Public

Mon, 05/11/2026 - 9:31am

The Beatles have announced plans to get back to the place they once belonged--and will open it up to fans to enjoy the experience.

3 Savile Row is a sacred place in the history of the Fab Four, having served as the location of Apple Corps headquarters since 1968, a recording studio, and the famed rooftop where the Beatles performed their final ever public concert documented in the films Let It Be and Get Back.

🎬 SIGN UP for Parade's Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox 🎬

The new ticketed experience will allow fans to access seven floors of the building with never-before-seen archives and rotating exhibits. Fans will also be able to visit the location’s recreated basement recording studio where Let It Be was recorded, as well as the famed rooftop.

“We’re thrilled to bring Apple Corps back to its spiritual home and give the Beatles fans something truly special. Every single day, fans are taking pictures of the outside of 3 Savile Row – but next year they can go in and explore all seven floors of the iconic building, including the rooftop where even the railings remain the same from that famous day in 1969,” Apple Corps’ CEO Tom Greene said in a statement.

“It was such a trip to get back to 3 Savile Row recently and have a look around. There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop. The team have put together some really impressive plans and I’m excited for people to see it when it’s ready,” Paul McCartney said in a statement.

“Wow, it’s like coming home,” Ringo Starr commented.

Additional details about The Beatles at 3 Savile Row will be announced in the coming months, before the fan experience opens to the public in 2027.

Fans were given a new perspective on the Let It Be sessions via Peter Jackson’s 2021 more in-depth three-part Get Back documentary, which downplayed the bickering and malaise featured in the 1970 Let It Be documentary by Michael Lindsay-Hogg. However, interviews from The Billboard Book of Number One Albums with engineer Glyn Johns and George Harrison confirmed that the Beatles were indeed having problems during the sessions.

“It wasn’t like being in a recording studio with a band making an album,” said Johns, who served as engineer on the bulk of the sessions and was also originally slated to produce the shelved Get Back album. “There were so many other aspects of what they were trying to achieve other than the record, and they went through some pretty serious changes while it was going on. There were some internal problems and external problems while it was going on.”

Harrison explained, “It wasn’t very much fun. Everyone was fed up and everyone wanted to leave the band. Although we salvaged it and we did some good tracks, it generally was done in a depression. It was done in a trough.”

While there may have been some bad times during the making of Let It Be for the band, expect The Beatles at 3 Savile Row to shine a light on the positive aspects of the time the band spent at the location, the music they made there, and their legendary final performance.
