Simon Cowell's Boy Band, December 10, Promises That an Album Is Coming
In an interview with the BBC's The One Show, Simon Cowell's boy band, December 10, offered a long-awaited update: an album is definitely in the near future.
Known for launching global sensations through shows like The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent, Cowell formed December 10 on Netflix's docuseries, Simon Cowell: The Next Act, which debuted on December 10.
The seven-piece boy band—made up of Cruz Lee-Ojo, Danny Bretherton, Hendrik Christoffersen, John Fadare, Josh Olliver, Nicolas Alves, and Seán Hayden—released their first-ever single, "Run My Way," in late January. The band is currently gearing up to tour across the UK and Ireland—a tour that immediately sold out.

"Run My Way" quickly surpassed a million views on YouTube, prompting the band to also drop the live version for fans who'd requested it. Now that fans are already obsessed, they're also asking the boys about whether or not an album is going to drop soon. And in their most recent interview on BBC's The One Show, Danny said there will be.

"I can definitely confirm there will be an album—one hundred percent," Danny said. "There has to be, of course, yeah! It's literally mad, there's literally sparks going through my body that we're actually about to release our own [album]. It's just mad. We've just obviously dropped the single, and then to think that one day it'll be an album is just oh my days."
View this post on InstagramFans are getting excited about the news, noting that it's going to be "exciting times ahead for the lads."
"First album in 2026?" one person asked. "I want!"
Another fan asked, "WHO ELSE CAN'T WAIT FOR THEIR FIRST ALBUM?"
Of course, every artist dreams about their first album—not just as a collection of songs, but as a time capsule of who they were before the world knew their name. After building momentum with their first single, "Run My Way," the band's debut record could capture the exact moment where promise turns into permanence.
A debut album for December 10 wouldn't just further introduce their sound; it has the potential to signal their staying power in a competitive music market.
'Love Is Blind' Alex Talks His 'Physical Standard' and Ashley (Exclusive)
Spoiler alert for Love Is Blind season 10 episodes 1-6.
Season 10 showed Ashley Carpenter and Alex Henderson connecting in the pods. Alex, 31, opened up about his heartbreak over his professional soccer career being cut short because of an injury. The financial salesman spoke a lot about the importance of an emotional connection over looks, but he repeatedly talked about his and women's appearances. The couple got engaged and went to Cabo with the cast.
Alex claimed he was very attracted to Ashley, 34. However, he later told another woman she wasn't his type. Parade spoke to Alex during a press junket on February 12. He addressed his controversial moments and seemingly went against his word.
Alex of Love Is Blind Says He's Chasing a Physical StandardAdam Rose/Netflix
Alex and Ashley were confident before they saw each other in person for the first time. Alex told the camera his body is a shell, a very good shell, but that doesn't mean he's a good person. Alex claimed he knew what Ashley looked like based on her heart in the pods. We asked what he pictured.
"That it's not really gonna matter what she looks like," he answered. "That I–she's the level of physical standard that I'm chasing." Ashley said Alex assumed she was brunette after their reveal in episode 3. He denied it, but she was confident that was the case. "Maybe I thought it, went back and forth," he finally admitted. "I'm happy you're blonde, though."
The former soccer player advised young men to set up an emotional connection first. He said the process might help address the failed relationships athletes fall into during their careers because they prioritize looks. "And then they get to 35, and the guy's done playing sports, and she's not really looking necessarily the way she used to," Alex told the camera, "and they realize we're not really meant to be together."
Hopefully, getting to know someone behind a wall will rule out the problem of not having anything in common. But Alex revealed to Brittany Wicker that he's typically into women with darker features, not his fiancée's blonde hair and light eyes. Parade asked Alex if he fell into the same trap he referenced on the show.
"I mean, not 35 yet, but I do know your point," he said. "And I don't want to say I fell into a trap. I do think I'm uncovering more about myself as well. I think what I was trying to say, and it probably didn't come out as articulately, is basically, physical and emotional are equal. They're both important, and that's what I was chasing."
He chalked up to his age being a reason for his mindset. "I think the emotional, probably trumps physical the later you go on in life, but I don't know because I'm still living it myself, too," the 31-year-old man continued. "I'm just like, these guys are figuring this out, as I go along, and doing my very best with what shows up in front of me. And that's the best I got right now."
The Love Is Blind cast will see each other's homes and introduce their partners to their families. Season 10 episodes 7 to 9 will be released on Netflix, Wednesday, February 18.
Savannah Guthrie's Mom: Sheriff Responds to Questions About Possible Family's Involvement in New Interview
Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos has not held a press conference regarding the Nancy Guthrie case since February 5. And while he's been hesitant to speak to the media, he has done a handful of interviews over the past 24 to 48 hours, including a new interview with Matt Finn with Fox News.
In that interview, Finn asked Nanos whether or not anyone had been ruled out as a suspect of person of interest in the case. "Nobody is ever really eliminated," Nanos replied. Elsewhere in the interview, Finn asked Nanos about the ongoing rumors that someone within the family had something to do with Nancy's disappearance.

"The family has been fully, 100% completely, whatever we asked for they’ve done," Nanos was quoted as saying. "It was getting crazy out there with allegations about the family," he continued, adding, "You can’t accuse people of a horrific crime like that and not have any facts behind it."
Finn pointed out that just moments prior, Nanos made the comment about "nobody" being cleared of suspicion.
Friday, Feb. 13 marked the 13th day that Nancy, 84, has been missing. The FBI has released photos and videos of a person at Nancy's front door on the night that she disappeared, but authorities have not named a suspect or person of interest in the case.
Nancy is the mother of Today anchor Savannah Guthrie, her sister, Annie Guthrie, and their brother, Camron Guthrie. She is also the mother-in-law of Annie's husband, Tommaso Cioni, and Savannah's husband, Michael Feldman.

According to a timeline shared publicly by Nanos, Nancy took an Uber to her daughter and son-in-law's (Annie and Tommaso) home about four miles away on Saturday, Jan. 31. They had dinner and played some games as a family before Tommaso drove Nancy home around 9:30 p.m. local time. He made sure that Nancy was safely inside before leaving. Authorities believe that Nancy may have been abducted from her home in the middle of the night on Sunday, Feb. 1.
There has been some chatter on social media about the possibility of the family being involved in some way because, as the timeline goes, Nancy's daughter and son-in-law very well may have been the last two people to see her alive. Neither the Pima County Sheriff's Department nor the FBI have said that the family is cleared in the case.

Dermatologists Say These 8 Body Washes Are Best for Dry, Itchy Winter Skin
Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.
If your skin feels tight and itchy the moment you step out of the shower, or if you're constantly battling flaky patches and rough texture despite slathering on body lotion, your body wash might be the problem. Winter doesn't just make dry skin worse—it exposes the fundamental issue: a compromised skin barrier that can't hold onto moisture the way it should. And when your cleanser strips away the lipids and oils that your skin desperately needs to protect itself, you're starting every single day behind. And nobody wants that!
Here's what most people don't realize: body wash isn't just soap. I know, it’s a surprise! It's the first step in your skincare routine, and when you're dealing with especially dry skin, the wrong formula can undo even the most expensive moisturizers you apply afterward. The right body wash doesn't just clean—it actively supports your skin barrier, replenishes lost lipids and calms inflammation while you're still in the shower. (The more you know!)
The good news? Dermatologists who treat chronic dryness and barrier dysfunction have identified specific formulas that cleanse without compromising already-struggling skin. We consulted board-certified dermatologists and dermatology specialists to find out which drugstore body washes actually deliver on their promises. Here are their top picks for soothing skin while actively strengthening your barrier.

