This 1968 Hit Ranked 'Best James Taylor Song' Inspired a Beatles Classic

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 11:21am

While "Something in the Way She Moves" started out as a demo from a hopeful singer, it's become solidified as a classic song, and even served as inspiration for a huge hit.

Released by folk singer James Taylor, the song ranked No. 1 by Ticketmaster UK's list of favorite songs by the legendary artist. The song, which was released in 1968 on his namesake album, went on to spark some inspo for the Beatles in one of their major hits.

Taylor's connection to the Beatles started when the singer, now 78, who was born in Boston and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, made his way to London to pursue his career in music.

"With the help of some friends, I made demo of a couple of tunes and eventually [famed A&R exec] Peter Asher heard it and he played it forPaul McCartneyand George Harrison," Taylor recalled in 2008 on the UK's Later... with Jools Holland show. "I was recording in Trident Studios when the lads were making their White Album. When they finished one of their marathon sessions, I'd try to scurry in and try to put down a couple of tracks before they came back."

Years later Taylor recalled the story in greater detail in a 2020 interview with Steven Colbert where he shared how, at the time, Asher was looking for more artists to sign, and then recalled playing the ranked song for McCartney and Harrison while they all happened to be in the same studio.

"The way Peter remembers it [is] Paul McCartney and George Harrison were there, Peter leaned out of the door and into the hallway and said, 'Is there a Beatle in the house?' and it turned out there were two Beatles, and he said, 'I've got this guy here and I liked to sign him to the label.'

"I played "Something In The Way She Moves" to George and Paul and I don't actually remember anything about it," Taylor said.

Taylor went on to become the first non-UK artist signed to the Beatles' label, Apple.

The song obviously must have struck the two Beatles as Harrison used the song title as a main lyric in his song "Something" for their hit song on the Abbey Road album. The song reached No. 1 on the Billboard charts.

1977 ā€˜Best Song’ by a Tropical Rock Icon Was Written in 1 Night, Became a Vacation Anthem

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 11:14am

In 1977, Jimmy Buffett released ā€œMargaritavilleā€ and unleashed a whole new kind of rock: laid-back, sun-soaked, and ideal for escaping everyday life.

Written in one night after a burrito and darn-good margarita in Austin, Texas, the tropical rock classic was an instant hit. Today, it’s a cultural touchstone for escapism and vacations, and widely considered Buffett’s best song, topping rankings like Holler’s roundup of his greatest hits.

According to Buffett, he was hung over when inspiration struck. Seeking a little hair of the dog, he and a friend hit up Lung’s Cocina del Sur restaurant for Mexican fare and by the time he was back home in the Keys that night, the song was done.

ā€œThe song itself is classic Buffett,ā€ Holler writes about the single off Buffett's Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes album. ā€œHe nibbles on sponge cake, loses a saltshaker, finds a tattoo of a Mexican woman he doesn’t remember getting and sits around on his porch strumming his guitar and boiling shrimp.ā€

Buffett performed ā€œMargaritavilleā€ for the first time the following night at a bar, and the crowd loved it. The success of the song later inspired Buffett to open a string of Margaritaville restaurants and launch an entire lifestyle empire.Ā Ā Ā

Always on resort time, Buffett was and still is the king of tropical rock. More than a songwriter, ā€œhe was a way of life,ā€ the outlet writes, turning his ā€œeasy-going Gulf Coast slacker personaā€ into a multibillion-dollar brand spanning hospitality, real estate, and consumer goods. The Hawaiian shirt god’s signature style even landed him in Hollywood, appearing in films like Jurassic World (2015) and The Beach Bum (2019).

Over a career spanning more than 50 years, Buffett was a unicorn of singer-songwriters. Decades later, ā€œMargaritavilleā€ continues to resonate with Parrotheads and new generations alike.

Following his passing in 2023, the song -- which peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 -- went viral once again. Its timeless vibe and carefree energy prove one thing: You can always get wasted away again in Margaritaville.

Meryl Streep Says This Hollywood Legend Is the Real Miranda Priestly from 'Devil Wears Prada'

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 11:12am

For 20 years, the assumption has been that Meryl Streep modeled Miranda Priestly on Vogue's Anna Wintour. Streep has been trying to correct that for years, and she so with some finality this week on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

'I was basically imitating Mike Nichols that whole time,' she said.

Nichols, the director behind The Graduate, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? and Silkwood, had a quality on set that Streep said she found impossible to ignore. He carried absolute authority. His manner was quiet, precise, and laced with a dry humor that was both cutting and funny. He knew what he was saying was a little snide, and he knew it was a little amusing, and that combination was the whole thing.

'People take it as mean,' Streep said. 'But it's funny.'

The second ingredient was Clint Eastwood, who directed Streep in The Bridges of Madison County in 1995. Where other directors fill a set with noise and direction, Eastwood did the opposite. He never raised his voice. He often shot the rehearsal and moved on, keeping his crew in a permanent state of readiness. Nobody really got comfortable as they waited intently to hear what was next. Put those two together and you have Miranda Priestly.

Related: Pixar's 'Hoppers' Opens to $88 Million, a 94% on Rotten Tomatoes, and One Unforgettable Meryl Streep Villain

Streep told Nichols she had used him. 'He was thrilled," she said.

What makes the reveal so interesting now is where the original film stands two decades on. The Devil Wears Prada was sometimes dismissed in 2006 as a 'chick flick', a designation that impacted its budget, marketing, and studio positioning. The film went on to gross over $326 million worldwide. But since then, it's stayed in the cultural conversation. Quotes, scenes, (and the cerulean speech) still circulate on social media. An entire generation grew up on it and brought the next one along. Streep herself noted there is no moment anymore where she doesn't feel the urge to ask why no one is ready. The label, she said, has not worn well, pointing to Barbieand Mamma Miaas further proof of what Hollywood keeps getting wrong about films with women at the center.

The sequel arrives May 1 with the full cast intact: Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci. The story picks up 20 years later, with Andy returning to Runway under circumstances Miranda did not approve. In a clip shown on Colbert, Miranda learns Andy has been brought back and responds by firing someone else entirely.

Hilariously, Streep arrived for the interview wearing cerulean blue, Hathaway's outfit from the first film, and the studio audience recognized it the moment she walked out.

The sequel did not face the same budget fight as the original. 'This one, honey, they spent the money,' Streep said.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 opens May 1, 2026 from 20th Century Studios.

