Bulldog Puppy Gets the 'Splish Splash' Treatment and Her Dramatic Plea for Rescue Is Everything
Sometimes bath time goes smoothly. Other times, your bulldog puppy acts like you've committed a federal crime by putting soap on her.
There's the cutest TikTok making the rounds where an adorable English bulldog puppy, Sundea, is getting a bath while "Splish Splash I Was Taking a Bath" plays in the background. The caption? "Get me out of here."
The irony is not lost on anyone. Here's a song celebrating the joy of bathing, and this puppy is giving off major "this is the worst day of my life" energy.
She's sitting there, adorable big head covered in the bubbles looking absolutely miserable. Not scared, not panicked—just deeply offended that this is happening to her. She looks like someone just told her the park closed permanently and treats are cancelled for infinity and beyond.
@sundaethebulldogGet me out of here #englishbulldog #fyp #puppy #bathtime
♬ original sound - Liam BoylePeople in the comments couldn't handle the cuteness, "Could that sweet thing be any cuter?"
Another commenter went full enthusiasm: "What a cutie pie❤️. Cutest soapy puppy ever🥰."
Because honestly, even when bulldogs are mad about bath time, they're still ridiculously cute. Those wrinkled faces just amplify every endearing and funny expression.
When they're happy, they look extra joyful. But, when they're annoyed? You most definitely know it.
Why Are Bulldog Puppies So Dramatic About Bath Time? Here's the thing about bulldogs and baths—they're infamous for their dramatic responses to being bathed.
Bulldogs often react to bath time with heavy sighs and unmistakable side-eye. Their muscular bodies and wrinkled faces make every expression look even more dramatic. Some bulldogs resist and completely freeze in protest, turning themselves into 40-pound potatoes that refuse to cooperate.
It's not necessarily that they're scared in any way. They're just… completely unimpressed. Deeply, profoundly and quite noticeably unimpressed.

In part, it could have something to do with their sensitive skin. Those adorable wrinkles we find so lovable still need regular cleaning, but the process isn't always comfortable or fun for anyone.
But mostly? It's the personality. Bulldogs have strong opinions about things, and apparently one of those opinions is that baths are completely unnecessary and possibly illegal.
The drama usually subsides once they're dry, safe and comfortable again. After the total betrayal of bath time and bubbles comes the reward of being clean, dry, and ready for mom cuddles. They settle right back into their normal routines like nothing ever happened.
But during bath time? Full theatrical performance; no drama spared. Every bulldog puppy seems to believe they're the first dog in history subjected to such cruelty, and they want to make sure that everyone knows what they've endured. Cue the treats.

This particular puppy got the full "Splish Splash" treatment—bubbles, music, the works. Her priceless expression throughout it's entirety suggests that she did not request this spa day and would like to speak to someone in management immediately.
The good news? Once she's dry and fluffy, she'll forget all about it. Until next bath time, when the drama starts all over again.
That's just how bulldogs roll. Maximum personality, maximum drama, maximum cuteness—even when they're mad at you.
Cat Learns to Play the Piano for Treats, and It's Surprisingly Impressive
A black cat with serious stage presence is going viral for her musical talents. (And no, it's not AI).
In a TikTok posted by @luna_wants_tuna, Luna the cat is seen sitting in front of a miniature treat-dispensing piano, looking like she's headlining a swanky jazz club. She lifts one paw, delicately pressing the keys.

@luna_wants_tunaUnresolved for dramatic effect. . #cat #catsoftiktok #blackcat #piano
♬ original sound - Luna, Momo and VioletAfter tapping out a few notes, she pauses and looks beneath the piano, checking to see if her hard work has paid off. She doesn't see any treats, so she resumes playing. A few more determined key presses later, kibble clatters down onto a plate her human thoughtfully positioned underneath. Luna immediately enjoys her well-earned snack.
The Comments Section Did Not DisappointWith over 460,000 likes and almost 4,000 comments, amazed viewers took to the video's comment section to share their thoughts and cat puns.
"Truly a starving artist 😩😩🔥🔥🔥," one viewer joked.
"Meowzart 🎹," wrote another.
"Lmaooo her immediately searching for treats right after hitting a note," someone else added.
And because the internet is the internet, several viewers questioned whether the video was AI-generated. The creator quickly posted a follow-up TikTok clarifying that none of her videos use AI, and explaining exactly how the piano works.
According to Luna's mom, she only had to demonstrate the piano once. After seeing that pressing a button led to food, Luna understood the assignment immediately.
Related: Orange Cats' Gentle Piano Duet Would Make Mozart Proud
How Does This Work, Exactly? The toy is a treat-dispensing piano that releases kibble after a certain number of key presses. It's a classic example of operant conditioning, a learning process where consequences shape behavior. In this case, pressing the keys (the behavior) results in food (the reward). Because the reward is something Luna wants, she's more likely to repeat the behavior.
The fact that she checks underneath after playing shows she understands the cause-and-effect relationship.
Luna's cat mom also noted that the toy increases difficulty incrementally, requiring more key presses to unlock treats. That variable-reinforcement schedule, where rewards aren't delivered every time, can actually strengthen persistence. (Think slot machines, but significantly cuter.)
Luna Needs Mental StimulationImportantly, Luna's mom clarified that the piano isn't Luna's main food source—it's just a snack and a form of mental stimulation. She says Luna is a smart cat and very food motivated, and without enough enrichment, she can get destructive.
Beyond her piano skills, Luna is also clicker trained, loves food puzzles and even "talks" using buttons—so it's safe to say this talented little "Meowzart" is always ready for her next encore.

