Vanessa Trump Posts Support for Boyfriend Tiger Woods Following Crash, DUI
Vanessa Trump is supporting her boyfriend, Tiger Woods, following his recent car crash and DUI arrest.
On Friday, the 48-year-old took to her Instagram Stories with a sweet photo of the two of them complete with the caption, "Love you." The photo, which showed the two cuddling on a hammock, was one of the same images that Woods used to make the couple Instagram official in March of last year.
View this post on InstagramFollowing Woods' March 27 incident where he was arrested after rolling his SUV in Jupiter, Fla., a source told People that he and Trump's relationship was still solid.
“Vanessa and Tiger are in love,” the source told the outlet. “She is very supportive of his golf endeavors because despite his age and injuries, golf dominates Tiger’s life.”
“She has her hands full sometimes, but Vanessa also has a life of her own and children to care for so she isn’t around it all the time,” the source added. “She is happy with him and any issues they have are not about her. It’s dealing with his frustrations about playing great golf and his pain that at some times is really confining.”
At the scene of the crash, law enforcement shared that, "Mr. Woods did (exhibit) signs of impairment,” and that “they did several tests on him … He was placed under arrest and taken to the Martin County Jail.”

As for the latest pertaining to Woods, body cam footage of the incident released on Thursday showed the golf icon telling officers, “I looked down at my phone, and all of a sudden – boom,” of the crash, CNN reported. He also told offers that he called his girlfriend's ex-father-in-law President Donald Trump.
Vanessa was married to the president's son, Donald Trump Jr., from 2005 to 2018. The two share five children, including 18-year-old Kai who has made a name for herself in the golf world. Woods has two kids of his own whom he shares with ex-wife Elin Nordegren. They were married from 2004 to 2010.

Beloved Nickelodeon Star, Who Had A Smash Hit Film Before Leaving The Spotlight, Turns 40
90s kids brace for a shock. Beloved star of Nickelodeon's kids comedy sketch show The Amanda Show, Amanda Bynes, is turning 40 years old today.
Bynes had her big break on the Nickelodeon show All That in 1996, and just three years later, the child actress was already leading her own comedy show. Although The Amanda Show only ran for three years, Bynes' career exploded after that show concluded, with a major shift to the big screen.
Bynes' first major big screen role was What A Girl Wants in 2003, which saw Bynes in the Princess Diaries-style role of Daphne Reynolds, an American teenager who learns that her biological father is a wealthy British politician (played by Colin Firth).
Just a few years later, in 2006, Bynes starred in She's the Man, a modern take on William Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. In the movie, Bynes plays Viola, a teenage girl who pretends to be her brother, Sebastian, so that she can play soccer at his boarding school. Bynes starred opposite Channing Tatum in that film, which is largely seen as a cult classic today.
However, arguably Bynes' most successful film was her very last before her ongoing hiatus from acting. In 2010, Bynes starred as mean girl Marianne, the antagonist to Emma Stone'scharacter, Olive, in Easy A. That movie, based on Nathaniel Hawthorne's novel The Scarlet Letter, was a massive box office success, grossing approximately $75 million worldwide after reportedly only costing $8 million to produce.
Following that movie, Bynes took a step back from the spotlight, and she hasn't had an acting role since. In recent years, Bynes has become more present on social media, though. She maintains an active Instagram account, and she seems to be even more active on TikTok.
After she had her big start on All That when she was just 10 years old, it's difficult to believe that she's now celebrating her 40th birthday, but it's true; the Amanda Show and What A Girl Wants star is officially 40 years old.

Recently, we've been obsessing over the IKEA AFTONHAJ series, a collection that gives serveware staples a modern, almost brutalist edge with clean lines, smooth finishes and a commanding presence. This week, the stainless steel serving bowl is stealing the spotlight with its low profile and futuristic appearance. At $14.99, it's perfect for fruit, candy, decor and beyond, adding an elevated touch wherever it's placed.

