Healthy alternative soda brand Olipop is trying out a new look and launching a "Feel Good Soda" campaign, coinciding with the Fibermaxxing trend that is currently taking the internet by storm.

Across social media, although particularly on TikTok, content creators, from avid fitness influencers to casual users, have been highlighting the benefits of increased fiber intake, which has dovetailed into the current Fibermaxxing trend. Picking up momentum last summer, the Fibermaxxing craze, which encourages people to aim for the recommended amount of 25 to 38 grams of fiber intake daily, has only intensified with time.

While Olipop has long contained 6 to 9 grams of fiber per can, the brand is now renewing its role in the fiber intake conversation by debuting brand-new packaging for the 6g fiber line. Longtime consumers of the brand will recognize the change to the cans' color palettes—which will now be brighter, bolder and more vibrant—as well as the more prominent display of the drinks' nutritional information, specifically highlighting the grams of sugar, grams of fiber and total calories on each can.

It might have been 1974, but this feel-good pop hit reached way back in time for its sound, and that’s exactly what made it stand out.

Tony Orlando and Dawn captured the radio-friendly era of the early part of the '70s with a string of hits that were catchy and unforgettable. By the time they released "Steppin' Out (Boogie Tonight)" they were already a force to be reckoned with on the Billboard charts.

The singing group released a string of hits such as "Candida," "Knock Three Times," "Tie a Yellow Ribbon 'Round the Ole Oak Tree," "Say, Has Anybody Seen My Sweet Gypsy Rose," and "Who's in the Strawberry Patch With Sally" before hitting the charts in 1974 with a song that revived a Ragtime style of music popular in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

"Steppin' Out (Boogie Tonight)" was written by the group's longtime songwriters Irwin Levine and L. Russell Brown and was included on their 1973 album, Dawn's New Ragtime Follies.

The LP was an eclectic mix of Vaudevillian ragtime, pop, and disco music. It became Tony Orlando and Dawn's best-selling LP upon its release.

The 1974 song tells the story of a heartbroken but resilient dreamer. Instead of mourning the loss of a love who's getting married, he decides to hit the town and boogie.

In a 2014 interview with Smashing Interviews, Orlando reflected on his historic success in the music industry and the influence Tony Orlando and Dawn had on a generation of music fans.

"My whole purpose is to take my career and turn it into good. All of the show business stuff that you read in magazines means nothing to me," he said.

"But what does mean something to me is what good I can do with this career and how much money I can raise for veterans, which I’ve done for 40 years since 'Yellow Ribbon' came out in 1973," he said.

"If I can’t take the blessings that God gave me with this so-called career or celebrity or fame or whatever comes with show business and turn it into something really profitable, which is to help people with health issues have better lives, then my career was worthless."

In the 1980s, legendary Australian rock band INXS ventured out to the moon plains of Coober Pedy in South Australia on an adventure to get the perfect setting for the music video of their hit song, "Kiss the Dirt (Falling Down the Mountain)." While they were successful, resulting in a visually stunning and memorable video, their flight home nearly ended with members of INXS losing their lives.

Guitarist Tim Farriss revealed the story of the dangerous flight back from filming in an interview with American Songwriter in 2025. He recalled how he took a nap on the plane ride back from the desert, only to wake up and find out that the pilot also decided to sleep for a bit.

“Everyone on the plane was asleep, including the pilot, and I was like, ‘Hey, what’s going on here?’ Andrew [Farriss, his brother] was flying the f**king plane. He’s not a pilot,” he remembered.

The band's saxophonist and guitarist, Kirk Pengilly, claimed that the pilot asked Andrew if he wanted to "have a steer" before promptly falling asleep. He added, "We don’t know how long he was asleep, but Andrew was frozen because he didn’t want to take his hand off the steering wheel in case something would happen.”

To make the situation even more tense, once they managed to shake the pilot awake, they asked him if they knew where they were at the time. He said he could show them on a chart, but unfortunately, the charts were outside on the wing of the plane.

Luckily, they made it to their destination, but their landing wasn't without its own issues. When they touched down, a tire blew out, forcing the plane to do a 360-degree spin before they were finally safe and sound on solid ground.

Pengilly laughed about the experience years later, saying in the interview, “Everyone was fine, but it was really out there. It was like a Crocodile Dundee movie.”

"Kiss the Dirt (Falling Down the Mountain)" was released as the third official single on INXS' acclaimed fifth studio album, Listen Like Thieves. It came out in March 1986.

