Tracker is going to look a bit different when it returns for its fourth season.

We're just a few episodes away from the season 3 finale of the CBS drama, which promises the return of Colter Shaw's (played by Justin Hartley) brother, Russell Shaw (Jensen Ackles).

However, chatter is already focusing on the upcoming season, with a major change coming when the series returns in the fall.

Tracker will be swapping the picturesque backdrops of Vancouver for California.

Deadline reported that the series, which is one of the biggest on TV right now, will be relocating filming to Los Angeles for a California tax credit.

The drama has been filmed in Vancouver, Canada, for the first three seasons; however, 20th Television is now reportedly scouting production facilities in La-La-Land.

As for filming, it will begin in late June.

The move has been long in the works, despite just being announced, as the outlet noted the California Film Commission previously flagged 16 shows under the state’s $750 million incentive program in March. Among the titles was one listed as “Untitled Disney Entertainment Television Project 13,” which got $48 million in tax credits based on $129 million in qualifying spending.

20th Television is part of Disney Television Studios, which is under Disney Entertainment Television.

As for how Hartley feels about it, the star, who also serves as an executive producer, revealed, “I’m proud of what we built in Vancouver. I’m also very excited we’re bringing Tracker to L.A."

"I’m looking forward to continuing to tell these stories alongside the new, fresh places we’ll be heading to next. Most importantly, I want to thank the fans for showing up for us every step of the way. We couldn’t do this without you," he continued, telling Deadline.

The Canadian backdrop has almost become a character on the hit series, used as a backdrop for many of the states in the U.S that Colter visits as a rewardist.

Hartley's character, described as a "lone-wolf survivalist," uses his skills and instincts to find missing people and collect reward money.

Many of Reddit weren't thrilled with the change, as one noted, "Really liked the scenery in the first 3 seasons. Can’t believe they’ll duplicate that now," and another echoed, "So less tracking in the every woods are the same of the pacific northwest and more tracking in the everything is an arid canyon part of the US ."

As of now, the location change is the only shake-up expected for season 4.

In addition to Hartley, the drama stars Fiona Rene as Reenie, Chris Lee as Randy and newcomer Cassady McClincy Zhang as Mel Day.

Scottish duo The Proclaimers, comprised of twin brothers CraigandCharlie Reid, formed their acoustic pairing in 1983. Some of the songs recorded for their sophomore album, Sunshine on Leith, included the titular song and the lead single, "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)." That lead single reached number 11 in the UK Singles Chart on its initial release and topped the charts of Australia, Iceland, and New Zealand.

The brothers predominantly wrote the song while waiting in a flat in Edinburgh to play a gig in nearby Aberdeen. They had an hour to kill prior to the show, so Craig started playing around with the chords that would eventually become the well known tune.

Initially the song's predominant success came in the UK and Australia. However five years after its initial release, the song was selected to be one of the main themes for the romantic comedyBenny & Joon in the US. The popularity of the film combined with the new audience catapulted the song into the charts in a new way. That summer, "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)" reached the top three on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.

According to the duo, the song's popularity makes about five times more than the rest of their songs added up collectively.

In 2007, the brothers paired up with Comic Relief to rerecord the song. It was released as a single as well as was a part of a performance on Comic Relief 2007: The Big One for BBC1 on in March of the same year. The rerecording reached number three on the UK Singles Chart for download sales and a week later, where it would remain for for three weeks. It was the biggest-selling number one single of that year, with over 126,000 copies sold.

Despite its strange journey—and it maybe taking 500 miles to get there—it's safe to say that this hit is one The Proclaimers will have to thank for its lasting legacy.

Dustin Diamond, best known for playing Screech in Saved by the Bell, died in 2022 following a cancer diagnosis. In the latest installment of ID's docuseries, it was revealed that fellow co-star Lark Voorhies was the only cast member to reach out to the late actor before his death.

ID's Hollywood Demons: After the Bell, Voorhies made a surprise guest appearance to talk about Diamond and continuing his legacy on the show after his death. Voorhies played the role of Lisa Turtle since the teen sitcom's inception from 1988's Good Morning, Miss Bliss through all four seasons of Saved by the Bell. Per the documentary, Diamond and Voorhies had a close bond all the way through.