It's perfect for displaying fruits and sweets, but also works around the home to corral keys and jewelry in an entryway, hold office supplies on a desk or display trinkets and tchotchkes in various places.
Details That Command the RoomStanding two inches tall and 10 inches in diameter, this isn't your average serving bowl. Its low profile gives it a sleek, minimal look, while a commanding presence comes through in the clean lines and subtle contrasts. With a polished surface that catches light effortlessly and a blasted finish for added texture, this bowl's appearance truly does all the talking.
Alongside stainless steel series counterparts like the AFTONHAJ jar with lid and carafe, this bowl fits right in, instantly adding elegance and purpose to any mealtime or decor setup. Series designer Lukas Bazle describes the series as a chance to "shape and treat" stainless steel in a fresh way, which explains the collection's semi-futuristic look.
Each piece has a matte surface at the top that gradually transitions into a glossy finish, complemented by a mirror effect that creates an elegant fade toward the bottom, giving the illusion that the items are floating on the table. And thanks to their matte finishes, fingerprints are a lot less noticeable.
Dishwasher safe and easy to clean, there's really nothing difficult about putting either piece from the AFTONHAJ series to good use. Snag the serving bowl and its beautiful stainless steel counterparts while they're still in stock, and while you're at it, check out this futuristic IKEA floor lamp and this simple yet functional bamboo lazy Susan.

A 'Great Comet' Is Set to Streak Across the Sky— Here's Where and When to Catch it
This April, astronomers are watching a potential “great comet” that could briefly become visible to the naked eye. It is not guaranteed. In fact, it is fragile, unpredictable, and easy to miss. But for travelers willing to chase a narrow window of wonder, it offers a reason to build a journey around the night sky itself.
Your next trip starts here—get curated travel stories when you sign up for our newsletter.
When to See the April 2026 Comet and Why Timing Matters So MuchThe main object drawing attention is Comet C/2026 A1 (MAPS), a so-called sun-grazing comet that will pass extremely close to the sun around April 4, 2026. That close approach is both the reason for excitement and the biggest risk. If it survives the intense heat and gravitational stress, it could brighten quickly and become visible shortly after.
The most realistic viewing window for travelers in the Northern Hemisphere falls between April 6 and April 15. During this period, the comet is expected to appear low in the western sky just after sunset. The sweet spot is roughly 30 to 45 minutes after the sun dips below the horizon, before the comet follows it out of view.
Astronomy outlets, including Sky & Telescope, note that this low altitude will make sightings tricky.Even a thin layer of haze or a distant tree line can block your view. The comet will not climb high into the sky. You have to catch it early and know exactly where to look.
There is a second object worth noting, Comet C/2025 R3 (PanSTARRS), which may become visible later in April and into early May. While it is not expected to be as dramatic, it could be easier to spot thanks to darker skies around the April 17 new moon.
Where the Comet Will Be Most Visible (and Where to Travel for Better Odds)In the Northern Hemisphere, including the United States, the comet will hug the western horizon. That means you need a completely unobstructed view in that direction. Coastal locations, open plains, deserts, and elevated overlooks all offer an advantage.
If you are willing to travel farther, the Southern Hemisphere has the edge. Observers there are expected to see the comet higher in the sky and for a longer duration after sunset. That translates to easier viewing and better photography conditions.
For U.S.-based travelers, dark sky destinations dramatically improve your chances. Parks recognized by DarkSky International are specifically protected from light pollution, making faint objects easier to detect. Think wide horizons, minimal artificial light, and crisp atmospheric conditions.
Related: 10 States You Can Still Catch the Northern Lights in Tonight (And the Best Viewing Spots)
How to Actually Spot It Without Missing Your WindowStart by choosing your viewing time carefully. Arrive at your location before sunset so you can get oriented. As soon as the sun drops, begin scanning the western horizon. Do not wait too long. The comet will set quickly after the sun.
Bring binoculars if you can. Even if the comet becomes visible to the naked eye, optical aid will help you locate it faster and pick out details in the tail. Astronomy guides recommend them as one of the simplest ways to improve your chances.
Use a stargazing app to pinpoint the comet’s position relative to brighter objects like planets or constellations. This removes guesswork in that narrow window when light is fading and time matters. Never attempt to search for the comet while the sun is still above the horizon. Looking too close to the sun can cause serious eye damage.
Fuel your wanderlust with our top travel stories—join our newsletter today.
What to Know Before You GoBefore you commit to chasing this event, keep a few practical realities in mind:
- Visibility is not guaranteed. The comet could fade, fragment, or never brighten enough to see.
- Weather matters. Even thin cloud cover can obscure a low-horizon object.
- Light pollution is your biggest obstacle. Prioritize darkness over convenience.
- Flexibility is key. Give yourself multiple nights and locations if possible.

