Tim McGraw Reveals How Wife Faith Hill Saved His Career — and His Life
Tim McGraw isn’t shy about giving credit where it’s due—and when it comes to the turning point in his life and career, that credit goes to Faith Hill.
During a recent appearance on The Tim Ferriss Show, the country superstar opened up about the whirlwind early days of fame and how quickly success began to spiral. “I was drinking a lot,” he admitted. “That didn’t stop after we got married, but she beat it out of me after a while.”
McGraw described himself as “a kid in a candy store—especially after I got successful,” explaining that he never had any money growing up, and had never been around alcohol and other types of substances. Once fame hit, he said, “all of a sudden, it became a tool that was useful—until it wasn’t.”
By the time he met Hill, he acknowledged he was “burning it wide open.” But everything shifted once their relationship deepened. “Once I met her, I didn’t want to lose her,” he said. “I wouldn’t be the same artist if I hadn't met her. I would have burned out really quickly I think, especially if I had lost her.”

McGraw credits Hill with helping him slow down and recalibrate—not through ultimatums, but through love and partnership. What could have been a cautionary tale instead became one of country music’s sweetest partnerships. “As a person, she’s just magic, she lights up a room, and she lit me up,” McGraw stated of his wife.
McGraw shared a similar reflection back in May 2025 on fellow country star Tracy Lawrence’s podcast, where the two revisited their hard-partying early days. Lawrence joked, “I tell everybody all the time, Faith really didn’t let me come around after y’all got together,” adding that McGraw used to blame him for any trouble. “Of course I did! Anything that went wrong, that’s Tracy’s fault. ‘Tracy Lawrence made me do that,’” McGraw laughed. Then he turned serious: “First off, meeting my wife saved my life. I mean, I was a wild man.” He also added that Hill “turned my life around,” and said becoming parents to their daughters was “life-changing” and helped “calm the demons.”
The couple, who are both 58, married in 1996 after meeting on tour and built more than just an epic love story together. McGraw and Hill share three daughters: Gracie, 27, Maggie, 26, and Audrey, 23, all of whom have largely grown up in the spotlight but have forged creative paths of their own.
The duo’s long history was front and center on Valentine’s Day. On Saturday, February 14, McGraw shared a sweet Instagram tribute featuring a slideshow of photos of the couple spanning decades. The post cleverly opened with text reading, “You guys are so cute!! How many months have you been together?” followed by “Months!?!?” before counting backward year by year from 2026 all the way to 1994, all with images from different eras of their relationship. He captioned it simply, “My forever Valentine.”
'Wheel of Fortune' Puzzle Leaves Fans Scratching Their Heads
A recent Wheel of Fortune puzzle left viewers baffled, prompting a flood of reactions on social media.
On the series' February 12 episode, contestants tried to win a top prize and the chance to go to the Daytona 500. However, they appeared to be stumped by a strange puzzle answer.
One of the toss-up categories was "Pet Life." The answer solved was "Wearing my new dog collar."
Per TV Insider, series host Ryan Seacrest called the answer “strange, but that’s correct.” He added, “I don’t think that’s something anyone would do."

"Wearing a new dog collar, what was that puzzle?" one fan asked. "My son said that should have been a “Never have I ever” puzzle," wrote a second.