"When he died of cancer, that hurt. Even with Dustin gone, we still carried it on, in the name of Saved by the Bell, Peter Engel, all of the writers and producers, and Dustin. When we all got to celebrate him, I'm glad we got that on footage, because he matters," Voorhies said in the docuseries about the reboot series in 2025.

After Saved by the Bell, Diamond appeared in guest roles on TV, published a memoir in 2009, and faced scrutiny over a sex tape. He also dabbled in professional wrestling, competition series and was arrested in 2014 for carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct.

In 2021, it was announced that Diamond had been diagnosed and was battling stage 4  small-cell carcinoma of the lungs. It was reported that the Saved by the Bell star went to the hospital for a checkup due to extreme pain from shingles and general unease. He was given a cancer diagnosis and started chemotherapy.

ID's Hollywood Demons: After the Bell revealed that Voorhies was the only cast member to reach out to the actor. Diamond's friend, Dan Black, revealed, "She was a really good person and she left a voicemail for him. We played it for him before he died and he enjoyed it. She was the only one who really reached out to him and was really heartfelt. And I know they had a special connection."

Despite having completed one round of treatment, Diamond died in early February. He was 44 when he died.

The company didn't make any mention of updating any recipes, but suggested the new collections feature a new, never-before-seen mix of its original jelly bean flavors (of which there are 100 and counting).

In 1963, a modest song from a British television play came and went with little notice. Just two years later, it would be one of the biggest hits in America.

“Mrs. Brown, You’ve Got a Lovely Daughter,” written by Trevor Peacock, was first performed by actor Tom Courtenay in the ITV play The Lads and released as a single in the U.K. But the original version failed to make much of an impact, and the song seemed destined to be forgotten.

That changed in 1965, when Herman’s Hermits recorded their own take.

The band’s version, built around Peter Noone’s distinctly accented vocal and a deliberately simple, almost music-hall-style arrangement, stood out immediately from the polished pop dominating radio at the time. It wasn’t even intended to be a major release. According to Fred Bronson’s "The Billboard Book of Number One Hits," the track was recorded almost as an afterthought and only issued as a single after it began picking up strong radio play in the United States.

Once released, it took off quickly.

“Mrs. Brown, You’ve Got a Lovely Daughter” debuted at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 in April 1965—one of the highest debuts of the decade—and climbed to No. 1, where it remained for three weeks. The sudden success gave Herman’s Hermits their first chart-topper in America at the height of the British Invasion.

By that point, the group was already in the middle of a remarkable run. Herman’s Hermits would go on to score 11 Top 10 hits between 1964 and 1967 and sell more than 40 million records worldwide, according to "The Rolling Stone Encyclopedia of Rock & Roll." Their dominance during that period helps explain why their version connected with listeners in a way earlier recordings had not.

What made the song stand out was its simplicity. Unlike many mid-’60s hits, it leaned into a conversational, almost awkward delivery, telling the story of a young man lamenting a breakup in plain, unvarnished terms. That slightly offbeat style gave it a charm that felt both novel and memorable.

The song’s popularity didn’t end with its chart run. In 1968, it was even adapted into a feature film of the same name starring Herman’s Hermits, extending its cultural footprint beyond radio.

What began as a largely overlooked recording in 1963 ultimately became a defining hit just two years later—proof that sometimes the right voice, at the right moment, can change everything.

In a newly released list of the top 50 greatest films of all time, one beloved classic took the No. 1 spot: 1952 musical Singin' in the Rain!

The feel-good musical features Hollywood icons Gene Kelly and Debbie Reynolds, and is widely considered one of the best movie musicals ever for it's perfect combination of comedy, romance, and fun choreography. It was directed by Kelly and Stanley Donen.

The plot follows Kelly and Jean Hagen as silent film stars Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont while they struggle to transition into "talkies," and as Lockwood falls in love with Reynolds' Kathy Selden. Donald O'Connor is also featured as Cosmo Brown, Lockwood's best friend, and both Cyd Charisse and Rita Moreno make appearances.

The Telegraph's chief film critic Robbie Collin gave Singin' in the Rain his nod for best film of all time due to its dance sequences, which "are beyond comparison with anything else, showing astonishing grace, physicality and comic prowess of the three leads," and its soundtrack, which is "elevated to... legendary status."