Dry skin isn't just skin that feels tight after a shower; it's skin that's lost its ability to protect itself.
Dr. Thomas Stringer, dermatologist at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, offers a clinical definition. "Dry skin, also known as xerosis, is one of the most common problems I see in my practice," he says. "I would define dry skin as rough, cracked, scaly or tight-feeling skin which is not inflamed. It can also be itchy, though not always."
He explains that one of skin's main functions is regulating the body's temperature, fluid balance and electrolytes, and when this delicate balance tips the wrong way, dry skin results.
Dr. Carmen Castilla, Manhattan-based board-certified dermatologist, describes the underlying issue as a weakened skin barrier. The skin barrier is meant to seal hydration in and keep irritants out, she explains. When that barrier isn't doing its job, moisture escapes more easily, leaving skin feeling tight, rough and flaky.
Dr. Melanie Palm, board-certified dermatologist at Art of Skin MD, says dry skin is "not just about feeling tight or flaky—it reflects a breakdown in the skin's outermost layer, the stratum corneum, which normally locks in moisture and protects against environmental stressors," she says. When that barrier is compromised, water escapes more easily, leading to rough texture, dullness, irritation, itching and in more severe cases, cracking or inflammation.
The bottom line? Dry skin signals barrier dysfunction, not just a need for more lotion.

The short answer is no, but it can be effectively managed long-term with the right approach.
Dr. Palm prefers to say that dry skin can be well-managed rather than permanently cured. "Think of dry skin as a tendency rather than a flaw," she explains. Some people naturally produce less oil, and as we age, our skin's ability to generate ceramides and retain moisture declines. Environmental exposure and lifestyle habits also play a major role.
"The goal is to support and repair the skin barrier long-term, not just temporarily hydrate it," she says.
Dr. Castilla explains that whether dry skin improves depends on the underlying cause. Some people unintentionally cause dryness by using harsh skincare products, over-exfoliating or washing too frequently, and in these cases, changing your daily routine can restore the skin barrier and effectively resolve the dryness. For others, dry skin is due to genetics and a naturally weaker skin barrier. "In these situations, dry skin does not go away entirely," she notes. "However, with the right daily skincare routine focused on gentle cleansing, consistent moisturizing, and barrier repair, it can be well managed."

Dr. Jodi LoGerfo from Orentreich Medical Group's dermatology practice specifically recommends this as a great everyday product to help lock in moisture and soothe dry skin after showering. The formula combines colloidal oatmeal—a powerhouse anti-inflammatory ingredient—with gentle cleansers that won't strip your skin's natural oils.
It's particularly effective for daily use because it maintains that delicate balance between thorough cleansing and moisture retention. The creamy lather rinses clean without leaving residue, making it perfect for those who want hydration without heaviness.

Best for Very Dry Skin: Avene XeraCalm NUTRITION Shower Cream, $16Avene
Dr. Castilla chose this specifically for very dry skin that needs serious barrier support. The lipid-replenishing formula is designed for severely dry and eczema-prone skin, combining Avène's signature thermal spring water with I-modulia, a postbiotic ingredient that helps rebalance the skin's microbiome and reduce reactivity.
The rich, soap-free formula cleanses without any tightness or irritation, and it's gentle enough for the most sensitive skin. Use it when your skin feels uncomfortably dry or during harsh winter months when your barrier needs extra support.
Amazon
Dr. Castilla recommends this for those whose skin reacts to added fragrances. The hypoallergenic formula is completely fragrance-free and combines gentle cleansers with moisturizing cream to prevent the tight, stripped feeling that traditional body washes leave behind.
Dr. Stringer emphasizes the importance of fragrance-free products for dry skin, noting that "fragrance can often sensitize the skin barrier and compound any problems with moisture retention." This formula delivers on Dove's signature moisturizing benefits without any potential irritants.
Amazon
Dr. Castilla calls this the best creamy formula for sensitive, eczema-prone skin. The rich, creamy texture feels incredibly comforting on dry, irritated skin while the gentle formula cleanses without disrupting an already-compromised barrier. It's formulated with colloidal oatmeal to soothe itching and irritation, and it's soap-free and fragrance-free to minimize any potential for reactions.
The National Eczema Association has awarded it their Seal of Acceptance, which Dr. Stringer notes is "a useful way to screen for gentle, effective products" that have been evaluated by allergists and dermatologists.
Amazon
Dr. Castilla specifically chose this for sensitive, eczema-prone skin that needs extra-gentle cleansing. The formula is designed to cleanse without triggering flares, combining soothing ingredients with a barrier-supportive base that won't strip or irritate reactive skin.
It's particularly helpful during eczema flares when even gentle cleansers can cause discomfort. The soap-free, fragrance-free formula minimizes the risk of irritation while still providing thorough cleansing that removes impurities without compromising the skin's delicate balance.
Amazon
Dr. LoGerfo recommends this specifically for keratosis pilaris, the condition that causes rough, bumpy "chicken skin" texture on arms and legs. The formula blends alpha hydroxy acids like glycolic acid to exfoliate and smooth skin while red algae provides hydration to prevent over-drying.
Dr. Stringer notes that for excess scaly layers of dry skin or keratosis pilaris, chemical exfoliants can work very well, though he cautions that they're not ideal for everyone with very sensitive skin. This formula strikes a good balance between effective exfoliation and barrier support.
Amazon
Dr. LoGerfo describes this as super silky and very comforting and calming. The formula is built around ceramides—the lipid molecules that Dr. Stringer identifies as having "an important role in the skin barrier" and that can "help bolster compromised skin barrier function."
Combined with soothing centella asiatica and niacinamide to calm inflammation, this gentle cleanser actively supports barrier repair while cleansing. The creamy, non-stripping texture makes it ideal for reactive skin that needs extra care.
Amazon
Dr. LoGerfo chose this as an excellent everyday cleanser for dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin. Despite being a foaming formula, it has lots of creamy, moisturizing foam that's comforting and cleansing without any stripping. It's accepted by the National Eczema Association and is even safe for babies, which speaks to its gentle formulation.
The formula combines niacinamide with shea butter and La Roche-Posay's prebiotic thermal water to soothe and restore comfort while still delivering the satisfying lather many people prefer in a body wash.

'Survivor 50' Cast Already Targeting Mystery Season 49 Duo: 'We’re Afraid of the Unknown' (Exclusive)
The history of Survivor is littered with returning player seasons, opportunities to see the best and brightest castaways hit the beach once more for another chance at the title of Sole Survivor. And nearly every group of returnees has featured standout contestants from the most recent season, leaving the other players with very limited information about their competition — or, in some cases, none at all.
The first few instances of back-to-back returnees, they came in with a few episodes of their star-making original seasons having already aired. For Rupert Boneham in All-Stars and Amanda Kimmel and James Clement in Micronesia, while nothing was known about how their games ended, there was at least some body of work to go off of. When the show shifted to filming back-to-back seasons, however, that small information advantage disappeared. Since then, we've seen Russell Hantz (Heroes vs. Villains), Malcolm Freberg (Caramoan), and Michaela Bradshaw and Zeke Smith (Game Changers) show up as complete enigmas, the others knowing nothing about them aside from the fact that they had to have done something to get the immediate callback.