'Survivor 50's Genevieve Mushaluk Explains Her 'Uncomfortable' Feud with Aubry — And Where They Stand Today (Exclusive)

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 11:10am

Survivor 50Ā is here! Every week, Parade's Mike Bloom will bring you interviews with the castaway most recently voted off the island.

"I have no friends."

That's what Genevieve Mushaluk told me days before her second Survivor journey began. Indeed, the Survivor 47 standout was the only person to come back from her season, meaning not only was she perceived as one of the most dangerous players of the new era, but she wouldn't have anyone to speak to the contrary. Regardless, despite the impressive performance she made on her first time out, Genevieve was quick to fix some of the mistakes she had made. That included hitting the ground running when it came to building relationships. Indeed, by Day 2, she had been brought into a five-person majority, and had a number one ally in Kyle Fraser.

But the lawyer's case for a newfound social game had one objection: Aubry Bracco. In the early days on Vatu, Genevieve expressed an interest in working with her fellow strategist. But the sentiment was far from reciprocated from the four-time player, as she said to her face that she wasn't sure if she could trust her. Things only worsened from there when speculation ran rampant that Aubry had an idol, to the extent where Genevieve searched unsuccessfully through her bag for one. The irony of the situation: Shortly afterward, Aubry did receive an idol, courtesy of Christian Hubicki.

But Genevieve may have been distracted due to her own idol drama, twice over! She was the first to find an idol in the game, only to discover the twist on them this season, courtesy of Billie Eilish. Genevieve held in her hands a "Boomerang Idol," which had to be sent to somebody else and could only return to her once they were voted out. With her first choice, she targeted Ozzy Lusth, hoping to bank on Survivor history. When she found her second on Kalo beach, she went for an ally in Rizo Velovic. But it wasn't to protect him, rather, so he wouldn't see it coming when she did blindside him to take it for herself.

Indeed, Genevieve's journey on her second tribe was quite similar to the first. She yet again made immediate relationships. She yet again found an idol. And she yet again put the target on Aubry, as the distance between them began to widen. As the days ticked on, Genevieve lay in wait, anticipating when she could finally vote her out. Unfortunately, the first time she could, Aubry was surrounded by the two people who had given her the aforementioned idol. The "Blood Moon" twist split the players up into three groups. And despite all the relationships Genevieve had seeded through the first half of the game, she was suddenly in the minority. Of course, given her prior season, she wasn't going to go out without a fight, playing her Shot in the Dark. But that served as the latest, and final, stroke of bad luck in Genevieve's second season, taking her out.

Now out of the game, Genevieve talks with Parade about the origin of her feud with Aubry (and where they stand today), her choices with the Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol, and if she would ever make a return for a third season.

Related: Read our Survivor 50 pre-game interview with Genevieve Mushaluk

What was your first reaction when you were told about the "Blood Moon" twist, especially after you saw who you would be going to Tribal Council with?
I look down at the color of my rock. I look at other people's rocks around me, and I look up and see Aubry looking at me, just smirking. And I was like, "I am toast. I'm toast. If I don't win this, I'm going home." And throughout the whole challenge, I'm just saying to myself, "If I don't win this, I'm going home. If I don't win this, I'm going home." And then I fall and I just want to cry. And then I pull it together. I'm like, "You've got to do something. What pitch can I make? What do I know?" I tried, but I was a dead man walking.

So there's been a lot of talk since the episode about how fans felt you were incredibly unlucky on Survivor 50. You find two idols, but you have to give them away. Your biggest foe gets given an idol. You get randomly divided into a group where she's in the majority. And your Shot in the Dark doesn't hit.Do you think you had a disproportionate amount of luck this season?
Oh, I don't know if it's disproportionate. What's the proportion I'm entitled to? [Laughs.] That's the thing. Survivor, it's a competition, but there is so much timing and luck — and apparently, phases of the moon — involved. So you just do the best that you can and try not to beat yourself up for it. Had I ultimately gone on to win, there would be so much involved with that, too. So how can I complain?

Actually, yeah, I want to complain! [Laughs.] Because part of me is like, "It is what it is. You're not entitled to anything." And the other part of me is like, "Man, couldn't I have just had any other rock? That would have been so cool. Couldn't I have just had a Beware Advantage? Billie, why do you hate me?"

So we need to get into this entire arc with Aubry. From what we saw, it stemmed from a conversation you had where she admitted she was hestitant to trust you? Was that truly the origin? Or were there more elements we didn't see?
There were a lot more elements involved, as you might imagine. But that conversation is probably one of the more pleasant ones. So, yeah, it was just...I don't know, I'm the worst. There's something about me that's just horribly unlikable, I suppose. It beats me. But it was a tension that persisted, that made it impossible to work together. Which is unfortunate, because I do think that rivalries and hidden relationships can be so valuable amongst the people with them, if you can get to that place.

And unfortunately, the only utility I was able to get out of that dynamic with Aubry was letting other people feel comfortable. If you can't work with someone and have a leg up in terms of information that other people aren't aware of, or possibilities other people aren't aware of, then at least I can put you at ease of being like, "Well, Mike, obviously I don't have a problem with you. As long as this person's here, I'm not targeting you." Which wasn't true on the other beaches, necessarily, but it does create a really great distraction. It just also took a toll because it was uncomfortable personally. So it was a bit of a distraction from the game.

Have you gotten any explanation after the fact as to why that dynamic was so uncomfortable?
The only explanation I've ever got is that it was "all out of respect." Respect is so different in Canada! [Laughs.] So I don't know. But here's the thing: The game is a really stressful situation. And so, if there's something negative, it's so easy to let it fester and build. And it takes a lot to change the tides once you have momentum in that direction, because you're just so stressed and so exhausted. And so I hope it's not that personal and that deep. But everybody gets grouchy when they're tired and hungry.

How are the two of you now?
I don't know. I would say...I am very comfortable in Winnipeg. [Laughs.]

Well let's get into hopefully brighter prospects by talking about the fact that you found two idols.
Did I?! [Laughs.]

