Quote of the Day: Dave Ramsey's Timeless Money Advice Could Change Your Financial Future

Tue, 08/04/2026 - 2:45am

Dave Ramsey has inspired millions of people to take control of their finances and believe that a better financial future is possible. Through his nationally syndicated The Ramsey Show, bestselling books and Ramsey Solutions, the personal finance expert has spent decades helping people get out of debt, build wealth and gain confidence with money. His practical, no-nonsense approach encourages people to focus less on chasing a bigger paycheck and more on developing the financial habits that can lead to lasting success.

Ramsey's message resonates because it comes from personal experience. After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in finance and real estate, he built a real estate portfolio worth about $4 million by age 26. But when the bank that financed many of his properties changed ownership, the new bank demanded he repay his loans much sooner than expected. Over the next two and a half years, Ramsey and his wife, Sharon, lost nearly everything. By age 28, they had filed for bankruptcy while raising a young family. Rather than allowing that setback to define him, Ramsey rebuilt his finances from the ground up and eventually dedicated his career to helping others avoid the same mistakes.

At the heart of Ramsey's financial philosophy are his 7 Baby Steps, a straightforward roadmap for building financial security. The plan begins with saving a small emergency fund, paying off debt using his well-known "debt snowball" method and then building savings and investing for the future. By breaking large financial goals into manageable steps, Ramsey has helped make financial freedom feel attainable for millions of people.

Ramsey's advice feels especially timely because National Financial Awareness Day, observed each year on August 14, is now just 10 days away. The countdown offers an ideal opportunity to conduct a personal financial reset. Whether it's creating a budget, paying down debt, building an emergency fund or simply taking a closer look at your spending habits, the next 10 days can be the beginning of meaningful financial change.

As Ramsey's quote reminds us, living differently today may be exactly what allows you to live with greater freedom tomorrow.

Quote of the Day by Dave Ramsey

"If you live like no one else, later you can live like no one else."
—Dave Ramsey

Ramsey has shared this philosophy for years through his books, live events and The Ramsey Show. He popularized the quote in his bestselling book The Total Money Makeover, where it serves as one of the central ideas behind his Baby Steps approach. He often expands the thought by saying, "Live like no one else, so later you can live—and give—like no one else."

The quote may sound like an invitation to live differently simply to stand apart. But Ramsey's message is much deeper. He encourages people to resist the temptation of instant gratification and the pressure to keep up with everyone else's spending habits. Choosing to drive an older car, postpone luxury purchases or avoid unnecessary debt today can create greater financial security and more choices in the years ahead.

Deeper Meaning of Dave Ramsey's Quote

Ramsey often says that personal finance is less about complicated math and more about behavior. In The Ramsey Show he explains that success with money is "80% behavior and 20% head knowledge." In other words, many people already understand the basics of budgeting, saving and avoiding debt. The real challenge is consistently putting those principles into practice.

His own story illustrates that belief. After losing everything and declaring bankruptcy, Ramsey rebuilt his finances one decision at a time. That experience became the foundation for his financial philosophy and ultimately inspired the books, radio show and educational programs that have helped millions of people work toward becoming debt-free and building long-term wealth.

His quote also reminds us that delayed gratification isn't about deprivation. It's about creating freedom. The temporary sacrifices Ramsey advocates can lead to long-term peace of mind: freedom from burdensome debt, the security of an emergency fund and the ability to save, invest and give generously instead of constantly paying for yesterday's purchases.

With National Financial Awareness Day just around the corner, Ramsey's words offer a practical challenge. Spend the next 10 days taking one positive financial step each day. Review your budget, trim an unnecessary expense, make an extra payment toward debt or begin building an emergency fund. Small, intentional choices today can become the foundation for a more secure financial future.

Country Star, With No. 1 Hit Song, Makes History Amid 2026 Tour

Tue, 08/04/2026 - 2:29am

Luke Combs has made country music history in London, becoming the first solo country artist to headline the 90,000-capacity Wembley Stadium.