United Airlines Just Changed How You Book Business Class: Here’s How to Pick the Right Seat Without Overpaying
The days of a single, all-inclusive price for a business class airline seat are officially over. United Airlines just launched an overhaul of its premium cabin pricing, bringing the Basic Economy logic to the front of the plane. Starting this month, if you’re eyeing a pod in United Polaris or a purple seat in United Premium Plus, you won’t only be picking a destination, you’ll be picking a tier.
United is rolling out three new fare categories: Base, Standard, and Flexible. It is a shift in how the airline sells luxury, designed to lower the entry price for business class while charging a premium for the perks travelers used to take for granted.
The New Base Reality: Luxury With Strings AttachedThe biggest disruption to your booking flow is the introduction of the Base fare in premium cabins. Think of it as Business Class Light. You still get the physical pod, the Saks Fifth Avenue bedding, and the multi-course meal, but you lose the freedom to change your mind.
For the traveler who knows their plans are set in stone and doesn’t care if they sit in 5A or 9L, the Base fare is a way to fly Polaris for a significantly lower price point. However, if you need to move your flight or want a specific seat assigned at booking without an extra fee, you’ll likely find yourself clicking toward the more expensive tiers.
"These new tiered options give customers more choice and make it easier to find a fare that includes the benefits they want most – whether that's a great value, added perks, or maximum flexibility," says Andrew Nocella, United's Chief Commercial Officer.
Transcontinental Travel Gets a Polaris UpgradeIf you frequently fly between Newark, San Francisco, or Los Angeles, or head out on long-haul Hawaii routes from Chicago and D.C., the front cabin is getting a glow-up. United is officially branding these premium transcontinental seats as United Polaris.
But there’s a catch in the fine print regarding lounge access:
- Standard and Flexible Fares: You get the golden ticket, access to the high-end United Polaris Lounge, featuring sit-down dining and shower suites.
- Base Fares: You are restricted to the United Club. While still a step up from the gate, it lacks the full pre-flight dining experience that makes Polaris famous.
United has begun updating its app and website to show these options side-by-side. Here is how to navigate the new checkout screen:
1. The Base Fare- Best for: Solos and couples on a strict budget who are 100% certain of their travel dates.
- The Trade-off: Limited or paid seat selection and restricted changes.
- Ground Perk: Access to United Clubs (on select domestic routes), but no Polaris Lounge.
- Best for: The typical vacationer.
- The Perks: This is the Polaris experience you’re used to. It includes free seat selection, the ability to make flight changes, and two or more checked bags.
- Ground Perk: Full Polaris Lounge access where available.
- Best for: Business travelers and those with unpredictable schedules.
- The Perks: Fully refundable tickets. If your meeting gets canceled or your plans shift, you get your money back in cash, not just a flight credit.
This move is a response to a shifting travel market. As travelers increasingly prioritize price transparency, United has unbundled the seat from the service so they can appeal to flyers who previously thought Polaris was out of reach.
The rollout starts this month on select international and transcontinental routes, with a full system-wide expansion expected by the end of the year. Before you purchase that next flight to London or Honolulu, look closely at the tier. That business class seat might cost you more in the long run if you need to change your flight.