Possession is nine-tenths of the law, so maybe it wouldn't hold up in court. But you held onto them for a brief time at least! So the first one you choose to send to Ozzy. And, while it seems on the show it's based on historical precedent, Kyle has told me that it was more so to make a connection with him. Talk to me more about that.
Yeah, so I think that's a bit of a misdirect from a show perspective. Because, to Kyle's point, there was so much more to it. Really, when I read that note, my first reaction was, "Okay, I'm not I'm never getting this back. So what is the value of this twist to me if I never get an idol out of it?" And the value at that point so early in the game, it was clear to me that people were going around saying I was scary. There were questions of, "Can I trust Genevieve?" I had had a great start to the game with Colby that allowed us to really genuinely connect, and I felt safe with Kyle. But I needed to microwave trust and sort of counteract this perception that I'm standoffish and so untrustworthy.

And so the best value I could extract out of that first idol was building bonds on my own tribe. The idol is not going to help me. So how do I manage this information in a way that's going to get me the most goodwill amongst the people I want to work with, and thus hopefully safety? And so then it became beyond just sharing the information, it became a question of who's the right person that these people won't misinterpret as me wanting to work against them, who's working with them? Who could I give it to as a friend of theirs? And so after going through a couple of options with Kyle, Ozzy, I think, was the right decision to just sort of be neutral. And it could spin old school, it could spin new school. There wasn't too much of that there. But yeah, sharing the information and trying to build trust was really all I could extract in terms of value out of the first idol.

That's interesting, because the exact opposite happens with your second idol. You choose to not tell anybody about it, not even Rizo, who you give it to. Talk to me about that.
So Rizo was, at that time, swapped alone on a tribe. And so my thoughts with giving it to him is he and I were working very closely together. He told me everything that happened. And once Kyle left, I told him everything that happened for the most part. And so I thought, "Okay, Rizo is a good candidate. Because one, he'll use it if he needs it, and disrupt a power dynamic there that probably isn't helpful for me. Or he won't use it, and he'll be a likely target and go home with it in his pocket, and I'll get my idol back." I didn't foresee neither of those happening where he gets to keep it and stays! [Laughs.] Like, there's no disruption to any relationship hierarchies that exist. So that was unfortunate, but fortunate for Rizo.

And then when we ultimately got together, first of all, there are two parts of the idol. One, I didn't tell the people I was working with. And two, I didn't tell Rizo, I didn't tell the people I was working with, because I had already solidified those bonds and extracted the value I needed out of that transparency. And any more was I'd reached a point of diminishing returns.

Right. You already microwaved the trust. You didn't want to overcook it.
Exactly. Medium well — well, medium rare for me personally. But then, when it came to Rizz, I had heard that he had already told people that he got the idol. So I was on the fence of, "Do I want to be transparent?" Once I knew he had told Dee and Cirie, and they had promised him they told no one, I was like, "There's no frickin way they've told no one." So I don't want people knowing this about me.

And so instead, on the spot, I just decided to say, "It didn't come from me. Here's who I was working with. I'm pretty sure that group of old schoolers plus Joe "honor/integrity" would have shared that information that they had it. Thus it must have come from Aubry or Tiffany. They're working very closely together, Rizo. Wait and see. And if one of them claims that they want to work with you and they claim ownership of the idol, that's great. It's a good point. If they don't, then you've got to always be worried about them, because they're setting you up to get it back." And so trying to keep the riffs where I needed them to be so that I had Rizo. But, yeah, it's all moot now! [Laughs.]

You talk about setting up those rifts. And you made a lot of connections with people in the premerge. So who were you looking to get together with once the merge hit?
So I think I ended up having the old schoolers. But I know Cirie and Ozzy were sort of connected more to the other side at that point. They could have gone either way. They were in a good swing spot. So I think sort of the old schoolers plus Rizo plus Joe. And then Tiffany and Aubry were out on me from the swap tribe. And interestingly, Dee and Kamilla and Emily were more open for business. So I think there were options. I think there were things that could have been developed had we done just a big vote. But yeah, it was a total s—t show.

Talk to me more about that. If there was a regular merge vote instead of the "Blood Moon," who were you looking to go after?
I think for the first merge vote, my position would be "anybody but me," honestly. And even though Aubry had her idol, what we had talked about on Vatu and talked about on swapped Kalo was throwing and then trying to flush it. Her and Angelina being an ultimate target was very much a toss-up, because Angelina had connections. And I think if she gets it going, she can really get it going. And then on swapped Kalo, I was much more afraid of Tiffany. Joe and I are kind of dragging our asses in that one challenge that Tiffany just shows up amazing at. And I think unbeknownst to herself, at the time, she really saves herself. Because the plan was to split on them, flush an idol and hopefully vote her out. But it's "anybody but me."

In your Final Words, you talk about transitioning from a Survivor player back to fan. So does that mean you wouldn't come back to play again?
Mike, I am not a good Survivor player. Watch the tapes, it's not good. And let me tell you, I am such a good fan. I nail that. I never lose at being a fan, and that is where I am going to be for the rest of the Survivor journey. Honestly, I would never go back. The only way I would go back is if it was Blood vs. Water, because [my husband] Mark really wants to play. And so I would go and kind of accept the fact that I'm probably DOA again. But also that'd be horrible, Mike. Because then if someone even touched a hair on his head, I would go crazy because that's how I am. So it's just bad. You guys don't want to see that.

Ted Bundy Murdered Utah Teen Over 50 Years Ago, DNA Confirms

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 11:06am

Throughout his murderous reign of terror in the 1970s, serial killer Ted Bundy confessed to killing 30 people, although it's estimated that he actually claimed the lives of more than 100 victims — and one of them was never officially confirmed until now.

On Wednesday, April 1, the Utah County Sheriff’s Office announced that Laura Ann Aime, who was only 17 at the time, was murdered by Bundy in 1974, according to ABC News.

The over 50-year-old cold case murder was finally solved due to DNA evidence recovered from Aime’s body that positively matched Bundy’s DNA profile.

"We can now say, without a doubt, that Theodore 'Ted' Bundy did in fact murder Laura Ann Aime in the fall of 1974, and that law enforcement now has DNA testing results that are compatible with the latest DNA testing standards," Utah County Sheriff Mike Smith said during a press briefing.Ā

"This will make any future DNA test comparison easier for those law enforcement agencies who still have open cases involving Bundy," he added.

Related: The Shocking Murder of Professional Cyclist Moriah Wilson Gets the Netflix Documentary Treatment

Bundy was long suspected of having killed Aime and even confessed to murdering her before his 1989 execution. However, per Sheriff Smith, his confession "was deemed to be not enough evidence to close the case and rule out any other party having committed this crime."