Herd of 300 Goats Takes Over Dallas and the Reason Why Has Everyone Applauding
Maintaining parkland is challenging for any community, especially for cities with hundreds of acres to manage. Today, municipalities are seeking sustainable, affordable and efficient solutions to remove invasive plant species.
In February, the City of Dallas went low-tech to resolve this ongoing problem at White Rock Lake. Instead of hiring teams of humans armed with noisy, gas-powered weed wackers and poisonous herbicides, the parks department brought in a herd of almost 300 goats to eat away at the problem. The beloved inner-city lake is surrounded by prairie fields, picnic areas and trails that regularly get overgrown with an invasive species called privet.

Goat-Watching Is "Like a Little Bit of Zen" View this post on InstagramGoat-watching became a spectator sport for North Texans. People gathered every day to watch "the circle of life being enacted," as one resident described it in an Instagram post by @cbsnewstexas. "To come out here feels like a little bit of zen," she said.
"Using grazing goats to remove privet is a natural, eco-friendly approach that reduces noise, air pollution, and reliance on fuel-powered equipment," according to a City of Dallas statement about the project. A shepherd keeping watch over the flock 24/7 ensured their safety. The electric fence's perimeter was moved every day to manage a new patch for grazing.
In 10 days, the animals chewed through 11.5 acres of all kinds of overgrown vegetation. "These are some of our favorite 'employees' so we hope to keep using them for future projects!!" according to the Dallas Parks and Recreation Department Facebook post on Feb. 9.