Forty years ago today, Peter Gabriel released So, and nothing about his career, or pop culture, was ever quite the same.

The album hit shelves on May 19, 1986, the former Genesis frontman's fifth solo studio record, put out through Charisma, Virgin, and Geffen Records. Gabriel had begun recording it with producer Daniel Lanois in 1985 at his home studio, fusing African and Brazilian influences with the art rock foundation of his earlier work, staying true to his instincts while making something far more accessible to a wider audience.

The result was often considered his best and most accessible album. So was an immediate commercial success, transforming Gabriel from a cult artist into a mainstream star and becoming his best-selling solo release. It topped the charts in the UK, Canada, Italy, and the Netherlands, and reached number two in the United States.

The album's lead single arrived a month before the record itself, and it was unlike anything on radio or television at the time. 'Sledgehammer' reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 on July 26, 1986, but it was the music video, directed by Stephen R. Johnson and produced with animation from Aardman Animations and the Brothers Quay, that made history. Using claymation, pixilation, and stop-motion, the clip required Gabriel to lie under a sheet of glass for 16 hours while cameras captured the footage one frame at a time. It went on to win nine MTV Video Music Awards in 1987, a record for a single video that has never been broken, and has since been declared MTV's most-played music video of all time. Among the animators working on that shoot: a then-emerging Nick Park of Aardman Animations, who was still refining his work in plasticine and would later go on to create Wallace & Gromit.

So was more than 'Sledgehammer.' 'Don't Give Up,' a duet with Kate Bush, was originally written with Dolly Parton in mind, but when Parton declined, Bush stepped in, and her delicate vocal gave the song an undeniable beauty. 'Big Time' offered a bombastic, tongue-in-cheek commentary on '80s excess, while 'Red Rain' opened the album on an somber emotional note.

Then there is 'In Your Eyes', a song that found its second life three years after So came out. In Cameron Crowe's 1989 film Say Anything, John Cusack's character Lloyd Dobler stands beneath his girlfriend's window at dawn and holds a boombox above his head playing the song. Crowe had stumbled onto the track while driving to the editing room one day, listening to a cassette left over from his own wedding, and the moment he heard it, he knew. The scene became one of the most parodied and referenced images in modern romantic cinema. Gabriel later reflected that it gave the song 'a second life,' and described himself and Cusack as being 'sort of trapped together in a minuscule moment of contemporary culture.'

So has since been certified five-times platinum in the United States, and Rolling Stone placed it at number 14 on its list of the 100 Best Albums of the '80s. Forty years out, it holds up as a time capsule of a very specific cultural moment when a former art-rock eccentric figured out how to be both himself and unmistakably, inescapably huge.

PEOPLE Magazine reported the news, sharing intimate photos of the couple's wedding ceremony in Sedona, Arizona. They are the co-hosts of the podcast The Rabbit Hole Detectives, along with Reverend Richard Coles.

Spencer is 61. Jarman is in 43. They wed in Arizona on May 15.

“We both feel so incredibly lucky to have progressed from being colleagues, to friendship, to deep love and connection,” the couple said in a statement to PEOPLE. “Each stage of our relationship has been underpinned by laughter, and we share a passion for life.”

Kyle Cooke is hitting back at Summer House fan comments claiming his split from estranged wife Amanda Batula was "fake" after the pair took a press photo together during the In the Citypress event.

A photo shared online showed Kyle and Amanda standing together, looking amicable and relaxed while posing for pictures. Some fans reacted negatively, even suggesting their breakup was fabricated for ratings.

"Guys, yes, Amanda and I took a picture together," Kyle reacted to comments in his Instagram Story. "I was just happy that she showed up. She almost didn't come to a show that she participated in."

Taking a moment to shake his head in disbelief, Kyle continued, "Shoot me! Shoot me, but don't call my life, my relationship, my marriage, and my implosion of a marriage fake. Guys, with all due respect, we're all adults here, and we all showed up to a premiere party. And yes, Amanda did not want to come. And I convinced her to come. We took a photo together. Some fans reacted strongly to the photo, implying the breakup was manufactured for ratings and created simply to stir up drama for a payday.

Kyle has often discussed how real Summer House is, recently sharing on the Trading Secrets podcast why he believes the series is one of the least-produced shows in reality TV.

"If I have something to say on a scene-based show, I literally have to wait for cameras," Kyle said. "On Summer House, I might just say it right in the moment because I know there's surveillance. So, it just lends itself to a more organic. It's like real reality, right?"