Aime was last seen on Halloween night in 1974, leaving a party. A month later, on Thanksgiving Day, her body was found by two college students hiking in American Fork Canyon.

She was naked and had been severely beaten, strangled, and her body was bound.

Authorities also noted that there are likely still many cold case victims of Bundy whose murders have never been solved, but with new DNA technology, their cases can be definitively closed.

It Started As A Joke: Olipop And Goodwipes Are Making Their April Fools' Collab Real

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 11:00am

Olipop and goodwipes' April Fools' Day "prank" had the internet wishing their Peaches & Cream flushable wipes were real, and in the ultimate April Fools' switch-up, the companies have made the internet's flushable wipes wishes come true and confirmed that the 'joke' was the real prank all along. That's right; the Olipop x goodwipes Peaches & Cream flushable wipes are a real product, and they'll be coming to Walmart and, for a limited time, goodwipes.com.

On April Fools' Day, goodwipes and Olipop revealed their Peaches & Cream flushable wipes collab, the scent for which was supposedly modeled after Olipop's Peaches & Cream prebiotic soda flavor and design. However, much to the disappointment of many commenters, the collaboration announcement post included "#aprilfools," signaling that the new product was just a joke for the notorious prank holiday.

In an unexpected twist, however, Olipop and goodwipes have now revealed that they pulled off a double prank this April Fools' Day, as the Peaches & Cream flushable wipes were real all along. The new product, goodwipes and Olipop have confirmed, will be available at approximately 4,000 Walmart locations nationwide and at walmart.com until August 2026.

In addition to the product rollout, the companies are launching a new comedic video campaign, "Freshology 101," featuring current Jonas Brothers world tour opener DJ Mikey Deleasa, who will be the face of the campaign as the Professor of Freshology.

On April 11, goodwipes will also be sampling Peaches & Cream at the REVOLVE Festival alongside the luxury mobile restroom, The Porta Palace.

While the Peaches & Cream flushable wipes April Fools' Day prank was meant to offer a playful introduction to the product, Olipop and goodwipes have also come together to highlight the importance of digestive health and destigmatize bathroom hygiene by bringing together Olipop's high fiber, low sugar drinks and goodwipes' plant-based, "actually flushable" wipes in a new (and real) collaboration.

Bruce Willis was recently spotted in public for the first time in months, marking a rare sighting of the beloved actor. The appearance comes as Willis continues to live largely out of the public eye, with fans closely following updates about his health following his 2023 FTD diagnosis.

The Daily Mail posted photos of the iconic Die Hard star, who was seen riding in the passenger's seat of an SUV on Wednesday, April 1. Willis was smiling as he was being transported by an unknown male driver. The actor wore a gray T-shirt and a navy blue, light weight zip-up jacket while out in Los Angeles.

This is the first time that Willis has been seen in quite some time. Following his diagnosis, he retreated from the public eye. The outing comes just about a month after Willis celebrated his 71st birthday.

56 Years Ago Today, This Impactful Biopic Hit Theaters — Before Winning 7 Oscars

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 10:54am

One Battle After Another won a whopping six Academy Awards this year — but back in 1971, the dominant film at the time did one better.

Starring George C. Scott in the titular role, Patton was the big winner at the Oscars 55 years ago with seven victories. It was in 1970 — exactly 56 years ago today (Thursday, April 2) — when the acclaimed biopic was released in theaters, going on to become not only a critically acclaimed movie, but a commercially successful one as well.

For those who haven't seen it, the 1970 film is based on controversial World War II hero General George S. Patton and his wartime activities and accomplishments, beginning with his entry into the North African campaign and ending with his removal from command after his outspoken criticism of U.S. post-war military strategy.

The 43rd Academy Awards were certainly for all the trophies that went to Patton, but particularly for one that went to the film's screenwriters. The biopic was co-written was Hollywood legend Francis Ford Coppola, which means 1971 was the year he won his first-ever Oscar.

Other actors were reportedly considered for the role of Patton — for which Scott won an Oscar — including Lee Marvin, Burt Lancaster, John Wayne, Robert Mitchum and Rod Steiger.

Interestingly, Scott refused the 1971 Academy Award for Best Actor, which caused quite a stir at the time. Scott was a hard-drinking, opinionated man who wasn't particularly well-liked in movie circles, Turner Classic Movies reports, so it wasn't surprising that many of his colleagues felt that his public dismay over simply being nominated was, in fact, a crafty way of campaigning to win the award.

And before all that, Hollywood had reportedly been wanting to make a movie about the WWII general since he passed away in 1945, but his widow Beatrice — and Patton's family after her death — wouldn't allow it. But then, in 1959, the Army began to help with the project.

Kylie Jenner Drops New Video With Daughter Stormi, and Honestly, It Beats the Timothée Chalamet Talk

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 10:51am

Kylie Jenner and beauTimothĆ©e Chalametlit up the Internet after posting separate vacation pics on Instagram. Yes, we get it. You’re both on the identical gorgeously scenic beach. At the same time. But not together. But we know you’re together…because you’re in the same place at the same time.Ā

While it seemed like absolutely everyone was talking about the pair’s perfect getaway and thirst-trap selfies, the news story all changed this week when Jenner posted an adorable video of her daughter, Stormi Webster. The mom of two (Stormi was born in February 2018, and little brother Aire Webster was born in February 2022) recently took to Instagram and TikTok, adding the cutest clip of her eight-year-old in mirrored sunglasses, lip-syncing, and dancing to Tiagz's ā€œMuffins In the Freezer.ā€Ā

The mogul mama’s little girl (whom she shares with ex Travis Scott) is definitely the star of the Jenner clan right now. Forget about Kylie and TimothĆ©e, it’s all about Stormi and her confident cuteness!