Now joining their ranks: Rizo Velovic and Savannah Louie. The dynamic duo is experiencing major whiplash when I speak with them days before Survivor 50 kicks off. It's understandable, given that mere weeks ago, they were at the end of Season 49, where Savannah took home the win, while Rizo went down in literal flames at the firemaking challenge. Only a handful of hours after 49 wrapped, the two were presented an offer from Jeff Probst on Zoom: Go home, settle your affairs, and get ready to come out and do it all over again alongside an all-star cast.
Knowing they're sitting on some major secrets, Rizo and Savannah have kept a low profile in the pregame, even apparently making an effort to separate themselves when the cast has been around one another. And, despite all eyes being on them, superfan Rizo tells Parade he feels they have historical precedent on their side.
"When I think of all the people who have done back-to-backs, historically, they've all done really well," he says. "Russell went back-to-back FTCs. Amanda went back-to-back FTCs. Rupert went to the Final Four. Everybody's done well. I mean, I'm hopeful that nobody really cares. Because I look at people like Colby and Ozzy, and I bet my bottom dollar they haven't watched Survivor in the last few years. So I don't think they really care about me being on 49."
Related: Meet the Full Cast of Survivor 50
But, as Ozzy reveals in his interview, that couldn't be further from the truth.
"We know nothing about them. We barely know their names. We saw a little like quick blurb of them before we left," the fan-favorite player says. "They most likely were big players in their season. The only reason why they'd be invited back is one of them probably won the game. That's what I'm going to assume. If they didn't win the game, then they both got to the very end and barely just missed winning it. They're probably in an alliance together. We're afraid of the unknown."
Indeed, in playing a game of "Friend or Foe" with the cast of 24, getting their thoughts on each of the other players, Rizo and Savannah were far and away the ones who skewed "Foe" the most. For some, it's a matter of the devil you know being better than the one (or two) you don't. For others like Ozzy, they're picking up a winning vibe from at least one of them, which makes them a huge target coming in. Then, of course, there's a little matter of the Survivor 49 trailer that aired two weeks before filming, which gave the rest of the cast a very polarizing taste of "the man, the myth, the legend, R-I-Z-G-O-D, Rizgod, baby!"
Once they get to know these Season 49 players, will those threatening first impressions wear away? Or are they doomed to follow a "last one in, first one out" mentality? Check out the Survivor 50 cast's opinions of Rizo and Savannah, and check in with Parade daily for interviews with this season's contestants and other tidbits. Survivor 50 premieres on Feb. 25 with a three-hour episode on CBS.

Survivor 50 cast talks Season 49 players Angelina Keeley on 'Survivor 49'Robert Voets/CBS
Angelina KeeleyRizo, for sure neutral. I mean, he's interesting. He doesn't give out any vibe. He's really working overtime to just be like stone cold poker face, which is okay. Maybe he's intimidated. I mean, He's young. He's probably not, but you hear him on the promo. The last we heard from 49 was the promo where Rizo is calling himself the "RizGod'" and "the man, the myth, the legend." And then we're out here, and the boy is just poker face, nothing, zilch.
Savannah, she's a nice vibe. But she's giving off millionaire vibes. This girl is walking around like a winner. I'm sorry — I'm not sorry. This is your new self-aware queen. This is the new Angelina 2.0. That girl's walking around with six figures in her bank account. And she's coming for more money. Which, respect, Savannah. She seems amazing. She's beautiful. She's given Parvati energy. But she literally just got her check two weeks ago. She could have stayed here. She could have just been staying on the beach for us to come back and play; she didn't even need to take a flight back to L.A. So I'll put Rizo neutral, and Savannah…I mean, I do really like her energy. I'll say Friend. But again, I'm not gonna let a winner win again. So sorry, baby.
Robert Voets/CBS
Aubry BraccoSavannah has some Parvati vibes. And Rizo could go anywhere. I'm not sure, but I like them. I would love to work with the 49ers. They are probably a little scared coming in, but I actually think they're in a good position. I think everybody's going to be kind of going for them. I'm open to it. I'm coming into this game, I'm so receptive. There's a softer side to me. I think having a kid and going through what I have with Survivor, I want the players to be okay. But it's also good in that I feel like my spidey sense is back online, and I'm very receptive to the vibes.
Charlie Davis on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Charlie DavisThey're mystery entities, which is saying a lot in and of itself. This "RizGod character," that's the one thing I remember from their trailer is this guy is like, "The man, the myth, the legend, RizGod." But I can see myself getting along with him. I have a hypothesis, and maybe this isn't true, but I think he's a cross-country runner, nerd guy. He just gives me those vibes. I see him in his outfit, and he's got like a polo and khaki shorts, and just kind of has that awkward energy about him. And I can just picture guys who are on my old high school cross country team who would call themselves "RizGod" and be the opposite of "RizGod." But it would be hilarious, and they'd be very endearing.
So I don't know, I could see myself getting along with him. But also, it adds a whole new level of intensity and complexity to the game. Because we can't lose to someone named "RizGod." Are you kidding me?! That's my worst nightmare! RizGod beats me. So it's just doubly bad. So I don't know, man. He could be some, you know, strategic savant. He could be the next coming of Russell Hantz, so I don't know. And then Savannah is the other 49er. Part of me thinks that one of them probably won. So we'll see what information comes out, hopefully in not too long.
Robert Voets/CBS
Chrissy HofbeckThey're Foes, I'm sorry. Realistically, one of them I heard was the winner, and so winners got to go. The other one reminds me of a previous very close alliance that I have, and so that person has to go as well. I've moved on from those types of arrangements.
Christian Hubicki on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Christian HubickiI think that the RizGod — well, first off, I don't know what kind of god he is. I don't know if he's a benevolent god, a vengeful god. I don't know if he's part of the Greek pantheon. I don't know why the RizGod walks among us, but clearly, he's so cocky. It just comes across, not only in his confessionals. There's one confessional we saw before we left. I think the answer's Foe. He's a crazy fan. I found his record of LRG placements. He played in a live reality game version of The Mole, alive reality game version of Big Brother. He's the superfan this season. It ain't me, that's for sure. It's him. And he's on the season for a reason. I mean, he reads as tall, athletic Ryan Ulrich. That's the way he reads to me. And so he clearly did something.
And the other thing is, there's a strong possibility one of these two won their season. The reason is that you have two winners, but probably three tribes. That's the hypothesis. If any one of those is on the third tribe without a winner, maybe they won. That's the hypothesis. But I think that he's a Foe. I think that he's trouble.
I think that the other thing is that you rarely get to use the advice you would have from a first time playing again for a returning player season. But one of the pieces of advice is, if you're sizing up new opponents on a reality show, you look at their face, and you say, "What's the first thing you think?" Because they're not normal people on the street. You should not judge a book by the cover in normal life. But these are not normal people. We are strange folk! We are selected by casting to give a particular impression to the audience. So if the first-cut thing is like, "This person seems a little steamy to me," you have to listen to that.
And often, as we know, what's the record of these immediate turnaround players coming back on all the seasons? Pretty good. Rupert. I mean, Aubry and Zeke both made it pretty deepish to the merge, and deep into the merge. Zeke is, I think, the one who did the worst placement of all them, and Zeke was an intelligent guy. And so I think that him and Savannah, I think it might be the time to break that tradition and say, "The RizGod, maybe one day I'll be one of your Rizbyterians. But they might not be today."
Robert Voets/CBS
Cirie FieldsFor me and my motherly wisdom, everything in my being is saying to m, the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know. And I didn't even consider that when I thought about it. . Because obviously we see, and everybody's thinking; my wheels are turning. I didn't even think about Michaela and Zeke. When I thought about players, castmates that I haven't seen their season, I thought about Russell Hantz.
And I could be just wrong as two left shoes, but I never met a Rizo that was on the up and up. I'm from New Jersey, so there's quite a few Rizos! But they always got a little shadiness to them. I just fear the unknown. It took me 35 years to get off the couch to come see the unknown. So, not being able to know what Rizo and the other lady bring to the table would make them targets for me.