He added, "I'm not trying to say that other shows aren't real, but they just lend themselves to feel a little more produced because, well, yeah, life isn't scene-based, right? Our weekends though, I mean, we shoot straight through, and it's that's the kind of beauty of the footage that we get."

Well, Parade spoke with psychologists to learn more about why people casually chat with their pets, to give you a bit more insight into this behavior. 

Even if you don’t talk to your pets like humans, it's never too late to start or lean into that urge to do it that you might have been suppressing. After learning the psychology of why people are inclined to do this, maybe you can chat it up with your cat or dog without fear of judgment from others. After all, communicating (and talking) is at the heart of most social interactions. 

Ahead, four psychologists examine the reasons pet parents talk to their animals and the psychology behind it. They also share seven traits of people who talk to their pets like they're humans. Whether this describes you or someone you know, maybe you'll learn something interesting. And who knows, maybe you'll want to share this with your sister, who has major arguments with her cat, or your dad, who shares his favorite football stats with his dog.

What Is the Psychology of People Who Talk to Their Pets? 

Dr. Joseph Laino, PsyD, a psychologist at Sunset Terrace Family Health Center at NYU Langone, notes that talking to your pets isn’t generally considered abnormal, as it actually can be healthy to “anthropomorphize” pets.

“Talking to our pets can help us bond with them, as it can help us to relate to them and empathize with them, too,” he tells Parade. 

While you might be inclined to think that people talk to other living things, such as pets, because they want to be understood (which is sometimes true), that isn’t always the case.

“Talking to pets is generally less about the pet understanding the human, and more so about how the human is seeking connection, shows attachment to the pet and curates some type of meaning in that relationship,” says Dr. Michele Goldman, a psychologist and media advisor for Hope for Depression Research Foundation. 

Why Do Some People Talk to Their Pets Like Humans?

Dr. Laino notes that one of the main reasons people talk to their pets like humans is that it can help them feel connected, less lonely and provide them an outlet to express thoughts and ideas without feeling judged.

Dr. Brandy Smith, PhD, a licensed psychologist with Thriveworks in Birmingham, AL, adds that talking to pets is something people do, as communication is at the forefront of most human activities.

“Communication, in one way or another, is something we tend to do with other living beings,” she explains. “Just because this living being is an animal as opposed to a human, does not lessen the tendency to develop some form of communication, which for many takes the form of talking to one’s pets like humans.” 

Dr. Goldman notes that although pets may not be able to respond in the same way (when spoken to), they’re still able to make sounds and react to them, which can function as a different kind of communication that can also benefit humans. Humans like to feel connected, and talking to their pets can be a vehicle to achieve that feeling regularly.

Dr. Laino adds that talking to pets as one would to other humans can also help people work through their emotions. 

While this might seem obvious, Dr. Laino explains that talking to pets can also help people bond with them while simultaneously relieving stress. Doing this also allows people to tap into the ability to nurture and care for their pets.

7 Common Traits of People Who Talk to Their Pets Like Humans, According to Psychologists1. Introverted

While this isn’t always the case, Dr. Jennifer Dragonette, PsyD, a psychologist and clinical services instructor at Newport Healthcare, notes that some people who talk to their pets like humans can be more reserved and introverted. 

“Introversion can sometimes be part of the picture,” says Dr. Dragonette. “For some people, this kind of interaction provides connection without the demands that come with more complex social environments. It’s often something they return to as a way to reset after a long day of interpersonal demands.”

2. Empathetic

Just as you might expect, Dr. Dragonette says people who talk to their pets like humans are generally more empathetic, better at reading others and sensitive to a variety of needs and feelings. Dr. Laino agrees.

“By talking to your pet, you demonstrate the capacity to understand how another might feel or what they might need,” he shares.

Pet owners who engage in this behavior also tend to be more thoughtful.

“People who talk to their pets are also more likely to be considering the feelings of others, can read subtle cues and look for nonverbal communications,” adds Dr. Goldman. 

3. Caring 

Similarly, Dr. Smith notes that those who talk to their pets like humans are usually caring individuals. 

“Talking to one’s pet like a human shows a level of care because it invests in attending to one’s shared life together,” she says. “It takes the experience from a mere coexistence to a more interdependent life journey.”