Collin describes the film as "a dream ballet," writing that "watching Singin’ in the Rain is as close as most of us will come to experiencing one of our own."

Critics and audiences alike have maintained their love of Singin' in the Rain through the decades, with a perfect 100% critics’ score on film review site Rotten Tomatoes and an audience score of about 95%. Legendary film critic Roger Ebert called it a “transcendent experience,” and this is far from the first time it's made a “greatest films” list.

Reynolds, who was just a teenager when they started rehearsing for a film and later called it one of the hardest things she's ever done, opened up about the experience to the American Film Institute in 2012. “To dance with Gene Kelly and Donald O’Connor in three months—well, anyone else should’ve passed out,” she said. “But I didn’t. I just thought, ‘well, let’s get started.’”

The Hollywood legend died at age 84 on Dec. 28, 2016, predeceased by her costar Kelly, who died at age 83 on Feb. 2, 1996.

Food Network stars Bobby Flay and Brooke Williamson are once again getting fans talking after their latest public appearance together. The two chefs spent the weekend at the Kentucky Derby, with family and friends by their side. Fans had plenty to say about the highlights that Williamson shared on social media, loving the couple's chemistry and everybody's attire.

On May 3, Williamson posted a handful of photos and one video from her weekend to her Instagram page. She was there with Flay, of course, but they were also hanging out with his daughter, Sophie Flay, Food Network chef Antonia Lofaso, and lots of others.

In the caption of her Instagram post, Williamson wrote, "Kentucky weekend of dreams."

Lofaso replied, "It really was so wonderful."

While Williamson included numerous people in the photos she shared, fans couldn't resist gushing over the ones showing her with Flay.

"It just warms my heart how happy you two are together. I smile every time I see a pic. Lucky in love," one fan wrote.

Another fan raved, "They look sooo good together! I love @chefbrookew dress!"

"They [are] just so cute together," added someone else.

Several fans commented specifically on what Lofaso chose to wear for the big event, loving the bold look.

"@chefantonia in that outfit is blowing my mind. I'm so used to her in black. Love it," gushed a fan.

"@chefantonia is not wearing black. I can't believe it. Love her outfit. Everyone looks great," read another comment.

Food Network fans may remember that this isn't the first time that Flay and Williamson attended the Kentucky Derby together.

They were also at the 2025 event, which took place shortly after they went public with their romance.

A year later, Williamson and Flay are still going strong, and fans love the pair together.

Anna Duggar seems to be standing by her husband Josh Duggar while he's incarcerated.

In 2021, Josh was convicted of possessing child sexual abuse material and sentenced to over 12 years in prison.

In an email Anna sent to Josh in 2022 and recently obtained by People, the mom-of-seven forwarded her husband a message from a friend who claimed his conviction and sentencing was a failure of the justice system.

"I just can't even wrap my mind around this system of ours," the message read. "[W]hat purpose does it serve to put a citizen away for that long, especially for a crime that was actually victimless?"

According to an investigation by Homeland Security, Josh created a "password-protected partition" on his computer to download the illegal content multiple times in 2019.

Homeland Security agent Gerald Faulkner testified at Josh's sentencing hearing and called one of the videos Josh downloaded among the "top five worst of the worst" he had ever seen in his career.

"I am incensed by the ridiculousness of it ALL," the message added, calling the sentence "absolutely crazy."

The writer of the message also said they could not understand why a "productive member of society, a business owner, a father, a husband, a taxpayer" would be sent away to prison when "our society NEEDS these far more desperately than it needs more prisoners."

The Department of Justice has long refuted the idea that child sexual abuse material is a victimless crime, explaining that it often "results in the continued abuse and exploitation of child victims, and the abuse of new children every day."

"When these images and videos are posted and disseminated online, the victimization continues in perpetuity," the DOJ added. "Children often suffer a lifetime of re-victimization knowing the documentation of their sexual abuse is on the internet, available for others to access forever."

Josh's release from prison was originally scheduled for August 2032, however, it has been pushed back three times.

Us Weekly confirmed last month that Josh’s new release date is Feb. 2, 2033. It is unknown what exactly caused his release date to be pushed back.

The extension of Josh’s sentence comes at the same time that his fourth and final appeal of his conviction is working its way through the courts.

He invited members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) to his Riviera Hotel. He provided the transport and the luxury accommodations. He ensured they had prime seats to watch Zadora’s floor show at the venue.