Guinness World Records confirmed the achievement after Combs performed three shows at the famous London venue on July 31 and Aug. 1-2, bringing his 23-date My Kinda Saturday Night Tour to a close. The tour began in March in Paradise, Nevada, before taking the country star across North America and Europe.

The Wembley shows marked another major step in Combs' growing international reach. During the past two weeks of the tour, he also headlined two nights at Ireland's Slane Castle and two nights at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Combs' latest record comes after another major attendance milestone in Europe. At Gothenburg's Ullevi Stadium, he performed for 60,826 fans, setting a new attendance record at the venue, per American Songwriter.

Luke Combs Sets Wembley Stadium Country Music Record

The Wembley achievement carries extra weight because several major country and country-connected artists have performed at the stadium.

Guinness World Records specifically noted Taylor Swift's eight Wembley Stadium shows in 2025. Her record-breaking The Eras Tour included music from her country era, but Guinness said Swift “has long been considered a pop (and briefly folk) artist.”

Country music legend Vince Gill also appeared at Wembley Stadium with the Eagles in June 2019. Gill joined the group during its performance after the death of Eagles founding member Glenn Frey in 2016.

Other country artists have played at the nearby 12,500-capacity Wembley Arena, now known as OVO Arena Wembley. The venue has hosted artists including Kenny Rogers, Clint Black, Kane Brown and Jordan Davis.

For Combs, the Wembley record adds to a long list of career milestones built on a run of successful country songs and albums. His early breakthrough came with his 2017 debut album, This One's for You, which produced several No. 1 country hits. “Hurricane,” “When It Rains It Pours” and “Beautiful Crazy” all reached No. 1 on country charts.

His cover of Tracy Chapman's “Fast Car” later became one of the biggest songs of his career. Combs' version reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 1 on the U.S. Country Airplay and Hot Country Songs charts. The song also won Single of the Year at the 2023 Country Music Association Awards.

Luke Combs Continues Rising on U.K. Charts in 2026

Combs' success in the United Kingdom has also continued beyond the stage.

His albums have performed strongly on the U.K. charts, with Growin' Up reaching No. 9 on the Official Albums Chart in 2022, Gettin' Old reaching No. 5 in 2023 and The Way I Am reaching No. 4 in 2026.

His older music has also returned to the U.K. charts during the Wembley week. This One's for You re-entered the Official Albums Streaming chart at No. 70, giving the album a new peak on that ranking. It also returned to the Official Albums chart at No. 86.

The Wembley record comes as country music continues to grow on London's major live stages. Zach Bryan headlined BST Hyde Park for two nights in July, while the C2C Festival returned to The O2 in March.

For a country artist whose career began with small shows in North Carolina before moving to Nashville, headlining one of London's biggest stadiums represents another major milestone in his rise.

Macy’s Sparkly $7 Gold PavĂ© Hoop Earrings Make Everyday Outfits Look More Expensive

Tue, 08/04/2026 - 1:01am

Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.

Gold hoops are a jewelry staple that work with almost anything, and this pair adds a little extra sparkle. Macy’s has the On 34th Small PavĂ© Bypass Gold Tone Hoop Earrings marked down to just $7 from $35, which is an impressive 80% discount. The open, rounded shape is finished with a clear crystal at each end for a simple twist to the classic hoop style.

The earrings measure 0.67 inches in diameter, making them small enough for everyday wear. They’re made from gold-tone mixed metal and finished with glass crystals, while the post-back closures hold them securely in place. They’re also a Macy’s-exclusive design, so you won’t find them anywhere else.

This under-$10 price is especially impressive for a pair that combines the look of a hoop with the shine of a crystal stud. Similar fashion-jewelry styles can cost much more, even when they’re also made with plated or mixed metals rather than solid gold. Macy’s currently has another pair of crystal-accented, gold-plated hoops on sale for $15, while comparable crystal hoops at Nordstrom are listed for $55 and up, making this pair an affordable way to try the look without spending several times as much.

One shopper called them “cute” and said they would make a “nice present,” while another wrote, “I love them.” Both reviewers gave the earrings five out of five stars, and since earrings don’t require sizing, they’re also easier to buy for someone else than many other types of jewelry. They could work well as a birthday gift, stocking stuffer, or small thank-you gift.