4. Values communication

While most people communicate regularly, Dr. Smith notes that the fact that some people talk to their pets like humans highlights that they genuinely enjoy communicating, especially since they don’t receive a standard response. 

“A person talking with their pet as a human shows a value for talking because they do not have to do it in this situation but willingly choose to because they see value in doing it,” she says, adding that these types of individuals often greatly benefit from simply venting to their pet. 

5. Playful  

Since pets can’t respond to conversation in the same way another individual would, Dr. Goldman notes that playfulness is a common trait. 

“Talking to a pet implies a certain level of creativity, especially in imagining/projecting how the pet is thinking or feeling in response,” she explains. “This implies imagination and an originality that comes with being playful and embracing lightheartedness.”

6. Expressive 

Due to the fact that talking is a form of expression, Dr. Laino notes that people who talk to their pets like humans may be more expressive.

Talking to pets is sometimes something people are embarrassed about, which is why many of those who do tend to be more affectionate.

“Folks who talk to their pets may be showing their comfort level with affection and emotional intimacy,” says Dr. Laino. “These folks are comfortable putting their thoughts and feelings into words.”

Essentially, these individuals are not afraid to say and show how they feel.

Meghan Markle is celebrating her eighth anniversary with the world by dropping a series of rare royal wedding photos with Prince Harry.

In the early hours of May 19, Meghan posted a slideshow of images from the couple's reception. These intimate images show the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on the dance floor, letting loose with family and friends after hours of royal duties.

In total there are a dozen images. Some are shot in black and white while others are in color.

The couple appeared to be soaking in every moment of their wedding celebration at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. The newly shared photos capture romantic dances, affectionate kisses, and one unforgettable final shot where Harry's face doesn't match the celebratory event.

The couple's royal wedding reception was held after a formal wedding luncheon hosted by Queen Elizabeth. All of the 600 wedding guests were invited to St. George's Hall at Windsor Castle.

Hours later, the couple, family, and their closest friends enjoyed a less formal wedding reception. This event is where Meghan's slideshow of pictures was shot.

According to PEOPLE Magazine, the evening reception was hosted by King Charles at Frogmore House. For the celebration, Meghan Markle changed into a sleek white halter gown by Stella McCartney and accessorized with an aquamarine cocktail ring that once belonged to Princess Diana.

At the event, actor Idris Elba was the DJ, George Clooney served up drinks behind the bar, and Serena Williamsplayed beer pong. Other celebrity invitees included Oprah Winfrey, Elton John, James Corden, and Victoria and David Beckham.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left their roles as senior royals in March 2020. They currently live in California with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

If you're heading on your next Euro-trip where you'll be hopping from city to city, one thing that I highly recommend is to pack as light a possible. After traveling the world for a year on a Broadway tour with just a single suitcase, I feel like anything is possible. I've gone on multiple two-week trips to various cities in Europe, and I've never once regretted my decision to pack light.

Packing light can do so many positive things for you trip. First and foremost, it can help you save money on plane tickets–especially if you're taking any extra flights from city to city within Europe. Paying for a full-sized suitcase can sometimes cost an extra $100 per flight. If you can manage to pack your things in a carry-on, you'll definitely save some money. Plus, having just a carry-on to worry about will save you time in the airport as well. Lastly, when you're traveling around Europe on cobblestone streets, up steep staircases, through train stations and airports, the last thing you'll want is a full sized suitcase. Having everything in one tiny carry-on will simply make everything easier.

For the purpose of this article, let's say we're traveling to a few major cities: London, Paris,Lisbon and Barcelona. During the summer, all of these destinations will be very warm. You'll need clothing that's great for going out to dinner, exploring museums, shopping, and visiting beaches, too. With all that in mind, let's get packing!

For a longer trip, the most realistic way to be able to bring enough outfits in a small amount of space is to create a capsule wardrobe. For this trip, I chose five bottoms and four tops that all can be mixed and matched with each other. For the bottoms, I first went with three pairs of shorts. These will be mostly worn during the day. I chose a tan linen pair, a cotton white pair, and a classic medium-length jean pair. Then, I picked out one skirt that could be good for both the day time and night time (depending on what shoe I paired it with). Then, I packed a comfortable pair of jeans, just to have incase any nights are a bit chilly.

For the tops, I chose very neutral options of varying styles. One very basic tan t-shirt, one white bodysuit, one cropped t-shirt with a martini glass on it (we need a little bit of fun) and then a dark tan tank top. It will be easy to cycle through these shirts throughout the two weeks, pairing them with different bottoms each time.