Then came the private screenings at his Beverly Hills estate. It was a targeted campaign aimed at a small, concentrated group of international voters. The strategy was effective. And the industry never forgot it. Zadora remembered walking to podium and watching Sally Field react to her win: the Oscar winner turned to her seatmate and mouthed the words, “Pia Zadora?!"

The fallout was swift. CBS, the network airing the ceremony, pulled the plug on the broadcast for years. The Zadora win turned the Golden Globes into a joke. It suggested that the Golden Globe was a trinket you bought in a catalog, not a respected acting award.

"Looking back, I realize what the controversy was about. I get it," Zadora later said. "I understand. Whether it was fair or not, I understand.”

Turns out, the backlash against Zadora may have been misplaced. The scrutiny belonged on the voting process itself. The HFPA was a group of fewer than 100 people. Riklis didn't have to convince a large body of judges; he had to win over a small room. He used his considerable bank account to secure a trophy for his wife, exposing the structural fragility of the Globes in the process.

Zadora eventually found her footing as a performer, particularly in John Waters’ Hairspray, proving she had more staying power than her critics expected. But the 1982 ceremony changed how the public viewed Hollywood awards forever. It removed the curtain and exposed the gears behind the machine.

Because of that win, the Globes spent the next forty years trying to prove they weren't for sale. Every time a surprise winner is announced today, the shadow of the Butterfly campaign sits in the front row.

The win served as a lasting caution to viewers that Hollywood's most critical performances can happen at a dining table long before any votes are recorded. Although the award was golden, the tactic was forged in steel.

The 1970s was a glorious decade for the soft rock genre. Among the thousands of hits produced at the time, some soft rockers made history with tracks that have endured for decades.

In 2024, Ultimate Classic Rock ranked the top 40 best soft rock songs, compiling a list of the greatest works in the genre. Ranked alongside '70s classics such as Fleetwood Mac's 1977 song "You Make Loving Fun" at No. 24 and Gary Wright's 1975 song "Dream Weaver" at No. 22, Rod Stewart secured the top spot with his 1976 classic, "Tonight's the Night (Gonna Be Alright)."

Released in May 1976 as the lead single from his seventh studio album, A Night on the Town, "Tonight's the Night (Gonna Be Alright)" was a massive success. Upon its U.S. release, the track climbed up the Billboard Hot 100 chart, peaking at No. 1 for eight consecutive weeks. Its widespread demand and undeniable chart dominance marked it as the longest-running chart-topper of 1976.

Aside from its dominance on the charts, the song also achieved significant commercial success. It was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) the year of its release after selling over 500,000 copies in the U.S. In total, the track sold over 2.7 million copies worldwide and claimed the title for the top-selling single in the U.S. in 1977.

Produced by Tom Dowd via Warner Bros. Records, "Tonight's the Night (Gonna Be Alright)" is recognizable for Stewart's raspy vocals and lush string orchestration. The track executes a polished sound, blending Stewart's seductive lyrics with classic rock elements to create an sultry atmosphere that captivated listeners.

To this day, Stewart's chart-topper continues to resonate with audiences through the streaming era. On Spotify alone, the track has accumulated nearly 50 million streams, affirming its ability to touch modern audiences the same way it did in the '70s.

Just in Time just celebrated one year since it opened on Broadway, starring Jonathan Groff. Based on the life of the legendary ‘60s singer Bobby Darin, the musical is celebrating yet another milestone as Jeremy Jordan now takes center stage.

Taking over in Groff’s role as Darin, the Newsies star made his debut in Just in Time on April 21. Not long before, The Pitt’s Isa Briones stepped into the role of Connie Francis, Darin’s romantic interest. In honor of their debuts, Atlantic Records has released four new singles from the musical.

Jordan is featured in “Mack the Knife” and “Dream Lover,” while Briones solos on “Who’s Sorry Now.” The two stars came together for their duet “First Real Love,” and recently opened up on what it’s been like to work together.

“Jeremy is such a fun person to act with,” Briones said in an interview with Billboard. “He’s always playing and trying new things — it keeps you on your toes and means you can get gems out of the most unexpected moments.”

A clip of Briones singing “Who’s Sorry Now” recently went viral on social media, with over 9 million views across platforms. Briones told Billboard that it was exciting to see how well the song was received.