You could wear these earrings in so many different ways, whether that’s with a thin gold chain and a button-down shirt for work, or using the crystals to add some subtle shine to a wedding-guest dress. They’d even look cute with a white T-shirt and jeans, and anyone who has multiple piercings could pair them with tiny gold studs or huggies for a layered look.

These gorgeous gold-tone hoops were already reasonably priced at $35, but the 80% markdown makes them especially hard to pass up. Be sure to head to Macy’s site and grab the On 34th Small PavĂ© Bypass Gold Tone Hoop Earrings while they’re still available at their ultra-low Last Act price.

Dolly Parton’s ‘Beautiful’ $15 Butterfly Embossed Cake Pan at Walmart Does the Decorating for You

Tue, 08/04/2026 - 12:15am

Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.

Thanks to Dolly Parton’s 2022 bluegrass song “Berry Pie,” we already know exactly how the country icon feels about baking. In the track, she sings, “I like to cook, and I love to bake / Bread and cookies, and pies and cake,” and she’s spent plenty of time proving it outside of the song, too. From her Duncan Hines baking mixes to her cookware and serveware collections, Dolly has turned the kitchen into another place to share her signature mix of nostalgia, creativity, and extra sparkle.

If you’d like to bring some of that Dolly-inspired charm into your own kitchen, the Dolly Parton Butterfly Stamp Carbon Steel Non-Stick Cake Pan is a sweet place to start. Available for $15 at Walmart, this pan does more than simply shape your dessert — it leaves behind a delicate butterfly imprint that makes cakes, brownies, and other baked creations look special before you even add a single decoration. It’s an effort-free way to make everyday baking feel a little more celebratory, whether you’re whipping up a birthday treat, weekend dessert, or something just because.

Shop at Walmart

The first detail of this “beautiful” pan that caught shoppers’ eyes is the rose gold-toned finish, followed by the butterfly design built directly into the baking surface. Rather than creating a plain rectangular bake, the embossed pattern leaves behind a raised butterfly imprint that adds a decorative touch as soon as your dessert comes out of the oven.

The pan's design gives even simple recipes a more thoughtful, homemade feel — no piping, layering, or decorating skills required. A light dusting of powdered sugar helps bring out the texture, while a thin glaze or drizzle can settle into the details for an even more eye-catching finish. Of course, you can also leave the bake unfrosted and let the butterfly pattern be the star.

Sized 9 inches by 13 inches, this rectangular pan is made for recipes that are meant to be shared. The classic dimensions give you plenty of room for everything from sheet cakes and brownies to blondies, coffee cakes, dessert bars, cinnamon rolls, and other sweet treats that can feed a crowd.

This pan's usefulness doesn’t stop at desserts — the generous shape also makes it a handy option for savory dishes like baked macaroni and cheese, breakfast casseroles, quiche, cornbread, layered pasta bakes, pot pies, and warm party dips. Whether you’re preparing something for a holiday gathering, weekend brunch, or a family dinner, the larger surface area makes it easy to bake, serve, and slice.

Shop More Deals

Crafted from durable carbon steel, the pan was designed to help distribute heat evenly throughout the bake, encouraging consistent results from the center all the way to the edges. A silicone-based nonstick coating helps cakes and other baked goods release more easily while helping preserve the delicate butterfly imprint, so the design stays intact when you transfer your creation from pan to plate. The smooth coating also makes post-baking cleanup less of a chore, especially after recipes with sticky batters, melted chocolate, or sugary glazes.

For added durability, the pan features a reinforced rolled rim designed to help prevent warping over time, even with frequent use. It’s oven-safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, giving you plenty of flexibility for everyday recipes and special occasion bakes alike. To help maintain the nonstick finish and keep the embossed butterfly pattern looking crisp, hand washing is recommended after each use.