Dresses Are A Must Lightweight sun dresses are the MVP of carry-on packing—one piece and you’re fully dressed.

Wearing sun dresses is one of the easiest things you can do on vacation. You don't have to pair anything together–you just pick up the dress and go! They're great for those super hot days where you don't want your clothes too tight to your body, and they're also great for beach days where you want something loose to throw on over your bathing suit. Whether you wear them with a pair of sneakers, a chic sandal, or cute ballet flats, sun dresses can easily be dressed up or dressed down as well.

Maxi dresses offer maximum style with minimum effort (and they double as great evening wear).

Now, maxi dresses are great for a Europe trip as well. These are perfect for when you want to go out for a nice dinner, for drinks at a bar, or for a nice walk in the evening. Especially if you pair the right accessories, these casual-type of long dresses can feel very dressy. I decided to go with four options that were each very different from each other. They all have different shapes, patterns, and materials. That way, each night I wear one of these it will feel completely different. I thought four was a great number to bring, and I will probably wear each one twice for the duration of my trip.

Shoes, Accessories And More The 'Rule of Three': one pair for walking, one for the water, and one for dressing up.

Now that we've gotten all of our clothing packed–it's time for shoes, toiletries, and other necessities. For shoes, I chose three pairs to bring. One pair is a pair of white sneakers, which are great to walk around cities with. That pair will be worn on the plane, so I don't need to worry about fitting them in my suitcase. For the second pair, I chose my favorite pair of sandals, which are great for moments at the beach as well as day time exploring. Lastly, I brought a pair of ballet flats. These are the brand Vivaia, which have a very supportive sole–perfect for walking long distances while looking a little bit more dressed up.

Especially for beachier cities like Barcelona or Lisbon, you'll need some bathing suits. For two weeks, I think having four pairs is more that enough. Plus, two of the pairs that I chose can be mixed and matched with each other, so technically I have five options here.

Toiletries, makeup, and accessories shouldn't take up half a suitcase.

Now for the rest. I packed a few accessories, like two fashion scarves which can spice up my outfits throughout the weeks. Of course, I need a hair brush and a straightener, as well as my bag of makeup. For toiletries, I keep it very simple. Believe it or not, in that small purple bag, I have a bar of soap, a bar of shampoo, a bar of conditioner, face lotion, a razor, a tooth brush, and toothpaste. When it doubt, use solid soap products.

You're probably thinking that I forgot underwear and socks–but don't worry, I always leave those for last! I was able to fit two weeks worth of both in a small compression cube, plus a pair of pajamas. As for the other necessities like electronics, a small purse, a book, medication, and whatever else I might need–those fit into my personal item perfectly.

Pro Tip: Always Weigh Your Bag

While major U.S. airlines rarely weigh your carry-on luggage, European regional carriers (like Ryanair, EasyJet, or Vueling) are more strict. Even if your suitcase perfectly matches the physical dimensions, many budget airlines impose a strict 10kg (22 lbs) weight limit for overhead bags. I think it's worth it to invest in a cheap, portable luggage scale and weigh your packed bag at home and before you get on your return flight. Knowing your numbers ahead of time prevents an unexpected, expensive $100 penalty at the gate.

5 More Musts For an Extended Europe Trip

To ensure you breeze through transit from London to Lisbon without a hitch, add these five items to your pre-trip checklist:

• A Crossbody Phone Lanyard: Pickpocketing in high-traffic areas like Barcelona’s Las Ramblas or the Paris Metro is fast. A subtle, adjustable cord that anchors your phone to your wrist or shoulder case means it can’t be easily snatched out of your hand while you're navigating maps.
• Laundry Detergent Sheets: If you're packing light for a two-week trip, you will need to do a quick sink-wash of your favorite linen shirt or undergarments. Liquid detergent runs the risk of exploding; a couple of flat, weightless soap sheets take up less room than a index card and dissolve instantly in water.
• High-Fidelity Earplugs (Like Loops): Historic European boutique hotels are incredibly charming, but their centuries-old windows are notoriously thin. Whether it’s late-night scooters echoing off Lisbon's cobblestones or early morning trash collection in London, a solid, reusable pair of earplugs is essential for actual sleep.
• A Packable Nanobag or Tote: Most European markets and high-street shops charge for bags, and gate agents on regional European flights will ding you if you are trying to carry loose items. A high-strength, ultra-thin tote that folds down into a pouch the size of a keychain is a lifesaver for market runs or overflow souvenirs.
• European Pharmacy Acetaminophen (Paracetamol): If you get a headache or a fever mid-trip, don't waste time looking for "Tylenol" or "Advil"—you won't find those brand names on the shelves. Pop a small blister pack of ibuprofen or paracetamol (the European equivalent of acetaminophen) into your personal item so you don't have to track down a local farmacia during closed Sunday hours.