“The Meeting,” the second bonus episode, will feature a discussion between the non-actor heroes from seasons one and two, Ronald Gladden and Anthony Norman. The two men will meet at a Los Angeles coffee shop to have a "candid conversation about their unique shared experience. As the only two people to have lived through this social experiment, they exchange personal stories and perspectives on how the experience has impacted their lives.”

The show's creators will also provide Prime subscribers with additional audio commentary from show runners Alex Bonifer, Stephanie Hodge, Rachel Kaly, Emily Pendergast and Marc-Sully Saint-Fleur as they discuss the creation of the series.
Jury Duty was a hoax-style comedy show that premiered in April 2023. Within a month of its release, it became one of Prime's most beloved shows. With the release of its second installment, Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat, its popularity has only grown.
The show's premise focuses on a group of actors portraying the real-life colleagues of an unknowing participant. Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat centers on Norman, a new temp employee hired under the guise that a small business, Rockin' Grandmas Hot Sauce, needs to plan its annual retreat. Unbeknownst to Norman, the series of absurd events that take place during the weekend getaway are staged by his fake coworkers.
The ability to blend absurdist comedy and genuine human connection creates a stellar concept, attesting to the show's wide-ranging appeal and reception. The bonus reunion episodes will be available for viewing April 10.
Angelina Jolie's Daughter Shocks Fans as a 'Spitting Image' of Her Mother in New Music Video
Sometimes the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, and that’s certainly the case for Shiloh Jolie. The daughter ofAngelina Jolie has stunned fans by inheriting her mother’s striking features, with many calling her the “spitting image” of the Oscar-winning actor as she appears in a K-Pop idol's music video.
K-Pop idol girl group WJSN member Dayoung released a teaser for her upcoming music video promoting her solo track "What's a Girl to Do." Amid the drama, beat, and excitement, fans soon realized one of its actors, and possibly dancers, was none other than Shiloh. She appears later in the teaser, with fans honing in on how she looks exactly like her mother, from the iconic lips to her overall on-screen charm.
"Literally looks exactly like her momma oh my god," said one fan on X.
"I did NOT recognize her at first. That aura is straight Angelina on steroids. Angie’s kids really said ‘we taking over,'" said another.
Many other fans commented that there was no denying she's Jolie's daughter, and has the same distinguishable "presence." Some fans even called her the "blonde Angelina" and a "spitting image" of the actor when she was younger.
"Holy sh*t, mamma’s good genes are sooooo strong," said one fan.

Others wonder if Shiloh will appear in the music video as a dancer, as one fan commented she has been professionally training for years. She's even gone viral, appearing in dance choreography videos on Instagram. At Isabel Marant's capsule collection with Net-A-Porter in 2025, she debuted her new stage name, Shi, and even choreographed a dance number for the event.
In an interview with People, one of her instructors, Kolanie Marks, said what makes Shiloh a great dancer is her "consistency." "She's not only training with me. She trains with a lot of other people," he adds. "Whatever dance is for her, she is dedicated to it. That's what I love."
Beyond dance, Shiloh has also appeared in a few on-screen works as the voice of Shuai Shuai in Kung Fu Panda 3, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and in Maleficent.
‘Age of Attraction’ Reunion: Pfeifer Responds to Derrick’s Claim About Her Friends
Age of Attraction Season 1 brought people together, and couples with large age gaps were followed. Pfeifer Hill and Derrick Fleming lived together after finding out they were 20 years apart.
Pfeifer, 23, and Derrick, 43, talked about making the relationship work with her moving in with him. However, Derrick went to the reunion without Pfeifer. She gave a life update to fans and why she didn't film with the rest of the cast.
Pfeifer of ‘Age of Attraction’ Says Her Friends Were Open Minded Pfeifer Hill and Derrick Fleming on 'Age of Attraction'Derrick was at the reunion without Pfeifer and gave an update. "Some of the things that showed up while filming, some of questions she had or some of the concerns about her moving across the country and giving up her life, friends, and all that," he said it was all too much.
"There were probably some influences there," the father claimed. "Her friends probably for the most part, much younger than me, right? And probably not married, probably single," he later explained. He believed her friends were a little "selfish" and influenced her not to move.
Pfeifer addressed this in a TikTok. She read a letter her friends wrote after she returned for the show. "We're so beyond proud of you for taking a risk," she read. "You inspire us every day to take the chance to live your life to the fullest, and to keep your heart and mind open." It ended with them congratulating her on finding love.
"That sounds pretty open-minded and supportive to me," Pfeifer said. She said she wanted to defend her friends and she's lucky to have them.
Pfeifer has posted her travels and her thoughts on the episodes on social media. She addressed why she wasn't at the reunion in a new video.

