Gird Your Loins: 'The Devil Wears Prada 2' Just Got a Disney+ Streaming Release Date

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 7:03pm

There’s no doubt that the release of The Devil Wears Prada 2 has been one of the most highly anticipated sequels of the entire year. After 20 years, Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway returned, bringing us more drama and more hilarious moments.

The sequel will soon be available to stream in living rooms, as it hits Disney+ and Hulu in July. Save the date for July 29, 2026, to be exact. It’s a huge release, but you don’t need to wait until the dog days of summer to watch the movie.

For those who really can’t wait and know the benefits of buying a movie on Digital, the release is coming sooner. Get ready for June 30, 2026. Yes, that’s next Tuesday! It will be available on all Digital platforms, and it means you can watch whenever you want without worrying if Disney is going to lose access to it — not that it should, but you just never know with streaming anymore.

If you love physical releases — and yes, they are still relevant — then you’ll want to turn your attention to the DVD and Blu-Ray release date. That’s on July 28, 2026, just a day before the Disney+ streaming release.

One of the biggest reasons to get a physical release is for all the bonus features, and while you will find some of these on the purchased Digital format, you will not find them on the streaming release. They include the featurettes:

Level Up: Updating the Icons
Inside the Fashion Closet
Front-Row Access: Shooting in Italy
“Runway” Music Video by Lady Gaga and Doechii

The featurettes are an excellent chance to head behind-the-scenes to see the making of the movie. It’s time to learn how to dress like Miranda, Andy, and many more, as costume designer Molly Rogers discusses her journey to ensure all personalities have a chance to shine.

There is also a gag reel and audio commentary by David Frankel, Aline Brosh McKenna, and Molly Rogers.

Courtesy of 20th Century

There is also a dual movie pack, so you can own The Devil Wears Prada and The Devil Wears Prada 2 in one box set. The franchise as a whole crossed the $1 billion mark at the global box office last month, with the sequel itself proving that there is life in it, making more than $676 million.

The sequel sees Andy (Hathaway) return to Runway Magazine as the new features editor, only to realize that her boss, Miranda (Streep), needs help in saving the company. There’s a force looking to take down this empire, and Andy refuses to allow that to happen.

'The Real Wolf of Wall Street' Calls Out Leonardo DiCaprio's Portrayal of Jordan Belfort

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 6:55pm

It's been 13 years since Martin Scorsese'sThe Wolf of Wall Street was released in theaters. The stylish movie starring Leonardo DiCaprio claimed to tell the story about Jordan Belfort, who was a stockbroker guilty of fraud and stock-market manipulation. He became an informant and was sentenced to prison in 2003.

The financially and critically successful movie was controversial. Some argued that the party lifestyle depicted glamorized Belfort's, 63, crimes. The man himself also had a short appearance in the movie.

But now the subject of the movie is in a docuseries that criticizes the Oscar-nominated film.

'The Real Wolf of Wall Street' Streams on Paramount+ on July 14

The official trailer for The Real Wolf of Wall Street starts with Belfort talking about the movie. "I prefer him than Danny DeVito playing me," he said, referencing DiCaprio, in an interview.

There are clips from home videos of the yacht parties that were in the Scorsese film. The documentary dives into the dangerous things people around Belfort did for money. It also goes into Margot Robbie'scharacter, Naomi Lapaglia, who was married to the criminal. The real second wife's name is Nadine Macaluso.

"What's missing from the movie is that there is a price to pay," a man told the camera in the trailer. It cut to the FBI raiding a building. There are multiple people angry at Belfort for cooperating with the FBI who were interviewed for the series.

The scripted movie ended by revealing Belfort worked as a motivational speaker. Belfort's memoir was the inspiration for the movie. He continues to write and has released The Wolf of Investing: My Insider's Playbook for Making a Fortune on Wall Street in 2023.

A judge ordered Belfort to pay $110 million back to investors, and he paid $12.8 million back by November 2018, according to CNBC. So he is still having to pay back with what he currently earns.

Belfort married a fourth time in 2021 to Cristina Invernizzi. The Argentine actress is in the Netflix show, EN EL BARRO, or In The Mud in English. He has two children with Macaluso.

It seems like Belfort and his wife travel the world, enjoying a life of luxury based on social media. They're also able to laugh at their past. Invernizzi posted a photoshopped Instagram picture of her husband in a boardroom full of money in 2025, and tagged it as the defunct "Stratton Oakmont."

Belfort kept up with the financial industry. He made a YouTube video in 2018 called "The Bitcoin Market has Finally Run Out of Greater Fools..." He changed his stance in 2022 and held a crypto workshop, claiming to help attendees understand it, according to The New York Times.

The Real Wolf of Wall Street premieres on July 14. It will have three episodes, according to IMDb.

1971 Rock Classic, Ranked Among 'Best Guitar Solos of All Time,' Was Recorded by Accident

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 6:54pm

While most people probably think of Keith Richards first when the words "Rolling Stones" and "guitar" come to mind, the legendary rocker wasn't the only talented axman in the band...and one need look no further than "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" as proof.

Released on the 1971 album "Sticky Fingers," the unforgettable tune starts out with a nasty, infectious Richards riff...and ends with a smooth, soulful jam featuring a guitar solo Rolling Stone called "the defining moment of Mick Taylor’s five-year stint in the Stones." (RS also ranked Taylor's work on "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" at #29 on a list of "The 100 Greatest Guitar Solos of All Time").

