90 Day Fiancé star Sarper Guven is spilling the tea when it comes to his split from wife Shekinah Garner after four years together.

In a lengthy Instagram post, Sarper, 44, not only provides followers with a timeline of their breakup, but also responds to rumors that he cheated on Shekinah, 43.

“I’m really upset even writing this because I still love the SHEKINAH I met in Turkey. She was the first real love I’ve ever had in my life, and that’s exactly why this still hurts,” the aspiring stand-up comedian wrote. “But there is one thing I’m sure about: we simply couldn’t make it work anymore.”

He went on to say that he did not want to “drag” Shekinah or engage in an online war, but he did want to clear his name when it came to claims that he was unfaithful during their marriage.

“To make it clear, we have been separated for at least eight months since the beginning of 2026, and neither of us sees ourselves as married anymore. In my heart and in my mind, I am SINGLE now,” he added. “Until I reached that point, I was 100% loyal to her. But when I finally took off my ring and, as painful as it was, took her out of that place in my heart, I started living my life as a SINGLE person.”

Many fan accounts have been sharing screenshots of Sarper allegedly flirting with fans. Shekinah even took to her Instagram to ask her followers to send her videos of his comedy show, where she alleges he is sharing intimate details about their marriage.

The couple met in Turkey in 2022 and first appeared together in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Season 5. They went on to star in Season 11 of 90 Day Fiancé in 2025, when Sarper made the move to Los Angeles and they had their infamous “bedding” ceremony. Sadly, fans saw their relationship fall apart on 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort Season 3.

This divorce will be messy.

Tyler Cameron and Sharna Burgess had one thing in common when they became partners on Dancing with the Stars: This premiere performance would be a long time coming. As the Bachelorette runner-up revealed in his intro package, he’s had aspirations of going onto the hit reality show while he was still accepting roses back in 2019. And this season would serve as Sharna’s grand return to the ballroom after a half-decade away.

So, given the anticipation they each had coming into Season 35, how did their ballroom debut match up?

“I mean, honestly, we had camera blocking on Saturday that week. And I was a mess,” Tyler reveals in an exclusive interview with Parade.

“A mess!” Sharna agrees.

Luckily, all the jitters had gotten out of Tyler’s system by the time the live show came around a few days later. The two hit the ground tango-ing, earning a score of 17 from the judges (the third-highest of the night). And those numbers came with plenty of praise, with Derek Hough even saying that Tyler had a “Patrick Swayze aura.”

Read below for our full interview with Tyler Cameron and Sharna Burgess, where they get into their instant connection upon becoming partners, Sharna’s reaction to the conflict last season between Tom Bergeron and Bobby Bones around the latter’s win (which she shared as his partner), and why they’re channeling “hot boy Bachelor” vibes for tonight’s “Viral Hits Night” performance.

Tyler, during your intro package last week, you said, “When I was cast on The Bachelorette, I was always hoping it would lead to Dancing with the Stars.” So what was your reaction when you finally got the call?
Tyler Cameron: My mom was a big fan of this show. So once The Bachelorette ended, my mom’s like, “Oh, you gotta get on Dancing with the Stars.” There were talks about possibly doing it. It never ended up working out. Thank God, because now I get to do this seven years later with Sharna, and the timing couldn’t be better. We’re having so much fun, and it’s awesome, and it is a thrill to be here. It’s a lot of pinch-me moments. I can’t believe I get to do this. It’s just so much fun.

Sharna, you’ve had a bit of a hiatus from DWTS yourself, even though you’ve been keeping yourself busy as a judge on the Australian version of the show. What led to you making a return stateside?
Sharna Burgess: Honestly, this year, everything aligned. I’ve been dancing so much more in the last 12 months. I had called dance back into my life. I was really excited doing other things: Motherhood, partnership, judging Dancing with the Stars Australia, a new musical. I’d been doing other projects, but I really missed and loved this experience of Dancing with the Stars. I wasn’t ready for it last year. I wasn’t ready for what this job requires me to step into. It is three and a half plus months of everyday nonstop. This is my number one priority, and my life wasn’t ready this year. It is, and this year it means I can give Tyler everything I got, and I can be the pro that I know I can be on it.

Did you know who Tyler was prior to him being revealed as your partner?
Sharna: I knew who he was. He actually did Special Forces with my fiance, Brian Austin Green. So I knew who he was, but I have not been a Bachelor franchise girlie. It just wasn’t a show that I picked up on. But I certainly did hear from friends of mine when I said who I have. They were like, “Oh my God, you have the Tyler Cameron from the Bachelorette franchise!” He was the greatest hero, the number one guy of all time that was on it. So I was really excited about that, and he definitely lives up to the hype. I can say that!