Pfeifer said she wanted to tell her story on her own terms. "This is not shade to the host of the podcast, anybody who went on the reunion, or anybody who listens," she clarified. "One of the beautiful things about being human is that we're all different."
She gave an update on TikTok about her relationship with Derrick by saying they ended it on good terms. "I have no bad blood with anybody in the cast, so I kind of just wanted to leave it that way honestly," she said. Pfeifer is in a new relationship and her boyfriend took her to Japan for her birthday. This overlapped with the date of the reunion.
"I always want my boyfriend to know that our relationship is my priority above any press, any podcast, anything that has to do with the show," she explained. Pfeifer said her goal of finding love on the show was more successful outside of it.

On This Day 58 Years Ago, '2001: A Space Odyssey' Opens to Mixed Reviews: 'A Monumentally Unimaginative Movie'
Looking at it today, few movies have achieved as monumental a place in American cinema as 2001: A Space Odyssey.
Commonly hailed as a landmark entry in mainstream film, 2001 is also credited with bringing a newfound sense of realism and sophistication to the larger sci-fi genre, influencing countless movies that followed in its wake.
Interestingly, despite its iconic status today, 2001 initially failed to make much of an impact on American theater-goers, with many outright walking out of the movie when it first premiered in April 3, 1968.
As most viewers might remember, 2001: A Space Odyssey incorporated a loose narrative rooted a mysterious alien monolith and its connection to humanity. Commenting upon everything from AI to extraterrestrial life, the film was considered well ahead of its time upon its theatrical release in the late 1960s, leaving its beloved reputation beyond refute.
While the movie has gone on to become a classic of American film, audiences were initially divided over 2001's experimental tone and ambiguous narrative, leading to numerous negative reviews from fans and critics alike.
As the movie's star Keir Dullea remembered, 250 people walked out of the movie's premiere in New York, with Hollywood icon Hock Hudson even muttering, 'What is this bullsh*t?' 'Will someone tell me what the hell this is about?'"
Most critics felt the same way about 2001, with The New Yorker's Pauline Kael calling it "a monumentally unimaginative movie" and The New Republic's Stanley Kauffmann characterizing it as "a film that is so dull, it even dulls our interest in the technical ingenuity for the sake of which [director Stanley] Kubrick has allowed it to become dull."
Fortunately, as the years went on, more and more viewers began to appreciate the film for both its technical and creative merit, leading to its successful reevaluation. In addition to its numerous critical accolades, multiple directors like Christopher Nolan, Steven Spielberg and George Lucas have referred to 2001 as one of the greatest movies ever made (science fiction or otherwise).
As Lucas once said, "Stanley Kubrick made the ultimate science-fiction movie and it is going to be very hard for someone to come along and make a better movie, as far as I'm concerned. ... On a technical level, [Star Wars] can be compared, but personally I think that 2001 is far superior."
Pedro Pascal Celebrates 51st Birthday With Subtle Nod to Rumored Romance
Pedro Pascal celebrated his 51st birthday yesterday, April 2, with a subtle nod to his rumored beau, Rafael Olarra.
Taking to his Instagram Stories, the Mandalorian actor posted a picture of what looks like a piñata party, complete with colorful balloons, streamers, and two piñata. Off to the side, we can make out a gift wrapped in purple gift wrap and several bouquets of what appear to be daisy-style chrysanthemums. There is also a cake on the table decorated with the blooms, which are deeply associated with life and rebirth in Mexican culture.
Stamped right there on the upper lefthand side of the image is an “@rafalolarra” sticker, which is Faena hotel creative director Rafael Olarra’s Instagram handle.
Now, we know, we're making a big to-do out of a simple pic, but these guys are subtle in their affection and every breadcrumb they drop poses more questions than it answers.
For instance, did Olarra customize these Mexican party gifts and send them to Pascal for his birthday? Or was Pascal surprised with the decor from someone else but was reminded of his and Olarra’s getaway south of the border and wanted him to know he was thinking about him? We can’t be sure, as neither handsome gent has confirmed or denied any tiny detail for the public.
Pedro Pascal and Rafael Olarra's OutingsPascal and Olarra were last spotted in the wild together in Cuidad de Mexico in early March, sightseeing and strolling along the sidewalk, with video showing Pascal holding up to wait for his pal.
Before then, the two were snapped showing affection on a sunny walk in Los Angeles. Their first official sighting happened in wintryNew York City over Valentine’s Day weekend, when the duo caught a screening of Wuthering Heights and a few meals together.
Since their outings have ignited a firestorm of speculation across the internet, the only signs of romance we have gotten have few-and-far-between subtle nods on social media. Beyond today’s birthday post, Pascal showed Olarra some love on his carousel showcasing several images from his trip to Mexico.
“Viva 🇲🇽,” @pascalispunk wrote.
Pascal is a notoriously private person when it comes to his personal life, rarely speaking to the public about who he’s dating. On the other hand, Olarra, 42, is an openly gay man who studied at the Universidad del Cine in Buenos Aires, per Queerty.
View this post on InstagramOlarra was last linked to actor/singer Luke Evans (Nine Perfect Strangers). The two went Instagram official in February 2020, per People, then announced their breakup in 2021 after a year together, per Out magazine.