What makes Taylor's solo all the more impressive is the fact that the Stones had no idea the jam on "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" was being recorded at the time.

"We didn't even know they were still taping," Richards is quoted as saying in the book 50 Licks: Myths and Stories from Half a Century of the Rolling Stones.

"We thought we'd finished," he continued. "We were just rambling and they kept the tape rolling. I figured we'd just fade it off. It was only when we heard the playback that we realized, 'Oh, they kept it going.' Basically, we realized we had two bits of music. There's the song and there's the jam."

"That song had such a fantastic groove going, they just let the tape running for my solo at the end," Taylor recalled, adding, "Generally, I tried to bring my own distinctive sound and style to Sticky Fingers and I like to think I added some extra spice. I don't want to say 'sophistication' — I think that sounds pretentious. Charlie [Watts] said I brought 'finesse.' That's a better word. I'll go with what Charlie said."

Indeed, Watts praised Taylor's efforts on "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" on more than one occasion.

"As a lead, virtuoso guitar, Mick was so lyrical on songs like 'Can't You Hear Me Knocking,' which was an amazing track because that was a complete jam, one take at the end. He had such a good ear, and I would help push him along," the drummer said in a 2003 interview.

It's not surprising that Taylor made a major impact on some of the most notable guitarists to emerge in the decades since he was with the Stones. In an interview with Classic Rock, Slash cited Taylor as his "biggest influence."

"My favorite Stones records were Beggars Banquet, Let It Bleed and Sticky Fingers," the Guns N' Roses icon said.

"Those three were major to me, cause I was exposed to those records as a kid when they first came out," he continued. "Mick Taylor played on a couple of those records and went on for a couple more. As I got older and started playing guitar I always gravitated to his sort of style. People always mention Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck and Angus Young — all the obvious ones — but there’s guys like Mick Taylor and Joe Walsh that were as important. Mick Taylor had this really cool, round-toned bluesy sort of thing that I thought was really effective. Great rock guitar."

Of course, you don't have to play guitar to appreciate Taylor's contributions to the Rolling Stones. At the time of this writing, "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" has 147,321,268 streams on Spotify alone.

New Audiobook of 'The Odyssey' Is Narrated by Michael Caine — With a Twist

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 6:50pm

While fans await the theatrical release of Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey, they can enjoy an all-new audiobook adaptation with its own celebrity tinge.

On Tuesday, June 23, a reading of Homer's epic poem was released exclusively on the ElevenReader app — where fans can listen to free. And they'll quickly recognize a certain A-list "voice" behind the project...

For this latest audiobook iteration, the official artificial-intelligence voice of Sir Michael Caine serves as narrator, believe it or not.

"The Odyssey is one of the greatest stories ever told," Caine, 93, said in a statement, per ElevenLabs' recent news release. "By bridging classical storytelling with digital innovation, this epic is reimagined for modern audiences through ElevenReader. It was a pleasure to be a part of this retelling."

View this post on Instagram

ElevenLabs' original production covers Odysseus' entire journey from the fall of Troy to his encounters with both gods and monsters. It combines Caine's AI voice replica and a full cast performance of character voices, as well as original music and sound effects.

"For centuries, people have passed down stories like The Odyssey through voice and written text," said Jack McDermott from ElevenLabs in a statement. "This new production builds on that tradition. It combines human creativity and taste with AI audio tools that turn an ancient story into an immersive audiobook for today's readers."

Coincidentally, Caine has been a regular in Nolan's movies over the years (The Dark Knight, Inception), with the director's new film The Odyssey hitting theaters July 17. Its lead actor, Matt Damon, recently spoke exclusively with Parade about the movie, saying it's worth seeing for this reason alone:

“I think seeing it on IMAX, if you can, because… it was not easy shooting an entire film in IMAX," Damon, 55, told Parade. "It was really challenging, and a lot of people had to work really hard to make that happen, and so… I feel like it’s really going to be worth it for the audience.”

'When Calls the Heart' Stars Erin Krakow and Ben Rosenbaum Welcome Baby Girl

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 6:42pm

When Calls the Heart stars Erin Krakow and Ben Rosenbaum have a new reason to celebrate.

The Hallmark fan-favorites have welcomed their first baby together, a girl, in April, the couple exclusively shared with PEOPLE on Tuesday, June 23. The happy news comes less than a year after Krakow, 41, and Rosenbaum, 39, revealed they had tied the knot.

The couple is now embracing a new chapter away from the cameras as first-time parents. "Our precious new family member entered the world in early April," Krakow and Rosenbaum told the outlet. The ecstatic parents also added, "Our daughter has been the greatest gift, and we are loving getting to know her better with each passing day."

The couple joked that Krakow is no longer outnumbered by Rosenbaum and their dog, Willoughby. "It's already hard to remember life before she arrived," they told the outlet.

As for who their baby girl resembles most, the answer is still up for debate. "Friends and family have told us consistently that she looks like a total combo of the two of us, but so far, we only see a resemblance to either of us in flashes of a little facial expression or certain angles in pictures," they told PEOPLE. "She just looks like her own little person to us!"

Krakow first announced her pregnancy in November, posting a series of photo booth pictures on Instagram featuring the couple holding sonogram images.

"So much to be grateful for!!! 🥰," she captioned the adorable announcement post.