Tyler, with DWTS being something you’ve anticipated doing for a while, how did that compare to the reality of actually preparing for your opening dance?
Tyler: This is way harder than I thought it was! I’ve grown such an appreciation from dance from just being here. When they asked if I want to do this show, they said, “Who do you like to watch?” And I was the first person they ever heard say, “I love watching the guys.” Val, Alan, Sasha, Pasha, Brandon, all these amazing guys. I want to be like them. I want to look like them. It’s much harder than it looks to try and look like them. Those guys are incredible. So I’m very hard on myself. So when I see myself not looking like the Brandons of the world, I get on myself. But it is so much fun and it’s such a great new challenge. And she’s been the best at getting me out of my own way sometimes. But we’ve been working our tails off, and it’s it’s starting to pay off. We’re starting to see it.

Sharna, what’s your typical mentality for the first week, given you’re not only trying to teach a routine, but getting to know Tyler as both a partner and a person?
Sharna: In that first week, I’m really in a sort of observation in picking up the cues on what he’s like. How does he learn? What does he need? Is he a football coach style? Does he need me to be more nurturing? Some people are visual. Some people need to be spoken to. So everyone is different, and a big part of this job is knowing what kind of coach the student needed needs.

This guy is my style. I’m. I love being the football coach. I want to drill it. I want to get it in. I want to run it. I don’t want to have to sugarcoat it if I don’t need to. And he is all that. Zero ego in the room, and I knew that very, very quickly. Very quickly I realized, “Oh, this is going to be fun because I can push him hard. “He also wants it. He’s not afraid of giving it everything. He’s got the right mentality and approach for it, and I just knew that this was going to be a great partnership. I didn’t, however, know that we were going to end up being such great friends! I adore him. I adore Tate. I’ve said to my fiance, Brian, “I want them in our world. I want them to be a part of our friend group. They’re just cool people.”

Tyler, did you anticipate making such fast friends with Sharna?
Tyler: No! And I’ve been so lucky that I feel like with Sharna being here, I gained a big sister that I’ve never had. She is so good at coaching me through things, but then we also have amazing life talks, and she’s gone through so many things that I’m going to experience as my relationship has grown with Tate and whatnot. She’s been able to kind of give me perspective on stuff, and it’s just been amazing. I cherish a lot of those talks that we have that are not dance. So it’s been fast friends, but I think it’s going to be a fast and long friendship.

Tyler, you not only have the football player mentality, but the size as well. And your intro package focused on having to adjust to your difference in size. Sharna, how does that factor into your choreography?
Sharna: I just got to move my ass! That’s it. I don’t want him to shrink anything for me. I am the pro. I can handle it. I will take the bigger steps. I will stretch higher. I will make sure that I am where he needs me to be, not where I need him to be. As far as him dancing well, I would rather sacrifice my dancing so his dancing looks exceptional. But that’s always been my approach with any partner. But as I’ve said to Tyler, one of my pet peeves on the show is when we have really tall guys, it looks like they’re trying to stay small for their partners. So my goal is, every week, go to your height, go to your length. Let’s go and let’s get me to catch up.

Let’s talk about what went down during the live show. How did your performance compare to what you had practiced the last few weeks in the lead-up to the premiere?
Tyler: I mean, honestly, we had camera blocking on Saturday that week. And I was a mess.
Sharna: A mess! [Laughs.]
Tyler: And then Sharna as she does best. She puts in the work. We put in the work. She drilled it in me. And then we got to the show day, and we had our first two passes. They went clean. Rehearsal went clean, and then after that, the air was out of the room. I felt good; I was calm. And then, when we actually did the dance, I felt it was the most fun I ever had dancing. Because I felt like I was actually embracing Sharna. It was like being shot out of a cannon and set on fire. We had so much fun in that moment. So I can’t wait to try and capture that feeling again this week.
Sharna: You never know how a celebrity is going to be on show day, right? Even with athletes sometimes. With Tyler, I was waiting to see how that was going to go down. But he turned up with the calmest energy. He was like still water: Calm, cool, collected, ready. Some people turn up with frantic energy, and they can give it 00% more than they’ve ever done it before in a rehearsal and you’re sort of holding on for dear life. This man had me. It was just the best version that we had done it. So his approach to game day, I was like, “Oh, you’re a game day guy. Got it. Our very best. All the things are going to come into play when it’s lights, camera, action, go.”