Benjamin 'Coach' Wade on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Benjamin "Coach" WadeI know you have to include 1 to 49. I'm disappointed that there's 12 people from 41 to 49. I don't think that this era warrants 12 players. Maybe from Season 1 to 30, there should be 12 players, in my humble opinion. But I think that they're dangerous. I'm having flashbacks of what it was like to be at Heroes vs. Villains in Ponderosa with Russell, and we didn't know his game. And when we met Russell, I said, "Why are you on the Villains tribe?" And he was like, "I was honorable to my alliance. When I got voted off, I jumped out of my school and tried to hit somebody. That's why they put me on the Villains tribe." Great lie!
So I have a feeling that one of them has won. I don't know who, but I think one of them has won. They're both dangerous. They know all about us. We don't know a thing about them. That in itself, I don't know how aggressive I should be with that, because I don't want to be aggressive in the beginning of the game. But they're here, and they're here to play hard. And their heads are not even in the right space, because they just got through playing, doing back-to-back seasons. You'll talk to anybody who's played back-to-back seasons, Stephenie, Russell, it puts you in a weird headspace where you're "win at all costs." So I think that they're both Foes.
Robert Voets/CBS
Colby DonaldsonThey could be considered wildcards. Probably are, wouldn't you agree? They're also probably hungry to make relationships. They have not had the luxury of pregaming. I'm not talking at Ponderosa. I'm talking about before we came out here. Going on guys like you and Rob Has a Podcast, going to watch parties, all the things that we know a large portion of this cast has enjoyed the last few years. 49 hasn't had that. So I think they're fresh for the picking. So I think they're incredible wild cards, good ones in that manner/
And just in watching Rizo and Savannah, again, I know squat about them. Never met them; haven't even seen their season. But there's something about Savannah that I think I could work with. And that's not to say I couldn't work with Rizo, because I can't wait to hear what his story is. Savannah. I look at her, and I put it in my notes, I hope she's on my beach. If Ozzy's on the beach, Jonathan, I don't need to go up to those guys. Her, I do. One, because she's gonna be like, "Who the f—k is this old guy coming up to me? And what's he doing?" And she's a little bitty thing, kind of like Kamilla. But two, she could be a real asset. I think if the rumor is right and she won, then clearly she's a hell of a player. Even if she didn't win, she's probably still a good player. She wouldn't be here if she wasn't. And I'm just going to put her in the Friend category. Rizzo is in the Foe category.
Robert Voets/CBS
Dee ValladaresI don't like them. Well, I don't like them because I don't know them. So I'm trying to say whatever I want. I didn't watch your season! So I think they have an advantage where they can come out here and play either the same game or a better game. And also, they have barely disconnected from this game world. They just left Fiji maybe two to three weeks ago, and now they're coming back to play 50. I don't know; that's a little scary.
First of all, they're still in that game mode. They haven't come back and understood what it feels like for their castmates to be heartbroken. They haven't gone through those emotions. And also, it's just myself and Kyle. That's two winners. If there's three tribes, there has to be a third winner. And I don't know who it is, but there has to be a third winner. I'm interested to see if they lie or not. That'll be fun. But I also think they're easy to throw under the bus, which is an advantage. But also, that might be an advantage for them. If everyone wants to throw them under the bus, "Hey, throw me under the bus later!" So I could see a world also where they become swing votes easily.
Emily Flippen on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Emily FlippenSo right now, I'm not getting great reads on either of them. I will say, not trying to meta the producers here, I would probably be casting two people that hated each other, or two people who worked really closely together on 49. And right now, the two 49ers — I believe the names are Savannah and Rizo — they are sitting very far away from each other at Ponderosa. They're not interacting with each other at all. Which is exactly what I would do if we were actually very close and we wanted to pretend like we weren't. So that makes me think that they probably worked together.
Savannah seems nice enough, not getting a great read on her. Rizo seems jaded as hell. And my reads are usually totally wrong, by the way. But he has an intensity to him, just sitting in a tent, just almost seems like he has something to prove. So I kind of like that if he actually is coming into this game with an element of intensity. I could work with that.
Robert Voets/CBS
Genevieve MushalukWell, I saw the trailer. I don't remember if she spoke in it, but he did, because it made a lasting impression on me, the "RizGod." I don't generally get along well with men who add "God" to their name. I mean, I haven't met many who do. [Laughs.] But maybe that's not fair. Because maybe he's gonna fall into this bucket of chaotic men who I find fascinating in like a clinical way. [Laughs.] Listen, I'm not standing on a soapbox saying that, so please, don't get me wrong.
Jenna Lewis-Dougherty on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Jenna Lewis-DoughertyI'm actually really excited to play with the 49ers. Number one, because I do see that sort of like mommy complex. I might be able to use these youngins who were not even born the last time I played. Not [even] the first time I played. They're not 21 years old. Floppy-haired little Rizo, I think he's so cute. He can't even grow a mustache. He can't shoot a shot of whiskey. I am going to be able to mommy that boy right until the end, when I need to cut him. He's probably gonna think the same thing about me. But every young man out here has been susceptible to the mommy. I will be like, "Oh, you sweet little thing!"
I actually really, really love Savannah. There's something very cunning about Savannah, which I cannot wait. I like Savannah. Savannah is my Friend. She's one of the four people I really am hoping is on my tribe. So I get to work with her. Kyle's one too. Ozzy's one, only because he catches a lot of fish. I want to be fed.
But I think that she is cunning. I can kind of see it in her. She looks athletic, like a gymnast. So I think that one of them could have won, nobody knows. Or they're dating. Or, hell, they may even be married. They may be brother and sister. None of us know! Who the f—k knows who they are? They could be brother and sister. Nobody knows their relationship.
But I will tell you, this is my favorite quote that I want to give you. Survivor 50 is not Gen Pop. This is death row. So to get here, you had to do some bad s—t. And I'm saying that we don't know what they've done, right? But whatever they did to get here, they did some bad s—t.