A third viewer deduced, "It was a bit strange. They are taking it from the dog's point of view."
This isn't the first time Wheel of Fortune viewers have questioned a puzzle answer. In 2022, three contestants famously answered what appeared to be a simple puzzle incorrectly.
The moment has been called one of the most difficult moments to watch in the series' long history. At the time of the gaffe, Pat Sajak was the series host.
Contestant guesses ranged from "Another feather in your lap," to "Another feather in your map." The trio of hopefuls also picked letters that were not in the final answer.
In the comments section of YouTube, where the video was posted, fans appeared dumbfounded. "This is pretty much an SNL skit, wow," wrote one user. A second penned, "This was absolutely one of the funniest and at the same time saddest things I have ever seen."
Sajak weighed in on the moment on X. He wrote, "Last night’s 'Feather in your cap' puzzle was a case in point. Sitting at home, it seems incredible that they couldn’t solve it, but I knew in real time what was happening."
He added, "The first attempted solve was 'Feather in your hat' which, by the way, is how a lot of people say it. So all three players thought it was a good solve, and were stunned when I said it was wrong."
Wheel of Fortune airs weekdays in syndication. The series stars Ryan Seacrest and Vanna White.
Bernice King Remembers Rev. Jesse Jackson as a 'A Courageous Bridge‑Builder'
Black History Month wouldn't be possible without our Civil Rights leaders.
Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. died on February 17, according to his family. He was hospitalized last November for progressive supranuclear palsy and was released after breathing without any assistance for a week. He revealed he was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2017. The reverend, 84, participated in demonstrations with Martin Luther King Jr. and ran as a Democrat for president in 1984 and 1988. Bernice King shared a statement remembering the groundbreaker.
Bernice King Mentions Rev. Jesse Jackson's Ties With Her Family View this post on Instagram"Rev. Jesse Jackson, Sr. devoted his life to lifting people in poverty, the marginalized, and those pushed to society’s edges. Through Operation PUSH, he pushed barriers and opened doors so Black people and other excluded communities could step into opportunity and dignity," King, 62, wrote in an Instagram caption of a picture of her standing next to Jackson Sr.
The leader was the founder of The Rainbow People United to Save Humanity (PUSH) Coalition. The organization's mission was to protect Black homeowners, workers, and businesses.
"He was a gifted negotiator and a courageous bridge‑builder, serving humanity by bringing calm into tense rooms and creating pathways where none existed," King described him. "My family shares a long and meaningful history with him, rooted in a shared commitment to justice and love. As we grieve, we give thanks for a life that pushed hope into weary places."
Jackson Sr. encouraged Black students by reciting a poem called "I Am--Somebody" in 1971. "I am somebody," it started. "I am somebody/I may be poor, but I am somebody/I may be young/but I am somebody/I may be on welfare/, but I am somebody/I may be small/but I am somebody." Children repeated the affirmations back to him. He performed the poem on Sesame Street.
'90s Metal Band Announces Exciting Update on 2026 Tour
Corrosion of Conformity’s 2026 comeback just got even bigger.
After announcing an extensive North American run earlier this year, the '90s metal veterans have now expanded their tour overseas, adding six new dates across the UK and Spain this June.
The newly announced shows kick off June 9 in Glasgow at SWG Warehouse, followed by London’s The Dome (June 10) and Manchester’s Rebellion (June 11). The band then heads to Spain for stops in Barcelona at Razzmatazz 2 (June 16), Madrid at Salamon (June 17), and a festival appearance at Azkena Rock Festival in Vitoria-Gasteiz, running June 18–26.
The expansion builds on what was already shaping up to be a major year for the Raleigh, North Carolina-born heavy metal group. In January, Corrosion of Conformity unveiled a sweeping spring North American tour stretching from Atlanta to New Orleans, along with excitement surrounding their first new album in eight years, Good God / Baad Man, due April 3 via Nuclear Blast.
When the band first revealed their 2026 plans, they made it clear they were energized.
"To all the Corrosion free thinkers and beer drinkers, we are beyond stoked on this tour announcement and our upcoming new record(s)," they said in a press release at the time. "See you on the horizon… up the hammers!"
Now, with UK clubs and Spanish stages added to the itinerary, it's clear that their fire hasn't dimmed.
The 2026 run marks another significant chapter for Corrosion of Conformity, who have been forging their blend of sludge, stoner rock and heavy metal since forming in 1982. With new music on the way and a growing international schedule, the band's return feels less like a reunion and more like a full-force resurgence.
For longtime fans, and new listeners only just discovering the band, summer 2026 just got louder.
Ticket information, including on-sale dates and availability for all newly added UK and European shows, can be found through the band’s official website and social media channels.