So then what was your reactions to both the judges’ comments and the score you got?
Tyler: I mean, when that first six hit me, I couldn’t believe it.
Sharna: They were hard on Jackson and Emma before us, and we were like, “Alright…” And I warned him because in Australia we start low, man! We barely go above a five or six on the first week or two. You got to have some way to grow, so I respect it. But when I saw that first five, I was like, “Alright, I see where we’re at.” I genuinely didn’t expect sixes, not because I don’t think he’s worth it, but because we just didn’t know what to expect. So when that came out, I was genuinely so thrilled.
Tyler: And then I got called Dylan, and then I got called Swayze. So all we’ll take all of it. All of them are great. So this week we hopefully get called Garrett Graham.
Sharna: Garrett Graham is what we’re going for!

Sharna, you mentioned before being a judge on the Australian version of DWTS. Has that experience impacted the way you approach being a pro?
Sharna: Yes and no. I think what it does give me is a newfound, deeper understanding and respect for the judges in the job that they have to do, the things that they say, what they see. Sitting on the other side of the table for six plus years now, I really understand what that job is like. What you’re seeing in the moment, how quickly you have to observe it in the show, and the anger that you’re getting from it. And as a pro dancer standing on the other side, my job is to take those notes and go, “Okay, thank you so much. We’re going to work on those. Not to say you got it wrong or I disagree. But that’s genuinely what they saw in the moment, and respect that and move on.”

And I think it just gave me that deeper understanding. I used to get real fired up, like, “What do you mean?! You were saying this about his frame. His frame was great!” Listen, you caught a moment where it wasn’t good. We’re going to work on that. We’re going to make it better. But as far as my approach to choreography, that’s very much about the person in front of me. What I design is for that human, not for the judges.

Sharna, the last time we saw you on the show, you were taking home the Mirror Ball trophy alongside Bobby Bones. And there was some drama last fall when Tom Bergeron admitted he was surprised by the win, prompting Bobby to temporarily give the Mirror Ball away. Were you privy to any of the discourse that was going on around that?
Sharna: Honestly, I’d rather not touch it. I think there was a lot involved with that. I think things got misunderstood. I think it’s a sensitive area. Look, I get it on the other half of that partnership. It’s hard to have a win after such a legacy on Dancing with the Stars that people don’t respect, so I absolutely understand Bobby’s feelings. But I do also think that was in 2018. I think it’s time for us to move on. The show has grown. We’ve all evolved. We’re here. Let’s keep it moving. Let’s celebrate what it is. And I love that win for what it was for me; I’m proud of myself. But I’m ready to move on now.

Well, let’s move on to what is coming this week! What can you tease about tonight’s performance on “Viral Hits Night”?
Tyler: I think tonight’s performance is going to be a fun one. It’s “Girls.” It’s The Kid Laroi. We’re giving ode to that great scene from Belmont and Off-Campus. We want to make this fun, hot. The big thing here is vibe, bringing a great vibe and having fun with it. It’s such a fun song, cool song. It’s a big contrast from what we did with the tango last week, so it’s just being loose, having fun, showing these hips can move a little bit!
Sharna: Salsa is really fun. It’s a street style, so it’s not as structured as, say, our tango. But we do want to show great footwork, clean beats, as much technique as we can. But as Tyler said, it’s a vibe that we want to bring. We want to bring that authentic salsa vibe. He’s got to bring hot boy Bachelor vibes. We’re gonna wake him up. You know what I mean? Get that man back on that floor! And I have been inundated with women that are like, “Sharna Burgess, you have one job this week. You have one job with the Kid Laroi song and the fact that it went viral for the Belmont dance.” And I understand the assignment, so we’ve been working real hard on delivering that.

How do you get rid of a severe flea infestation in carpet?

To get rid of a severe flea infestation in carpet, treat the home and affected pets. Vacuum carpets thoroughly and frequently, wash pet bedding and use an appropriately labeled flea treatment that addresses immature fleas. For persistent infestations, professional treatment can combine inspection, targeted applications and follow-up monitoring.

The University of Minnesota Extension recommends combining nonchemical measures with insecticides for home flea control. It specifically advises daily vacuuming, treating pets at the same time as the home and considering insect growth regulators (IGRs) for immature fleas.

Why Carpet Makes Flea Control Difficult

Adult fleas are only one part of the problem. Flea eggs typically fall from an animal into its surroundings, where larvae develop and eventually form pupae inside cocoons. Those pupae can remain dormant for extended periods and emerge when stimulated by warmth, carbon dioxide or vibration.