Joe Hunter on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Joe HunterI'm gonna say this right now, just off swag alone. This is a guess, but I'll tell you why one of them won, period, or and the other one was two or three. Savannah, I think she won. She has some winner calves. She has this presence about her [where] I'm like, "That's an athlete." She looks like she's cruising around, and it's because she is so confident. It seems like the way she cruises around. I go amongst these players. I mean, this guy played five times. This woman played five times. And to cruise in as the fresh meat, the newest, with nothing? I'm missing something. You have something.
And why would they bring you back this soon? That's a huge sacrifice. And then I think about what life can sustain that. If you have kids, or if you don't, if you have a significant other. To turn right back around in basically two weeks means you are committed to this game; you are all in. To turn around that quick would be hard for anybody, mentally, emotionally, physically. And why are you here? No one's seen you play yet, which means you dominate it. Because there's no interviews. The only people that know are the people that are important. And you did something enough to turn their head to say, "We want you right back amongst the greatest."
So I would honestly say, out of those two, believe it or not, both would be Foe. Only because I don't know! And they can play any narrative they want. What if they got second and first, and they were the best duo ever? What if she won five immunities and he won four? I mean, literally, the sky's the limit. And here they are in our season. Dangerous!
Robert Voets/CBS
Jonathan YoungThe devil you know is better than the devil you don't. Both of them are Foes. I have no idea about them. One of them could have won. And I think that's very nerve-racking to everybody around. Two people show up that have never been seen before, good enough to be on Season 50. We know everything else about everybody else, at least somewhat. We know nothing about these people.
Kamilla Karthigesu on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Kamilla KarthigesuI think they both did very well. I think we have a winner here. I'm pretty sure both of them are people that are going to be Foes.
Kyle Fraser on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Kyle FraserI want them gone. My coaches always say, "The eye in the sky does not lie." We have game tape on everybody except for those two. And I've joked in some other interviews, Rizo, I'm sure he lost a ton of weight from playing Season 49, just however long ago that may be. But he's not like a behemoth of a guy. So what I'm thinking, is he like a better Rome? They're out here on 50 so he has to be good at things. Either he's a great social player, great liar, finding idols, whatever it may be. Savannah looks very locked in, very ready to play. And that's scary in its own way, because they're both out here for a reason. Everybody out here is a professional. And so what are they professionals at? I don't know.
Mike White on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Mike WhiteThe guy Rizo, he has kind of a "McLovin" vibe. I have a feeling he's like strangely confident, even though he has kind of a gawky [look]. He's also very young; he seems like he's maybe 18 or something. And then Savannah, she seems like maybe a Parvati nesting doll. She looks like she could fit inside Parvati. Like a little Parvati mini me or something, but she seems very poised; she's very self-contained. And something about that, I think, is interesting.
Ozzy Lusth on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Ozzy LusthSo the interesting thing about these two new characters is obviously we know nothing about them. We barely know their names. We saw a little like quick blurb of them before we left. They announced the cast, and they most likely were big players in their season. The only reason why they'd be invited back is one of them probably won the game. That's what I'm going to assume. If they didn't win the game, then they both got to the very end and barely just missed winning it. They're probably in an alliance together.
I think that Rizo looks he looks like he's had to get his parents to sign a permission slip to be out here. But he also looks like he's a marathon runner, maybe an ultramarathon runner. I mean, the legs on him are like tree trunks. So he's probably a super physical player and very smart. Reminds me of maybe a Cochran. He probably knows this game so well ;he's seen every single season. Maybe he's a savant about Survivor. That's what I'm imagining in my head.
He's also a very, very picky eater. He will eat rice and beef and that's it. No vegetables. So he reminds me of a little brother who everybody loves because he's the baby. And so he gets coddled and lhe doesn't eat any of his food, but everyone's okay with it. It's like, when I was a kid, my dad was like, "You're gonna eat that. You're gonna sit there and eat it before you get up table." I don't know what that has to do with Rizo, but…
So, yeah, I think Rizo is a savant. I think half of his body is really strong. Well, maybe three-quarters, because he's probably a really smart guy. He just looks like he needs to do some push-ups. No offense. Savannah looks like — if it's the best way to put it — she looks like if Parvati and Jenna Morasca had a love child. I don't know if Jenna Morasca is the best sample. Anyway, Savannah looks dangerous. She looks like she's also very smart, physical and she's beautiful. She's obviously made some big moves in Survivor 49. So at this point I'm gonna, I'm gonna have to say Foes on both of them, just because we're afraid of the unknown.

Q Burdette on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Q BurdetteFoe, foe, foe. Let me just tell you this. This is my theory: One of them won. There's three winners on this cast. Let me just say why. If it's three tribes, they're not gonna just put two winners. It sucks. They're gonna have a winner on every single tribe. Which of them won? I don't know yet. But when the tribes are broken up, I'll find out a lot of information. Let's just say neither one of them won. In my mind, one of them won. So one of them, and both of them, have to go. Foe.
Rick Devens on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Rick Devens"RizGod," I like him. There's a monster in there. He seems like a nice young man around here. But if that monster wants to play with me, that could be cool. I think a lot of people screw up with younger folks, kind of like Bruce. You want to be a dad, you want to impart knowledge, or impress them. And I'm just an immature dude! Gavin was 23 when we played, and he's my best friend. I think I can relate to him on just a level. And if he wants to cause mischief, which I kind of feel like he does, then I can be his "RickGod." We can go in there and just do it.
The other one, who, I think, is named Savannah, who, if Reddit is correct, is a news reporter from Georgia. I'm like, "Channel Four News team!" That could be fun. But if it's true that she's a news reporter in Atlanta, and she's that young, a, she's a much better reporter than I am. She's tough as hell, and maybe a little bit cutthroat. Because you have to fight for the good stories in a market like that, and you maybe had to burn a couple of sources on your way to get to that big market. So it'd be fun to work with her if she's a newscaster, and we can do the news team thing, get a conch shell out here. But also very wary, so "Froe." Just like I'll have by the end of the game.
Robert Voets/CBS
Stephenie LaGrossa KendrickThere's been rumors Savannah won, so we'll see how true that is. I'll see if I can get that out of Rizo. But it leads me to believe that if she won, he was probably runner-up or close behind. And either they've been working together, or they hate each other. So either way, I'd like to get to know both of them first before forming any opinions. But I do think an enemy that you know is easier to get rid of. At least you know what you got [versus] an enemy you don't.
Tiffany Ervin on 'Survivor 50'Robert Voets/CBS
Tiffany ErvinI'm not picking up much from either of them. But I don't think that that's a good thing, in my personal opinion. I'd rather walk into a situation where I have something to go off of. We're gonna slide them both into the Foe category, until proven otherwise.

Pedro Pascal Celebrates Sister Lux Pascal's New Role in 'The Beauty'
Pedro Pascalis proudly celebrating his sister, Lux Pascal, in her exciting new role in Ryan Murphy’s latest television series.
Lux had previously starred alongside her brother in Narcos and was the lead in the 2025 film Miss Carbón. The 33-year-old actress is now stepping into the role of Clara, a scientist struggling with her gender transition, in The Beauty.
"I was really excited because this is my first time being a part of a show that is produced by Ryan Murphy. I've always been captivated by his vision throughout all the things he does," Lux told People. "I had been auditioning for a lot of his shows and finally this one was the right fit and I was just, like, so, so excited."
When it came to what drew her to the project, she said, "I was just enthralled by the story of this virus that makes people beautiful, but it's also lethal."
Lux shared with People how her brother reacted when she was cast in the series.
"Oh my God. When I told him [Pedro], he was so excited. He knows how big of a fan I am of Ryan Murphy. So, I was just over the roof and he was over the roof for me," she said.
She recalled, "he was like, 'Oh my God. This is one of the dreams you've had. You finally made it happen.' And I was like, 'Well, yes.'"