Social Security Delays Major Update for the Second Time, Which Could Dramatically Impact New Cases
Technology rollouts at the Social Security Administration (SSA) designed to reduce red tape will be delayed for a second time, according to the administration. The planned update would've included two new systems at the agency designed to support appointment scheduling and caseload management.
Now, the SSA says that the update has been "paused," with no new launch date noted. Keep reading to find out what this means for you and your Social Security benefits.
The Social Security Administration Delays New Rollouts AgainA plan to launch a National Appointment Scheduling Calendar (NASC) and a National Workload Management (NWLM) system has been "paused until further notice," according to a statement received by the Federal News Network. The publication says they received the news via email after reaching out to the SSA, which told employees about the changes to the April 13 rollout at the end of March.
This would be the second time the rollout was put on hold, after a March 7 attempt was also squashed by the SSA. However, the agency does sound hopeful that the update will eventually launch, and told the Federal News Network that it hopes to have everything done sometime this year.
"This is one of the digital-first changes we are implementing that will empower field office staff to focus on what they do best, resolving customers' needs in-person with care, accuracy, and efficiency, while directing more complex cases and time-intensive tasks to specialized teams in a centralized environment," the statement said.

How Does This Delay Impact Social Security RecipientsWorried about what this change in plans means to you? According to the SSA spokesperson who spoke with Federal News Network, "customers will not notice any changes aside from expanded appointment availability."
That means those looking to schedule their initial appointments with a caseworker to discuss claims will still have to contend with a smaller pool of open appointments, since the administration is still dealing with a staffing shortage after around 7,000 employees left in 2025 at the height of the Dodge job cuts.