The Luggage Designer's Secret to Packing 7 Days of Clothes in a Carry-On
We’ve all been there: sitting on top of a suitcase, tugging at a zipper that’s hanging on for dear life. Most of us blame our clothes, but according to Juan Phillips, a veteran luggage designer for award-winning travel brand Travelpro, the real culprit is how we use the "dead space" inside our bags.
"If you don’t systematically use the organic architecture of the bag, you’re wasting massive amounts of space," Phillips says.
Here is how to use the "Back Wall" method to squeeze a week’s worth of gear into a standard carry-on.
Related: The Genius Carry-On Hack I Wish I Knew Sooner
View this post on Instagram 1. Conquer the ‘Trough’Open your suitcase and look at the bottom. Most bags have two parallel bumps—those are the tubes for the retractable handle. Most people lay their clothes flat over these, creating "air pockets" underneath that waste space.
The Hack: Use those gaps (the "troughs") for your heaviest, most awkward items. This is where you should nestle your shoes, rolled-up denim, or your toiletry kit. By filling the gaps between the handle tubes first, you create a perfectly flat surface for the rest of your clothes, effectively gaining 2–3 inches of depth you didn't know you had.

2. The ‘L-Shape’ Shoe SecretShoes are the ultimate space-killers. Phillips suggests a specific "tetris" move to keep them from bulk-loading one side of the bag.
The Hack: Don’t pack shoes side-by-side. Instead, place them in an "L-Shape" along the perimeter of the bag. Place one shoe along the bottom "back wall" (near the wheels) and the other vertically up the side. If you have a hardside bag, try the "Square Method": place one shoe normally and the other upside down so they nest together into a compact rectangle.

3. The Packing Cube 'Half-Measure'There is a Great Debate in the travel world: Packing cubes vs. Rolling. Interestingly, Phillips uses a hybrid approach to save space.
The Hack: Use packing cubes for "uniform" items like undergarments and t-shirts to keep them compressed. But for your main outfits? Roll them. "You can get much more in when you roll," Phillips notes. By "half-cubing," you get the organization of a pro but the high-density compression of a roller.
4. The 23-Inch RuleBefore you buy your next bag, check the "true" dimensions. Phillips points out that while airlines say 22 inches is the limit, many "Sizer-Tested" bags are actually 23 inches tall.
The Hack: Why the extra inch? Most airline sizers are built with a one-inch "margin of error." A bag that is exactly 23" x 9.5" will often fit in a sizer that officially requests 22" x 9". Look for bags labeled "Sizer-Tested"—that extra inch is the difference between fitting a seventh day of outfits and having to leave a pair of shoes behind.
The Bottom Line: Don't just throw things in a box. Build your bag from the "back wall" out, filling the handle gaps first, and you’ll find you can skip the checked-bag fee for almost any week-long trip.