Princess Anne's Winter Olympics Outfit Is Going Viral—and It's Not What You'd Expect
Princess Anne made quite a fashion statement during her appearance at the Winter Olympics, but not in the way that you may expect.
The official British royal family Instagram account shared photos from her time in Milan, revealing that as the "President of @TeamGB, Her Royal Highness watched events including Curling and Snowboarding."
Additionally, she "presented medals for the Women’s Snowboard Big Air Final."
However, it was the 75-year-old royal's outfit that caught attention, proving that she may just be the best-dressed member of the royal family, or, at the very least, is giving Princess Kate Middleton some stiff competition.

Princess Anne swapped her go-to tailored suits and pencil skirts for something completely different: a casual blue insulated Team GB jacket, all while keeping her signature bouffant flawlessly styled.
But it was her choice of accessory that went viral, as she rocked wrap-around sport Adidas sunglasses with orange lenses.
During Monday's curling match between Italy and Great Britain, they likely came in handy, allowing her to hide her disappointment upon Team GB's loss.
The royal usually works in sporty Oakleys, or other eyewear, into her dress code, so it's no surprise she pulled this look off flawlessly, but it still garnered plenty of attention online.
View this post on InstagramThe conversation immediately turned to her chic look and vibe, with one writing, "She is iconic.🔥," as another noted, "👏👏👏👏An absolute icon. ❤️" and a third chimed in, "She’s a absolute rockstar ⭐️."
"She’s such a diva, I love her ❤️," someone else chimed in, commenting on her stoic facial expression, with others calling her "gracious and elegant" and the "best royal."
"Such a baddie," one commenter emphasized of her ability to mix style and authenticity with her royal duties.
Another shared a dream Olympics team-up, writing, "Love this lady, total legend. I need her and Coach Snoop to be meeting."
The down-to-Earth royal and King Charles' sister made the best of her time in Rome, attending the Guinness Six Nations 2026 match between Italy and Scotland at Olympic Stadium on Feb. 7, where she appeared stunned that the stadium crowd was cheering for her instead of the action on the field.

Gene Simmons Causes a Stir With Bold Statement About Taylor Swift's Music
Gene Simmons gave the internet something to talk about this week after bringing up Taylor Swift during a new interview, and fans can't quite decipher whether the comment should be taken as a compliment.
In a new interview for the Legends N Leaders podcast that dropped on Feb. 7, the legendary KISS rocker name-dropped Swift while talking about the pop star's massive "cult" following, a word that rubbed some fans the wrong way.
While discussing what it's like to have die-hard fans, Simmons, 76, said, "It's more than music," before going on to compare the experience to "the Swifties of today."
"Yes, the songs are cool, and [Swift's] wonderful, we know her, but it's more than that," he stated. "It's almost a gathering of the tribes...It's almost cultish. You're a member of that, and there's a connection."
View this post on Instagram"I’m sorry but can people not find a better word than 'cult,'" one user commented on an Instagram video clip from the interview.
Someone else pointed out that "Cults are group’s of people who are misled in a harmful way. That is not the case here," while another user added, "I understand what he's trying to say but I don't think cult is the word."
However, several fans pointed out that Simmons didn't seem to mean the comment "in a bad way," as he went on to compare Swift to The Beatles and the hysteria that was "Beatlemania."
One fan said the use of the word cult was the "biggest compliment" coming from Simmons, while more fans also reacted to his comment in a more lighthearted manner.
"Happy to be a part of the Swiftie cult!" one of Swift's fans joked.
Another user quipped, "Whatever I don't want to leave this cult. Swiftie forever."

Former Disney CEO Michael Eisner Criticizes Company’s Rising Prices: 'It’s So Expensive Now'
It's never been a more exciting time to be a Disney fan, whether looking at the company's eclectic mix of upcoming movies and TV shows or the latest additions to its international theme park properties.
As the iconic company continues to grow well into the future, however, many Disney fans have expressed worry about the brand's ballooning price tag, with former Disney CEO Michael Eisner similarly voicing criticisms of the brand's rising costs.
Appearing on a recent episode of In Depth with Graham Bensinger, the 83-year-old Eisner opened up about the current state of Disney's operations. Above all else, the ex-Disney CEO shared some worrisome thoughts about the company's sweeping price increases at its various parks.
“I’m not wild of the fact that it’s so expensive now to go to Disneyland or Walt Disney World,” Eisner said. “I’m not wild about the fact that it’s harder than ever to have everybody be a VIP (at the parks) because they’re selling things…”
Eisner's quote goes hand-in-hand with his influential philosophy of treating everyone inside Disney's parks as a VIP, delivering first-class service with the cost of standard admission.
To further meet these goals, Eisner instituted a variety of influential operational features within Disney's parks, including free line-skipping perks (something that exists today as Disney's pay-per-use or pay-per-day Lightning Lane).
Over the past few years, Disney's costs have only continued to hike upwards as the company tries to outpace rising inflation costs. According to WDW Magazine, everything from ticket prices and hotel reservations to dining options and annual passes have risen for 2026.
While it's unlikely the company's financial direction will change any time soon, the recent exit of Disney CEO Bob Iger and the installation of his replacement, Josh D'Amro, could mark a major shift in Disney's cost structure, especially given the ongoing plans for Disney's parks within the immediate future.

Donna Kelce Speaks Out on Travis Kelce Making Big NFL Retirement Decision
As questions swirl about whetherTravis Kelce will return for another NFL season, his biggest supporter is making one thing clear: the decision is entirely his.
Travis’s mom Donna Kelce was asked by TMZ this week how she feels about her 36-year-old son potentially retiring after 13 seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs. Rather than pushing him in one direction, she offered simple, motherly advice.
"I just want him to do what he feels comfortable doing," the 73-year-old told the outlet in a video released on Friday, February 13. "He's gotta talk to people in his life to decide what he wants to do." She added, "So I’m not sure. We’ll see what happens!"
Retirement rumors have followed Kelce for months. The tight end signed a two-year extension in 2024 that runs through March 2026, but speculation intensified as the 2025–2026 season unfolded. Kelce was candid about feeling frustrated with his performance, quarterbackPatrick Mahomes suffered a season-ending injury, and the Chiefs missed the playoffs for the first time in a decade—a tough pill to swallow for the team and fans alike.

The Chiefs organization has publicly backed whatever choice he makes. Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt shared on NFL Network’s Good Morning Football, “Well as an organization, we certainly hope that he will come back.”
"He had another great year, maybe not on par with where he was four or five years ago, but still had over 800 yards, and was really one of the leaders on the offensive side of the ball for us. So there’s no doubt in my mind that he can still play," Hunt continued.
And while football may be up in the air, one thing Mama Kelce is not doing is spilling any personal tea. During the same chat with TMZ, she was asked whether she had to sign an NDA about Travis’ upcoming wedding to Taylor Swift. “They know I can keep a secret,” Donna said with a smile. The couple, who got engaged on August 26, 2025, have kept wedding details tightly under wraps—and it sounds like Donna plans to keep it that way.
Whoopi Goldberg Almost Loses It Over Norwegian Biathlete Sturla Holm Lægreid’s Viral Cheating Confession
If you're intrigued by the viral drama over Norwegian biathlete Sturla Holm Lægreid's cheating confession at the Olympics, we're with you. The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg, not so much.
On the Thursday, Feb. 12 episode of The View, the hosts gathered to chat about Lægreid's confession, which went down during a Tuesday, Feb. 10 press conference at the winter Olympics.
Goldberg, however, noted that she was "confused by all this."
Check out the debate over the confession, which begins around the 22-minute mark below.
The Cheating ConfessionLægreid confessed to his infidelity during a press conference, saying, "There is someone I wanted to share this with who might not be watching today," he told NRK, according to a translation provided by E! News, PEOPLE reported. He added that he "met the love of [his] life" six months before.
"Three months ago, I made the biggest mistake of my life and was unfaithful," he said, noting that he admitted his infidelity "about a week ago."
The world was shocked by his statement, which came at a time when everyone assumed he'd be discussing the competition.
Lægreid, who won a bronze medal in the men’s 20km biathlon, went on to issue an apology to his ex-girlfriend and his teammate Johan-Olva Botn for his statement, since it overshadowed his teammate's successful gold medal win. He said he “deeply regret[s]” bringing the incident up “on what was a festive day for Norwegian biathlon.”
“I am not quite myself today, and I am not thinking clearly. My apologies go to Johan-Olav, who deserved all the attention after the gold,” his statement to PEOPLE read. “It also goes to my ex-girlfriend, who involuntarily ended up in the media spotlight. I hope she is doing well.”