1973 Hit, Written by One of the 'Best Rock Bands' of All Time, Is Still a Generational Hit 53 Years Later

Mon, 08/03/2026 - 11:45pm

Pink Floyd's 1973 album The Dark Side of the Moon remains one of rock music's biggest and most enduring releases, more than five decades after it first arrived.

Released in March 1973, The Dark Side of the Moon became a turning point for Pink Floyd. The album has sold about 45 million copies worldwide and remains one of the best-selling albums in music history. It also helped establish Pink Floyd as one of the biggest rock bands of all time.

The album was recently ranked No. 2 on Collider's list of the 25 Best Rock Albums of All Time, describing the album as a masterful achievement for the band. It also pointed to songs such as "Time" and "Money" as part of the record's lasting appeal.

The album's success was not built around one song alone. Instead, Pink Floyd created a connected musical experience that explored conflict, greed, time, death and mental illness.

‘The Dark Side of the Moon’ Became a Pink Floyd Landmark

The album was Pink Floyd's eighth studio release. It was developed while the band was touring and was first performed live more than a year before its official release.

Roger Waters proposed an album centered on the pressures of everyday life and the mental health struggles of former Pink Floyd member Syd Barrett. Waters later became the album's main lyricist, while David Gilmour, Richard Wright and Nick Mason helped shape its music and sound.

The record was recorded at EMI Studios, now known as Abbey Road Studios, between 1972 and early 1973. Engineer Alan Parsons played an important role in the recording, while producer Chris Thomas later helped with the final mix.

The album also stood out for its use of studio technology. Pink Floyd used multitrack recording, tape loops and early analogue synthesizers. The sounds of clocks, cash registers, coins, footsteps, voices and a heartbeat became part of the album's identity.

"Money" became Pink Floyd's most commercially successful track from the album. It reached No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1973 and remains a familiar rock radio song.

The album's success continued long after its original release. It topped the U.S. Billboard Top LPs & Tape chart and returned to the Billboard 200 many times over the decades. As of January 2026, it had reached 996 weeks on the Billboard 200.

Its long chart history is only one part of the story. The Dark Side of the Moon has also received major recognition from music institutions. The album was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1999 and was selected for preservation in the U.S. National Recording Registry in 2013 for being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant."

Pink Floyd was also ranked No. 11 on Parade's list of the 100 Best Rock Bands of All Time. The band has sold more than 250 million records worldwide and was inducted into the U.S. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1996.

More than 50 years after its release, The Dark Side of the Moon remains a major part of rock history.

1966 Rock Song, Recorded in 10 Minutes, Was a No. 1 Hit 60 Years Ago Today

Mon, 08/03/2026 - 11:33pm

The Troggs had only minutes to record “With a Girl Like You,” and those minutes produced a No. 1 hit. Released in 1966 after “Wild Thing,” the song showed the band could follow one breakout smash with another.

At the time, the band's lineup consisted of lead vocalist Reg Presley, guitarist Chris Britton, bassist Pete Staples and drummer Ronnie Bond.

Like plenty of artists before them, the Troggs had to figure out how to follow up a career-defining hit with something just as memorable. Their next single, "With a Girl Like You," kept the band's raw energy but leaned into a more melodic sound.

The song had a cleaner, British Invasion-inspired sound and a catchy guitar riff, much like the pop-rock bands dominating the charts after the Beatles hit big.

Presley wrote "With a Girl Like You" while working as a bricklayer. He drew inspiration from the vocal style of the Beach Boys' "Barbara Ann" and used that same energy to create a song that was simple, but catchy.

There wasn't much time to spare when the band got to recording, either. The Troggs recorded "With a Girl Like You" at Olympic Studios during the very same session as "Wild Thing," knocking out both songs in just two takes because studio time was so tight.

The opportunity came through manager Larry Page, who arranged for the band to use the remaining minutes at the end of a recording session for his orchestra. Britton later recalled the rushed process to the Sydney Morning Herald.

"[Page] said, 'There might be 10 to 15 minutes left at the end of the session, and I think we could fit in a bit of a recording,'" Britton said. "We got there and unloaded all the gear, and in the last 10 or 15 minutes of the studio time we jumped into the studio.”