Jell-O is launching a new collection of snack cups and boxed mixes with current trends in mind.

As consumers look for better macros in their snacks and sips, brands are responding with new on-trend items like Oreo's Zero Sugar line, Pure Leaf's Mental Focus functional tea, more sugar-free energy drinks, a "healthy" Pepsi line, and now Jell-O Simply.

While sugar-free Jell-O gelatin and pudding mixes have been available for decades, more and more consumers have recently become aware of artificial sweeteners and their negative side effects, leading some to avoid zero-calorie sweeteners altogether.

So Jell-O is getting with the times, launching a new permanent line of reduced-sugar gelatin and pudding—dubbed Jell-O Simply—free from potentially irritating artificial sweeteners or colors, and with 25 percent less sugar than the original, according to the brand.

Then, sometime later this summer, Jell-O said its new Simply gelatin and instant pudding mixes will be available in four flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Banana and Strawberry.

The new ready-to-eat gelatin cups are available now in packs of four for about $3.99, while the Jell-O Simply boxed gelatin and pudding mixes will roll out nationwide in August for about $2.24 per box (prices may vary).

The panic-buying started almost immediately. Within hours of the news that Shein purchased Everlane for $100 million, closets across the country became personal museums for extinct clothes. The brand that built its name on ethical basics just handed the factory keys to the king of ultra-fast fashion.

For the people who lived in their clothes, it feels like a death in the family. Shoppers are looking to their old purchases and are afraid the future quality is about to drop off a cliff. As one devastated shopper on Reddit put it: “I am GUTTED My favorite capsule pieces are all from them :( I guess I’ll just keep collecting on the resale market.”

The internet's grief is about the weight of the fabric and the way the collars held up after fifty spins through the washing machine. “Ugh I liked their tshirts. They felt heavier and didn’t develop ‘bacon neck’.“

Another fan offered a short eulogy: “Everlame.”

And then the collective weeping from the closets began. “Me and my closet of Everlane sweaters are DEVASTATED,” wrote one fan. “All my silk shirts,” agreed another. “Me and my linen blended trousers are as well,” one Redditor chimed in.

For a certain segment of the population, Everlane was a uniform that defied trends. It was the place they went when they decided to stop buying $5 shirts that fall apart in three weeks.

Now, shoppers are facing their wardrobe with more questions than answers. “I am IN LOVE with their sweat pants and now they're selling out? It's so annoying. Everlane was also where I was gonna buy my single pair of dress pants and my linen pants too. I'm torn about buying them now while they're still decent,“  a former Everlane fan wrote. Another customer shared their grief: “Sigh, I really liked their alpaca sweaters.”

The scramble for replacements is already messy. People are looking at their upcoming shopping carts with dread, realizing they have to start the search for the perfect fit all over again. “Can anyone recommend another brand like Everlane for dress pants? This is SO disappointing, I was ready to drop a couple grand.”

Because when a go-to brand changes hands, the fear of loss is universal: “Damn. RIP to the perfect cotton t shirt,” a Redditor commented. “The box tees are my perfect tee,” another Everlane customer agreed. One commenter expressed their frustration: "I'm so disappointed! I’ve been waiting forever for their loafers to restock in my size. Now, I’ll need to find a pair of loafers from somewhere else.”

The finality is setting in for shoppers who realize they can still buy the clothes next month, but it won't be the same cotton. It won't be the same factory.

One Redditor warned everyone to step away from the checkout button and just let the brand go: “This isn’t your sign to buy a bunch from Everlane for the last time… If the brand was willing to sell out to SHEIN of all the private equity groups, who is the antithesis to their founding concept, then Everlane isn’t worth any more $$ to be in your capsule. You can find linen/cotton from other brands. Don’t let SHEIN acquiring a once decent brand be the trigger to your shopping itch. If you didn’t think of shopping there before seeing this post, then you didn’t have something you needed to add to your capsule. With love, no judgement -from a former shopping addict”

But the end is locked in for fans. “Wow, RIP Everlane.”