Whoopi Nearly Walked OutGoldberg's co-hosts attempted to explain the drama to her.
"The main thing, Whoopi, is — he's with the girl six months, and he's cheating on her already," Joy Beharshared.
"Tell us, doctor," Goldberg laughed, before putting her head down on the table, wrapped in her arms.
Behar got a bit more detailed about the cheating in her explanation.
"I'm quoting the great anthropologist, Helen Fisher. She says that the first two years of a relationship, you're hot hot for each other because of the biological imperative, so you can reproduce and continue with the species," Behar said. "So if you are already cheating at six months, that is biology telling you it's off, it's wrong."
"Stay with us, Whoopi. Stay with us," Ana Navarro said.

'90s Alternative Rock Icon Reportedly Hospitalized for Mental Health Issues
Founder and vocalist for the alternative rock band The Lemonheads, Evan Dando was reported to have been admitted to a mental health facility. Details reveal that an incident with an unidentified fan led the singer to be hospitalized.
According to Variety, Dando was hospitalized on Thursday, Feb. 12, after having sent an unwanted sexual video to the said fan. The singer's representative made a public statement addressing the situation and Dando's longtime battle with mental health, "dating back to his childhood."
"Evan Dando has long struggled with mental health issues dating back to his childhood," read the statement. "He’s been admitted to a local hospital where he’s receiving comprehensive help from experienced doctors and mental health professionals."

Iconic ’70s Rock Band Announces Special Guest for 2026 Farewell Tour
As the L.A. rock band Little Feat prepares to embark on their final tour this spring, the group has announced some new information about the guests they plan on bringing along with them.
Molly Tuttle, the singer-songwriter and bluegrass guitarist, will be joining Little Feat on two stops of The Last Farewell Tour — New Haven, Connecticut on May 29 and Fairport, New York on May 30.
Little Feat shared the news on social media Friday morning with details about ticket availability, which are already up for sale on the band's website. As of right now, Tuttle is the only announced guest joining the band on tour.
View this post on InstagramTuttle is one of the most acclaimed contemporary voices in bluegrass and Americana music, known for her unique crosspicking guitar-playing style. She made history in 2017 by becoming the first woman ever to win the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Guitar Player of the Year award, repeating the honor the following year and also being named Americana Music Association Instrumentalist of the Year. She has won multiple Grammy Awards for Best Bluegrass Album, including for Crooked Tree (2022) and City of Gold (2023).

Little Feat first announcedThe Last Farewell Tour on Feb. 3, with founding member Bill Payne writing, "My hope is ‘The Last Farewell Tour’ resembles a long passionate kiss, a prolonged warm hug, giving us all time to embrace this special moment to remember our collective past with those here and others departed but still in our hearts."

"This is a celebration that acknowledges gratitude to all for an unforgettable journey, mingled with joy, sadness, but no regrets," Payne continued. "Let’s allow some time for all of this to play out. We still have a lot to say and share. All endings suggest new beginnings."
The tour marks the bittersweet ending to over five decades of revolutionizing what rock and funk music could sound like. Little Feat formed in 1969 in Los Angeles by singer-guitarist Lowell George and keyboardist Payne, later adding drummer Richie Hayward, bassist Kenny Gradney, percussionist Sam Clayton and others to create a unique blend of rock, funk and New Orleans-style rhythm and blues.
After George's death in 1979, the band temporarily disbanded before reforming again in 1987 with the addition of Craig Fuller. Their subsequent album release, Let It Roll (1988), became a huge success, with the song "Hate to Lose Your Lovin'" earning the band their first No. 1 hit on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and securing a nomination for the Grammy Award for Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical.
Little Feat is currently made up of Payne, Clayton, Gradney, Fred Tackett, Scott Sharrard and Tony Leone. The Last Farewell Tour begins on April 10 in Orlando, Florida and concludes on Aug. 22 in Denver, Colorado.

John Legend Reveals His Secret Game Plan to Win ‘The Voice’ Season 29 (Exclusive)
In a The Voice first, when the talent competition returns for its 29th season later this month, all three of its coaches – Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine and John Legend – are previous winners.
Kelly has the most wins of the three, clocking in at four: Seasons 14, 15, 17, and 21, winning with Brynn Cartelli, Chevel Shepherd, Jake Hoot, and the trio Girl Named Tom, respectively.
Adam has three wins during his 16-season tenure as a coach: Season 1 with Javier Colon, Season 5 with Tessanne Chin, and Season 9 with Jordan Smith.
And John has only one. In his debut season, Season 16, he took the title with Maelyn Jarmon, so he is due for his second win, and in this exclusive first-look video, he’s making plans to do just that.
His strategy to beat the other coaches is a secret, though, and he isn’t telling us.
Season 29 of The Voice is being labeled, “Battle of Champions,” and the format will run for four rounds, each featuring a distinct Voice first:
Blinds: Coaches compete against each other in the “Triple Turn Competition” (vying for the most three-chair turns) with the winner gaining a special advantage in the next round.
Battles: The coach with the most three-chair turns automatically earns a “Super Steal” for the Battles. This coveted prize can only be used once and trumps any other coach’s attempt to steal, guaranteeing a win.

Knockouts: Each coach brings back two fan-favorite artists from their teams in previous seasons to compete in an “In-Season All-Star Competition.” All-stars represent their former coaches as they battle in head-to-head sing-offs. The coach with the most sing-off wins is guaranteed a second finalist in the finale. For this special episode, coaches call upon original Voice coach CeeLo Green to sit in on the competition and determine the winner of each All-Star Showdown.
Semi-Final and Finale Week: Kicks off with a Top 9 Semi-final and culminates in the Top 4 Finale. For the first time in show history, a new voting block comprised of super fans and past Voice artists will have the opportunity to get in on the fun firsthand, experiencing the competition as part of the in-studio audience voting for their favorites in real time during the semi-finals and finale.
The Voice Season 29 premieres Monday, Feb. 23 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. Streams next day on Peacock.