Carpet gives immature fleas protection from routine surface cleaning. Deep pile, edges, furniture and areas with little foot traffic can create sheltered locations where eggs and larvae persist.

Vacuuming remains useful because it physically removes flea stages and flea debris. The vibration also stimulates some adults to emerge from cocoons. But severe infestations often require more than cleaning alone.

Why don’t flea bombs always solve a carpet infestation?

Total-release foggers distribute pesticide through the air, but the aerosol does not reliably reach every protected location where fleas develop. EPA guidance notes that foggers can pose safety risks when misused, including fire or explosion hazards from flammable propellants. Additionally, much of the material can settle in places where it has little contact with fleas.

The problem is coverage. A fogger treats the airspace, while fleas may be developing under furniture, along carpet edges, inside upholstery or in other sheltered areas. Orkin similarly notes that flea bombs may fail to reach hidden areas such as spaces beneath furniture.

That does not mean every consumer flea product is ineffective. Some products are specifically labeled for carpets and contain an IGR. The key is using the right product for the pest, location and life stage—and following its label exactly.

What Insect Growth Regulators Actually Do

An insect growth regulator interferes with normal insect development. For fleas, IGRs such as pyriproxyfen and methoprene interfere with immature stages and prevent larvae from developing normally into biting adults. They do not kill adult fleas by themselves.

With a deep carpet infestation, an effective treatment plan needs to address the adults already present while disrupting the next generation.

DIY flea control can work when homeowners consistently address pets, carpets and other flea habitats. Severe or recurring infestations become harder when treatment misses a life stage, an untreated animal continues introducing fleas or protected areas are overlooked.

What should homeowners do before professional flea treatment?

A few steps can make treatment more effective:

• Vacuum thoroughly. Focus on carpets, rugs, furniture, baseboards and areas where pets spend time. Follow the pest professional’s instructions about when to vacuum after treatment.
• Wash pet bedding. Clean bedding and other washable fabrics according to their care instructions.
• Treat pets through a veterinarian. The EPA recommends consulting a veterinarian about appropriate flea products and following product directions carefully. Never use a flea product on an animal species or size for which it is not labeled.

Channing Tatum is clearing up a bizarre online rumor involving his ex-fiancée Zoë Kravitz.

After days of speculation that Tatum was secretly operating an Instagram burner account that had been leaving snarky comments about Kravitz and her fiancé, Harry Styles, the actor addressed the claims directly on his Instagram Story on Monday night.

“Yo I truly can’t believe y’all think this is what I’m doing with my free time,” Tatum wrote. “(Expletive) hilarious.”

The speculation centered on an Instagram account with the username @bidness_nonya. Fans noticed that the account had commented on posts involving Kravitz and Styles, leading some social media users to question who was behind it.

The theory gained more attention after a screenshot appeared to show Tatum as the account’s only follower. That connection prompted some fans to speculate that the Magic Mike star was secretly running the account himself.

Tatum pointed out one major problem with that theory.

“Also, why would I follow a burner account if I didn’t want people to connect me to it?” he wrote. “Wtf come on. But if I really need to say it, I only have one IG account @channingtatum.”

Another theory circulating among fans could explain why Tatum followed the account. Some have suggested that @bidness_nonya was previously a Tatum fan account that later changed its username. Tatum did not address that possibility in his post.

Tatum and Kravitz began dating in 2021 after working together on her directorial debut, Blink Twice. The couple became engaged in 2023 but ended their relationship the following year.

Kravitz was later linked to Styles in August 2025. Reports in April 2026 said the couple had become engaged.

Tatum, meanwhile, has several upcoming projects keeping him busy. He has been promoting the indie film Josephine, which is scheduled to arrive in theaters on Nov. 20, 2026.

He will also return to a much larger franchise later this year with Avengers: Doomsday, scheduled for release in December. Tatum will reprise his role as Gambit after previously playing the character in Deadpool & Wolverine.

“Bye Bye Love” was a popular rock and roll song released by The Everly Brothers in 1957. The song rose all the way to number two on the Billboard Pop charts and hit number one on the Cash Box Best Selling Record charts. It also made the list of Rolling Stone’s “500 Greatest Songs of All Time” and was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1998.

According to SongFacts, the song was rejected by 30 other acts before it was recorded by the Everly Brothers. When speaking about the creation of the song, which was written by Felice and Boudleaux Bryant, Boudleaux said, “I wrote ‘Bye Bye Love’ while traveling home one night. Felice was driving down the highway, and I got the first verse and chorus right down there. I always make sure I have a pen and paper in the car for these occasions.”

