At the center of the series is Matt Murdock, the blind lawyer whose heightened senses allow him to patrol Hell’s Kitchen as Daredevil. In Season 2, Matt continues to navigate the tension between his belief in the law and his willingness to step outside it when justice demands more, all while fighting to tear down Kingpin's corrupt political empire.

Wilson Fisk/Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio)

Few villains loom as large over Daredevil’s world as Wilson Fisk. Vincent D’Onofrio’s crime boss turned mayor remains a formidable force in New York, hunting down who he views as public enemy number one – Daredevil – and turning New York into a police state with his personally controlled AVTF (Anti-Vigilante Task Force).

As Matt Murdock’s best friend and law partner, Foggy Nelson provided both comic relief and grounded perspective. The character died in Season 1 and was seen in flashbacks, however, Henson is also seen briefly in the latest trailer for Season 2 that you can view below. Don’t get your hopes up Foggy is still dead, appearing only in flashbacks.

Heather Glenn (Margarita Levieva)

Heather Glenn is a sharp, driven new presence in Matt Murdock’s orbit, bringing both professional ambition and personal complexity into his already complicated life. After dating Matt Murdock in Season 1, she serves as the Fisks’ marriage therapist and New York City’s new mental health commissioner, appointed of course by Wilson Fisk.

Krysten Ritter returns as Jessica Jones, the hard-drinking private investigator whose sharp wit and super strength make her one of Marvel’s most unpredictable and popular heroes. Jessica’s reappearance reconnects Daredevil: Born Again to its Netflix-era roots, while adding another fiercely independent voice with a dry, sarcastic wit to Matt Murdock’s expanding street-level world.

Mr. Charles (Matthew Lillard)

Little is known about Mr. Charles, an original character created specifically for Daredevil: Born Again with no direct comic book counterpart. However, Brad Winderbaum, head of Marvel TV and Animation, has teased the role as a significant new threat, describing Mr. Charles as a foil for Wilson Fisk. As Fisk’s rise to power puts him “on the international stage,” Winderbaum told EW, Lillard’s character represents a new class of power player — “a new antagonist on the field” who may be just as influential as Fisk himself.

When you take over New York City and decide to rule like a dictator, you're likely going to get the attention of the governor. Taylor's character of Marge McCaffrey plays a political rival to Mayor Fisk. This won't be the first time the two shared a screen, as Taylor and D’Onofrio previously played a couple in Mystic Pizza.

Easter baskets don’t have to be all chocolate and jelly beans. While sweet treats are always welcome, adding a hands-on activity is what really makes the holiday feel memorable. From spring-themed crafts to family game nights around the dining room table, a simple shared project can turn a regular afternoon into a full-on Easter tradition. And nothing says festive fun quite like building an adorable bunny together.

Right now, Amazon has the LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Bunny Set on sale for just $16, marked down from $20. This cheerful, screen-free kit is perfect for Easter baskets and springtime surprises, and thanks to its clever three-in-one design, the fun doesn’t end once the holiday is over — builders can take it apart and reimagine it into new creations long after the hunt has ended.

With 326 pieces to snap together, this spring-ready set builds into an adorable bunny that stands over 7.5 inches tall — the perfect size for playtime and display alike. But the fun doesn’t stop at one floppy-eared friend. As part of the LEGO Creator 3-in-1 line, you can choose between three different nature-inspired animal builds (though only one can be built at a time): A cute bunny, a charming llama, or a playful seal. Even better, each figure is posable for interactive storytelling — the bunny moves its head, ears, and legs; the llama swivels its head, ears, tail, and feet; and the seal can tilt its head, neck, and flippers for underwater adventures.

The thoughtful accessories make each build feel like its own little world. The bunny comes with a bright sunflower and carrot for garden scenes, the llama has a patch of grass and a carrot top for countryside vibes, and the seal balances on a sheet of ice with a fish in tow. Whether kids ages eight and up are creating springtime farm tales or icy Arctic escapades, this set turns one build into three imaginative adventures.

'Paradise' Star Enuka Okuma on That Long-Awaited Reunion — And Why She Feared It Would End in Tragedy (Exclusive)

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 8:09am

Enuka Okuma lived to see another day in Paradise. But there was a point she thought she wouldn't.

The penultimate episode of Season 2 delivered the long-awaited reunion between Xavier Collins (Sterling K. Brown) and his wife, Teri (Okuma). It's the moment fans have been waiting for since Xavier left the bunker at the end of Season 1 to find her.

🎬SIGN UP for Parade’s Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox 🎬

In last week's episode, Xavier looked up and saw his wife after Gary set off the bomb, and this week, the couple finally came together. However, when Okuma read the script for Episode 7, she thought the reunion was going to be short-lived as her character went to get Bean back from Gary, while Xavier watched from a roof, armed with a gun.

"I thought, 'This is it. This is where she goes.' Because in my mind, I'm like, 'That's actually great storytelling. They finally get together, only for him to lose her again,'" Okuma told Parade in an exclusive interview.