‘Survivor 50’ Star Rizo Velovic Reveals If He’ll Share the Truth About ‘Survivor 49’ With Fellow Castaways (Exclusive)
Rizo Velovic has a unique advantage—or, potentially a disadvantage—going into Survivor 50.
For Velovic and Survivor 49 winner Savannah Louie, the gap between wrapping season 49 and beginning filming for season 50 was just 10 days. Because 49 had not yet aired when 50 began production, their fellow castaways knew virtually nothing about their gameplay.
Velovic, however, was prominently featured in the trailer for Survivor 49 which the season 50 cast saw before heading to Fiji. In that promo, viewers learn Velovic's signature moniker is "RizGod."
"I’m actually super stoked that my preview to the whole world is literally my schtick," Velovic said in an exclusive interview with Parade. "There’s a lot of people in their late 40s, early 50s. I’m probably the same age as most of these people’s kids. So that’s kind of what I’m gonna play into. Like, 'Listen, I’m a big superfan. I had this RizGod thing, but let me explain why I call myself RizGod.' That’s kind of the direction I’m heading."
Velovic also revealed if he's going to tell the truth about season 49 to his castmates or lie in an attempt to lower this threat level. Velovic placed in 4th on 49, and both he and Louie were part of the "Tres Leches" alliance that dominated the jury phase of the game.
"So if I was by myself, I think I would have fabricated the truth. However, knowing that Savannah is here with me, I’m telling everything," he said.
He also claims he and Louie did not concoct a story going into 50 either.
"Well, the thing is — I can’t go more into detail, that’s all I’ll say. We didn’t, no. Because the thing is, if I could say one thing, and if Savannah says another thing, both of us are screwed," he explained. "And I think the better mantra is just to be honest and forthcoming. Because when I think of all the people who have done back-to-backs, historically, they’ve all done really well. Russell [Hantz] went back-to-back FTCs. Amanda [Kimmel] went back-to-back FTCs. Rupert [Boneham] went to the Final Four. Everybody’s done well."
While he notes the new-era players will likely care about his past placement, he's hopeful the old school players don't see him as much of a threat.
"I look at people like Colby [Donaldson] and Ozzy [Lusth], and I bet my bottom dollar they haven’t watched Survivor in the last few years," he said. "So I don’t think they really care about me being on 49."
Despite Velovic's wishes, it looks like most of the Survivor 50 cast is planning on targeting him and Louie the second they hit the beach.
Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans premieres Wednesday, Feb. 25 with a special three-hour episode at 8/7c on CBS.
Shoppers Say Michaels' Sleek Kitchen Essential Is a 'Game Changer' With 'Storage for Days'
Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.
Maintaining a clutter-free kitchen often feels like a never-ending battle against the gravity of daily life. Between the various gadgets, half-used bags of snacks, and the inevitable pile-up of groceries, the countertop usually bears the brunt of the chaos. Finding a way to streamline these essential items without sacrificing your home's visual appeal is the holy grail of interior organization. Most homeowners search for the perfect piece that bridges sleek modern decor and the rugged practicality required for a high-traffic cooking space. Achieving this balance requires moving away from temporary fixes and toward permanent, high-quality storage solutions that actually enhance the room's aesthetic.
The secret to a truly organized kitchen lies in multifunctional tools that work harder so you don't have to. When a single item can replace two or three different utensils, it frees up valuable real estate and reduces the mental load of a messy environment. Whether you are dealing with a compact apartment or a sprawling suburban kitchen, the goal remains the same: create a system where everything has a designated home, surfaces stay clear for meal prep, and your most-used ingredients remain fresh and accessible. By investing in pieces that serve a dual purpose, you can effectively minimize the "visual noise" that often makes even a clean kitchen feel disorganized and overwhelming.