Boudleaux continued, “We really believed in the song and were disappointed when so many people turned it down. They said it was unsuitable. Some even asked if we had anything better!”

There was another version of “Bye Bye Love” that was released by Simon & Garfunkel in 1970 on their album, Bridge over Troubled Water. There was also a version released by George Harrison in 1974. However, Harrison changed the words in order to reference his wife, Pattie Boyd, leaving him for Eric Clapton, who was an old friend of his.

The Everly Brothers, which consisted of brothers Isaac Donald ‘Don’ Everly and Phillip ‘Phil’ Everly, had many other hits throughout their careers. It’s been nearly 45 years since renowned stage actress Celia Johnson passed away.

For those not yet familiar, Johnson was an English actress who made her film debut in Noel Coward‘s wartime drama, In Which We Serve, released two years prior to This Happy Breed.

But as TV Insider notes, Johnson is perhaps best known for her performance opposite Trevor Howard in the romantic classic, Brief Encounter (1945), the story of an accidental love affair between two people both comfortably married to others.

Her last feature film role came as Maggie Smith‘s nemesis in The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie (1969), and Johnson would continue to appear on TV until shortly before her death.

Simone Biles is revealing the frightening reason she and her husband, Jonathan Owens, decided to get a Doberman.

The Olympic gymnast, 29, opened up about the decision in a TikTok shared Monday, September 21, while getting ready to pick up a new car. As she chatted with viewers, Biles casually revealed that she and Owens had experienced a terrifying incident during their final months living in Chicago.

“I feel like I need a new car because during our last few months in Chicago, three men in masks came to our house and stole my Porsche,” Biles said. “Stole the GTS.”

According to Biles, the Porsche GTS was eventually recovered, but the experience was clearly unsettling enough that the couple took another step to protect their home.

“The things that happen to me are absolutely insanity,” she said during the video, joking that her life could practically be a reality TV show because of the “wild situations” she finds herself in.

Then she revealed the connection to their four-legged security system.

“It’d be really easy for producers to just film regularly. That is one of the reasons why we also got our Doberman,” Biles said, referring to Remi, the dog she shares with Owens.

Biles did not share additional details about the break-in, calling the full story a “story for another time.” She did, however, confirm that the stolen Porsche had been recovered.

“yes we recovered the car, onto the next,” she captioned the TikTok.

The impromptu story time came the same day as Remi’s first birthday.

“HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY REMI” Biles wrote over an image of the black and tan Doberman, shared to her stories, alongside three white heart emoji and three sobbing emoji.

In two subsequent stories the Olympian shared a video of Remi cuddling with Owens as a puppy, and a still photo of Remi laying on her bed.

“I will always let you sneak on the couch & bed when Jonathan’s not home,” she wrote across the Instagram story.

It’s easy to forget that some spinoffs are actually spinoffs. NCIS is one of them, which premiered on this day — Sept. 22 — 23 years ago. The series is still going strong, with its 24th season getting read to premiere, bringing back an OG cast member for the first time since the death of David McCallum in 2025.

The series has a deep history. What many people don’t realize about the premiere episode is that there’s an inside joke connected to the 1997 blockbuster hit Air Force One.

To help keep the costs down, the team managed to get the exact same plane interior that was built for Harrison Ford’s 1997 blockbuster. After all, the episode was meant to take place on Air Force One, and why build a set if one is already there? It meant that as Mark Harmon’s Gibbs is walking down the plane and points to a seat saying “Harrison was sitting right here!” it’s an inside joke, referring to the very real scene in Air Force One. What’s hilarious is that after this, Gibbs doesn’t understand movie references and pop culture, forgetting all about this moment in the pilot episode.

Something that many may now forget 23 years later is that NCIS wasn’t the original title. CBS pushed for the title Navy NCIS throughout the first season, fearing that people wouldn’t realize that it was about the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. It didn’t matter that the “Naval” part was literally in NCIS making it a redundant term.

There was also the fear that it would be mistaken for CSI, which was popular on the network at the time. Donald P. Bellisario didn’t let the name go without a fight, and by the second season, CBS agreed to drop the “Navy” part of the title, and it’s become what it is today. In fact, most of the time, you’ll see that the first season has been retroactively changed to NCIS.