"It would have been great, but very dark storytelling if that were the case," Okuma added. "They've built up the unexpected so much that it could have gone that way. And what a fantastic amount of tension for the audience to be feeling when she goes back in there, because it is possible that you might never see her again."

Thankfully for fans, that wasn't the case.

According to Okuma, there were discussions in the writers' room about having Xavier and Teri reunite earlier in the season or at the very end. Ultimately, she thinks the timing was perfect. "I heard they were dabbling in doing it earlier, which I don't think would have been right. I think it happened exactly when it was supposed to," she said.

As a huge fan of Paradise herself, Okuma felt the weight of Xavier and Teri's emotional reunion, which the season had been building towards. "I was just really hard on myself because I wanted to get the moment just right," the actress shared. "I know how much the fans have been wanting it. So I was just really nervous about portraying it, and in the end, I love how it all came out."

All of her worries went away as soon as "action" was called.

Enuka Okuma described her Paradise co-star Sterling K. Brown as being "so real"

Disney/Ser Baffo

While Okuma and Brown ran lines together, the pair wanted to keep the husband and wife reunion raw in the moment. With their first reunion after the bomb, there "was a lot of physical rehearsal, but it was quick," she recalled, adding: "There wasn't much time to explore, which is why I'm so glad that the writers created that second scene [in the tent] to really stop and give them a moment, and give the audience a moment to absorb as they drink in each other, we're drinking in this moment with them. As I was reading the script, I was so glad there was another moment, and that was shot like a week later."

Prior to shooting the tent scene, Okuma remembered being deep in her own head when Brown asked what she was thinking. "And I was like, 'Well, I'm thinking what it would be like to have lost my husband and my family and to finally see my husband again.' And he kind of went, 'Okay, as you were,'" Okuma laughed.

Having the This Is Us star as a scene partner has been "the best thing ever" for Okuma. "He's just so real," she gushed.

The Rookie Blue alum first met Brown at her audition for Paradise, created by This Is Us' Dan Fogelman. Okuma was nervous to do her chemistry read with the Emmy winner, whom she admired.

"I arrived in the building, and I knew that he [Brown] and the casting director were on the other side of that door, and I was nervously trying to calm myself down. And he comes out before my audition time, and we meet. And he looks me in the eye, and I said, 'I'm nervous,' and he said, 'Don't worry, I got you,'" Okuma revealed. "From that moment, I just knew I can do my best, and that was his intention. And he took all of my fears, all of my nerves away, and I had a great audition because of him, I truly believe. And that kind of care and that kind of presence is just always there with Sterling."

Enuka Okuma had no idea where Paradise was going when she auditioned for the role of Teri

Enuka Okuma

Her character has come a long way since the flashbacks in Season 1. From the beginning, Okuma knew the part would be bigger, but didn't know how Teri's arc was going to unfold. "I didn't know that she would be alive, though," Okuma laughed. "Because with a Dan Fogelman show and all the flashbacks, there's nothing guaranteed. And all I was was in a flashback in Season 1, so I just thought maybe Teri was all in the past."

"I had no idea where the show was going. When I auditioned, it was that scene in the principal's office," she continued. "So that's what I thought it was all going to be about, was debriefing with my husband at the White House in a political thriller. I had no idea I was in a sci-fi about the end of the world."

Paradise debuted in January 2025, and, per Disney, has been streamed globally for nearly 12 billion minutes. The Hulu series was renewed for a third season two weeks before the Season 2 finale, which airs March 30. The day Paradise's Season 3 renewal was announced, Fogelman teased Okuma about what's to come. "He's just like, 'You have no clue where it's going,'" she told Parade. "And I believe it. I believe it."

Paradise streams on Hulu.

Reese Witherspoon’s Son Shares Sweet 50th Birthday Post to His GOAT Mom

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 8:07am

Reese Witherspoon is the greatest of all time. That is, according to her family. The actress recently celebrated her 50th birthday, and her son, Deacon Phillippe, took to Instagram to post about his “GOAT” mom.

Who is Deacon Phillipe?

Deacon is Witherspoon’s middle child—from her first marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe. Born October 23, 2003, the 22-year-old is a music producer/actor.

View this post on Instagram

Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe starred together in the hit ‘90s film Cruel Intentionsand married a few years later (in 1999). The couple’s first child, daughter Ava Elizabeth Phillipe, was born in June of 1999, a few months before Reese and Ryan tied the knot. In 2006, they announced their separation and filed for divorce shortly after.

While Ava and Deacon are Witherspoon’s only children with Phillippe, the Legally Blonde star does have another child, Tennessee James (age 13), with talent agent and entertainment exec James Toth

What celebrities wished Reese a happy birthday?

While Witherspoon may still look just like 20-something law student Elle Woods, the actress turned the big 5-0 on March 22, 2026. In a recent Instagram post, she added a carousel of playful pics, writing, “Turning 50 today…just thought I would show you some highlights. Gotta laugh everyday you can!”