'Mandalorian and Grogu' Trailer Shows Zeb, Grogu Force Powers and More
The long-awaited new trailer for Star Wars' next movie, The Mandalorian and Grogu, is finally here, and it contains plenty of hints about what the story will entail, from Grogu's Force powers to the return of beloved Star Wars Rebels character Zeb Orrelios and much more.
Released on Star Wars' official social media accounts, The Mandalorian and Grogu trailer begins with the iconic Star Wars theme song, although it has a clear Mandalorian spin to it. From there, the trailer shows a series of scenes from the upcoming movie, including Din Djarin's now adoptive son Grogu using the Force, Rebels' Zeb saying, "I like this kid!" and Sigourney Weaver's character explaining that they're trying to prevent another war.
The trailer also includes the return of not only Pedro Pascal'svoice as Din Djarin within his iconic Mandalorian armor but also his face—something that Star Wars fans will know is a rarity in The Mandalorian show, as Din adheres to the Mandalorian rule mandating that he hide his face from others. Pascal has also commented on the video already, saying, "What are you waiting for? 💚" which is a line from the new trailer.
View this post on InstagramStar Wars certainly has a lot riding on this new movie, as it will be the franchise's first in nearly seven years. What's more, the last few movies haven't exactly been successes—especially not compared to the reception Star Wars movies had grown used to since the 1970s and 80s with the original trilogy (although the prequels also faced their own hurdles).
With the exception of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Disney has struggled to produce Star Wars movies that have the same fanfare that previous installments have had. Solo: A Star Wars Story was not well received, despite it centering on fan-favorite character Han Solo, and the sequel trilogy, particularly The Rise of Skywalker, was disastrous in many ways.
Therefore, the franchise really needs The Mandalorian and Grogu to go over well. Whether it will remains a question mark, but this new trailer suggests that Star Wars fans have plenty to look forward to when the movie hits theaters on May 22nd.
Fans Roast Amy Slaton's 'AI Caption' as She Defends Close Friend
Amy Slaton is calling fans out on Instagram after allegedly hearing buzz about her friend, Ollisha "Lee Lee" Davis — and she's not happy about it.
Slaton's Instagram post dated Feb. 17, 2026 included a strongly worded message addressing critics who questioned the intentions of her close friend. Slaton, 38, and Davis have been publicly linked through social media before her appearance in Season 8 of 1000-Lb Sisters. Davis was the Maid of Honor at Slaton's October 2025 wedding to Brian Lovvorn, too.
"Some of y’all think Lee Lee a clout chaser," the post began. "But let’s clear something up — there’s a big difference between clout chasing and being a genuinely good friend."
Slaton went on to break down what she believes separates opportunistic behavior from authentic loyalty, drawing a sharp contrast between people who seek attention and those who provide genuine support.
"Clout chasing is when someone sticks around for attention, visibility, or personal gain," the caption read. "They only pop up when it benefits them… It’s about being seen — not being solid."
Slaton’s post quickly gained attention, with some followers noting that the tone and structure resembled the kind of polished commentary often associated with AI-generated captions.
"What in the AI caption hell," one comment reads.
"This AI caption is sending me," another chimed in.
"Now who wrote this?" another said. Because Amy damn sure didn’t."
Another was more supportive, but encouraged Slaton not to use AI to make her very valid point. "Amy don’t use ChaptGPT to make your point [because] then it’s just falling on deaf ears," they wrote. "Use your actual perspective and your own words to describe what a genuine friend is. This caption isn’t giving what you think it is. I’m glad you have a true friend though. That’s really great."
Regardless of how the message was crafted, Slaton’s feelings were unmistakable.
"Lee Lee ain’t chasing clout. Lee Lee a real friend — she a true ride or die."

1976 No. 1 Hit Song Was Born After Songwriter Persuaded a TV Producer to Give Him a ‘Shot’
In February 1976, the song “Theme From S.W.A.T.” hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The instrumental, written by Grammy-winning composer Barry De Vorzon and performed by the Los Angeles-based disco funk group Rhythm Heritage, was a surprise radio hit. It was originally written as the theme music for the ABC police procedural, S.W.A.T.
S.W.A.T., which starred Steve Forrest, Robert Urich, Todd Perry, and Mark Shea, aired for two seasons, from February 1975 to April 1976. The series featured De Vorzon’s song performed by an orchestra as its opening theme.
In an interview with Songwriter Universe, De Vorzon recalled, “I wrote the theme for the TV show, but nobody would record it. Then, as I was about to produce a record of the theme on Motown Records, a group called Rhythm Heritage on ABC Records came out with it first. It was their version which became the No.1 hit.”
Barry De Vorzon promised Aaron Spelling he’d write a hit song for TV his showThe origins of the “Theme From S.W.A.T” date back to De Vorzon’s run-in with television producer Aaron Spelling in the early 1970s.
“My wife and I were in Los Angeles at a party. And we bumped into Aaron Spelling, a very successful producer," De Vorzon shared in a 2021 interview posted by The Tennessean. “We were friends. And I had never done a television show. We met outside this club, and I said, ‘Aaron, you've had so many hit shows. But you've never had a hit song or theme from those shows. Think about giving me a shot. I'll give you a hit.’ ...While we both know no one can guarantee you a hit.”
Spelling told De Vorzon he’d think about it and called him two months later to check out a new TV series he was producing. While he was excited to go to the screening room, De Vorzon admitted he was “disappointed” to find that he was “stuck” with a show about a SWAT team.
“That's a real tall order to write a hit about a SWAT team,” he acknowledged. “So I was disappointed, I'll be honest. I went home, and for one week, I tried to write a hit about a SWAT team. Finally, I said, ‘I don't think I can write a hit. But I'll give him the most exciting thing I can come up with. And if I do that, maybe he'll forget that it's not a hit.’”
De Vorzon ultimately recorded "Theme From S.W.A.T." with an expensive 27-member orchestra and admittedly wasn’t sure how the song would be received. The next day, he got a call from Spelling’s production partner, Len Goldberg, who told him, “Barry, I gotta tell you something. That is the greatest theme we've ever had for a show. Aaron is dancing around the office. He loves it… You went over budget, but this time, it was worth it.”
“That theme went on to become number one in the nation,” De Vorzon added.