Fans flocked to Instagram, posting their praise for the eight-year-old’s antics and giving Jenner props on her parenting style. One commenter wrote, ā€œLove love love it every time I see a child who has been allowed to express themselves freely and ends up developing this level of confidence this early,ā€ while another added, ā€œYou’re not a regular mom, you’re a cool mom.ā€

Along with the recent dancing clip, Jenner also posted to her Instagram Stories, giving fans a look at Stormi’s bunny-themed Easter manicure by celeb nail artist Zola Ganzorigt. And what eight-year-old wouldn’t want radiant rabbits on their fingertips? For that matter, what adult wouldn’t adore the holiday manicure?Ā

Of course, this isn’t the first time that the reality TV star/entrepreneur posted a sweet Instagram clip of herself and her kiddo. Last July, Jenner shared a mother-daughter dance moment on board a luxe yacht, captioning it, ā€œbuilt-in bestie for life.ā€ Friends and fans gushed over the video. Fellow reality star and Siesta Key alum Juliette Porter commented, ā€œI want to be Stormi when I grow up,ā€ and Kardashian pal Olivia Pierson wrote, ā€œOMG this is adorable!!!! Perfect mommy & me memory!ā€Ā

The hands-on mom has also posted plenty of Kylie-Stormi TikToks. In September, Jenner filmed her daughter experimenting with an eyelash curler, lip butter, eye shadow, and a hint of mascara. One commenter praised the makeup mogul mama, writing, ā€œI played with my mom’s makeup when I was a kid. But I did it behind her back. I think Kylie is doing a good job encouraging Stormi to do what she likes in a safe and comfortable environment.ā€

2000s Legend, Ranked Among the Greatest Wrestlers of All Time, Turns 46

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 10:47am

One of the most recognizable faces of 2000s wrestling, Randy Orton has officially turned 46 on Wednesday, marking another milestone in a career that has spanned more than two decades and cemented his place among the greatest performers in professional wrestling history.

Widely regarded as one of the all-time greats, Orton continues to compete at a high level in WWE, where he remains a central figure on the SmackDown brand.Ā

Even at 46, ā€œThe Viperā€ is still involved in major storylines, recently earning a championship opportunity at WrestleMania 42 after winning the 2026 Elimination Chamber match.

Orton’s legacy is built on consistency, longevity and elite in-ring performance. A third-generation wrestler, he followed the footsteps of his father and grandfather into the ring, debuting in 2000 before quickly rising through WWE’s ranks.

He made history in 2004 by becoming the youngest World Heavyweight Champion at just 24 years old. From there, Orton evolved into one of WWE’s most reliable main-event stars, known for his calculated style and explosive finishing move, the RKO.

Over the years, Orton has captured 14 world championships: 10 WWE Championships and four World Heavyweight Championships, placing him among the top names in company history. He is tied for third-most world title reigns, behind only John Cena and Ric Flair.

Beyond championships, Orton’s rĆ©sumĆ© includes two Royal Rumble victories (2009, 2017), a Money in the Bank win in 2013, and recognition as both a Triple Crown and Grand Slam Champion. He has also headlined WrestleMania multiple times and holds the record for most pay-per-view matches in WWE history.

Orton’s greatness is not just based on titles. He has consistently been ranked among the best wrestlers of all time. In one notable all-time ranking, he landed at No. 17, an impressive position considering the difficulty of comparing stars across different eras.

The evaluation noted his unmatched ability to perform at a high level, even in slower moments, stating: ā€œI will never get tired of watching him stalk around the ring and hit clutch RKOs.ā€Ā

The same ranking also compared his role to being ā€œthe Macho Man to Cena’s Hogan,ā€ highlighting his importance as both a rival and a standout star in his own right.

Even on his 46th birthday, Orton remains deeply involved in WWE programming. In recent weeks, he has teased a mysterious alliance, repeatedly appearing in segments where he is seen talking on the phone.

The cryptic message has sparked speculation among fans about who might be behind Orton’s recent actions, including his attack on Cody Rhodes.

At the same time, Orton’s feud with Rhodes continues to build momentum heading toward WrestleMania season.

Despite injuries, hiatuses and changing storylines, Orton continues to deliver compelling performances. His recent return from a lengthy injury absence in late 2023 proved he could still compete at an elite level.

As he turns 46, Orton shows no clear signs of slowing down. With a new contract reportedly extending his career and ongoing speculation about a potential retirement tour, fans are watching closely to see what comes next.

Nancy Guthrie Update: Lead Detective Never Worked a Homicide Case Before, Law Enforcement Source Says

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 10:37am

TodayĀ co-anchorĀ Savannah Guthrieā€˜s mom,Ā Nancy Guthrie, is still missing more than two months after she was abducted from her Tucson, Ariz., home—and a law enforcement source recently revealed that the lead detective had never worked a homicide case before.

On Thursday, April 2, NewsNation Senior Correspondent Brian Entin shared the revelation by an insider from the law enforcement community in Tucson.

šŸŽ¬Ā SIGN UP for Parade’s Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inboxĀ šŸŽ¬

"The first investigators who responded to Nancy Guthrie's home were inexperienced, and the supervisor had never investigated a homicide before, we are told," Entin reported. "This brand new information is coming from a source close to the investigation, who sat down with me for an exclusive interview with NewsNation."

Additionally, Entin said that the source offered "new insight" into the Pima County Sheriff's Department, which ā€œhas been forced into the national spotlight because of this case." He continued, "We've protected this person's identity for fear of retaliation for speaking out."

The source—who was not shown on the screen and whose voice was digitally altered—told Entin, "The people that were there on the scene were not tenured homicide detectives. They didn't have a lot of experience in homicide at that point. To include the supervisor, who, from my understanding, never investigated a homicide before being installed as the supervisor for the homicide unit."

When Entin asked how that was possible, the source explained, "Well, you see, you have decisions made by people that will install friends and people that can do stuff for them, as opposed to people who are there under merit and can do the job correctly."

Nancy was last seen at her Catalina Foothills residence on the evening of Jan. 31. As of writing, no suspect has been named in the case as the 84-year-old remains missing.

Catch Entin's entire interview on the topic tonight (Thursday, April 2) at 10 p.m. ET on NewsNation's Katie Pavlich Tonight.

Courtney Love Looks Back on 'Repulsive' First Meeting With Hollywood Icon Marlon Brando

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 10:36am

'90s rock icon Courtney Love had an interesting story to tell about the first time she ever met actorMarlon Brando. The Hole's singer was once convinced of a family rumor that the Hollywood actor was her grandfather, but vividly recalls their "repulsive" first meeting that changed everything.

Love appeared on Billy Corgan’sĀ The Magnificent OthersĀ podcast and spoke about how she once thought the Godfather actor had an affair with her grandmother. She believed a rumor that he allegedly slept with novelist Paula Fox. Love held onto the idea that it could be true and remembers how Brando's neighbor helped facilitate their first meeting.

"When I met him, I thought he was super repulsive and that tracked. I was like, ā€˜Oh, I must be related to this guy,'" she told Corgan.