The couple first went public with their relationship in February 2024, and months later surprised fans by announcing their wedding on Instagram.

As they embrace their life as a family of three, they're also looking ahead to what's next professionally. When Calls the Heart is set to return to Hallmark Channel for season 14 in 2027.

'Star Wars' Quote Ranked the Best Line in Franchise History Started as a Simple Sendoff

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 6:39pm

There are few iconic movie lines that transform pop culture history and become an integral part of the modern-day lexicon like those from the Star Wars franchise. A new ranking names the Star Wars quote as the greatest of all time, a line that originally began as a simple, functional exit phrase in the 1977 film Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope.

“May the Force Be With You” Ranked No. 1

In the new ranking, “May the Force be with you” is named the No. 1 Star Wars quote of all time. The quote first appears when General Dodonna (Alex McCrindle) addresses Rebel pilots preparing for the attack on the Death Star. At the end of the briefing, the general delivers the now-famous sendoff.

A Simple Line That Became a Cultural Signature

“May the Force be with you” was originally written as a straightforward line of encouragement, but the battlefield farewell quickly took on a life of its own. The line became the emotional signature of the entire Star Wars saga, and it is often quoted and used in everyday conversation, even if sometimes ironically, as an optimistic sendoff.

What started as a simple phrase became an iconic movie moment, one that has been repeated throughout the following Star Wars films.

Related: The 1999 Movie That Changed Horror Forever Is Returning to Theaters — and It Has a Premiere Date

Why the Quote Endures Nearly 50 Years Later

The simplicity of the quote distills the core idea of the Star Wars franchise—hope, faith, and connection to something greater—into a single, highly repeatable phrase.

Nearly 50 years later, “May the Force be with you” is a widely recognized expression and a cultural shorthand for encouragement, solidarity, and good luck. The phrase is used in everyday conversation and even appears in sports broadcasts and political speeches.

A Movie Quote That Transcended Star Wars

While many famous movie quotes become tied to a particular scene, “May the Force be with you” needs no context, and its meaning has expanded far beyond the Star Wars universe itself.

Much like “Show me the money!” from Jerry Maguire and “I’ll be back” from The Terminator, this Star Wars quote has not only encapsulated a franchise’s sentiment but has also become part of everyday language, separate from its original cinematic context.

1985 Hit, the Only No. 1 Bond Theme Song, Became a Timeless Anthem

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 6:31pm

James Bond always gets the villain. But scoring No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 is another beast altogether. Though dozens of global superstars, from Adele and Paul McCartney, to Madonna and Tina Turner, have tried, only one musical act has managed to achieve the feat in the U.S. And that’s Duran Duran.

The English New Romantic pioneers unleashed their synth-pop crossover hit “A View to a Kill” on May 6, 1985, and it became a massive success. Marrying Duran Duran’s danceable sensibilities with legendary composer John Barry’s soaring orchestration, the track is tense, it’s rapid, it’s Bond, James Bond. But its greatest accomplishment had little to do with the film itself.

In the band’s native U.K., “A View to a Kill” peaked at No. 2. In the U.S., however, it went one better, becoming the first—and only—James Bond theme song to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Several have come close, including McCartney and Wings’ “Live and Let Die” and Carly Simon’s “Nobody Does It Better,” both of which stalled at No. 2

Though later Bond themes by Sam Smith andBillie Eilish topped the U.K. charts, neither was able to match Duran Duran’s singular achievement in America. A collective effort, the song was written by all five band members: Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes, John Taylor, Andy Taylor, and Roger Taylor, with support from Barry.

“It’s quite a deep production, this song, on top of the rhythm structure,” bassist John Taylor says in a video. “One regret I have is I refused to make a 12-inch dance mix, but whatever, the song was a worldwide No. 1.”

He adds, “It was fun to be part of the James Bond franchise, it was a funky collection of '80s icons that were a part of it.”

While Duran Duran’s track was making history on the charts, the film was carrying the iconic franchise into a new era.

A View to a Kill marked the end of Roger Moore’s run as 007. The actor starred in seven Bond films, taking him from age 45 to 57 and making him the oldest actor to play the legendary secret agent created by author Ian Fleming. His swan song — an action comedy that sees Bond and an oil heiress (Tanya Roberts) team up to foil a relentless microchip magnate (Christopher Walken) — cleaned up at the box office, raking in more than $150 million on a $30 million budget.

Though critics panned it, A View to a Kill is now widely regarded as the ultimate transition film, taking the franchise from campy and lighthearted to the gritty, modern action style that followed with Timothy Dalton, and then Pierce BrosnanandDaniel Craig in the driver's seat of the Aston Martin.

Meanwhile, the song was a connector of its own, bridging the espionage franchise and 1980s MTV pop culture.

Four decades later, Duran Duran’s “A View to a Kill” remains the gold standard for Bond themes in the U.S. As fans wait for the announcement of the actor who will inherit the tuxedo in Denis Villeneuve and Steven Knight’s Bond 26—whether it’s Callum Turner, AaronTaylor-Johnson, Jacob Elordi, or someone else entirely—another question looms just as large for music lovers: Who will record the next great Bond theme?

Until then, Duran Duran’s chart-topping classic remains a reminder of the rare magic that can happen when the right song meets the right 007.

Retirees Are Getting Blindsided by These State Tax Laws — Is Your State on the List?