Blue Bell Quietly Brings Back Beloved Seasonal Ice Cream Flavor
Mardi Gras season just got a whole lot sweeter.
Blue Bell has quietly answered the prayers of ice cream lovers everywhere, bringing back the wildly popular King Cakeflavor in celebration of Mardi Gras, a return the company confirmed to Parade.
Given its seasonal label, the return is marked by excitement, but also a bit of disappointment, knowing that our time enjoying the perfect Fat Tuesday dessert is numbered.
That being said, fans absolutely should not wait to grab a pint of the beloved seasonal treat, as it's only available for a very limited time, in stores for the next few weeks at most, as we near the end of the Mardi Gras season.
The king cake ice cream captures the magical essence of the iconic Mardi Gras dessert, in ice-cream form, of course. Playing off the nostalgic taste of the New Orleans treat, it features cinnamon cake-flavored ice cream swirled with tasty pastry pieces and a colorful cream cheese swirl, all topped with festive purple candy sprinkles. And don't worry, it doesn't require you to find the hidden baby like in a traditional king cake.
Blue Bell Mardi Gras King CakeBlue Bell fans have been eagerly and patiently awaiting its return, with many on social media wondering if it's been spotted in stores yet. A handful noted that they've seen it appear in various locations, though even the Blue Bell website notes that it is "only available in select markets," making it even more special when you do end up finding the flavor in a freezer aisle near you.
The distribution is usually limited to Louisiana and neighboring cities, and while a price isn't readily available, Blue Bell pints typically retail in the$4-$7 range at most grocery stores, with the price varying by location and store.
It's such a sought out and elusive flavor, in fact, that one person on Reddit expressed, "Man, this is my absolute favorite ice cream, and I look forward to it every year," as another noted, "I wish this flavor was not so difficult to find 🫤."
Doug O'Connor, branch manager at Blue Bell Creameries, spoke to local news station KLFY News 10 roughly a month ago to tease the seasonal flavor's return, revealing a little backstory that they started as two separate flavors. "This flavor was birthed years ago," adding, "the first one that came out was a King Cake version, then later was a Mardi Gras version, and then combined the two."
O'Conner expressed that it's a "fun flavor" that "continues to sell after the season."
When Is Mardi Gras 2026?Mardi Gras Day falls on Feb. 17 this year, marking Fat Tuesday, the last day of the Carnival season. It always falls on the day before Ash Wednesday, which is also the first day of Lent, marking a celebration held the day before the fasting season begins.
The Carnival season, however, starts around Jan. 6 and runs about six weeks, up until Mardi Gras Day.
What Are Typical Mardi Gras Treats?Serving as Blue Bell's flavor inspiration, King Cake is the most iconic Mardi Gras dessert. It comes oval-shaped, decorated with purple, green and gold sugar to represent justice, faith and power, and usually boasts a tiny plastic baby hidden inside. The person who gets a slice with the baby must buy the next king cake or host the next party.
Other treats commonly associated include beignets, a pillowy fried dough that's a New Orleans staple year-round, along with pralines and moon pies.
Paczki (pronounced "poonch-key") are a Mardi Gras tradition for Fat Tuesday in the Polish-American community, typically located in the Midwest and Northeast. The rich-filled doughnuts are deep-fried and stuffed with fruit preserves, custards and other sweet fillings like Nutella.
'90s Metal Band Teases Potential Reunion
By the end of 2025, Arch Enemy's future was uncertain. The Swedish metal band, formed in 1995, no longer had a lead singer after Alissa White-Gluz announced her departure after 14 years with the band. But it seems that a familiar face (or, in this case, a familiar voice) would be stepping back behind the mind.
On Friday, Feb. 13, the band scrubbed its Instagram, a symbolic gesture representing a new start. It also published a short teaser, a video of a hooded figure wielding a flaming torch. That mysterious person also pointed a hand towards the camera, displaying well-manicured, polished nails. While the clip ended before the person could reveal themselves, Arch Enemy hinted at their identity by tagging their former vocalist, Angela Gossow.
Gossow parted ways with Arch Enemy in 2014, and the prospect of a potential reunion with the band left fans excited. "ANGELA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" commented one metalhead. "Angela!!!!!! Please come back," added another.
Similar comments included: "Am I dreaming? Angela is back?"; "OH MY GOD. I just KNEW this was going to happen 🤩🤩🤩 WELCOME BACK, ANGELA, WE MISSED YOU"; and "WELCOME BEAUTIFUL QUEEN!!!!!!!!!!!"
View this post on InstagramGossow joined the band in 2001, replacing the original vocalist. It’s a reunion over a decade in the making. From there, Arch Enemy locked in and established their brand of melodic death metal. But in 2014, Gossow announced that she was stepping aside to "be with my family and pursue other interests," according to Metal Injection.
Soon after, Arch Enemy announced Alissa White-Gluz had joined the ranks, with Gossow's blessing. Angela said she would remain the band's business manager, and she was happily "passing the torch to the super talented Alissa White-Gluz, whom I've known as a dear friend and a superb vocalist for many years. I always thought she deserved a chance to shine – and now she's getting it. Just like I got that chance back in 2001."

For the next decade, White-Gluz and the rest of Arch Enemy—founding guitarist Michael Amott and drummer Daniel Erlandsson, bassist Sharlee D'Angelo—blazed a path of mayhem. But White-Gluz's tenure came to a close in November when she announced that she had "parted ways" with the group.
"I am forever thankful to the thousands of amazing fans I have met along the way," she said in a statement.
In 2018, Angela Gossow hinted that she was itching to get back on stage. "I want to make a new extreme metal project," she said, per Metal Injection, but only after the touring cycle for Arch Enemy's Will to Power concluded. "The whole world will sail in calmer waters," she added. "I suppose this will be in 2018, when we conclude the first series of tours and all the rest. I will do so when the time comes."
Even then, she was putting Arch Enemy's needs first, and now, the band needs her more than ever.

’90s Rock Guitarist Sends Clear Message Ahead of 2026 U.S. Tour
Lead guitarist Chris Traynor of 1990s rock band Bush has opened up about his creative process ahead of the band's 2026 U.S. tour. In a post shared via Instagram on Wednesday, the guitarist highlighted his evolution as a grunge artist.
In late January, Traynor participated in an interview with Guitar Thrills magazine where he spoke on the span of his career. "I’ve had the privilege of a musical career spanning over three decades. Throughout this time, the music industry and the preferences of music consumers have undergone remarkable transformations. Despite the challenges and setbacks, there’s always been a constant source of inspiration that ignited my passion for playing the guitar in the first place," Traynor said.
Traynor emphasized his love for his instrument and craft, which has only grown throughout his life. "It’s that exhilarating spark of creativity that fuels my love for my instrument. I feel like I’ve come full circle, returning to that initial impulse I had as a young musician, but now with greater confidence and experience. This is the evolution of a grunge guitar player," Traynor explained.

The guitarist had been playing since childhood, jumping around from band to band in early adulthood before joining Bush in 2002. Formed in the early 1990s, Bush aided in amplifying the grunge genre to a wider, international audience during a time where the genre was undergoing significant evolution. Traynor bridges the gap between the old grunge sound and modern rock seamlessly while maintaining integrity as an artist who aims to stay true to himself—the perfect sentiment to uphold before a massive tour.
"I've been doing this professionally for over 30 years and as a guitar player, the thing that was my initial impulse, the initial strike of joy, or the initial enthusiasm that brings you into wanting to pick up a guitar and wanting to make riffs. I think is what is special about every musician," Traynor emphasized. "I try to expand what I learned and what I could play and what I was capable of. And this is going to sound like a weird statement, but I think that that was not the best thing because I think expanding on who you are, rather than trying to be who you are not, is super important."