The Hole's front woman went on to explain how she knew the actor's neighbor, Warren Beatty, and how he coerced the actor to meet Love. Love admits that when taking the meeting, she didn't want anything from Brando if the rumor was true. Brando had his own suspicions, with Love revealing that she was told that the actor wanted a note, and "So I wrote him a note. ā€˜I don’t want anything from you.'"

Still believing the affair rumor could be true, Love remembers using his bathroom and thought about swiping his toothbrush for a DNA test. Despite having the chance, the singer wanted to keep her word and stick to her "feminist" notion of not needing the actor's name.

"Nah. Like, nah. Maybe I’m too much of a feminist, but I was like, ā€˜I don’t need your last name.’ That’s how I felt," she said. "Also, I gave my word. But I’m glad I didn’t because it turned out he wasn’t even my grandfather, so there’s the comedy there."

Love has never disclosed who her actual grandfather is, with her grandmother, Fox, having once lived with Brando in the 1940s. It was around this time that Fox conceived Love's mother, Linda Carroll. Carroll was put up for adoption at birth, with Love having only learned of her relation to Fox when she was an adult, and calling meeting her for the first time "awful."

Kamilla Karthigesu Explains the Real Meaning of Her Final Words About Jonathan on 'Survivor 50' (Exclusive)

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 10:35am

Survivor 50Ā is here! Every week, Parade's Mike Bloom will bring you interviews with the castaway most recently voted off the island.

Despite being the only Survivor 48 representative on Season 50 who didn't make it to the final day, Kamilla Karthigesu had perhaps the biggest target going in. After all, only a couple of weeks prior, the entire cast had seen her mount an impressive game with an underground partnership with Kyle Fraser, showcasing a mastery in the art of throwing people under the bus. And it was outright declared in the after-show that, had she survived firemaking, she would have won the game.

But, despite the perception that loomed large over the short-statured Kamilla, the expectation was soon bucked by the reality of of her 13 days on Survivor 50. It helped, of course, (in the most macabre way) that Kyle was tragically medevaced on Day 4, mitigating the threat of the two of them reuniting. Instead, Kamilla turned to new allies in the form of the new era. She clicked immediately with Dee Valladares and Tiffany Ervin on her original tribe, as they all reveled in getting to play a fun, cutthroat game. And, at Kamilla's first Tribal Council of the season, she was able to do just that. Caught in the middle of the brewing bad blood between Charlie Davis and Rizo Velovic, she chose to side with the devil you don't know over the devil you do, taking out the Season 46 runner-up.

Kamilla didn't make this move, though, without leaving a couple of people in the dark. Namely, Jonathan Young. While the two of them spent every day on the beach together, it was clear they never quite saw eye-to-eye (though maybe that was the height differential). When the shockiing "Blood Moon" twist split the newly-merged castaways back into three groups, Kamilla thought she once again had the vote on lock. In a prominent division between old and new school, new era had the numbers, and she could take the opportunity to finally take out Chrissy Hofbeck. But while Jonathan came from the new era, his blood ran old school through and through. And so, while Kamilla dined happily at Applebee's, she had no idea it would be her last supper. The neighborhood decided she was not good for their games, blindsiding her. And she was more than happy to impart some last words onto her close ally Tiffany: "Drag that man through the mud."

Now out of the game, Kamilla talks with Parade about what she was trying to insinuate in her final words about Jonathan, her reaction to Kyle being medevaced, and who she was looking to work with at the merge.

Related: Read our Survivor 50 pre-game interview with Kamilla Karthigesu

We need to start with your last words after you were blindsided: "Bro. Drag that man through the mud." What was your reaction when you found out Jonathan flipped? And what prompted those words?
So I will say the reactions you see on TV, the one where my jaw drops and I go, "Bro," that was my reaction to seeing my name the second time. Because I knew I was gonna see my name once from Chrissy, right? But I really thought Jonathan and Steph would have stuck with us. But the reason the jaw dropped that second time was, I don't know if you remember from Savannah's exit press, but she went on a journey with Mike and Colby. And Colby said a lot of things. Mike came back and brought all of that stuff to us. And I was like, "I think this guy's lying because he wants us to work with him instead of the other old school people." My jaw dropped because I was like, "This is confirmation that Mike was not lying."

So basically, for you, this insinuated the rumors of a "Zoom" pregame alliance were valid?
Yeah. And also all the other details about the calls and stuff. It wasn't just pre-existing relationships. I don't care about pre-existing relationships. That's just like, "I'll look out for you. You look out for me." This was different, according to Mike. And then me telling Tiff to drag him through the mud. So now that you know that the reactions were flipped, the second time, my hand was in my mouth. I was like, "Don't blow up Tiff's game, but you need her to go back and blow up the Zoom Alliance." But I didn't want to outright say "the Zoom Alliance," because clearly none of these people think that we're all talking about it, that we all know about it. So it's just like, "Drag him through the mud when you get back." I just didn't want to mention the "Zoom alliance." I didn't want to ruin her spot. Because if they know she knows, then it's all over for her.

The episode before, we see you seemingly as the swing vote between voting out Charlie or Rizo. Were you as torn between them as the episode indicated? What made you ultimately decide to vote for Charlie?
Actually, it wasn't always going to be Charlie. I didn't want to get rid of Charlie or Rizo. I was gunning for Jonathan that vote. And I told everyone, "We don't need him. We're swapping tomorrow." I thought we were swapping. I didn't think we were merging, because Rizzo told us he had two swaps on the season. So I'm like, "Okay, they're testing things for 50." And people are like, "No, no, it's gonna be bad if we don't swap."

So, between Rizo and Charlie, I was not a swing vote. I want to keep Rizo because he had connections that I didn't have, whereas Charlie had the same connections that I had. Charlie brings me nothing in the merge. Also Charlie, I couldn't read him. We'd spent 11 days up until that point together, every single day together, and I never felt like he was fully committed to me. And 11 days feels like 11 years. If I'm dating someone for 11 years and they don't pull out a ring, I'm walking away. And that's what it was with Charlie. He just never felt fully committed to me. So I'm like, "Sorry, bye bye. This guy knows Genevieve. I want to meet Genevieve."