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 6:10pm

You did all your research before moving to a new state for retirement; you checked the cost of living expenses, made plans with your financial advisor for long-term spending goals, got a great deal on where you’ll live, and are happy with the tax options in your new home. But you weren’t aware of the complex state tax laws that are now eating into your nest egg. Here are some of the state laws blindsiding retirees.

Related: 20 Inspiring Ideas to Make the Most of Your Retirement Bucket List

States That Tax Social Security

Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and West Virginia still tax Social Security benefits, although West Virginia is currently phasing that out so all 2026 returns will be completely exempt

While WV moves away from the tax, Minnesota is actually a sleeper offender, taxing Social Security, pensions, and all forms of retirement income. The top income tax rate in the state is 9.85%, and the lowest is 5.35%, according to Kiplinger.

While Minnesota doesn’t offer tax breaks for lower-income retirees, Connecticut does exempt lower earners. Single filers under $75,000 AGI are exempt, which still covers a large part of the population.

The Pension & Retirement Income Trap

No income tax doesn’t always mean no retirement income tax. Some states tax pensions or 401(k) withdrawals even with no broad income tax. California, for example, taxes retirement income, including private and public pensions plus 401(k) accounts, at up to 13.3%, but doesn’t tax Social Security benefits. StateByStateTax notes that the Golden State receives a poor rating for retirees.

On that same page, we learn that Oregon doesn’t have any sales tax, but does collect up to 9.9% from retirement and pension accounts. It’s no wonder that some retirees choose to sell their equity-rich homes on the West Coast and head to more tax-friendly states.

On the plus side, one of those places they could migrate to is Michigan. Starting with the 2026 tax year, the Great Lakes State will have effectively phased out state income tax on most retirement and pension benefits, including defined-benefit pensions, IRA distributions, and other qualifying retirement income, reports Kiplinger.

The Inheritance & Estate Tax Surprise

Inheritance and estate tax isn’t something many retirees think about until it’s too late. You worked hard to leave something to your loved ones, and you want them to be able to use as much of it as possible.

Currently, 12 states plus D.C. levy their own estate taxes, and six states levy an inheritance tax. Maryland does both, but it’s not the only state with a surprise for residents. Oregon, for instance, has the lowest estate tax exemption in the country at just $1 million, meaning retirees with a home and modest savings can find themselves caught in the net.

Furthermore, Kiplinger reportd that Massachusetts estate taxes can jump as high as 16%, with an exemption of only $2 million for 2025, meaning many middle-class homeowners get caught.

Property Tax Is The Hidden Fixed-Income Killer

Property tax is often overlooked because it isn’t a form of income that’s typically considered when figuring out state taxes for retirement. However, people who are “house rich” but on a fixed income could get hit especially hard.

States like New Jersey and Illinois have property tax rates of 2.13% and 2.07%, respectively, which can hit a retiree hard. In fact, property taxes can completely negate income tax exemptions, making it expensive to stay retired in the state.

On the plus side, many states actually offer senior property tax relief programs. You have to apply, and there are income caps, but it’s worth looking into to see if your state has the program and if you qualify.

✅ Sign up now for Parade's daily newsletter and check one more thing off your list ✅

More Than Just Income Tax

Deciding where to retire requires looking beyond income tax alone. While states like Florida and Texas seem great because of their no-income-tax policies, other factors can completely negate the savings. When you’re making plans, you need to look at all of the factors that will contribute to your overall quality of life.

It’s your money, and you worked hard for it; you deserve to keep as much of it as possible.

Viral 'Hospital Car Theory' on TikTok Highlights an Important Task Grieving Families Often Miss— Here's How to Handle It Correctly

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 6:07pm

In the hours and days after a loved one passes away, families are often confronted with far more than grief alone. Alongside funeral arrangements, legal wills, estate matters, and notifying relatives, there are numerous practical tasks that require immediate attention, including what to do with a vehicle left behind at a hospital.

The issue has become prominent enough to inspire the so-called "hospital car theory" on social media, which highlights the often-overlooked reality that when someone dies unexpectedly or after a prolonged hospital stay, their car may remain parked outside for days or even weeks.

@

♬ -

While it may seem like a minor detail amid a major loss, a car left unattended can quickly become a source of stress if parking fees accumulate, towing becomes a possibility, or questions arise about who has the legal authority to move it.

According to the CDC, more than 3 million deaths were recorded in the United States in 2024, meaning millions of families each year face administrative and logistical challenges after the death of a loved one. Knowing who to contact, what documentation may be required, and how vehicle ownership is handled can make the process significantly smoother.

Who Should Family Members Contact First?

If you’re involved with an abandoned vehicle, police involvement may be unnecessary unless there are concerns about theft or an accident.

Matt Odgers, a co-founding partner at Opelon LLP told Parade: "Start by calling whoever runs and manages the lot first, not the police. They control the space and may even waive fees once they know someone has passed. If a family member has the keys, they can typically move the car as soon as they have an arrangement with the parking lot manager.

Odgers said the insurance company registered with the car may need to be notified later, particularly if it will remain unused for an extended period or ownership is being transferred.

Can a Family Member Legally Move the Vehicle?

Photo by Twenty47studio on Getty Images

A family member may be permitted to move the vehicle for safekeeping, but hospitals, parking operators, towing companies, or DMV offices may require documentation before releasing it.