Cities Are Turning to GoatscapingThis isn't the city's first goat round-up. It has used these ruminants on a few occasions, including a herd of one thousand last year, to clear invasive growth along a hiking trail at the Trinity River Audubon Center.
North Texas isn't the only area to employ "goatscaping." Areas around Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Chicago, and other places across the United States and Canada have used goats to clear all types of vegetation, rebalancing their ecosystems.
"Goats have a knack for eating all the vegetation humans don't want around while leaving the good stuff, like grasses," according to a Time magazine article, "and they can often be trained to acquire a palette for certain invasive species. Goats can eat about 4% of their body weight a day by gobbling up a number of woody plants that are anathema to humans, like nettles, poison ivy, buckthorn and wild parsnip."
Moment Cat Sweetly Says Goodbye to Senior Feline Sibling Is So Bittersweet
Loving a pet is one of the greatest gifts we humans can experience, but saying goodbye to a beloved furry friend can feel like one of the deepest pains. Pet siblings experience that same heartbreaking loss as well, making the goodbye even more bittersweet. For one Senior Cat, saying farewell to her aging feline sibling meant showering the ailing cat with love and affection before parting for what would be the last time.
In a video shared to TikTok using the "drag path" trend captioned, “losing tuna is the worst pain i have ever felt. i have never loved anyone or anything as much as i love my tuna girl. my greatest joy in my life since i was 8 years old. thank you for 20 beautiful years together,” Tuna can be seen being covered in sweet, gentle licks from her feline brother.
In the emotional clip, their human says this is the first time Tuna has allowed her brother to adore her with licks. Viewers could feel the grief through the caption alone.
@rebikinzlosing tuna is the worst pain i have ever felt. i have never loved anyone or anything as much as i love my tuna girl. my greatest joy in my life since i was 8 years old. thank you for 20 beautiful years together. #restinpeaceangel #petloss #catmom
♬ original sound - solo.mp3 - solo.mp3One commenter shared condolences, writing, “I'm so sorry for your loss. How incredibly lucky for both you and Tuna to know that special love for 20 amazing years.” Another added, “Omg, instant tears. I’m so sorry for all of you 😢 And they definitely knew; I’m glad they got to say goodbye. Sending big kitty mama hugs.”
Why Cats Become More Affectionate When a Sibling Is Sick @mfkittsI miss you every day.. 💔 #fyp #seniorcat #petloss
♬ original sound - solo.mp3 - solo.mp3The video pulls at the heartstrings of anyone who has ever loved a pet and watched it age, but it also serves as a loving reminder of the deep bond between animals and their humans.
The brother cat’s affectionate licks are not by accident. Cats can produce different scents when they are sick, which other cats may recognize. In response, a companion cat may become more attentive or take on a caretaker role.
Cats can also experience and exhibit signs of grief when a sibling is ill or passes away. It’s a reminder that the bond between animals is unspoken but no less meaningful than the bond between humans and their beloved pets.
Despite the heartache that comes with saying goodbye to our precious companions, and watching their animal siblings grieve as well, the love they bring into our lives makes every moment worthwhile.
Saint Bernard Who's the 'World's Greatest Dog Thief' Is a True Unbothered King
All dogs have their own hobbies. Some are super into playing with balls and running into the yard, while others are more driven by treats and cuddles. Some like to spend as much time napping in front of the fireplace as possible (that one is definitely my dog).
And then, there are dogs who really find it thrilling to steal their humans' belongings, like the Saint Bernard in the video below.
@kingsley_st_bernardThe worlds greatest dog thief strikes again #dogthief #caughtredpawed #saintbernard #funnydogs #kleptodog
♬ Bad to the Bone - B.soundIn this video that Kingsley's human shared on Monday, February 23, they called him "the world's greatest dog thief," and it's hard to argue with that after seeing this footage.
With zero qualms — and ignoring his dad's multiple warnings — Kingsley stays cool as a cucumber as he grabs a pair of jeans he was after and leaves with them.
Once he had them in his mouth, he even headed toward the front door to freedom outside with them. He could teach a master class on this stuff!
Related: Giant Saint Bernard Gains a Tiny Pug Sibling for the Most Adorable Imbalance of Power
Why Dogs Sometimes Steal Our ThingsIf a shameless thief like Kingsley is currently living under your roof, don't worry — there's usually an explanation for this kind of behavior and a fix.
According to the American Kennel Club (AKC), dogs are most likely to steal things because they're bored... and they're most likely to steal your things because they smell like you, their favorite human. It's kind of sweet to think about it that way... until, of course, you can't find something you really were hoping to wear that day.
That's why it's so important not to turn it into a game. Your dog may realize that it's fun to steal your stuff and see you go on a hunt for it, especially if you have a big reaction. This can lead to them ramping up the behavior so you'll "chase" them and they can have even more fun with you!
Instead, it can help to focus on puppy-proofing your house and making sure they have plenty of toys to offer them mental stimulation, along with getting plenty of exercise. It really can go a long way!

Rottweiler Brings Most Adorable Drama When Mom Bestows 'His' Kisses on Human Dad
Rottweilers are loyal to their core, and when they bond with their person, that devotion they feel really does run deep. Affection becomes part of the routine, almost like an unspoken agreement between pup and parent, and some dogs really need all the cuddles to feel like they’ve had a happy day. So when that affection is suddenly redirected to someone else, even only for a short amount of time, feelings are going to surface, and they’re going to be funny.
We see that play out in this video of a Rottweiler who is upset that his mom is giving his dad a kiss and a cuddle. The look on his face is pure theatrical heartbreak. The side-eye, the slow approach, the silent protest—it’s all there. But what he does about the situation is unbelievably cute and very Rottweiler.

The caption explains that he thinks kisses are only for him, and at the end of the clip, we can see exactly what he does when he's not feeling like he's getting his proper share of affection. Oh, Bear, you're so silly!