You seemed to click early on with Dee and Tiffany. How did that happen? Were they your closest allies throughout the game?
They were my closest ties, yes. I was talking to a lot of people on early Kalo. I got really close to Mike. I got as close as Charlie would let me get close to. And I compared conversations to everyone else, and they're all like, "Yes, Charlie is saying the exact same thing to all of us." So I thought maybe Charlie was in with us. I strategized with Coach. I had conversations with Jonathan. I had conversations with Chrissy.

The thing with Chrissy was she immediately wanted to get out Dee and Tiff. She was saying, "The girls are always off together. Those two are always off together." I'm like, "I mean, realistically, Mike and Charlie are always off together. Coach and Jonathan are always off together. Everyone's off together! The boys are always off together." So I didn't really like that, and so that kind of pushed me in with Dee and Tiff. I was thinking, "Can I get in with Mike and Charlie?" But it felt like there was a wall. So I was like, "I'll get in Dee and Tiff. They like me. I'm the nerdy girl. They're the cool girls. I'll take it. I've never been with the cool girls. Let me get with the cool girls."

You got to be on the same starting tribe as Coach, your self-proclaimed favorite player of all time. Did the reality live up to the expectation?
Yes, yes! Oh my god. I had so many questions for him. I asked him out his the voyage through the Amazon. I was like, "Okay, so you play trumpet, but now you write symphonies. How?! Because you don't just learn music theory by playing an instrument." I wanted to hear everything. He was talking to me about the Susan Bill symphony at what I believe was three in the morning. I loved everything. I just wanted to hear him talk more and more and more and more and more and more and more.

Well, unfortunately, something we didn't hear more and more about was your reaction to Kyle's medevac. Before the game, you talked to me about how you were mad he was on the season, and considered him an anchor to your game. But I can't imagine you expected him to go out in this way. So talk to me about your reaction both after immediately finding out this news, as well as the hours and days after.
Okay, in that moment, I was so sad. Because I was like, "I don't know how serious this is." I don't know sports injuries. But to be pulled out of the game, I'm like, "Oh my god, something really bad is gonna happen." I was so worried for him, so worried for Maggie, his wife. I was crying a lot. Thankfully, Coach interjected and gave me a little comedic relief. But once I got back on the sit-out bench, and Jeff came and talked to me about Kyle, I started crying again. I was a mess. We go back to camp, and actually, Dee quickly organizes a fashion show to sort of lift everyone's spirits.

Wait, so your tribe also had a fashion show?!
Mike, the men were terrified. They thought that this was like some sort of "unlock an idol" play. And when we got to the swap tribe, and Rizo was talking about his fashion show, Jonathan's eyes were like, "Oh, okay, but did you each have to wear each other's clothing?" Because that's what Dee made us do.

So he thought that, like Seasons 41 and 42, this could have been something you needed to do to activate an idol?
Yeah. So he was asking about the details about the fashion show, because Dee made us all switch clothing with another player. And so he's like, "Did you guys have to wear each other's clothing?" And Rizo was like, "No, we threw our own fashion show." I thought that was kind of funny. It's too bad that didn't make that. I thought that was really funny.

So that helps me. And then Dee also comes up to me after, and she's like, "Kamilla, I know it sucks that Kyle's gone. But this is actually good for your game." I was like, W"hy didn't I think of that?" I was just so caught up with being sad for him, and also I was sad because everyone in Survivor communities, hey meet each other, they make friends with each other. And I go to these events, I'm friendly, but I'm really bad at making friends. And so my closest friend was gone, and now I'm like, "I don't know these people. At least I had a friend. Now he's gone."

So how did you feel when Rizo claimed that Kyle told him to work with you on his way out of the game?
Kyle would never say a good thing about me to anyone. Not to not blow up either of our games. But even in the real world, you will never catch that man say a single good thing about me, and I'm the same way. So I was just like, "Kyle would never. There's no way." Unless he thought he was actually going to die, then maybe he would say a nice thing about me.

Let's get into what happened after that vote. As you're getting settled into this massive 17-person tribe, was there anyone in particular you were angling to work with?
Yes, so Rizo told me he had friends, specifically Genevieve. I really wanted to talk to Genevieve. Cirie said that she was close with Ozzy, so I wanted to talk to Ozzy immediately. I caught back up with Tiff. I heard she was good with Aubry. And then I learned that we can't have a thing with both Aubry and Genevieve in it. I just wanted to meet everyone's friends and their friends at the merge. And then also, I really liked Christian. So I'm like, "I want to talk to Christian and also Emily." But I don't think Emily was a fan of me for any particular reason.

Why's that?
There is a point at the merge where I would approach a group of people, and everyone would scatter. And there was one time where I approached a group of people, and Emily immediately goes, "Alright, well, I guess I'm out of here!" It's like, "Okay, I'll go sit on the other hammock where no one's around by myself. I'll go do that because no one wants me around."

Well, let's move from some friends into foes. Let's say there is no "Blood Moon" twist and you have a regular merge vote. Who were you trying to target?
I mean, I wanted to get Jonathan out the night before. So I'd probably find a group of people that would be down to do that. And then Devens and Cirie were telling me that I should talk to Joe. They're like, "You need to talk to Joe because you've harmed that man." So it's like, "Okay, I don't think there's anything worth repairing with Joe. I think it's gone." But we've since talked and we're good. So I thought Jonathan, Joe probably don't want to work with me. And the things is Rizo also told me, "No Aubry." And then when I go to Tiff and Tiff tells me, "Yes Aubry," I'm like, "Well, there goes one plan!" Because I thought Aubry would have been an easy consensus for everyone to rally around.

You and I spoke in the preseason about your reputation coming into Survivor 50, especially considering Season 48 had just finished airing a couple of weeks before the game started. Did you feel like you were able to buck that perception of being this untrustworthy player? And how did you react when you heard Chrissy was targeting you because of what she saw on 48?
I think with some of the people who are new era, like Cirie said in the last episode, they'll vote with you, or they won't vote with you. It's not the old era mentality. I think those people were willing to look past that, because they're like, "I can work with my enemy. I can work with someone who I might not be able to trust in the short term." But I think there was a group of people who were like, "I don't want to be anywhere near her."

Finally, I know that Angelina prompted a lot of discourse last week about the disproportionate editing of women at that point in Season 50. And you had vocalized your support of that on social media. So I wanted to give you the opportunity now to speak on your thoughts on your own edit this season.
'll talk about my own edit. I didn't expect to get much screen time because I didn't place that well. However, in general, I was actually told by Jonny FairPlay last night that me reposting Angelina stuff, [that] I'm ruining Season 50 by doing that. Me and Angelina are ruining Season 50 by talking about the edit in this way. So I will listen to what Jonny FairPlay said and just not comment on this, because apparently I'm ruining Season 50.