However, Odgers said that proof of authority will be required for a family member if choosing to remove the vehicle.

Odgers said, “If the car is titled only in the deceased person's name, a relative typically can move it to a safe place, but retitling with the DMV will require proof of authority. Generally, retitling will require a certified death certificate plus either a small-estate affidavit or court letters naming an executor. Keep in mind that every state has its own rules, so contact your local department of motor vehicles in your state to confirm exactly which process applies.”

However, state laws can vary and it’s best to check the official state website to confirm exact documents needed. Commonly requested documents can include:

  • A death certificate
  • Proof of identity
  • Letters testamentary or letters of administration
  • A small-estate affidavit, where permitted by state law

Before driving the vehicle, it may also be best practice to confirm that insurance coverage remains active.

Common Mistakes Families Make

One of the biggest mistakes may be waiting too long to contact the hospital or parking operator, allowing parking fees to accumulate, or increasing the risk of towing.

According to Elayne, families also sometimes assume they can immediately sell, transfer, or drive a vehicle without legal authority.

In the hustle and bustle of reclaiming a loved one’s car, practical steps — including documenting the vehicle's condition, collecting keys and registration documents, confirming insurance coverage, and obtaining estate paperwork — are often forgotten.

It’s best to always keep a written record of conversations with hospital staff, parking managers, and insurers to help prevent delays and misunderstandings during the process.

Which Blue Gatorade Flavor Is the Very Best? I Tried Them All, and the Winner Won by a Landslide

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 6:06pm

Growing up playing sports, I always looked forward to the small rewards that came after a long, hot practice or game. Those moments felt simple, but they meant a lot. Nothing ever felt quite like walking over to the cooler, digging through the ice and grabbing an ice-cold Gatorade. It was always the same routine for me, and without even thinking about it, I would reach for the blue one every single time. It didn’t matter what other flavors were sitting right next to it. If there was a blue option, that was my choice.

Part of it was straightforward preference. Blue has always been my favorite color, so naturally it stood out to me more than the others. Over time though, it became more than just the color itself. I started to actually prefer the taste of the blue varieties over everything else in the lineup. It became a habit, almost like something I associated with finishing a hard workout or a tough game. But what is the best blue Gatorade?

After years of drinking them in different settings, I started paying closer attention to the differences between flavors. I had already built a mental ranking from past experiences, so I thought I had a pretty good idea of how they would compare. Still, I wanted to test that theory in real time by tasting them again side by side.

Doing that helped me see things more clearly. Some flavors held up exactly how I remembered them, while others surprised me a bit in both good and bad ways. Comparing them directly made it easier to understand my preferences instead of just going off of memory. In the end, it wasn’t just about nostalgia or habit anymore, but about confirming what actually tastes best to me today.

Read on to see the taste-test results of every blue Gatorade flavor and if these fun options lived up to the hype (and my memory).

How I Tested the Blue Gatorades

Choya Johnson

I wanted to make sure this test was fair and honest, so I decided to conduct a blind tasting to keep everything unbiased. I used unmarked cups so I would not know which blue Gatorade flavor I was drinking at any point. Each sample was tasted one by one and evaluated carefully. I judged them based on smell, taste and color to keep the comparison consistent across the lineup.

After tasting each one, I took notes on my first impressions and the aftertaste. This helped me clearly separate the differences between each option without brand influence or expectations. Once all the samples were tested, I ranked them from worst to best across the entire blue Gatorade lineup.

The goal was to stay transparent and honest with my opinion. I wanted the flavors to speak for themselves instead of me thinking about the product labels or selling points of each drink.

Every Blue Gatorade Flavor, Ranked Worst to Best

After taste-testing all of the blue Gatorade flavors available, here's my ranking from worst to best.

6. Gatorade Zero Zero Sugar Glacier Freeze

Choya Johnson

Coming in last place for me is the Gatorade Zero Zero Sugar Glacier Freeze. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad. The problem is that it just feels like it's missing something. The flavor is lighter than I expected, and it doesn't have that refreshing punch I look for after a workout. If you're limiting your sugar intake, it'll get the job done, but compared to the others on this list, it didn't stand out to me.

5. Gatorlyte Glacier Freeze

Choya Johnson

Gatorlyte definitely serves a purpose, especially when you need serious hydration. That said, I found myself noticing the electrolytes more than the flavor. It has a slightly salty taste that reminds you this drink was designed for recovery first and flavor second. It's useful, but it's not one I'd reach for if I really wanted a good-tasting sports drink.

4. Gatorade Advanced Rehydration Glacier Freeze

Choya Johnson

This blue Gatorade flavor is a step up from the last two. It still has that familiar Glacier Freeze flavor many people know and love, but the Advanced Rehydration formula gives it a little more substance. It's refreshing and easy to drink, but when compared to the top three, the flavor isn't quite as bold.

3. Gatorade Zero Zero Sugar Rehydration Cool Blue

Choya Johnson

Cool Blue has always been one of the most recognizable Gatorade flavors. What surprised me here was how much I enjoyed the zero-sugar version. The berry flavor comes through nicely without being overly sweet. It's clean, refreshing and one of the better sugar-free sports drinks I've had.