“I think it just made sense to release them as full tracks,” Briones said. “As a fan of theater, one of my favorite things is when I get to experience new actors and singers in shows I love … I’m so happy to be part of that experience for fans of this show.”

Jordan added that it’s cool “that at least a few of these songs will be immortalized on streaming.”

Fans took to Just in Time’s Instagram comment section on Monday morning to express their excitement for the new singles.

“Never taking my headphone out again,” one fan joked. “Thank you so much!! 💙”

“I would like an entire album of it but these four are perfect songs to record of their version,” another said. “Thanks for giving the people that they want.”

The four new songs are available now on all streaming platforms.

A shocking health crisis unfolded aboard a cruise ship in the Atlantic Ocean, where a suspected hantavirus outbreak killed three people and sickened at least three others, according to the World Health Organization. According to a May 3 announcement on X from the organization: 

"To date, one case of hantavirus infection has been laboratory confirmed, and there are five additional suspected cases. Of the six affected individuals, three have died, and one is currently in intensive care in South Africa.” 

The person at the hospital is the only one confirmed to have hantavirus so far, although authorities suspect it may be responsible for the three deaths. Tragically, an elderly couple from the Netherlands were two of the individuals who passed away, and a German national the third. Additionally, a couple of crew members have started feeling unwell and are being closely monitored.

The outbreak occurred on the MV Hondius while it was sailing from Argentina to Cape Verde off the coast of West Africa. The cruise ship has been refused permission to dock, leaving 149 passengers—including some who are very ill—stuck on board. 

According to the cruise operator, Oceanwide Expeditions, the ship plans to depart Cape Verde and head to the Canary Islands, with Las Palmas or Tenerife as the intended docking destination.

If hantavirus isn't on your radar, you're not alone. Hantavirus infections are typically linked to exposure to the feces or urine of infected rodents. The virus can cause severe respiratory illness and, in rare cases, the hantavirus can be spread between people. While the thought of contracting this on a cruise is alarming, it's worth knowing that there is no specific treatment or cure, but early medical attention can increase the chance of survival.

This isn't the first time hantavirus has unexpectedly made headlines. Hantavirus was in the news after the late actor Gene Hackman's wife, Betsy Arakawa, died from hantavirus infection in New Mexico last year.

The WHO said an investigation was underway and that at least one case of hantavirus had been confirmed, with detailed investigations ongoing, including further laboratory testing and epidemiological investigations. Medical care and support are being provided to passengers and crew, and virus sequencing is also ongoing.

If this story has you second-guessing that cruise booking, take a breath. While serious, the WHO indicated that the public risk remains low. "The risk to the wider public remains low. There is no need for panic or travel restrictions," states WHO Regional Director for Europe, Dr Hans Henri P. Kluge.

That said, here's what travelers should know:

• Know the source: Hantavirus infections are typically linked to exposure to the feces or urine of infected rodents—so watch for rodent droppings or signs of rodents in enclosed spaces.
• Watch for symptoms: Early signs include fever and muscle aches, followed by shortness of breath and coughing. Report any of these to medical staff immediately.
• Practice good hygiene: Frequent handwashing is your first line of defense against any virus.
• Ventilation matters: Ensure your cruise cabin is well-ventilated and report any rodent activity to crew members immediately.
• Request evacuation help: If you're feeling sick, don't wait—notify medical staff right away so you can access early treatment, which can significantly improve outcomes.

Selma Blair is reflecting on balancing her career and her ongoing battle with multiple sclerosis.

Blair told People on Monday, May 4, that it can be "tricky sometimes" to take care of her health and balance her professional career but shared "I'm absolutely capable of working."

Blair was diagnosed with MS in 2018 and went into remission in 2021. She spoke with People at the World Accreditation Celebration for Calamigos Ranch Resort & Spa in Malibu, Cali, and said that it has been "amazing' to work again following her remission.

"It surpassed my expectations of what I can do as a person. I think I thought I was just going to keep staying in bed and hoping," she shared with the outlet.

Blair, who will guest star on the FOX series Murder in a Small Town, said of her return to acting, “Every day I do really work hard to stay awake, it seems sometimes. I'm not trying to say, ‘Oh gosh, I'm all better and look, I'm working now.' "It's still tricky sometimes, but I'm absolutely capable of working, and I'm so happy to be back. I'm doing well.”