View this post on Instagram

Fellow celebs, including Little Fires Everywhere co-star Kerry Washington, Legally Blonde co-star Ali Larter, Mariska Hargitay, Leslie Mann, Naomi Watts, Elle Fanningand Julianne Moore all wished their friend a “happy birthday” in the comments section.

Musician Sheryl Crowadded a sweet statement on aging, “You are fabulous at 50 just like you were at 40 and at 30 and at 20…Just like you will be at 60 and 70! You are a light and I love being in your orbit! Happiest birthday ever!” And we totally agree with the performer’s take on turning 50. After all, Reese is more of a golden girl than one of the Golden Girls

Actress Natalie Portman also left a touching tribute to the 50-year-old, “ Happy birthday to the greatest of all time! You’re such an amazing and inspiring human. Wishing you the most beautiful year yet!”

How did Reese Witherspoon’s son honor his mom’s 50th birthday?

Deacon posted an adorable Instagram message to his mama on her big birthday. The doting son captioned his carousel, “Happy birthday 2 my mom, who happens to be the goat.”

He started the pic montage with a dramatic black-and-white throwback family photo of himself, sis Ava, and the birthday girl. Next, he added a recent video clip of the trio, along with their baby brother (okay, so he’s more of a tween now).

Of course, her family and celebrity friends aren't the only ones wishing the star a happy B-day. Witherspoon’s fans have taken to social media, sending their love on her special day. And like them, we also want to give the actress a shout-out on being 50 and fantastically fabulous!

Kate Middleton announced her cancer diagnosis in March 2024

On March 22, 2024, Kate Middleton revealed to the world she was diagnosed with cancer. The news was shocking, sending waves of concern across the globe.

This news came almost two months after Kensington Palace shared a statement via Instagram where they revealed the Princess of Wales underwent abdominal surgery in January 2023. At the time, they did not share any information that the royal was diagnosed with the disease.

However, after two months of speculation about her health, Kate recorded a video where she discussed her diagnosis and treatment. This was the first time a member of the British royal family had ever publicly discussed a health battle.

She said, "In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London, and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous. The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present. My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy, and I am now in the early stages of that treatment."

Kate added, "It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment. But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte, and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be OK."

She made her first public appearance alongside Prince William and their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, at Trooping the Color in June 2024. Thereafter, the princess was selective about the events she attended as she continued cancer treatment.

In September 2024, Kate Middleton revealed that she had concluded medical intervention for the disease. She shared a video clip on Instagram alongside William and their family, and words of gratitude toward all who sent their well-wishes.

"As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment," she began. "The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant, and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown."

The princess concluded, "The cancer journey is complex, scary, and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you. William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time. Everyone’s kindness, empathy and compassion has been truly humbling."

Michael Jackson's Daughter Shows Her Appearance 8 Months After Canceling Engagement

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 7:30am

Paris Jackson, the daughter of the late Michael Jackson, candidly opened up about her breakup following her postponed engagement to ex-boyfriend musician Justin Long.

The singer and actress took to social media, getting real about a devastating chapter of her life.

While her posts often feature her music, fashion or her latest project, the 27-year-old gave her followers a more personal glimpse this time.

In a post, she joined a popular social media trend, but instead of a country, she labeled it “the breakup effect,” showing the emotional and physical changes that come with it.

Although she didn't talk much about it, the Instagram Story featured a side-by-side photo of her during and after the relationship, emphasizing just how radiant she looked now.

In one photo, her eyes looked more subdued, but in the current photo, they’re smiling and even without makeup, she looks bright and refreshed.

In December 2024, Paris Jackson announced her engagement to Long, two years after they began their dating in 2022, as mentioned by E! News.

Their whirlwind romance began after a backstage meeting on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Justin Long and Paris Jackson attend the "One Spoon Of Chocolate" premiere during the 2025 Tribeca Festival at BMCC Theater on June 08, 2025, in New York City.

In a now-deleted Instagram post, she shared a series of sweet snaps during her boyfriend and bandmate’s birthday celebration.

One photo stood out, showing Long down on one knee as he proposed.

“Happy birthday, my sweet blue. Doing life with you these last years has been an indescribable whirlwind and I couldn’t dream of anyone more perfect for me to do it all with. Thank you for letting me be yours. I love you,” she wrote.

Unfortunately, seven months after the announcement, the model shared a cryptic post hinting at a “breakup.”

“Those are breakup tears. y’all are f—n reaching again,” she wrote on X.

The post was her response to a Daily Mailarticle that featured a photo of her crying, noting that it was in connection with the anniversary of her father, the King of Pop.

Before her relationship with Long, she dated music partner Gabriel Glenn in The Soundflowers for three years.

Paris Jackson was also romantically linked to fellow model Cara Delevingne, but they never officially confirmed the rumors.