While many crime dramas have come and gone, NCIS still holds strong after 23 years. And that’s without the OG cast. When Harmon left during NCIS Season 19, it brought an end to any original cast members being in every single episode. McCallum was still there in the credits and part of the beloved cast, but he only appeared sporadically until his death in 2025. McGee wasn’t an original character, coming in during the seventh episode of the first season!

Sean Murray, who plays the beloved character, chatted in 2024 about his audition story, which he referred to as an “interesting one.” For those who weren’t aware, Bellisario is Murray’s stepfather, and Murray had worked with him on JAG a little. When he found out that there was a one-time guest star appearance, Murray shared, “Don asked me if I wanted to do this. It was an interesting character — total rookie, totally stumbling over himself trying to learn what he’s doing — so I ended up doing the part on this episode, and it goes well.”

It went so well that the character was brought back, although even that was due to timing. A couple of episodes later, the episode came up three minutes short, and it led to McGee coming back.

NCIS Season 24 will see the return of Michael Weatherly’s Tony DiNozzo. This was a character who almost didn’t make it to the show. After originally appearing in the backdoor pilot in JAG, Bellisario didn’t feel the role, and it was Weatherly who saved his own job with a 10-page email with a backstory for the character that Bellisario loved so much that the role was reworked.

Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan may be inseparable on MobLand, but the longtime actors have a very different relationship away from the cameras.

Despite playing married couple Maeve and Conrad Harrigan — and working together on multiple projects — the actors told Hello! they don’t spend much time together when they aren’t working.

“Honestly, we don’t hang; we don’t go out for dinner,” Mirren, 81, said.

“No, but we send the odd text: ‘How are you doing?’, ‘How’s the summer going?'” Brosnan, 73, added.

That doesn’t mean there isn’t plenty of admiration between them. Mirren previously made no secret of her desire to work with the former James Bond star, a wish that came true when the pair worked on both The Thursday Murder Club and MobLand.

“I’ve been quoted as saying I would pay a lot of money to work with Pierce Brosnan for the rest of my life,” Mirren said with a laugh.

Their professional connection, however, was immediate.

“I recognized a fellow professional,” Mirren said.

Brosnan similarly described Mirren as “a fellow actor of the same cloth. We’re both from the theater.”

Their respective real-life relationships are much longer than the professional partnership between them. Brosnan has been married to journalist and filmmaker Keely Shaye Smith for 25 years. His first wife, Cassandra Harris, died from ovarian cancer in 1991. Mirren will celebrate her 30th wedding anniversary with filmmaker Taylor Hackford next year.

That experience with long-term relationships helps inform Maeve and Conrad, who can be ruthless one moment and resemble an ordinary married couple the next.

“I think the great thing about their relationship is that, yes, they can go out and commit murder and mayhem, but when they’re at home they’re like an old married couple,” Mirren explained.

“It’s like, ‘Why are you leaving your socks in the middle of the bedroom? I’m tripping over them. Put your bloody socks away!’ Or, ‘You know where your belt is. It’s been in the same spot for 20 years!'”

Mirren said that contrast is an important part of what makes the Harrigans recognizable despite the violent world surrounding them.

“So they are an absolutely mundane, ordinary, old-time married couple, and I think it’s the juxtaposition of those two elements that people find so interesting,” she said. “And when you see Maeve and Conrad at home – in the bedroom, in the bathroom, there’s always one of them on the loo and the other one’s shouting into the bedroom – they are so identifiable.”

Brosnan agreed that those domestic scenes help ground the characters.

“It’s so familiar. It’s almost like their own little play within this madcap world, and that’s what grounds it – very much the mum and dad at home trying to run this empire of violence and mayhem,” he said.

As MobLand Season 2 continues, Conrad faces new challenges after the dog-track bloodbath and a medical diagnosis of diminishing impulse control.

“You find Conrad at this point as really a fractured man; a man dealing with his own mortality,” Brosnan said. “Mortality is circling the wagons. His mind is beginning to be affected by something unknown that he doesn’t really want to deal with.”

His relationship with Maeve remains at the center of that struggle.

“And he has to deal with Maeve, who he loves. But he’s dealing with the fear of death, the fear of losing everything,” Brosnan said. “There’s a frailty, and he’s venomous. He’s like a trapped spider in a bottle – trying to find his way out, and each way he turns there’s no exit.”

MobLand is preparing to begin filming Season 3.

Lucy Hale rose to fame with her role in Pretty Little Liars in the late 2000s, but she reveals that her acting and music careers took a toll as her drinking worsened ahead of her Grand Ole Opry debut.

The actor began her career in the early 2000s and became better known for her role as Aria Montgomery in Freeform’s teen drama mystery series, Pretty Little Liars. As she rose to fame with the series, her singing career was also taking off.