"They put some microphones in front of the amps and we recorded 'Wild Thing' and 'With a Girl Like You' in the same session in 10 minutes," he added. "And it was actually a live recording, in four-track mono – and then we just came out."

Despite the time crunch, the song became a hit. The Troggs topped the charts back home in the U.K., though “With a Girl Like You" only climbed to No. 29 in the U.S Billboard Hot 100.

Its U.S. release was complicated by the same label dispute that surrounded “Wild Thing.” In 1966, competing U.S. releases of “Wild Thing” appeared on Atco and Fontana because of a disagreement over rights and distribution. Atco featured “With a Girl Like You” as the B-side, while Fontana paired “Wild Thing” with Presley’s “From Home.”

Fontana later released “With a Girl Like You” as an A-side single in July 1966, with “I Want You” as the B-side. The single featured the same track pairing as the U.K. release, where the song went on to top the charts.

The success of “With a Girl Like You” also helped show that the Troggs were more than a one-hit wonder.

Record Mirror predicted the song "should be every bit as big as 'Wild Thing,'" pointing to the band's vocals and youthful energy. Cash Box also dubbed it a "low-down, funky, blues-soaked romancer.”

Beloved Indie Rock Band, Disbanded for 19 Years, Announces Return to Stage

Mon, 08/03/2026 - 11:27pm

Now It's Overhead, the beloved indie rock band behind acclaimed albums like Dark Light Daybreak and Fall Back Open, is making its long-awaited return to the stage.

After 19 years away from the spotlight, the Andy LeMaster-led band is delivering back-to-back surprises for fans.

In an Instagram update, record label Saddle Creek teased fans with an exciting announcement regarding the band's activities this year.

The indie rock band from Athens, Georgia, will be performing in their hometown at the iconic 40 Watt Club.

Scheduled for Oct. 10, the rare concert will mark the band's first performance in nearly 20 years, following its last concert in 2007.

Apart from the highly anticipated event, the band also treated fans to a special surprise by announcing the upcoming release of the first-ever vinyl pressing of its three studio albums.

Their albums, Now It's Overhead (2001), Fall Back Open (2004) and Dark Light Daybreak (2006), will be available as part of a limited-edition collection arriving Sept. 15.

“Newly remastered by Andy LeMaster (Now It’s Overhead) and arriving as a limited edition run of 500 pressed on Ecomix vinyl,” the statement reads.

From its onstage comeback to its remastered albums, the band also announced the release of its first new songs in 20 years through the soon-to-be-released EP, In The Beginning.

Showcasing five tracks, Now It's Overhead gave fans a preview of the EP with “eleven-seven-thirty-five,” released on Aug. 3.

Moreover, frontman Andy LeMaster also spoke about the interesting story behind the track.

“‘eleven-seven-thirty-five’ was written and recorded in the same time period as the songs that became the first now it’s overhead album. It was an earlier song among that bunch. It almost made the record and I’m nearly certain we played it live at the first few now it’s overhead shows. I rediscovered it recently while transferring some old reels of tape and I had forgotten how fully formed it is as a song and a recording,” he shared.

In the comments section, fans expressed their excitement to hear the band's new material and celebrate its long-awaited return.

“This a gift,” one wrote.

“Finally!” a follower said.

The same sentiment was shared by another commenter who remarked, “some new Now It's Overhead is coming!”

An excited fan also commented, “Glad to hear a studio of the wxdu session track I've had in the archive.”

Formed in the late 1990s, Now It's Overhead released three albums before entering a long hiatus, with its final record, Dark Light Daybreak, released in 2006.

Ariana Grande Breaks Silence on Stepping Away From the Spotlight Amid Growing Concern for Her Health

Mon, 08/03/2026 - 11:13pm

Ariana Grande is breaking her silence after announcing that she plans to step away from the public eye following the conclusion of her eternal sunshine tour.

After wrapping the tour in London next month, the pop star intends to take a break from public appearances as ongoing discussion surrounding her weight and changing appearance continues to dominate headlines.