Blair also shared how she enjoyed filming the series in Canada, calling it the "the most beautiful place."

"I'm so lucky to get to work on the show with nice people in this beautiful country. Really, it's stunning. The water and the mountains — it's good for the soul, and I was so happy to be included,” she said.

She added, “It has been amazing," returning to work "but there have really been some people that have helped me in this business to regain my confidence and be able to get out and do more — and do more for other people too, which always feels better. To make a living again, it means a lot. I'm so grateful."

Six of the seven red states that voted for more Medicaid coverage will see pushback from their Republican senators in the form of stricter rules. While many blue states are expanding Medicaid access to help citizens get the care they deserve, these states are thwarting voter wishes by cracking down.

The 2012 ruling by the Supreme Court made the Affordable Care Act’s (nicknamed Obamacare by many) Medicaid expansion rules optional for states. Many states have expanded coverage to include millions of low-income residents who were previously ineligible, but six have implemented rules that make it more difficult to get on and maintain coverage. 

Idaho, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Utah decided to implement new rules that will require low-income patients to provide more documentation more frequently, offer fewer exemptions, and begin enforcement much earlier than federal law requires. Most of the states putting in these extra hurdles are run by conservative Republicans. 

A healthcare think tank, KFF, found that most Americans actually support the expansion of Medicaid to include lower-income people without children or disabilities. 83% of Democrats and 58% of Republicans, according to the study, support expanding or maintaining Medicaid enrollment so that more Americans have access to affordable health care.

The new crackdowns will begin in 2027 and drop any participant who can’t prove they’re working, enrolled in school, volunteering, or caring for a loved one at least 80 hours per month. Four states, Oklahoma, Missouri, Indiana, and Iowa, will not give exemptions to anyone living in areas with high unemployment. 

In addition, Oklahoma and Missouri plan to use AI to assess someone’s documentation and eligibility for Medicaid, a move analysts fear may lead to errors due to the issues AI presents. 

Nebraska, Utah, and South Dakota, all states requiring more documentation and proof, have no plans to create new jobs or hire additional workers to manage the influx of data required to implement these new rules. Without additional staff to handle the mountain of new paperwork, there’s a chance for a backlog of approvals.

The Urban Institute is a center-left think tank that estimates that 3 to 7 million Americans will lose coverage solely due to work requirements, with more to be dropped from other requirements.  The rush to implement the crackdown could leave these six states and the people who rely on the healthcare they provide in the lurch.

PresidentDonald Trump has signed many executive orders focused on Americans' finances, but the April 30th one is meant to expand access to retirement funds for everyday workers without access to 401(k) plans. In it, the President claims that a young investor can retire with $465,000 by the age of 65, making them “rich.” Market analysts aren’t so sure.

During the signing ceremony for TrumpIRA.gov, the President remarked that saving that amount would make anyone wealthy in their retirement. Financial advisors note that, while nearly half a million dollars is a nice nest egg, that amount isn’t necessarily able to sustain certain lifestyles when spread over twenty to thirty years post-retirement. 

Currently, the retirement age for anyone born after 1960 is 67 years old. The average American lifespan is 79 years old, with women living a little longer at just over 81, while men live a little shorter at just over 76. Many people, however, are living well into their 90s. This is especially important, given that the executive order targets young Americans with the potential to live much longer, as science and medical advances help extend our healthy golden years.

If the average Gen Z worker has a retirement age of 69 (a realistic projection given the economy they’re inheriting) and a lifespan of 85, they’ll need that IRA to last at least 16 years. Many of them will live longer, stretching it out over 20-30 years. 

Even at the lowest lifespan projection, the $465,000 Trump promises equals only around $29,000 a year. That’s not a sustainable yearly income, now much less what will be needed to live comfortably in four decades when many young workers will retire. Since most of these workers will likely live longer, that yearly amount drops even lower. 

Another barrier to collecting this payout is the need for workers to invest their own funds. In November 2025, the U.S. Labor Market reported that 9.3 million Americans were working at least two jobs to make ends meet, with at least half of those workers having a college degree. That’s the highest percentage, roughly 5.7% of the population, working more than one job since we began tracking numbers in 1994. Many people working today simply don’t have the extra money to put into a private Trump IRA.