During Monday’s episode of the On Purpose podcast, Hale opens up about her turbulent struggle with alcohol abuse that began at a young age and worsened when she was in her early 20s. Looking back, she admits there were “crystal clear” signs that she was abusing alcohol and doesn’t “remember ever having a normal drinking experience.” The actor explains that the way alcohol was presented in her hometown, among friends, and among millennials contributed.

“I always wanted more… I could never get enough of the feeling of just being so at ease. I remember just after a drink, it felt like my costume was coming off and Lucy could finally emerge, and I could be free, and I could be sexy, and I could be funny,” said Hale.

She soon explains how missing out on her Grand Ole Opry debut and a “very distinct shift” one day led her to realize she needed help. In her early 20s, she was dating someone who also struggled with alcohol, and how drinking was still seen as “fun” and eased her anxieties.

“I would say there was a dark turn around like 23, where I was drinking to the point where I would black out,” she admitted.

While Pretty Little Liars was a success for seven seasons, Hale was also making a name for herself as a singer. When she released her debut album, Road Between, in 2014, she was invited to perform on country music’s biggest stage, the Grand Ole Opry. While it was the opportunity of a lifetime, Hale was at the “point where I was just drinking dangerous amounts, waking up in dangerous situations.”

“I woke up out of a blackout in a hotel room, and later — it was early in the morning — and later that day, I was going to sing at the Grand Ole Opry… I went to rehab instead,” she said. “That morning, I called my manager and I said, ‘I’m really scared. I don’t want to stop drinking, but I know I have to stop drinking.’”

Hale and her manager kept her rehab away from the public, and it resulted in her cancelling her tour. They publicly announced to media outlets that she was battling flu symptoms. The actor admits that it’s still emotional and hard to look back at photos from that time, and hard for her to consider going back to music, as it “coincided with my issues.”

The actor still got her shot on stage when she made her official Grand Ole Opry performance in June 2014. She debuted her track “Lie a Little Better” and sang with Jeannie Seely.

The new Smoked Cheddar CurderBurger arrives on restaurant menus starting Monday, Sept. 28, and will remain available through Oct. 11, or while supplies last. Chief White House Correspondent Kaitlan Collins was still covering President Donald Trump at the United Nations on Tuesday, even after CNN was removed from its scheduled role as the television pool representative traveling with the president.

Collins explained the unusual circumstances, noting that she and other reporters had access to the U.N. because they were credentialed by the United Nations. CNN, however, was no longer traveling with Trump as part of the traditional TV pool after the White House removed the network from its assignment.

The change came amid an escalating dispute between the Trump administration and CNN, MS NOW and Politico. The three news organizations filed a lawsuit Monday challenging the administration’s decision to bar their reporters from the White House.

Still, Collins was able to ask Trump a question as he entered the U.N. She asked about CNN polling showing that two-thirds of Americans did not believe the United States was winning the war with Iran.

Trump immediately responded by questioning why CNN was there.

“I’m surprised that CNN is here covering me,” Trump said, according to Collins’ video. “You shouldn’t be here. You should not. You should not be here covering me. You said you weren’t going to cover me.”

Collins then clarified that CNN had not said it would stop covering Trump. Rather, she said, the president’s administration had attempted to prevent the network from covering him in the way it had previously.

“We will continue to cover the president in his speech, and as he meets with world leaders today,” Collins said.

The president’s U.N. appearance comes during a packed diplomatic schedule, with meetings planned with multiple world leaders, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Venezuela’s Delcy Rodríguez. Reuters reported that Trump was also expected to meet with Gulf leaders over the Iran war.

While the dispute over press access remains in court, but Collins made clear that CNN was continuing its coverage from the U.N. despite the changes to its access.

Sure, in-flight Wi-Fi has made it easier to keep tabs on the score, but refreshing play-by-play on your phone isn’t quite the same as watching the action unfold live.

United Airlines is looking to change that.

The airline has teamed up with DISH to bring live professional and college football to Starlink-enabled seatback screens, meaning travelers on eligible flights can watch games from takeoff to touchdown this season.

And we’re not talking about one or two channels, either.

United Is Bringing Live Football to Seatback Screens

Beginning this week, passengers can access live broadcasts from ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, FS1, ESPN, ESPN2 and NFL Network, along with Thursday Night Football on Prime Video, according to United.

The service is available on more than 220 Starlink-equipped mainline aircraft, representing up to 700 flights per day, and will continue on domestic flights through the big game in February.