A representative for Grande confirmed the news to People on Sunday, Aug. 2, stating, “Ariana will be taking a step back from visibility after she completes the eternal sunshine Tour.“

The rep added that the Wicked actress "looks forward to finishing the tour and ending it on a high note, both healthily and happily, and then taking a much-deserved break."

During a tour stop in Chicago, Illinois on Monday, Aug. 3, Grande addressed the announcement directly and reassured fans that the media scrutiny was not the reason behind her decision.

"So, basically, the announcement made yesterday wasn't an impulsive reaction or something decided in the heat of the moment," Grande said, per a video posted to Reddit. "It was something I had already decided. It was a plan I had been keeping quiet for a long time. And it was a decision made consciously and with confidence. I want you to know that several things can be true at the same time."

"I'm going to speak louder because I know my voice is going to get louder. I heard that my fans were worried, thinking that the negativity was ruining everything for me," she continued. "But I need to say that this couldn't be further from the truth. It's not the same thing. It's not what it's about. And I want to make this very clear: several things can be true at the same time. Sometimes, you have to set boundaries. Human beings may need a break from time to time. And, at the same time, this is and will continue to be the greatest experience of my professional and creative life."

The eternal sunshine tour is scheduled to conclude on Sept. 1. Grande released her brand new album, petal, on Friday, July 31.

Alright Alright Alright, This Dine-in Theater Was Just Renamed to Honor McConaughey

Mon, 08/03/2026 - 11:11pm

Imagine having a movie theater named after you.

Among the landmarks in the great city of Austin, Texas is the Alamo Drafthouse Mueller, which announced on Monday, August 3 that it will now be known as the Matthew McConaughey Cinema.

The famed dine-in movie theater says it's "honoring an artist whose work, spirit, and unmistakable connection to the State of Texas have long made him part of Austin’s cinematic story."

“More than just what’s on the screen, movies have always been about who you watch them with and the memories you take home,” McConaughey, 56, said in a statement, per the theater chain. “Alamo Drafthouse has championed that kind of moviegoing from the very beginning, and to have a theater dedicated in my name in the city that's shaped so much of who I am means a great deal to me."

Alamo Drafthouse took to social media on Monday to announce the official renaming.

"From his immortal arrival in DAZED AND CONFUSED to the cosmic emotional wallop of INTERSTELLAR, and the hard-won humanity of DALLAS BUYERS CLUB, McConaughey has always brought a little Texas to the screen," reads the Instagram post's caption. "Born in Uvalde and forged in Austin at the University of Texas, he’s traveled just about everywhere a movie career can take you without ever losing his connection to Austin."

Fans seem on board with the renaming, based on comments left on Alamo's post thus far. "đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ”„lets goooo," wrote one Instagram user, while another person commented, "I need tickets 🙌."

The latter comment is perhaps referring to the "one-night-only" cocktail parties Alamo Drafthouse is hosting at various locations across the U.S. this month, in honor of McConaughey's latest film The Rivals of Amziah King — which is getting rave reviews, by the way. Former 'The View' Co-Host Excluded From Season 30 Reunion 10 Years After Being Fired

Mon, 08/03/2026 - 11:01pm

The Viewis going big for its 30th anniversary season, reuniting "all the co-hosts," according to Rosie O'Donnell. However, there's at least one former co-host who has been left out of the celebration.

"I just heard that Rosie O'Donnell went on my friend Kyle Ridley's podcast and said that all the co-hosts from The View were being asked back for the 30th season," Michelle Collins said in a video shared via Instagram on Monday, August 3. "Now, that was news to me. Maybe because I'm traveling so much, my invite somehow got lost. But I have not heard from anyone from the show. And, in fact, I did not hear from them during season 25 when they had, I think most, if not all, the co-hosts back."

She continued, "I find that very interesting because I always behave very professionally about that show. I was, in fact, a real co-host. I was number 15, back in 2015, despite what they’ll have you believe."

Collins was fired in June 2016 after less than one year at the round table, Variety reported at the time.

View this post on Instagram

"Michelle is smart, opinionated and funny," an ABC spokesperson told the outlet. "She's been a great addition to the panel this year. When we are ready to make an announcement about next season, we will."