2. Gatorade Advanced Rehydration Cool Blue

Choya Johnson

If someone handed me this after mowing the lawn, spending hours working on my Impala or finishing a tough workout, I'd be completely satisfied. It delivers everything I expect from a blue Gatorade. The berry flavor is strong, refreshing and easy to drink. There's a reason Cool Blue has remained a fan favorite for years.

1. Gatorade Advanced Rehydration Fierce Blue Cherry

Choya Johnson

This one takes the top spot for me without much debate. From the first sip, the flavor is bigger, bolder and more memorable than the other blue Gatorade options on this list. The blue cherry flavor gives it an extra layer that separates it from Glacier Freeze and Cool Blue. It's sweet without being overpowering, and it tastes exactly like what I want a sports drink to taste like after a long day.

Related: We Ranked All 15 Waterloo Sparkling Water Flavors—and the Winner Won by a Landslide

Final Thoughts

At the end of the day, I'll probably always have a soft spot for anything blue when it comes to Gatorade flavors. But if I'm grabbing just one bottle from the cooler, Gatorade Advanced Rehydration Fierce Blue Cherry is the one I'm reaching for first every single time.

Something Magical Happened at a Legendary '80s Metal Band Concert - And Fans Can't Stop Talking

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 6:00pm

Sometimes, the world lines up in just the right way to create something absolutely unforgettable. Whether we see it as coincidence or some spiritual truth, there's no doubt that something magical happened at a recent Metallica show.

Metallica has treated fans to some unforgettable concerts over the years, as they've been on the road for pretty much their whole career. Countless stadiums and venues have hosted some iconic and memorable shows, sometimes to an uncanny degree. Their recent show in Dublin is one such case. Take a look.

@n0v3mb3r.r4in

The camera couldn’t capture how majestic this was to the naked eye, im so happy i heard Orion live @metallica 🥹⚡️ #metalica #metallicafan #metal #concert #dublin

♬ original sound - Lena N Roses🎸⚡️

The sky turned into a magnificent golden spectacle during the band's performance of "Orion," which moved many fans of the band, as the song has a special sentimental connection. "The camera couldn’t capture how majestic this was to the naked eye, I'm so happy I heard Orion live," the caption read. The song took a long time to be regularly performed, as it featured the late great Cliff Burton heavily.

The tune is an instrumental track featuring Cliff at the height of his talents with the group. Burton served as the originally bass player of the band before his tragic death in a horrific accident that occurred while they were on tour. Featuring a haunting bass solo about halfway through the song, and another much faster one toward the end, it has always been intertwined with the tragedy and memory of the legendary Cliff Burton.

For that reason, the golden light of the sunset takes on a much more spiritual form. Choosing to wash over during this song gave fans a warm reminder of the legend that didn't make it to the performance. They each reflected on Burton in the comments.

"Cliff sending his regards.🤘"

"Cliff brought his aura over the stadium whilst his masterpiece was being played. 🫡🤘❤️‍🔥"

"This looks absolutely beautiful! What a song for it to happen on as well. We miss you Cliff. 🤘🏻"

I'm glad people still remember that greatness that was Cliff Burton. As a bass player myself, listening to a song like "Anesthesia" just blows me away. He was a generational talent that was robbed from us. Wherever he is, I'm sure there's quite the show happening.

Before You Retire, Make Sure This Document Is in Order (Or Your Heirs Will Pay)

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 5:59pm

Financial experts warn that one overlooked retirement document can completely derail your intentions for your estate: Beneficiary designation forms.

This comes as the Pew Research Center reported that only one out of three Americans has updated their will or estate plan after major life events.

These forms determine who inherits assets held in retirement accounts such as 401(k)s and IRAs, as well as life insurance policies. Unlike what many people might assume, the beneficiary listed on the account, rather than the person named in a will, usually receives the money.

Why Beneficiary Forms Matter More Than Your Will

Photo by hobo_018 on Getty Images

Financial institutions and retirement plan administrators distribute assets in accordance with the beneficiary designation on file. That means an outdated form can override instructions in a will, trust, or other estate-planning documents.

Fidelity notes that beneficiary designations on retirement and financial accounts "override instructions in a will," making it critical for account owners to keep them up to date.

The consequences can be significant. According to Investopedia, if an ex-spouse remains listed as the primary beneficiary after a divorce, that person could inherit the account. Similarly, if a named beneficiary has died and no updates were made, the transfer process can become more complicated and may not reflect the account owner's wishes.

The Mistake Many Retirees Make

Photo by Witthaya Prasongsin on Getty Images

Beneficiary forms are often completed when an account is first opened and then forgotten for decades.

Major life events, such as marriage, divorce, remarriage, births, deaths, and the creation of trusts, should trigger an immediate review of all beneficiary designations. According to Kiplinger, failing to update them can result in assets going to unintended recipients or creating unnecessary legal disputes among surviving family members.

SIGN UP for Parade’s Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox.

Another common mistake is naming only a primary beneficiary and failing to add contingent beneficiaries. Fidelity confirms this serves as a backup if the primary beneficiary dies before the account owner. Without one, assets may be delayed or included in the estate.

What Retirees Should Do Now

Financial experts recommend reviewing beneficiary designations on all retirement accounts, life insurance policies, annuities, and payable-on-death accounts at least once a year and after any major life change.