“Starlink opens a whole new world of features and benefits for our customers, regardless of where they sit on the plane—now football fans don’t have to schedule their flights around game day,” Andrew Nocella, United’s executive vice president and chief commercial officer, said in a statement.

That means passengers could theoretically watch one game on the seatback screen while using Starlink to check their fantasy roster, message friends or stream another matchup on their own device.

United says Starlink is free for MileagePlus members in every class of service. The airline has been rapidly expanding the technology across its fleet; by July, it had Starlink installed on more than 450 mainline and United Express aircraft, and United says it plans to complete its fleetwide rollout by the end of 2027.

United Is Going Big on Football This Season

The live-TV rollout isn’t United’s first experiment with bringing sports to the skies. Earlier this summer, the airline offered live sports streaming on select Starlink-equipped flights, totaling nearly 6,000 flights and 128,000 viewing hours as of July 5.

Now football is taking center stage.

United sponsors nine professional football teams and expects to operate more than 200 team charter flights for 11 teams this season. It’s also bringing back its Football Flies United campaign for a second year.

But for everyday passengers, the bigger news may simply be that a badly timed flight no longer has to mean missing the game.

Because screaming at a questionable call from 35,000 feet? That’s one way to make the middle seat more interesting.

The 2026 Atlantic hurricane season has officially entered extraordinary territory.

More than three months after hurricane season began on June 1, not a single hurricane has formed in the Atlantic basin, extending a streak not seen in 112 years.

According to data from the National Hurricane Center, the Atlantic has produced six named storms so far this year: Arthur, Bertha, Cristobal, Dolly, Edouard and Fay. All six remained tropical storms. As of Sept. 22, the official count stands at six named storms, zero hurricanes and zero major hurricanes.

That makes 2026 the first Atlantic hurricane season since 1914 to make it this far into September without producing a hurricane. The 1914 season ultimately went the entire year without one. Historical hurricane records show that 1907 was the only other Atlantic season with no recorded hurricanes.

The milestone is even more remarkable because September is typically the heart of Atlantic hurricane season. NOAA’s 1991-2020 averages indicate that by this point in the year, the Atlantic would normally have produced approximately 10 named storms, four hurricanes and two major hurricanes.

The overall amount of tropical activity has also been unusually low. Accumulated Cyclone Energy, or ACE, which measures the strength and duration of tropical storms and hurricanes, stood at just 6.2 as of early Sept. 22. That’s 93% below normal for this point in the season, according to the National Hurricane Center.

The latest storm to fall short of becoming a hurricane was Tropical Storm Fay. Fay formed Sept. 19 and reached maximum sustained winds of 60 knots, or roughly 69 mph, before weakening. A tropical cyclone becomes a hurricane when its maximum sustained winds reach 64 knots, or approximately 74 mph.

By early Sept. 22, Fay’s maximum sustained winds had dropped to 40 mph, and the National Hurricane Center reported that the storm was continuing to weaken.

The quiet season hasn’t come entirely out of nowhere. NOAA predicted in May that the 2026 Atlantic hurricane season would likely be below normal, forecasting 11 to 15 named storms, including five to eight hurricanes and one to three major hurricanes. The agency cited the expected development of El Niño as one of the major factors suppressing activity.

NOAA maintained its below-normal outlook in August as the climatological peak of hurricane season approached.

Still, the season isn’t finished. The Atlantic hurricane season officially continues through Nov. 30, meaning there are more than two months remaining for the basin to produce its first hurricane of 2026.

For now, though, the Atlantic is in territory it hasn’t seen in more than a century.

What Has Ben Stiller Said About Being a Dad to Ella?

Ben Stiller has spoken openly about the challenges he’s dealt with and the mistakes he’s made as a parent.

“They [Ella and Quin] were very clear with me about what I got wrong,” Stiller told PEOPLE. “And I really appreciated that, because it’s one of those things where you think you know, ‘Oh, I know what I’m putting out there to them.’ But from their perspective, it was totally different.”

Stiller said he discovered these shortcomings while working on his documentary, Stiller & Meara: Nothing Is Lost, which chronicles the story of his parents, legendary comedians Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara.

“And by the way, that’s exactly how it was with my parents,” Ben continued. “But as the parent, I really couldn’t see that. So to be able to interview them and talk to them about it and hear their honest feelings — and the fact that they were free enough and secure enough to just say what they thought — is something I really appreciated.”

On Instagram, Ella honored her father’s work in the documentary, calling it “a beautiful, funny, gritty documentary.”