Doctors Are Urging People Over 50 To Stop Showering Every Day—Here’s Why

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 7:25am

For many of us, showering feels like a pretty simple, straightforward part of the day. Every night (or morning), you turn on the water, hop in, scrub your body, wash your hair and dry off, right? Yes—and no. First of all, many people shower in the wrong order, dermatologists say, which can prohibit them from getting fully clean. That’s not to a huge extent or a big deal, but it’s also not ideal (or maybe what you thought would happen).

To add to the surprising complexities of showering, there’s also the fact that showering in the morning has different benefits than showering at night, meaning you may need to change your routine a bit. Additionally, when it comes to shower products to avoid, don’t forget to ditch bar soap. As harmless as it may seem, bar soap can be harsh on the skin and strip your body of its natural oils.

Last but not least (for now), do you really need to shower every day? According to dermatologists, no—especially if you’re over 50 years old. It can actually outright hurt your skin and cause problems. For more expert-backed insight into why people over 50 shouldn’t shower every day, some showering dos and don’ts and other skin care tips, read on.

Why Doctors Are Urging People Over 50 To Stop Showering Daily

“As we get older, our skin tends to produce less oil, and it becomes thinner as we lose collagen,” says Dr. Nicole Negbenebor, MD, a dermatologic surgeon at the University of Iowa Health Care. (Collagen is one of the body’s proteins.) “This makes it easier for our skin to dry out with frequent showering.”

Dr. Brian Toy, MD, an attending dermatologist with Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, California, explains further. “Many soaps strip the skin of its natural oils, which help keep it lubricated,” he says.

Additionally, as we age, our sebaceous glands (which lubricate the skin naturally) become less active. “As these sebaceous glands become less active, the skin becomes drier, particularly on the face and legs,” Dr. Toy adds.

Related: The 20 Best Facial Cleansers for Aging Skin, Tested by Dermatologists and Makeup Artists

Other skin exacerbators include long, hot showers (they rinse off protective oils more quickly) and certain soaps, such as deodorant soaps and antibacterial soaps. So if and when you shower, especially daily, keep your showers short, lukewarm and accompanied by gentle soap.

Ignoring that advice can be somewhat serious. “These changes are irreversible,” Dr. Toy says.

How Often to Shower if You’re Over 50

As mentioned, daily showering is probably a no-no if you’re over 50 (especially if you’re also sedentary). If that’s you, how often should you shower, then?

“Showering frequency should be determined by the amount of sweat and body odor that one produces, [as] well as the level of physical activity,” Dr. Toy says. “This can vary dramatically from person to person and can vary with the weather.”

What might that look like in practice? According to Dr. Toy, a senior who doesn’t leave the house in the cold winter may only need to shower twice a week. However, an active senior living in Florida might need to shower twice a day during the hot, humid summer.

“From a medical standpoint, there is no single answer,” he adds.

Generally, Dr. Negbenebor recommends around two to three times a week, or every other day, if you have dry skin. “People can still spot-clean certain areas, such as the underarms, groin, etc., in between their full-body shower days,” she clarifies. But again, that’s for less-dirty days. If you get sweaty or dirty, she encourages showering as necessary with soap and warm (not hot) water.

Other Skin Care and Skin Health Tips for People Over 50 Years Old

Both dermatologists emphasize moisturizing the skin after patting it dry (leaving it a little damp). This helps “‘lock in’ the moisture,” according to Dr. Negbenebor. She recommends a gentle and fragrance-free option that doesn’t have a ton of additives. As you get older, she adds, you may need to switch to a thicker cream or ointment.

Dr. Toy encourages people to moisturize every day. “Moisturizing is [just a] temporary solution for dry skin,” he says. “Therefore, it must be done on a daily basis.”

This is all an illustration of how bodies will inevitably change, and the type of care they need will change, too. When you’re taking care of your aging body in new ways—like changing the vitamins you take, perhaps—don’t forget to adjust how often you shower (and how you shower), too. Just because it’s an unexpected tip doesn’t mean it’s not true.

The New Spider-Man Trailer Just Made History. Here's Everything We Know About Brand New Day

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 7:24am

Tom Holland's Spider-Man has been away from movie screens for nearly five years. The world, it turns out, was ready for him to come back.

The first trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day dropped on March 18, unveiled by Holland himself from the top of the Empire State Building at sunrise. Within 24 hours, it had been watched 718.6 million times, the most-watched trailer in the history of motion pictures. It surpassed the previous record holder, the Deadpool & Wolverinetrailer, in just eight hours. For context, the GTA VI trailer drew 475 million views in its first day. Spider-Man didn't just beat it. He buried it.

So what did 718 million people actually see?

The trailer picks up where Spider-Man: No Way Home left off, and in the bleakest possible way. At the end of that film, Peter Parker agreed to have everyone in the world forget his true identity. That means his girlfriend MJ, his best friend Ned, and everyone he loved lost all memory of him. Four years have passed. Peter is now living entirely alone, anonymously protecting New York as a full-time Spider-Man, until his body begins changing in ways he cannot control.