According to Collins, after she was "unceremoniously let go," she "never talked s--t."

"But now I’m starting to think maybe that was dumb. Maybe I should have, because all those other people are being asked back," she said on Monday.

As for O'Donnell — who served as co-host for season 10 and season 18 — her return to the daytime talk show is simply "as a guest not a host," she shared via Instagram.

Marvel Star Welcomes His First Baby

Mon, 08/03/2026 - 10:51pm

Four years after the couple first sparked dating rumors, Sebastian Stan and Annabelle Wallis are parents!

Although representatives for the couple couldn’t be contacted, Peopleconfirmed today, Aug. 3, that the couple’s baby has been born.

Stan, known for his role as the Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, was first spotted with Wallis in 2022. Wallis, an actress, had reportedly broken up with her boyfriend of four years, Chris Pine, two months before she and Stan seemed to be “sharing a kiss” in a now-deleted Instagram photo at Robert Pattinson’s birthday party, Elle reported.

A month after the infamous photo was taken, they were seen grabbing dinner together in Los Angeles, Entertainment Tonight wrote. From then on, the two continued to be spotted together, but chose to keep their relationship out of the spotlight.

“I feel like it’s really difficult nowadays to be able to have any privacy whatsoever,” Stan said to Vanity Fair in 2025.

He continued, saying that his relationship with Wallis was not something either of them discusses publicly, adding that “it’s the one part of my life that I try to keep somewhat for myself, even though it sort of ends up being out there."

But in April, all eyes were on the couple again when news broke that the couple was expecting. With Wallis showing off her baby bump, they were captured on a stroll together in New York.

A month later, in a rare interview with Stan, the Marvel actor opened up to Deadline about his thoughts on manhood and fatherhood.

“I want to be a good dad,” Stan said. “I’m feeling the responsibility of being a good father. And not to mention a good man. I’m 43, and I feel, in a lot of ways, I’m just starting to learn now. It’s just crazy to me. So, I love when I see I’m discovering different people’s point of view. I try to read as much as I can, no matter what the point of view is, just to understand it.”

Walmart Has a ‘Sturdy’ $25 5-Drawer Storage Dresser That’s Perfect for Small Spaces

Mon, 08/03/2026 - 10:45pm

Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.

If you need more storage but don’t have room for a large, bulky dresser, Walmart has the Zeny 5-Drawer Fabric Dresser on sale for just $25, down from $40. It comes in a dark gray colorway and features a slim profile, making it an affordable option for adding drawers to a closet, bedroom, dorm room, or other areas where floor space is limited.

The dresser measures 38.7 inches wide, 11.42 inches deep, and 21.38 inches tall. It’s much shorter and shallower than a traditional bedroom dresser, so it’s great for small spaces. The frame is made of steel and supports a faux-wood top, while the five removable fabric drawers include three smaller bins and two larger ones. Each drawer holds up to 11 pounds, and the tabletop has a total storage capacity of 22 pounds.

At less than 12 inches deep, the dresser can slide along a narrow bedroom wall or fit easily inside a walk-in closet. The mix of drawer sizes also lets you separate smaller items, such as socks, accessories, and toiletries, from bulkier clothing or linens. It also has adjustable levelers that help keep the frame sturdy, while its plastic feet protect the floor from getting scuffed.

One reviewer said it’s “very good quality,” while another described it as “wonderful, sturdy, [and] easy to put together.” A third person said it can “hold a lot of stuff,” which is helpful for a dresser with such a shallow footprint. Just be sure to measure your space and compare the 21.4-inch height with nearby furniture to give you a better idea of how it’ll fit.

This dresser is a dream if you’re renting or only living somewhere temporarily. Because the drawers are fabric, it’s much lighter and easier to move than a solid wood chest. The bins can also be removed and folded flat when they aren’t needed, and since the drawers are lightweight, they’re best suited for clothes or accessories rather than books or other heavy objects.

Be sure to snag it from Walmart while it’s still available at this ultra-discounted price.