Rottweilers Are Very Cuddly Lapdogs, Despite Their SizeRottweilers might have a bad rap that's not always accurate to who they are because they look big and tough. But according to the experts, Rottweilers are known for being very loving and kind.
The American Kennel Club uses the words "loyal, loving, and confident guardian" to describe the Rottweiler breed, and their personalities are full of lovey-dovey. Looking at the site's spectrum for being affectionate, Rottweilers land at the very top of the scale, and they're also very eager to please, which makes them cuddle bugs, too.
The site also considers the Rottweiler a pup with an "aloof demeanor" and can be very "playful" and ooze "downright silliness," which is pretty much what we see in this clip. They're not aware of how big they are and would probably love to be a lapdog like a Chihuahua, but their size doesn't always allow it.
Bear is super cuddly; we can tell by how badly he wants to be the only object of his mom's affection, and it's so funny.
Adorable Rescue Pit Bull Is Melting Hearts With His Serene Hardware Store Cart Rides
Dogs are masters of routine. If they know a walk happens at 7 a.m., they're waiting by the door before the leash even appears. And mealtime? They somehow know exactly when their bowls should be filled.
For Hank, an adorable Rescue Bully, a trip to the hardware store means one thing: a ride in the cart. Whether he's cruising solo or sitting beside a few pieces of lumber, he remains calm, cool, and collected, like a true gentleman enjoying every moment.
You can see a collection of his sweet cart rides in an Instagram reel from @bobbin_for_bullies shared on February 23:
View this post on InstagramHank looks perfectly at home whether he's riding in an orange cart or a blue one. He calmly takes in the store's sights, like an inventory manager making sure every shelf is in order. Meanwhile, @lospokies shared, "Our local hardware store gives out little bags of popcorn, so my Coco expects the cart AND popcorn."
And @jessholthouser joked, "Hi, yes, which aisle did you find this absolute unit?"
While dogs like Hank aren't actually stocked on hardware store shelves, plenty of pups at local shelters are still waiting for families of their own and the simple joys of everyday outings.
But the hardware store isn't the only place Hank brings his relaxed energy. He carries that same calm demeanor to the vet, too. In an Instagram shared on February 8, he soaks up affection during his exam, perfectly content with the extra attention.
View this post on Instagram Socialization Helps Dogs Stay Calm in Different EnvironmentsA dog's ability to stay calm in busy environments often reflects positive socialization and early exposure to new experiences. As noted by the American Kennel Club, dogs who encounter a variety of people, places, and sounds in supportive settings are more likely to grow into confident, well-adjusted companions. With patience, encouragement, and reassuring human presence, unfamiliar spaces can begin to feel comfortable and routine.
Whether Hank's cruising the hardware store or soaking up scratches at the vet, he's just happy to be there. And at shelters everywhere, there are pups just like him, still waiting for their own cart rides and everyday family adventures.

The modern home has evolved beyond a mere sanctuary for humans; it is a curated space where every inhabitant deserves a touch of elegance. Investing in quality furniture for the home often requires a balance between durability and visual appeal. Rare Maine Coon-Bengal Mix Cat Promises to Be a 'Big, Playful Giant'
Some cats enter a room quietly. Neville sounds like the kind of cat who will enter a room like a jungle documentary.
This TikTok introduces Neville, a rare Maine Coon-Bengal mix, and the captions say everything you need to know about the delightful chaos ahead. In the video caption, we learn: “Because Neville’s a Maine Coon Bengal mix, he can take up to four years to fully mature... Meaning he’s going to be a big, playful giant.” The post caption doubles down with, “He’s going to be a playful giant!” In other words, this is not a phase. This is a long-term lifestyle.
@nevloongbottomHe’s going to be a playful giant! #mainecoon #bengal #kitten #cat #catlover
♬ love love love - daryaAnd honestly, I love that for him.
What makes Neville so fun is the mix itself. Maine Coons already have that “majestic fluff creature” energy, with their big frames, shaggy coats, and house-lion vibes. Bengals, on the other hand, bring athleticism, curiosity, and the kind of playful intensity that makes you wonder if they’re part cat, part parkour instructor. Put those together, and you get a kitten who looks like he might eventually become both your weighted blanket and your personal chaos coordinator.
The best part of this video is that you can already see the promise of that future. Neville has that playful spark that says he’s not just going to get bigger, he’s going to get busier. The phrase “big, playful giant” sounds cute now, but in a few years it may also mean “able to reach things no cat should reach” and “capable of turning a normal living room into an obstacle course before breakfast.”
Still, that’s exactly why people are obsessed. There’s something so charming about watching a kitten who is clearly on his way to becoming a full-sized legend. You’re not just watching a cute cat clip; you’re watching the origin story.
Neville feels like the perfect reminder that some pets don’t just grow up, they grow into a whole event. And if he’s already this entertaining now, his “fully mature” era is going to be incredible.
Raising a Big, Playful Cat Without Losing Your MindA cat like Neville will do best with structure early, because “big and playful” is adorable until it is sprinting across your counters at 2 a.m. Start young with daily play sessions, sturdy scratching posts, and climbing spaces that can handle a future giant. Rotate toys to keep things interesting, and build simple routines around meals and play so all that energy has somewhere to go besides your curtains.
According to the Cat Fanciers’ Association, Maine Coons are intelligent, social cats, which is a good reminder that enrichment matters just as much as affection. Puzzle feeders, wand toys, and tall cat trees can make a huge difference in keeping a smart cat busy and happy.
I already know I’d be cheering Neville on from the sidelines, because watching a tiny menace grow into a giant sweetheart is exactly the kind of chaos I can get attached to.