So while the President claims that investing in his namesake IRA will make young workers “rich,” that simply isn’t the case. Investing now is a good idea, but it’s best to spread it across multiple areas to ensure a comfortable retirement.

There was a time when Florida was considered the best place to go when you were ready to retire. Between favorable tax laws, low cost of living, and the year-round sunshine, many seniors headed to the Sunshine State the moment they retired.

These days, experts say there are many reasons to avoid moving to Florida in retirement. According to them, the state has really lost its luster in recent years for a lot of reasons, and they are ready to spill the beans about why you should think twice before heading to the Sunshine State.

While Tim McGarry, a loan officer at PrimeLending, says that Florida's weather remains a huge draw for seniors, he also notes that there's a downside to all that sunshine: The Storms that come along with it.

According to him, weather hazards such as hurricanes have driven up insurance premiums over the years. "Housing is very expensive too, and a lot of people have moved to Florida in the past two years," he adds, noting that it's becoming overcrowded and harder to find a good price on a home.

Anthony Askowitz, a Broker at REMAX Advance Realty II, notes that the warm weather has gotten even warmer in recent years, noting that both the heat and humidity are often a pain point for some folks.

"People come to Florida on vacation in the season when it is a bit cooler and fall in love with the lifestyle," he says. "Their first summer and hurricane season are an eye-opener for some."

But, Askowitz says that weather isn't the only thing transplants end up disappointed by when they move to the state, and says that many new arrivals are shocked to learn about all of the creepy crawlies and big predators that also call the Sunshine State home (I'm looking at you, palmetto bugs).

While there are a lot of known costs that can factor into whether or not Florida is the right place for you to retire, Sain Rhodes, a real estate expert with Clever Offers, says that those unexpected costs are the ones that hurt seniors the most.

"Last year, I had a client, a widow from Ohio who moved into a condominium near Fort Myers," he explains. "After 14 months in her new home, she faced a $78,000 special assessment on HOA fees due to a concrete reconstruction, her insurance premiums grew from $4,200 to $9,800, and she evacuated twice during hurricane season."

Most of the experts I spoke with noted another aspect of moving in retirement, and it wasn't just the downside of heading to Florida. They all noted that many people opt to move elsewhere in retirement, failing to realize they could be leaving all their friends and family behind.

According to Steven Kao, MBA, CAIA, Director of Portfolio Management at Kisner Wealth Management, sometimes the best place to be in retirement is right where you already are. "If your home is paid off and your network is local, that can be financially and emotionally optimal," he says of staying put.

Of course, deciding where to go in your golden years will be a deeply personal decision that only you can make. And while these experts listed a variety of factors to consider, many people still thrive when they move to the Sunshine State, especially if it's somewhere they've always dreamed of living.

Eagles fans who weren't able to see the '70s rock band's Sphere residency just got another chance.

On Friday, May 4, the classic rockers announced the extension of their multi-year residency in Las Vegas.

"Due to overwhelming demand," six shows were announced for the 2026 fall season.

Shows will kick off on Friday, Sep. 18 and Saturday, Sep 19, as the only two dates in September.

The additional four dates will lean into the start of the holiday season in November with two separate weekends: Friday, Nov. 13, Saturday, Nov. 14, Friday, Nov. 27, and Saturday, Nov. 28.

The social media post generated a lot of buzz and excitement, with one fan writing, "Thank you God😍❤️🙌🔥👏."

Another commented, "Only the Eagles can sell out the Sphere 100 times 🔥."

The Eagles' residency is now the longest-running at the iconic venue, with a total of 64 shows across their decades-long career. It began in September 2024, allowing fans to take in an immersive experience spanning the group's catalog of hits, including Desperado, Tequila Sunrise and Witchy Woman.

Tickets will go on sale for the new shows on Friday, May 15, though a pre-sale will begin on May 13, with other packages available starting a week prior on May 6.

As for ticket prices, Variety reports that they start at $175, including taxes and fees.

The Eagles celebrated a huge achievement earlier this year. Fifty years after the release of their album, Their Greatest Hits 1971–1975, on Feb. 17, 1976, the collection officially became the first album ever to receive quadruple diamond certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), marking 40 million units sold in the United States.