Employees Aren't Worried About the DelaysWhile those looking to connect with SSA workers to discuss Social Security topics may be a little frustrated about the delayed rollout, the Federal News Network says employees are relieved about the delays due to the potential for these systems to add more work for them, especially when it comes to increased appointments that.
For example, most caseworkers are used to handling calls and meetings from local applicants. Once the NWLM system rolls out, caseworkers could be answering calls from people across the country.
That can get tricky for SSA employees, since state-specific Social Security questions can become complicated when people from one state are connected to SSA employees in another state, where the rules may differ. The publication used the example of Alaska, which provides adults in the state a stipend based on oil revenue, which comes from the Payment Fund Dividend, which could cause Alaskans to receive a reduction in their Social Security benefits.
"We don't have answers on how we are supposed to handle this," a SSA employee told the publication about the confusion about state rules. Hopefully, the SSA's delayed rollout gives the agency time to iron out the kinks before it's deployed, which should make life easier for people navigating the system as well as those hoping to connect with employees to get answers to their questions.
There's a Major Rule Change Happening for Anyone Collecting Social Security
The U.S. government has announced new earning limits for Social Security recipients, and it looks like one age group in particular is going to get hit the hardest.
That's because the government is now imposing a hard-and-fast cap on how much money some Social Security recipients can earn outside their monthly stipend before they start to lose their benefits. The rule went into effect at the start of 2026, so if you weren't aware of it before, you'll need to learn about how it could possibly change your access to your benefits.
The Rules About Working While on Social Security Have ChangedFor many, Social Security payments are a supplemental benefit that is either received in retirement or when you have a qualifying life event. However, some receive Social Security benefits in addition to a paycheck. According to the Social Security Administration (SSA), those people who are working while receiving benefits, and who are under retirement age, will face new limitations on how much they can earn, and it includes:
- A $24,480 cap for those who are not full retirement age
- A $65,160 cap for those who will reach full retirement age during 2026
Not sure if you're of full retirement age yet? The age at which you are considered fully retired will vary by your birth year, since the SSA has changed the official age at which you can start receiving benefits over the years. To find out if you qualify as retired, you can visit the SSA website and use the agency's Retirement Age Calculator.

How Will the New Rules Affect Your 2026 Social Security BenefitsIf your income exceeds the limits set by the SSA, they will deduct $1 from every $2 you earn above the limit. For example, if you earn $30,000 this year, the SSA will apply its calculation to the $5,520 that exceeds the earnings limit.
For some earners, this will result in reduced benefits, but those who earn significantly more than the limit risk losing their benefits altogether. However, this will only be in effect until you reach retirement age, at which time you'll begin receiving your full benefits once again. Sound confusing? It may be easier to think of it this way...if you are already of retirement age and receiving Social Security benefits, you are free to earn as much as you'd like.
Related: This State Was Just Named the Worst Place To Retire in the U.S.
However, for those who aren't yet at retirement age, you'll need to avoid exceeding the annual earning limits, or else you'll be faced with a reduction of benefits once you exceed the annual limit.
According to PEW Research, more than 55 million people receive Social Security benefits, and three-quarters of those recipients are retired workers, so hopefully this new change won't impact too many people, and those who will be impacted will learn about the possible income restrictions they'll be facing before they exceed their earning cap.
Don Lemon Weighs Political Ambitions: ‘I Could Definitely Run This Country Better Than Donald Trump'
Don Lemon is opening up about the possibility of running for office.
The journalist, 60, recently appeared on the popular Pod Save America podcast and chatted with host Alex Wagner about the possibility of running for president. And in a unique twist, Lemon didn't rule out the option.
Lemon noted that he'd be open to the option if "the right opportunity presented itself."
"I hear that all the time," Lemon told Wagner, PEOPLE reported. "First I hear, I don't want to ruin my life. Why would I invite even more criticism or whatever? Why would I want to ruin my life with people digging into everything about me and campaign ads putting everything that I've ever said that's deemed controversial [out there]?"
Lemon continued by noting that he does think about the option.
"So, do I ever think about it? Yes. Could it happen? Yeah, it could happen if the opportunity presented itself, the right opportunity presented itself," he continued, noting that "people are going to think I'm crazy" for even considering running for office.
Sharing His Feelings for President TrumpWhen it comes to sharing his opinion of President Trump, Lemon didn't hesitate to give his opinion, and he's well aware that his statement would make headlines.
"This is going to be the headline and people are going to laugh about it," he shared. "I think I could be president of the United States. I could definitely run this country better than Donald Trump."
He said he would likely have to run as a Democrat, since it would be difficult to run as an Independent. However, he made it clear he's nowhere near that point at the moment.
"Look, why can't I think about running for office?" Lemon continued. "Why can't I think about being president of the United States when look at what we have? ... I don't have an aspiration to become president, but I do think I could run this country a lot better than Donald Trump. You know what else? I think I could run [it] a lot better than most people."