The mutation angle is one of the trailer's most talked-about details. Peter appears to generate organic webbing on his own, without his mechanical web-shooters, something fans of Tobey Maguire's original trilogy will recognize immediately. It suggests the film is taking Peter somewhere genuinely new, and considerably stranger than the earlier Holland entries.

The cast assembled around him is just as striking.Jon Bernthal returns as the Punisher, fresh off his acclaimed run in Daredevil: Born Again, and the trailer makes clear the two are not on the same side. Bruce Banner appears as well, with Mark Ruffalo back in the role. And Michael Mando's Scorpion (first teased in Spider-Man: Homecoming back in 2017 and never followed up on) finally arrives as a full villain.

Related: Critics Are Calling 'Daredevil: Born Again' Season 2 One of the Best Marvel TV Seasons Ever

Behind the camera, director Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) is framing this as the start of a new chapter rather than a continuation of the previous trilogy. The script comes from Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, who wrote all three prior Holland-era films. Holland has described it as the first movie of the next era of his Spider-Man, a clean break with a familiar face.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day opens in theaters on July 31, 2026, ahead of Avengers: Doomsdaylater that December. Given that No Way Home earned $1.9 billion globally, the pressure on this one is enormous. The trailer suggests Sony and Marvel know exactly what they are doing.

These 4 Birth Months Are Fated to Thrive in Their Golden Years

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 7:23am

It's interesting to see how personality, timing, and life experiences come together over the years. Achieving a thriving lifestyle later in life depends on various factors, including choices, resilience, and a bit of luck. Some birth monthsappear to be associated with traits that naturally promote long-term fulfillment. Whether it's emotional intelligence, persistence, or adaptability, individuals born in these months often age like fine wine, becoming more content, confident, and grounded over time. Read to discover which four birth months are most likely to thrive during their golden years, according to expert astrologers.

Which Birth Months Often Thrive in Their Golden Years?

Birth months are listed. Disregard your birth date.

January

People born in Januarytend to start life with a serious, disciplined outlook, and that steady mindset pays off in their later years. They're planners who are willing to delay gratification for long-term rewards. While others may burn out chasing quick wins, January-born individuals are building something sustainable. As they grow older, their patience and work ethic translate into stability—financial, emotional, and social. Capricorn and Aquarius are known for ambition, discipline, and a long-game approach to success. Therefore, this birth month stands the test of time.

April

Individuals born in April exhibit a bold energy in all their endeavors. As young people, they are often risk-takers, gaining valuable lessons that lead to wiser decisions in the future. The zodiac signsAries and Taurus are linked to qualities such as courage, initiative, and a lively zest for life. This month’s ability to maintain a passion for living distinguishes them, even as their responsibilities increase. In their later years, those born in April often remain active, engaged, and open to new experiences—traits that keep life feeling fresh and meaningful.

August

Those born in August have this confidence that strengthens with age. Early on, they step into leadership roles, but it's later in life that their personality shines. Either a Leo or a Virgo, they're known for charisma, warmth, and a strong sense of self-worth. They tend to build strong social networks and maintain meaningful relationships, which become a rich source of support and joy as they age. They are generous by nature, often giving back in ways that create a lasting legacy.

November

November-borns are known for being deep thinkers who navigate life with intensity, leading to personal growth. Facing emotional ups and downs in the early years builds their resilience and wisdom. By the time they reach later years, they've developed a sense of self-awareness and inner peace. They're less concerned with external validation and more focused on what truly matters, which brings a unique kind of fulfillment. Either a Scorpio or a Sagittarius, this birth month is open to transformation, emotional depth, and inner strength.

‘The Pioneer Woman’ Ree Drummond Opens Up About Her Beloved Easter Traditions

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 7:10am

The Pioneer Woman star Ree Drummond has opened up about her beloved Easter traditions in a new video that centers around family, togetherness, and, of course, food.

In a YouTube video, Drummond invited fans into her kitchen as she prepared a full Easter menu. She shared that these are the same dishes she makes every year, family favorites that help keep loved ones close.

"From a beautifully glazed ham to a creamy, herby side dish, to a special dessert passed down from my mom’s dear friend decades ago, this episode is all about simple, comforting recipes that make this bright spring holiday feel extra special," Drummond wrote in the video's description.

She told her followers she would "walk you through ideas and recipes to help you put together a classic Easter lunch that’s delicious without being complicated. Because at the heart of it all, Easter is about gathering with the people you love and enjoying the good times!"

Drummond concluded that after a delicious meal, the family takes part in a "wild" Easter Egg hunt. She added that the event is "always interesting, especially now that the kids are all grown."

The video was shot in the kitchen of the home she built on her Drummond Ranch property in 2024. Prior, she lived in a 50-year-old home on the property with her husband, Ladd, and their four children, Alex, Paige, Bryce, and Todd.

In an interview with PEOPLE Magazine, Drummond shared, "It wasn't a charming 50-year-old house. We loved raising our kids in the house, but it had foundation problems and had developed a few problems that were going to be pretty overwhelming to fix."