Shelter Cat With Two Extra Ears Looks Like an Adorable Space Alien
Every once in a while, the universe accidentally creates a creature so weirdly perfect that it feels less like evolution and more like a tiny cosmic clerical error. This little shelter cat named Dobby looks like someone tried to design a regular kitten… and then added bonus parts because they got excited and couldn’t stop. Two ears? Sure. Four ears? Why not? At this point, I fully expect him to levitate a teaspoon or communicate telepathically with a houseplant.
He’s only 7 months old, but he already has the kind of face that makes you stop mid-scroll and go, “Wait. Hold on. What am I looking at?”
@cnnA 7-month-old cat named Dobby has a rare genetic mutation that makes him appear to have four ears, making him ear-resistible to adopters.
♬ original sound - CNNA clip shared by CNN shows the sweet little guy up close, revealing the rare genetic mutation that gives him what appear to be four ears. He also has a short, curled tail and a pronounced underbite that will need surgery, which somehow makes him even more endearing. He looks like a scrappy little gremlin who survived a boss battle and is now ready for snacks and a warm lap.

People in the comments were instantly obsessed. One person wrote, “It’s so Pokémon.” Another joked, “Just uses all four ears to ignore you,” which honestly feels biologically accurate. Someone else pointed out he’ll probably “hear the treats from two houses away,” which is both hilarious and probably true. Cats already possess amazing treat-detection abilities, so doubling the equipment seems risky.
Dobby was found at a shelter in Alabama, where staff says once he recovers from his jaw surgery, he’ll be ready for adoption. And let’s be real—whoever gets this little alien is basically winning the lottery, just with more fur and fewer tax implications.
Honestly, if a four-eared cat showed up at my house, I would assume I had been chosen for something important. Or at a minimum, judged by a higher life form.
WVTM13 reports, "Dobby is so special; there is a list of people ready to adopt him when he is ready to go. So, they've actually closed the applications on him."
Sounds like sweet Dobby will get his happily ever after!
Believe It or Not, Another Cat Was Born With Four Ears View this post on InstagramThe other cat is named Midas and was actually featured on the website for Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and they had this to say about her.
“Midas began her life as a stray in a backyard in Ankara, Turkey, before being adopted by Canis Dosemeci and her family.
The Dosemeci family named the kitten after the ancient Greek myth of King Midas, who the god Apollo cursed with donkey ears!”
The article goes on to tell us more about Midas: “Unlike the king’s abnormality, Midas the cat’s extra ears were caused by a genetic mutation that luckily has no negative impact on her health. In fact, according to Midas’ veterinarian, she is in great health, and from the looks of it, good spirits, too! The condition also affects Midas’ jaw, making her lower jaw slightly wider than her upper. This causes Midas’ tongue to stick out slightly—somehow making her even more adorable!”
Awww, she’s just too special! We are so glad her extra ears don’t affect her health at all. What a cool cat she is!

JRTs: A Small But Mighty BreedJack Russell Terriers may be small, but their personalities are not. These lively little dogs were originally bred as working fox hunters, and they still act like they have a full-time job today. They’re smart, funny, and loyal — but they’re absolutely not couch potatoes.
First, the athleticism is real. Jack Russells can jump incredibly high for their size and are expert climbers and diggers, which means a backyard fence is more of a suggestion than a guarantee. Their intelligence also means they learn quickly — both good habits and bad ones — so early training and mental stimulation are essential.
As evidenced by our friend, Peppa, JRTs need a lot of activity. Daily exercise, games, and enrichment aren’t optional; without them, boredom can turn into barking, chewing, or escape attempts. That hunting background also gives them a strong instinct to chase squirrels, cats, and basically anything that moves.