Like two hours later, he came up and he started bringing up the same conversation again. He started with the same conversation again, and then he started saying, "Kamilla, you're such a great player. Blah, blah, blah." I'm like, "Yeah, sorry for ruining 50 for you. Or actually, I'm not." And he's like, "I never said you ruined 50. No, no. I was joking." And then we talked for about five minutes more, and then he pulls out these pictures that he wanted me to sign for him. So I don't know if he was actually joking or if he wanted me to sign a picture.

This '90s Rocker's Dad Had a Top 40 Hit in 1958

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 10:27am

Before Chris Robinson and The Black Crowes became a rock mainstay, music was already part of his story thanks to his father’s brush with chart success.

During a recent appearance on The Bobbycast, Robinson reflected on growing up in a home filled with records, guitars and stories about songs. His dad, he revealed, had his own moment in the spotlight with the 1958 Top 40 hit "Boom-A-Dip-Dip."

"He wasn’t a songwriter, but he had a great voice," Robinson, 59, said, recalling how music was always playing in the house. With hundreds of records spanning blues, folk and artists like Sly and the Family Stone, those early influences helped shape his connection to music—especially as someone who found it easier to connect through sound than traditional learning.

Some of his earliest memories, he shared, involve his father playing guitar and explaining the stories behind songs, how they were written, and how they evolved over time.

But despite that musical upbringing, Robinson admitted there was an unexpected disconnect when he began pursuing music himself.

"Honestly? He thought I was talentless," Robinson said.

While his father appreciated more traditional influences like Bob Dylan, Robinson was drawn to something entirely different. Punk, alternative and counterculture sounds—from The Clash to The Cure—spoke to him in a way that didn’t quite resonate at home.

ā€œI was drawn to things that made him uncomfortable,ā€ he explained. ā€œThat’s where I lived creatively.ā€

The contrast is hard to ignore: a father with a Top 40 hit helping spark a lifelong love of music while not fully seeing the potential in his own son.

Of course, Robinson would go on to carve out his own path, proving that sometimes the biggest creative breakthroughs come from going against expectations—even the ones closest to home.

Hailee Steinfeld Welcomes First Baby, and It’s a Girl!

Thu, 04/02/2026 - 10:18am

Academy Award-winning actress Hailee Steinfeld welcomed her first child with husband, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen. The Sinners star revealed the news on her Substack, Beau Society, this week.Ā

The April 2 announcement, titled ā€˜Special Delivery,’ was short and sweet. The happy parents wrote, ā€œOur baby girl has arrived!! We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and well wishes. Love, Hailee and Josh.ā€Ā

Steinfeld was noticeably absent from the 2026 Oscars, prompting speculation that she had already given birth. The mom remained mum on the subject (at least on Oscar’s night), staying off social media and out of the spotlight during the final few weeks of her pregnancy. Sinners co-star Michael B. Jordan gave Steinfeld a shout-out during his Best Actor acceptance speech, sharing, ā€œHailee is at home…she’s getting ready to have a baby right now.ā€Ā

While Steinfeld wasn’t at the Academy Awards, the actress did post a sweet sentiment on her Substack a few days after the televised show, ā€œI think I cried the whole Show!...It was a magical night watching my entire Sinners family shine.ā€ She went on to add a sneak peek into her baby shower, offering a clue that she hadn’t given birth yet: ā€œOn a sunny Saturday in LA, my mom and about 30 women I love so much gathered in my most comfortable place—my backyard.ā€ The first-time mommy shared her ā€˜Mother Goose’ and gingham theme but did not reveal the baby's sex.Ā

If you’re hoping to catch a glimpse of newborn baby Steinfeld-Allen on the star’s Instagram page, you may have to wait a while. Even though the couple already made their big birth announcement, it looks like the Substack post is currently the only public statement.Ā

Steinfeld did post a sweet pic baby bump-baring pic on Instagram in February, writing, ā€œLife lately.ā€ Famous friends and fans flocked to the post, adding their well-wishes for the couple. Actor Jeremy Renner wrote, ā€œI’m so happy for you two!!ā€ and model/influencer Olivia Culpo gushed, ā€œYou look incredible!ā€Ā

One commenter gave their boy/girl thoughts, adding, ā€œIt’s giving boy vibes, Hailee!ā€ with several others agreeing. Of course, now everyone knows that Steinfeld was actually pregnant with a baby girl. The Pitch Perfect star’s fans look forward to getting all the details on Steinfeld’s newborn. But for now, we’ll have to settle for the announcement and hope that the elated parents are enjoying their first few days, weeks, and more in privacy with their brand-new baby!

Emma Chamberlain Describes Her Interior Design Style As Elegant Yet Playful

"Over the last few years, I've been slowly but surely filling in the blanks in this house," Chamberlain said in the new AD video. "When you first move in, you don't really know what you need, what should go where ... that comes to you as you live in a space."

"I like to find myself through being eclectic, mixing and matching," she further explained, adding that she enjoys collecting wares from all different eras. "When I ... tapped into that, I found that it magically had a cohesion because the through line was me."

She added: "I enjoy a playfulness but I also enjoy ... a little bit of elegance."

A lot of the pieces Chamberlain has acquired over the past few years have been lucky finds from flea markets and vintage stores. For instance, in her kitchen, lively decor includes a house-shaped sponge holder and a stretching cat-shaped paper towel holder (Chamberlain is a mama to two cats).

Additionally, many of the pieces throughout the home are inspired by some of Chamberlain's favorite things: birds (including a ceramic bird-shaped pitcher, a pigeon-shaped glasses holder, a fruit bowl with chicken feet and a chicken stuffed animal), apples (including mugs and a basket) and buttons (including dishes and throw pillows).

Chamberlain's living room is all about gathering and being social — instead of a television, the room has a gaming table and wardrobe filled with board games.

For times she does want to watch TV or play video games, Chamberlain has a sprawling den with a cozy terracotta-hued couch — which replaced the white rental couch she had last time AD visited. "This is the couch I was always meant to have," Chamberlain joked.

And all throughout the home, Chamberlain has plenty of furniture from her recent West Elm collab, including the Two-Tone Curved Wood Vanity and Marble Bistro Table.