Instead, they built a home on the very same spot as the old home. In a blog on her Pioneer Woman website, it was revealed that the original home where the couple raised their family was the same home Ladd grew up in with his brothers.

1984 Rock Classic Collab Hit No. 1 41 Years Ago Today

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 7:04am

During this week in March 1985, 41 years ago, one of the most popular rock‑pop duets in music history finally reached the top of the U.K. Singles Chart and stayed there for four weeks.

"Easy Lover," the hit track from Philip Bailey of Earth, Wind & Fire and Phil Collins of Genesis, became a defining anthem of the ’80s. It quickly soared up the music charts and took over the radio airwaves, both in the U.K. and around the world.

While an exact date for the song becoming No. 1 is hard to pinpoint with old music chart records, "Easy Lover" was first recorded in the top spot on the Official Singles Chart released on March 23, which tracked the music from the week prior.

The rock duet kept its spot at the top for a month, making a clear impact on the decade and its memorable music scene. In a few other countries, including the Netherlands, Ireland, and Canada, the song was a true chart-topper as well. In the U.S., it didn't hit No. 1 but came close, peaking at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.

"Easy Lover" was the lead single for Bailey’s third solo album, Chinese Wall. The album was released in October 1984, with the track released as an official single the next month. Chinese Wall also featured the singles "Photogenic Memory" / "Children of the Ghetto" and "Walking on the Chinese Wall."

Bailey and Collins' song also got a Grammy nomination for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocals, although they lost to "We Are the World" by USA for Africa.

"We Are the World" was a charity single written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie. Quincy Jones produced the song, and many of the biggest names in music history took part in the track, including Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Tina Turner, Diana Ross, Bruce Springsteen, and more.

At the center, a cluster of clear cubic zirconia (CZ) stones mimicking the flower’s disk florets catches the light, creating a sparkling contrast against the warm gold tones. More CZ accents peek between some of the petals, adding shimmer and dimension, while the overall two-tone design gives the earrings a refined, yet playful, sun-kissed sparkle.

2000s Music Icon Shares Rare Photo of Her Stylish Mom: ‘The Legend Is Still Rocking’

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 7:00am

Fergie shared a glimpse of her personal life, but this time, through the lens of being a daughter.

Known for her powerhouse vocals and commanding onstage presence, the former Black Eyed Peas singer proudly introduced her mother as she celebrated her special day.

The 2000s music icon delivered a heartwarming tribute to her mother, Theresa Ann Ferguson, as she rang in her 75th birthday.

In an Instagram post, both women looked elegant and chic in their all-black outfits.

The 50-year-old pop star stunned in a mini dress, showing off her slender legs while an off-the-shoulder detail highlighted her neckline and shoulders.

Fergie completed the outfit with sheer stockings, black pointed kitten heels and a beret that gave off a sexy Parisian look.

As for her mother, Terri Ferguson went almost twinning, but in a long black dress with lace detail on the hem. Like her daughter, she sure knew how to spice up her look with a stack of long pearls and feathered hair accessories.

In addition to their stunning portrait, the “Big Girls Don’t Cry” hitmaker also shared a heartfelt message to her mother, whom she called a “legend.”

“Hi, Mommy. 75 years and the legend is still rocking<” she wrote, as she recalled the good times they had. “When I look into your eyes, I see all the years and memories we’ve shared together. I know all the sacrifices that you’ve made in your life to make mine and Dana’s better, and I want you to know I see you truly and appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. You are a forever beauty queen that has lit up every room with your smile and exuberant personality ever since I can remember.”

Lastly, Fergie expressed how “lucky” she is to have her as her mom and as a grandmother to her kids.

View this post on Instagram

“I hope with your 75 years under your belt, you feel as loved as you are by so many, including your beautiful grandchildren. You only get one momma, and I’m so lucky that you are mine. Happy birthday, Miss Terri,” she added.

The post drew positive reactions from fans, who also greeted Fergie's mom on her birthday.

“Both absolutely Stunning!! Happy Birthday, mama Terri!” a follower wrote.

“Mama @bepterri still got it!! Happy birthday, queen!!” another added.

“Hi, Mom, you both look stunning,” one wrote.

“Lovely. Beautiful mother, beautiful daughter!” a commenter added.

“You girls always look amazing!” said another Instagram user.

Last year, Fergie also shared a heartfelt tribute to her mom on Mother’s Day, posting a throwback that showed exactly where she gets her signature aura.

The California-native officially left Black Eyed Peas in 2017 to focus on motherhood.

Jaime Gomez, William Adams, Stacy Ferguson and Alan Pineda of Black Eyed Peas arrive at the 46th Annual Grammy Awards held at the Staples Center on February 8, 2004 in Los Angeles, California.

Former bandmates will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo told Billboard they are fully supporting her decision to be "a great mom” to her son Axl Jack Duhamel, whom she shares with ex-husband Josh Duhamel.