Cat Breed Ranked #1 'Rarest in the World' Is the Result of a Genetic Mutation
Pet parents are familiar with various cat breeds that top the "Most Popular" list, such as the Ragdoll, Maine Coon, Persian, American Shorthair, British Shorthair, and Scottish Fold. One specific breed is considered the "rarest" in the world, and though they are hard to find, these cats make wonderful family pets.
Three American Bobtail Cats Image via Shutterstock/Ievgeniia MiroshnichenkoThe American Bobtail cat was developed in the 1960s, beginning with a brown Tabby male with a short tail and a Seal Point domestic female. This breed has a genetic mutation that affects tail growth, resulting in the trademark bobbed tail. Even though the American Bobtail has feral ancestors, its behavior reflects a domesticated pet.
This breed is extremely friendly and often compared to having a personality similar to a dog. They're even considered the "Golden Retriever of the cat world". American Bobtails bond easily with family members and other pets in the household, and love to socialize.
These pretty kitties have a long, stocky body and tend to have either a dense short-haired coat or a medium long-haired coat. Fur colors include gray, orange, brown tabby, blue, and cream. Most notable is that iconic tail, which is about one-third to half the length of an average cat's tail and is usually straight, but can curve or have a knotted shape.
American Bobtails are considered very active and love to play, jump, climb, and even walk on leashes with their parents. Their penchant for playing is another example of their need for social time and interaction.
Size of American Bobtail BreedThese cats grow to approximately 10 to 14 inches tall and weigh between 7 and 18 pounds at full maturity. Their average lifespan is usually 12 to 15 years.
American Bobtails are difficult to find and are rarely in shelters or rescues due to their specific genetic traits and the breeding practices necessary to keep their unique characteristics.

Breeders usually charge between $600 and $1,000 for an American Bobtail. Pet parents who adopt one of these friendly felines will have a wonderful — and rare — addition to their family.

Dog Breed Ranked #1 'Easiest to Train' Is a Smart, Vigilant Guard Perfect for Families
When you're trying to decide on a dog to bring home to your family, there's a lot to consider. This is not some short-term thing: dogs are a 15-year or longer commitment in most cases. I knew all of this and went for Boston Terriers, for some reason. I wouldn't trade them for the world, but there are zero brain cells here.

If you ask someone what the best dog breed for families is, you'll get a variety of answers. However, when it comes down to the best breed for families that is also easy to train, the choice is simple. There's nothing quite like an Australian Shepherd!
Australian Shepherds ranked at #1, ahead of some serious contenders, including Golden and Labrador Retrievers, Border Collies, and even the Poodle! These dogs are easier to train because they're:
- Intelligent.
- Motivated.
- Loyal.
- Eager to please.
They were bred for life on the farm and to complete a very specific task (herding). Learning is basically in their DNA!
Related: Beautiful Merle Aussie Mountain Dog’s ‘Oreo Cream’ Coat Is Everything
Training Australian ShepherdsNot only are Australian Shepherds easier to train than other breeds, but it's also easier to train them for a wider variety of jobs. A well-trained Australian Shepherd can become:
- A herding dog.
- An emotional support dog.
- An alert dog for seizures, diabetes, and other conditions.
- A guide dog for the visually impaired.
While training an Australian Shepherd may be easier than other breeds, it does not mean you can get lazy: in fact, it's the exact opposite. These dogs are extremely intelligent, which means they can identify weak spots. They're prone to escaping and being destructive.

Pros and Cons of Australian ShepherdsMy aunt had an Aussie for pretty much my entire childhood. His name was Sam, and he was the sweetest boy ever. She's a vet, so she knows how to train a dog, and as a result, Sam was awesome. Unfortunately, these dogs are also common in shelters.
There are several things to think about when you settle on this breed:
Pros
Cons
Loyal
High-maintenance
Easy to train
Prone to escaping
Good with kids
Can become destructive
Typically healthy
Extensive exercise and enrichment needs
Also, just because they're easy to train doesn't necessarily mean they're easy to keep that way. Like with any dog, you have to watch them for signs that they're slipping. If they start disobeying the rules, crack down!
As long as you commit to them, they're a great option, especially with kids! This sweet breed would complete a family in a heartbeat!

Golden Retriever’s Reaction To Finding Out It’s His Birthday Is Too Pure
Golden Retrievers already treat every day like a celebration, but something about birthday excitement hits differently for them and us. When their humans bring that joyful energy of celebrating their favorite day, Goldens tend to soak it up completely, responding with wide eyes, wagging tails, and pure emotional openness.
This video captures that moment perfectly as Pickles reacts to his mom’s excitement about him turning 1. He looks genuinely touched, like he understands something special is happening just for him. It’s soft, sincere, and guaranteed to make you smile. Take a look at this cutie!