After 35 Years, Kay Scarpetta Is Finally on TV: Here's What Book Fans Need to Know
If you've spent any part of the last three decades with a Patricia Cornwell novel in your hands, you already know Kay Scarpetta. The brilliant, meticulous forensic pathologist who speaks for the dead, outsmarts the men who underestimate her, and never, ever lets a case go cold. She has been a fixture of the bestseller list since 1990. She has sold more than 120 million copies worldwide. And she has, somehow, never made it to the screen. Until now.
Scarpetta premiered on Prime Video on March 11, 2026, starring Academy Award winner Nicole Kidman in the title role. The supporting cast alone is enough to lift euebrows: Jamie Lee Curtis plays Kay's sisterDorothy Farinelli, Bobby Cannavale is former detective Pete Marino, Simon Baker is FBI profiler Benton Wesley, and Ariana DeBose plays Kay's tech-savvy niece Lucy Farinelli Watson.
So what's the show actually about?
The series unfolds across two timelines, following Kay Scarpetta from her beginnings as chief medical examiner in the late 1990s through to her present-day return to her hometown, where she resumes her former position while investigating a grisly murder. As she pursues justice, she must navigate complicated relationships, including the fraught dynamic with her sister Dorothy, confront long-held grudges, and face secrets that threaten to unravel everything she has built.
For book fans, the dual-timeline structure should feel familiar in spirit if not in exact detail. The present-day storyline draws from Cornwell's novel Autopsy, in which Scarpetta returns to Virginia as chief medical examiner and gets pulled into a disturbing case after a woman's body is found by railroad tracks. The past timeline follows the storyline from Postmortem, the very first Scarpetta novel, in which she works a serial killer case that puts her own life in danger.
A note for purists
This marks the first time the Scarpetta character has ever made the transition from page to screen. This is despite numerous prior attempts, including a brief association with Demi Moore in 1992 and Angelina Jolie contemplating a big-screen franchise in 2009. The show has been decades in the making, and Cornwell herself is on board. She serves as an executive producer, and even has a cameo in the first episode as the official swearing Kay in as chief medical examiner.
That said, book fans should know going in that this adaptation takes liberties. The reviews have been divided. The series holds a 60% Tomatometer score on Rotten Tomatoes and a 45% audience score, with some critics finding it overly melodramatic and others calling it a worthy if imperfect debut for the character. Audiences, however, have voted with their remote controls. Scarpetta is currently the number one most-watched show on Prime Video in the United States, and has remained in the global Top 10 since its debut.
The cast chemistry is the thing
Whatever you make of the plotting, the pairing of Kidman and Curtis seems genuinely unlike anything on television right now. Curtis transforms her look entirely for the role, trading her signature white pixie cut for a glamorous blonde wig, making her look like a different person. The sister dynamic between Dorothy and Kay is the emotional driver of the show, which will likely sound familiar for anyone who remembers how richly Cornwell wrote that relationship.
Season two is already in production as of March 31, 2026, so wherever you love or hate this first season, Scarpetta is not going anywhere.
All eight episodes of Season 1 are streaming now on Prime Video.