"We love her, and she's focusing on being a mom,” they told the outlet as cited by E! News, adding “That's a hard job, and that's what she really wants to do and we're here for her... It's really the way Fergie designed it, so we're respecting her design. We love Fergie, and we don't want anything but awesomeness for her."

Before she officially stepped back from Black Eyed Peas, she had a successful solo career in the mid-2000s, where she released smash hits like "London Bridge," "Glamorous" and "Big Girls Don't Cry.”

If you’ve ever argued with family and friends over which sides to get when ordering pizza, Little Caesars has you covered with a new, first-of-its-kind product that encourages sharing without needing to compromise.

The new, limited-time Four-N-One Stix bring together four fan-favorite breadsticks flavors into one pizza-sized format for $7.99, combining cheese, pepperoni, jalapeño, and bacon breadsticks into one order, which comes with Crazy Sauce, a tomato-based sauce with herbs and spices, for dipping.

“It’s the perfect solution for casual get-togethers, family nights, grazing dinners, and late-night cravings where variety and shareability are key,” a Little Caesars representative told Parade.

The new item will be available Hot-N-Ready from 4 to 8 p.m. at Little Caesars restaurants nationwide beginning today, March 23. “Four-N-One Stix is designed for the moments when people want a little of everything,” said Greg Hamilton, Chief Marketing Officer at Little Caesars, in a statement shared with Parade. “It brings together variety, dipping, and shareability in a format that feels new, while staying true to the great value and convenience our fans expect.”

Similar items are currently available at Little Caesars, like Italian cheese bread, which comes with ten pieces of freshly baked bread, covered with cheese, and the pepperoni cheese bread, which adds pepperoni to the shareable item. The Slices-N-Stix offering, which lets customers order four slices of pizza combined with eight Italian cheese stix, is also in the same family, but none have the variety the new Four-N-One Stix menu item brings.

Earlier this year, Little Caesars launched a Detroit-style Slices-N-Stix meal that combined two pizza slices, four cheese bread pieces, and crazy sauce for just $4.99. In January, Hamilton said that it was “perfect for people who want something quick, hearty, and satisfying, without sacrificing taste.”

The brand promoted the launch with a tongue-in-cheek social media campaign ahead of Valentine’s Day, joking that fans should send it to their single friends as the item was “way too good to share.”

Danielle Fishel Names the ‘Boy Meets World’ Star She Thinks Would Shock Fans on ‘Dancing with the Stars' (Exclusive)

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 7:00am

Going on Dancing with the Stars was a big step for Danielle Fishel. Of course, we're not just talking about the many she would take during her deep run on the last season of the hit ABC reality series. The Boy Meets World star not only entered worlds completely unfamiliar to her in both ballroom dance and reality TV, it also put her back in the spotlight after years away.

"Dancing with the Stars was the first on-camera job I had done in a long time, almost a decade, and I was nervous," the actress tells Parade in an exclusive interview. "I didn't know if I was going to enjoy it, and I just loved it. And the way my fans and the people who've always been there for me showed up to support me, I'll never forget. It was week after week, seeing the comments and reading the Reddit posts, getting the emails, everyone was so supportive. So I'm really lucky."

Despite being eliminated in eighth place alongside Pasha Pashkov, Fishel still has DWTS close to her heart. Most recently, she served as a special guest co-host on the 2026 tour (an engagement she'll be returning to from April 9 to 12). And it's the aspect of sharing a living space with so many people that has the actress partnering with Lysol Lavender and Cotton Blossom scented products, which both kill 99.9% of germs and provide a refreshing fragrance to help set the stage both at home and on the road.

"The Dancing with the Stars Live Tour really showed me how my cleaning needed to evolve now that I had a very small little space," the 44-year-old says. "The spaces that I was using, the kitchen and the bathroom, were now shared spaces. So Lysol was a constant companion on the road."

Fishel humorously cites pro Daniella Karagach as the messiest on tour, due to her cooking skills. As she puts it, "She would make me breakfast every morning. And I felt like if Dani was going to make me breakfast, I was going to clean up. So I was the cleaner. Dani made me breakfast, and I always cleaned up."

If that symbiotic relationship is not clear, the intimate and intense environment of DWTS creates a clear family dynamic. When Parade spoke with Season 34 winner Robert Irwin, he said Fishel was the cast member he got the closest with, and that she had given him a lot of sage wisdom to navigate the world after the show.

"Danielle is just an absolute light," the 22-year-old said. "She's just absolute sunshine whenever she walks into any room. And she was really there to give so much advice to me and to so many other people. She has Irwin vibes. She feels like she's just one of us."

When asked about the close bond they had created last fall, Fishel replies, "Robert and I have a very special friendship. We've been in in communication many times since the end of the season. He and his mother so generously invited me and my whole family to come and visit them at the Australia Zoo. We're now in the process of trying to find a time to make that trip happen."