Golden Retrievers Love To Have FunIt's not a challenge to see how adorable and fun this Golden Retriever is to have in the family in this video. We can see that joy oozes from the screen in a short clip, and that playful, fun charm is typical of a Golden Retriever, according to experts.
The American Kennel Club explains that Golden Retrievers rank at the top end of several trait and characteristic scales, including being lovey-dovey, good with children, and well-behaved with other dogs. This, combined with the fact that their personalities are very puppy-like well into adulthood, makes for a pup who can create fun memories and giggles very easily, and they just love to have fun.
Goat Who Thinks He's a Dog Goes on Walk and Completely Blends In
For dogs, walks are an essential part of their day because they provide physical exercise that helps them manage weight, as well as mental stimulation through sniffing and exploring new environments. Daily walks help prevent behavioral issues. But when you live on a farm, walks are not a dog-only activity.
In a new viral Instagram post, we see a group of dogs walking in the forest in a loose pack. And right in the middle of them, you will notice a goat. He keeps pace, keeps his ears alert, and moves with the same rhythm as the dogs around him.
View this post on InstagramAnd the fun part is, all the dogs seem to accept him as a member of the pack. All of the dogs are guardian livestock breeds, and their job is to protect livestock. But what happens when that livestock accompanies them on a walk?
What might seem unusual to many people is normal for this family. Richard is a popular goat on social media, living with his friends Chumley, a Kangal shepherd, and Chloe, a Great Pyrenees. With two large dogs at his side, Richard certainly feels safe at all times.

How the Internet ReactedFans fall into two categories. The first one is the one that thought that something happened with the golden retriever in the video, saying things like "Not gonna lie, it was quite hard for me to find Richard. The golden retriever was my first suspect," and "Why did I think Richard was the golden and him carrying the stick was him attempting to identify as a dog."
And the second category is people who needed a few seconds to identify Richard. Some said, "Took me a minute to spot Richard."
One thing is certain: they all love how this goat blends in with his "pack." And Richard is a good motivational example, as one fan said, "Richard is the perfect example of 'if you believe it, you can achieve it.'"

How Common are Friendships Between Dogs and Goats? While it may look unusual, cross-species bonds between dogs and goats are not rare on farms or in homes where both animals are raised together. Goats are social herd animals. They rely on companionship and can form attachments to other species if they grow up alongside them. Dogs, especially those raised around livestock, can also learn to treat goats as part of their social group.
Livestock guardian dogs, such as Great Pyrenees and Anatolian shepherds, are routinely raised with goats and sheep. Their role is to live among the herd and protect them. In those settings, close bonds are expected. What is less common is seeing a pet goat integrated into a casual neighborhood dog walk. And that is what makes the video so fun and interesting to see.
The Beauty of Unique FriendshipsStories like this stay with people because they challenge assumptions about how animals relate to one another. We tend to group species into separate categories: pets, livestock and wildlife. When those lines blur, it invites a second look. There are many cases of dogs bonding with different animals, or cats raising ducklings, and horses forming attachments to other barn animals. This video only shows that animals know no limits to their friendship.

Catry Pasadena 54-inch Cat Tree, With 5 Levels and Condo, $99.99 at Costco Catry Pasadena 54 inch Cat Tree, With 5 Levels and CondoCostco
Standing 54.5 inches tall, the multi-level structure encourages climbing, stretching and perching (all very important for indoor kitties). It features eco-friendly scratching posts wrapped in recycled paper rope and natural sisal to help maintain healthy claws (and hopefully redirect attention away from your furniture).
There’s also a full-body massager built in, designed to gently massage your cat and remove loose fur as they rub against it. Add in a cozy condo with a washable cushion, a high perch for surveying the room, a rope toy and a dangling teaser ball, and you’ve essentially got a cat playground.
Bonus: It has a clean, neutral design and looks sleek enough to blend into any living space.
Cat Parents (and Their Kitties) Are RavingWith 4.5 stars and over 1,000 reviews, pet parents say this tower is an excellent buy.
“This cat tree has exceeded all my expectations! My cat loves it. She’s slept on every level. I love the clean lines and cream color,” one shopper wrote in a review on the Costco product page.
Assembly is another major selling point. Several reviewers mention how straightforward the process was. “This multi-level cat tree was easy to assemble and they include all of the hardware as well as the hex key (Allen) wrench. I recommend watching the video, too (website included with instructions).” Another reviewer mentioned it took them about 30 minutes to build.

Most importantly, cats seem to love it. “As soon as it was up, the cats were all over it and have been on it constantly since then,” one reviewer wrote.
Multiple shoppers even called it "the best cat tree" they’ve owned. “This is the best made cat tree I’ve ever ordered. Quality materials used. Both of my cats love it and it’s obvious when compared to their last tree how much more they like this one.”
The tower weighs in at nearly 40 pounds, which many customers say adds stability and helps prevent tipping. Designed to hold up to 30 pounds, it’s suitable for two average-sized cats at a time.
At $99.99, it’s great value compared to similar multi-level cat trees. And based on the glowing reviews, it has all the makings of your cat’s new favorite hangout.