According to Investopedia, it’s best practice to follow this checklist each time:

  • Ensure primary beneficiaries are current
  • Check that contingent beneficiaries are listed
  • Update beneficiary designations to align with your broader estate plan
  • Review and remove former spouses or deceased relatives

Updating a beneficiary form often takes only a few minutes, but failing to do so can have consequences that cannot be corrected after death. As estate-planning experts frequently warn, one outdated form can determine where decades of savings ultimately end up.

A New Boutique Nile Cruise Lets Travelers Sail Egypt Aboard a Luxury Dahabiya

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 5:56pm

For travelers dreaming of seeing Egypt's ancient temples and timeless landscapes, a new luxury cruise experience is offering a more intimate alternative to the large ships that typically sail the Nile.

The newly launched Al Mourad Dahabiya is bringing boutique luxury to one of the world's most iconic waterways, allowing guests to explore Egypt aboard a traditional dahabiya—a type of sail-powered river vessel that dates back centuries and was once favored by aristocrats and explorers traveling the Nile.

Unlike modern cruise ships that can carry hundreds of passengers, the Al Mourad Dahabiya is designed around exclusivity. With just a small number of suites and a highly personalized experience, the vessel aims to recreate the romance of historic Nile journeys while providing contemporary comforts.

View this post on Instagram A slower, more exclusive way to experience the Nile

For much of the 19th century, dahabiyas were considered the most elegant way to travel through Egypt. Wealthy travelers, archaeologists, and even royalty used the graceful sailing vessels to journey between Luxor and Aswan, stopping at temples and villages along the way.

The Al Mourad Dahabiya embraces that same slow-travel philosophy. Rather than rushing between major attractions on a fixed schedule, guests can enjoy a more relaxed pace, taking in views of palm-lined riverbanks, desert landscapes, and traditional Egyptian communities. The smaller vessel can also access quieter stretches of the Nile that are often bypassed by larger cruise ships.

The four-nights/five-days itinerary—which, for now, runs during specific dates from June 2026 through April 2027—includes many of Egypt's most celebrated archaeological treasures, including the temples of Luxor, Karnak, Edfu, and Kom Ombo. Travelers can explore these ancient sites with guided excursions before returning to the serenity of the ship.

The experience is designed to feel more like staying aboard a floating boutique hotel than just joining a conventional cruise. Included in the journey are accommodation in a private double cabin (with daily housekeeping), all drinks and meals prepared fresh on board, and guided sightseeing with a licensed English-speaking guide.

While Al Mourad primarily operates on a full-charter basis, the cruise company says that it offers guests "complete privacy and a fully tailored experience." On select sailing dates, it also offers individual cabin bookings rather than an exclusive charter of the entire dahabiya.

View this post on Instagram Luxury meets historic charm

While the vessel draws inspiration from traditional Nile sailing boats, the onboard experience is decidedly modern. Suites feature elegant furnishings, private bathrooms, and large windows designed to showcase the ever-changing scenery outside. Public spaces include a sun deck where guests can relax while watching life unfold along the river and enjoy meals prepared with locally inspired ingredients.

Wellness offerings—including yoga, meditation, and massages—can also be customized to guests’ interests and schedules. Travelers can expect tailored excursions and opportunities to connect more deeply with the local culture, as well. In the evening, the experience may include sunset dinners, traditional Nubian music and dances, and classical Egyptian melodies.

The smaller size of the vessel allows for a high crew-to-guest ratio, creating a level of personalized service that is difficult to replicate on larger ships.

For those looking to experience Egypt's ancient wonders without the crowds often associated with larger ships, few experiences feel quite as timeless as sailing down the Nile while watching centuries of history pass by from the deck of a traditional dahabiya.

Reese’s Is Bringing a Popular International Favorite to U.S. Stores

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 5:46pm

Fans of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Reese's Pieces, and the slew of variations that have come out over the years have a big reason to get excited for July, as a popular international Reese's Pieces treat is finally coming to the U.S.

The news was revealed by food influencer Snackolator on Instagram. They described the new Chocolate Cookie Reese's Pieces, which have been sold in Canada over the past few years. The snack "features the Reese's Pieces we all know and love but in a bigger size that has a chocolate cookie middle for a great crunch and flavor combo."

As for exactly when U.S. chocolate fans can try them out, the caption went on, "It looks like we will see these next month in July and I cannot wait - they were DELICIOUS when I got them from Canada." Snackolator plans to update fans when a more specific release date is announced.

The official Instagram account for Reese's popped in to confirm the big news, commenting, "surprise 😏."

Some fans of the treat wrote in the comments that they have been available at one place in the U.S. for some time, and that's Hershey's Chocolate World in Pennsylvania. But since not everyone gets the chance to visit the special chocolate experience, it's about time that the Chocolate Cookie Reese's Pieces are available all around the country.

Many people cheered on the announcement in the comments, writing things like, "These sound amazing," "I can get with this," and "Yes please most definitely."

"Canada has been so lucky," said another, pointing out how there are many tasty treats currently available in Canada but not the U.S. For those in the replies who had already tried the candy, they were big fans, increasing the anticipation for the official release of Chocolate Cookie Reese's Pieces.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith Show PDA in Rare Appearance Together With Son Jaden

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 5:38pm

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are proving that, whatever label they put on their relationship, they're still showing up for each other.

The longtime couple made a rare public appearance together in Paris on Monday, June 22, where they were photographed enjoying a night out with son Jaden Smith and a group of friends.