"He is such a special man," she continues. "And I told him, 'If my children grow up to even be half as amazing as you are, I will feel like I have more than succeeded.' He's just so kind and sweet and funny and smart and cares about the people around him. He is the biggest green flag you've ever seen."

Considering how life-changing Dancing with the Stars was for Fishel, it's only appropriate Parade ask her about crossover from another life-changing project: Boy Meets World. Which of her former cast members does she feel should come back to primetime on ABC to follow in her footsteps on the dance floor?

"I do really think Will Friedle should do Dancing with the Stars," she answers. "Mostly because he swears he cannot dance at all. He's like, 'I'm a terrible dancer,' and I think that makes for the best television. And I think he has no idea how good these pros are and what they'd be able to get out of him."

To clarify, despite the playful dynamic between the two, who currently host the retrospective podcast "Pod Meets World" alongside fellow BMW actor Rider Strong, her choice of Friedle is not to watch him flounder doing a fotrot on national television. Rather, she wants to give the chance for the 49-year-old to surprise people — including himself.

"I think his trajectory of where he would start to where he would finish would be so inspiring," she says. "I think they could make him a decent dancer. From where he's gonna start to where he's gonna end is gonna be quite a difference. I would really love to see him on the show."

This Antique-Inspired Hobby Lobby Find Is an Easy and Stylish Way to Elevate Your Home Decor

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 6:55am

Creating a focal point in a home often requires a delicate balance between architectural interest and personal style. For many homeowners, the fireplace mantel or a grand entryway console serves as the heart of the room, yet these spaces can often feel unfinished without a significant statement piece to anchor the design. Achieving a high-end, stately home aesthetic usually involves hunting for antiques or investing in custom pieces, but a shift toward accessible traditionalism has opened up new possibilities for the everyday decorator.

The resurgence of ornate, classical silhouettes in contemporary interiors has brought a sense of grandeur back into the modern home. Large-scale reflective surfaces are interior designers' favorite trick for manipulating light and perceived space. Strategically placing a wide, horizontally oriented piece above a mantel or sofa augments the natural light in a room and creates the illusion of higher ceilings. A quiet luxury approach to decorating emphasizes intricate details and rich finishes that suggest a sophisticated taste without requiring a full room renovation.

55 Years Ago Today, History-Making ‘60s Sitcom Ended Its Three-Season Run

Mon, 03/23/2026 - 6:45am

It's been 55 years since Juliaended its groundbreaking TV run. The NBCsitcom, which starred Diahann Carroll, aired for three seasons, from September 17, 1968, to March 23, 1971. The series made history as the first to feature a professional, independent Black female lead, and it scored Carroll an Emmy nod in 1969.

Carroll played Julia Baker, a nurse at an aerospace company and single parent of a six-year-old son, Corey (Marc Copage). After her husband is killed in the Vietnam War, Julia raises her son in an upper-middle-class apartment building.

A 1968 feature in Ebony described Julia as “television’s first Black family series.” But the show was also criticized for being an unrealistic portrayal of the life of a single Black woman.

Diahann Carroll received backlash over ‘Julia’

In an interview with the Television Academy Foundation, Carroll admitted she initially "ran away" from doing Julia because she wasn’t sure it would work.

"Everyone was on the line, and everyone was scared,” she admitted of the series. “[It was] a very upper-middle-class Black woman raising her child, and her major concentration will not be about suffering in the ghetto."

Some viewers were put off by the premise of the series, deeming it a sanitized view of a Black woman’s life.

“You can't believe [the response we received]", Carroll recalled. "People wrote columns. How could she live in THAT apartment? And where did she get those clothes?"

"It's television! We're not doing a documentary,” she pointed out. “You have to change that thought. I said, 'Where does Marlo Thomas get those clothes [on That Girl]? She's an out-of-work actress.' We began to say, 'You must stop believing that the only thing that is valid for Blacks on television is a documentary. We're doing a comedy! Let us do a comedy.' …So, while the criticism was heavy, and sometimes, very unkind, sometimes threatening, we stuck with that premise."

Copage, who was one of TV’s very first Black child stars, agreed with his TV mom’s assessment. In an interview with ABC 7, he recalled that viewers would ask, “How would a nurse be living in this apartment? How would she dress so nice?"

"The show was not 'Black' enough. It's not a realistic portrayal of African Americans. There's no male figure, positive male figure for the child," he added.

“There were certain stations that wouldn’t even carry [Julia], especially in the South,” Copage told CNN in an interview.

Carroll, who received death threats over Julia, also admitted on the Dick Cavett Showthat the responsibility she was burdened with on the show “was a bit too much.”

The show’s cancellation 'shocked' Copage

Despite the controversy, Julia aired for three seasons, and there had been hope for a fourth after more Black writers were added to the sitcom. Speaking with the Television Academy, Copage admitted that the cancellation of Julia “was a shock” to him.

Per Copage, NBC’s formal press announcement stated that Diahann and show creator Hal Kanter wanted to pursue other endeavors. “But I think the reality was that the stress was just too much for Diahann,” the Julia actor added.