This Sleek and Modern Pet Bowl Set Adds a Classy Touch to Any Decor Style

Minimalist design is a popular modern style today. Many people want an uncluttered environment that invites relaxation and reduces stress. But minimalism is more than just plain, stark rooms with pristine walls and sparse decor. Today, “warm minimalism” encompasses not only less clutter, but also soft colors and highly desired functional pieces that add calm, balance and harmony to a room.
The Modern Muse Halo Pet Bowl Set from Furb brings minimalist beauty to any decor for only $62. The neutral white hue adds clean, simple brightness in whatever space you put them. The pair of ceramic bowls perfectly elevates the practical experience of feeding small to large pets. “Very high quality and my dog loves eating and drinking out of them!” one reviewer said.
Modern Muse Halo Pet Bowl Set, White, $62 at FurbEach bowl is 6.5 inches in diameter and holds a one-cup serving. The high bowl stands at three inches tall, and the low bowl stands at two inches. “Love. Clean and modern,” said another customer.
Reviewers liked the “really cool bowls” of “excellent quality” that are designed in the United States and are safe to use in the microwave and dishwasher.
Why Minimalism MattersGoing minimal has lots of benefits. It’s healthy for your mind and body by helping you relax from subconscious distractions, giving you a boost of confidence and creating an overall sense of well-being.

“I had always noticed that a cleared clean space seems more airy in addition to being more visually pleasing,” someone posted on a decluttering Reddit thread. “I realized that ‘airiness’ was really my body being in a more relaxed state and better able to naturally take restorative breaths.”
Another Reddit contributor said, “It seems like since becoming more minimal, life itself (personal life, work life, finances, schedules, etc) is easier to keep track of! I have more time to focus on what I want to, rather than trying to get a million and one things done.”
The History Behind MinimalismMinimalism has been a practice in many cultures for centuries, especially in Japan and Scandinavian countries. It caught on in the United States during the 1960s and 1970s—first in the arts before expanding into interior design and other expressions—as a reaction to the chaotic style of many post-World War II artists. The bare-bones minimal trend from 50 or 60 years ago has morphed into a warmer style with curated, high-quality functional pieces that are visually appealing in their simplicity and streamlined look.
Furb’s White Modern Muse Halo Pet Bowl Set checks all the boxes for a minimal aesthetic with pleasing form and function. Even if you’re not all in on minimalism, these bowls still upgrade the look of whatever space they’re in. At $62, it’s a steal for quality, practicality and style.

Tabby Cat Nursing Sick Mom to Health Is the Most Devoted Little Caretaker
Cats are naturally in tune with their people, whether they want to be or not. Some felines take their role as our guardians seriously and do their best to communicate what they need, we need, or anything that could be done differently (and they're not shy about it!).
Milo is one Tabby cat who's pretty much in charge of his household, including taking the night shift as Mom's nurse when she's sick. It's a tough job, but someone has to do it, and this good boy takes it like a champ.
@mrmilothechonkMilo knows best ❤️ #foryou #foryoupage #viral #cats #catsoftiktok
♬ Clair de lune/Debussy - もつMilo is more widely known for his diabolical plots, but his ability to communicate (which are really demands) for better or worse is something unexplainable. Like a human trapped in a cat's body, this Tabby cares for his sick mom one day and makes his kitty sister disappear the next. This is one smart boy who continues to impress with his level of intelligence, but who knew he had such a soft, nurturing side?!

Do Cats Know When We're Sick?Cats are always perceptive, but many experts agree they're also able to sniff out our illnesses. Their sense of smell is 14 times more powerful than ours, making it their strongest of the five senses. This means they can detect the smallest changes in us through scent alone—be it hormonal, like pregnancy, or sickness, as with the flu.
If you add to that their ability to pick up behavioral clues, some more obvious than others, it's a good indicator that cats know what's up with us when we're flu-ridden. Milo seems to understand when Mom isn't feeling well, but goes three steps further in making sure she gets adequate rest—like any good nurse would do!
This Tabby Cat Is One Smart BoyIn the many other videos showcasing the infinite knowledge Milo holds, the common thread is that he communicates through action in ways many other cats don't.
According to Dr. Jennifer Coates, DVM, a cat's IQ is comparable to that of a human toddler. They're capable of problem-solving and can sense when we're having a bad day, rubbing up against us in hopes of helping us feel better (or to get treats).
@mrmilothechonkTrying to eat with a hungry cat is impossible 😂 #cat #catsoftiktok #foryou #foryoupage #viral

One thing about fabric canine collars—after a certain amount of time, they can look shabby and start to smell. Even after a thorough cleaning, frayed edges and a lingering odor of wet dog may remain. Well, X marks the spot with the Flex-Poly Dog Collar from Quince. And for only $19.90, you hit the jackpot compared to other brands on the market that are almost 50 percent more expensive.