Spelling had issues with the 'S.W.A.T.' TV showAs for Spelling, he may have liked the song more than the show. In an interview with The Television Academy Foundation, he admitted that the ABC action series was too violent.
“The network called us, and they wanted a big action show, and I will tell you something, if there's anything I think Len and I would never ever do again was S.W.A.T.,” Spelling said. “It was the most violent show in the history of television.”
“The funny thing about that, there was no such thing called SWAT,“ he added of the acronym for Special Weapons and Tactics Team. “We invented that title and everything. I was after S.W.A.T that the police began to call their unit SWAT and dress that way and everything.”
“It was a very violent show,” Spelling reiterated of S.W.A.T. “We were not disappointed when it was cancelled, I assure you.”
Savannah Guthrie’s Mom Update: Retired FBI Agent Challenges Claim That Family Was Cleared
On the heels of Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos announcing that the Guthrie family—including spouses—had been cleared as suspects in the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, retired FBI agent Jonathan Gilliam is speaking out.
During an appearance on The Will Cain Show, Gilliam challenged Nanos' comments, calling his statements "emotional" rather than based in fact.
"I think when we look at the statements [that the] sheriff made, and the fact that he's saying they're cleared, that sounds to me like an emotional statement from the sheriff. Or a personal statement that he's making, not one that is based in facts because unless they know who was in that home, which we don't know if they know that, unless they have all of their timelines where they were—and they know for fact that nobody hired anyone to do something, there's no way to absolutely clear them," Gilliam said.
Clearing the Guthrie family (or anyone else for that matter) before the actually case is solved is an emotional statement by the Pima County Sheriff, not a statement of fact. #TruthHasArrived#SheepNoMore#NancyGuthrieCase @WillCainShow pic.twitter.com/aLJqsBBY4D
— Jonathan T Gilliam (@JGilliam_SEAL) February 17, 2026"They can say...right now they're not a subject in our investigation, but to say that they're cleared, that's just not a factual statement. It's a final statement," he added.
Gilliam's comments were made after Nanos put a statement out on social media saying, "To be clear…the Guthrie family – to include all siblings and spouses – has been cleared as possible suspects in this case. The family has been nothing but cooperative and gracious and are victims in this case."
Nanos' statement came after an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail in which he was less clear about the possibility of family involvement.
"I’ve really told people, this is a lot of stress. If [Nancy's son-in-law Tommaso Cioni] is guilty, if he’s the one who did it, and we’re able to prove that, then at that time jump on it but don’t come out of nowhere with this," Nanos told the outlet.
"I understand the pundits are out there. They’re gonna say, well, he’s the last one to see her alive. We understand that stuff. But, my goodness, you’re putting a mark on somebody who could be completely innocent. And more important than that, he’s family," he added.
Nancy, 84, has been missing since Sunday, Feb. 1. Authorities believe that she may have been abducted from her Arizona home in the middle of the night. Prior to her disappearance, Nancy had dinner with her daughter, Annie Guthrie, and Annie's husband, Cioni, at their home, about four miles away from her home. Nanos previously told The New York Times that Cioni dropped Nancy off at home around 9:45 p.m. local time that evening. She hasn't been seen since.