Photos obtained by People showed Jada with her arm linked through Will's as the pair smiled while walking through the city. The family later met up for dinner at the popular Loulou restaurant. Jada wore a black jacket with some Louis Vuitton jeans and white heels, while Will wore a patterned shirt, brown pants, and a white hat.

While public sightings of the pair have become increasingly rare in recent years, they have occasionally stepped out together for family milestones and other special occasions.

Last September, the two were spotted sharing a relaxed lunch date at Nobu in Malibu. According to reports from the outing, the mood appeared lighthearted, with Will even carrying Jada's bag as they left the restaurant together.

But their latest appearance is particularly notable given the candid conversations both have had about the state of their marriage.

In her 2023 memoir Worthy, Jada revealed that she and Will had been living separately since 2016. She later explained that despite the separation, they had no plans to divorce and were continuing to navigate what worked best for their relationship.

At the time, she also pushed back on speculation that the pair were in an open marriage, instead describing their connection as something that didn't fit traditional expectations.

The couple, who have been married since 1997 and share children Jaden and Willow, have repeatedly referred to one another as life partners despite the ups and downs they've faced over the years.

This New Ultra-Luxury Hotel Lets Travelers Stay Inside One of the World's Oldest UNESCO Biosphere Reserves

Tue, 06/23/2026 - 5:32pm

Luxury travelers have long flocked to destinations like the Maldives, South Africa, and Patagonia in search of remote wilderness paired with high-end accommodations. Now, however, Mongolia is making its own play for the ultra-luxury travel market.

The country has officially welcomed its first ultra-luxury hotel with the opening of Ayan Zalaat Hotel & Spa, a boutique retreat set near the UNESCO-listed Bogd Khan Uul Biosphere Reserve on the outskirts of Ulaanbaatar. The property marks a major milestone for Mongolia's tourism industry, bringing a level of luxury hospitality that has largely been absent from the destination until now.

Located in the scenic Zalaat Valley, the hotel combines contemporary design, wellness experiences, and cultural programming with access to one of the world's oldest protected natural landscapes. The Bogd Khan Uul Biosphere Reserve is known for its ecological importance, forested mountains, and deep cultural significance. It was officially declared a protected sacred mountain in 1783 by imperial decree and is one of the earliest known cases of environmental protection on the planet.

The Bogd Khan Uul Biosphere Reserve was recognized by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve in 1996 and has since remained "a living testament to Mongolia's deep ecological and cultural reverence for nature," according to the hotel, which offers visitors a rare opportunity to experience the reserve and pristine wilderness just 6 km (3.7 miles) outside the capital city.

A boutique hotel with big luxury ambitions

"The word Ayan means 'gift from God' in Sanskrit—a name that reflects our purpose: to offer not just a stay, but a sanctuary," the hotel writes. "Nestled within a quiet, protected valley on the edge of the city, Ayan Zalaat offers a rare sense of seclusion while remaining deeply connected to the cultural heart of Mongolia. Here, under infinite blue skies and framed by rolling hills, we invite you to experience a place where nature, heritage, and stillness come together in perfect harmony."

Unlike many large luxury resorts, Ayan Zalaat is intentionally intimate. The property creates an exclusive atmosphere for guests seeking privacy and personalized service. Designed by Italian architect Fabio Frisco, the hotel blends sleek European-inspired interiors with handcrafted Mongolian details, including locally sourced textiles, wool furnishings and cultural design elements that celebrate the country's heritage.

Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the property frame sweeping views of the surrounding mountains, helping blur the line between indoors and outdoors. The result is a hotel that feels deeply connected to its natural surroundings while still offering all the comforts expected from a five-star retreat.

Guests will also find an impressive range of amenities rarely associated with Mongolia's hospitality scene. The hotel includes multiple restaurants and bars, a rooftop terrace, a private wine cellar, a members-only cigar lounge, a bowling alley, karaoke rooms, and even a private cinema.

Wellness, culture, and adventure under one roof

One of the property's biggest draws may be its wellness offerings. Developed in partnership with Switzerland's Clinique Nescens, the spa combines longevity-focused treatments with traditional Mongolian wellness practices. Facilities include saunas, salt rooms, specialized hydrotherapy experiences, and wellness programs designed around relaxation and rejuvenation.

The hotel also aims to immerse visitors in Mongolian culture. Guests can attend traditional performances, including the country's famous throat-singing, while dedicated cultural spaces showcase local customs and artistic traditions.

For travelers eager to explore beyond the property, the concierge can arrange off-road expeditions and sightseeing adventures into Mongolia's vast landscapes. That combination of luxury and adventure is increasingly attractive to affluent travelers seeking experiences that go beyond a standard beach vacation.

"Ayan Zalaat was envisioned as a place where many experiences could coexist within one setting—combining culture, wellness, dining, entertainment, and gathering spaces, while meeting the expectations of both international travelers and local guests," Tselmuun Nyamtaishir, founder and CEO of Ayan Hotels & Resorts, said in a statement. "More than a single opening, it reflects our commitment to shaping the future of tourism in Mongolia."

Until now, Mongolia's high-end tourism offerings have largely centered on upscale wilderness lodges and luxury ger camps in the Gobi Desert. The country's first true ultra-luxury hotel introduces a new category altogether.

For travelers looking for somewhere genuinely different, Mongolia's newest luxury retreat may offer exactly that: five-star comfort surrounded by some of the most untouched landscapes on Earth.