Major Music Festival Sparks Concern After Going Quiet in 2026
For the past four years, When We Were Young Fest has followed a pretty predictable rhythm: the festival wraps in October, and within a few days, the next year’s dates drop. But after the October 2025 edition, that usual timeline has come and gone—and fans are starting to get nervous.
As of mid-February, there’s still been no official announcement about 2026 dates or a lineup. That silence is fueling a lot of speculation across Reddit and social media, especially among fans who already booked flights and hotel rooms in Las Vegas assuming the fest would return.
One Reddit user tried to calm the panic, writing, “some news outlets/hotels/casinos in Vegas are still expecting it (given news reports and hotel rates), but no one really knows at this point.”
Others aren’t so optimistic. Another fan theorized, “My guess is not happening. A lot of acts are doing their own tours in 2026 (YC, BLG, Simple Plan) to ride this 90’s nostalgia wave to the bank. I’m hopeful they return in 2027.”
Still, there are signs that the emo-nostalgia juggernaut may not be gone for good. One commenter pointed out, “According to A Las Vegas events listing, When we were young is still on there for the year.” And the festival’s official website currently teases, “Be the first to know about the 2026 lineup, tickets, schedule, and other festival updates!”—which suggests plans could still be in motion behind the scenes.
Since debuting in 2022 at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, When We Were Young has built a reputation for nostalgia-heavy lineups celebrating the early 2000s emo and pop-punk boom. Past headliners have included bands like My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Green Day, Blink-182, Fall Out Boy and Panic! at the Disco—basically a multi-stage, one-day time machine for millennials who grew up on Warped Tour culture.

Unlike most multi-day festivals, WWWFY packs dozens of major acts into a single day (usually with one or two repeated days with identical lineups), creating a schedule that has sold out within minutes in previous years.
And then there’s the Warped Tour factor. The iconic pop-punk festival returned in 2025 after a five-year hiatus, staging shows in select U.S. cities and quickly reigniting the same nostalgia-driven audience that powers WWWY. Not long after those comeback dates wrapped, organizers confirmed a 2026 run—suggesting that Warped could be making its official comeback and be a yearly staple.
Given the overlap in fan base (and, in some cases, similar artists cycling through both lineups over the years) it’s fair to wonder whether the revived Warped Tour has shifted plans for WWWYF.
For now, though, fans are left refreshing websites.
A New 'God of War' Game Just Dropped on PS5—And It’s Not What You Think
Sony’s State of Play on Feb. 12, 2026 talked about the future of the powerhouse game God of War, and it actually delivered something fans can play immediately. God of War: Sons of Sparta is out now on PS5, and it’s a 2D action platformer with hi-bit pixel art. That’s not something most gamers were expecting, and Sony is showing it as an intentional throwback.
The same announcement also confirmed a bigger headline with fewer specifics: a remake of the original Greek-era God of War trilogy is in early development. That’s the full extent of the commitment for now, no release window, no footage, no details on scope. 'Early development' can mean a long runway, but Sony’s language is cause for cautious optimism among fans.
There is particular excitement that the original, primary voice actor for God of War, TC Carson, is returning for the remake. 'I am so, so glad that they have not forgotten about the voice that most helped me learn the English language as a kid,' one fan wrote. 'GOW1 back in 2005 was what truly kickstarted my video game hobby,' they added.

Sons of Sparta is the clearer story today because it’s already live on the PlayStation Store. Sony lists it at $29.99 for the standard edition and $39.99 for a Digital Deluxe edition. The game centers on young Kratos and his brother Deimos, with the setting rooted in Laconia—a return to the franchise’s Greek foundations. Sony says it was developed by Mega Cat Studios in partnership with Santa Monica Studio, and that the combat aims to translate God of War’s weight and brutality into a side-scrolling format. It also leans on modern hardware touches like DualSense haptics, with 'Gifts of Olympus' abilities meant to keep fights from feeling like just button-mashing.
What makes this release really interesting (beyond the surprise factor) is how neatly it serves two audiences at once. For players who came in during the 'Norse' era, it offers a guided step back toward the earlier mythos without demanding a 40-hour commitment. For longtime fans, it’s a deliberately retro format that still carries the official studio stamp, which matters in a franchise where tone and combat 'feel' are basically the whole point.
The remake news is different, however. The original run is still the version many fans cite as the series’ purest form of rage-and-myth storytelling. The first game released in March 2005 on PlayStation 2. Sony hasn’t said whether the remake would be one package or multiple releases, or whether it’s a ground-up rebuild versus a more faithful modernization. Until that’s clarified, it’s best treated as confirmed but undefined.
Right now, the practical takeaway is that the remake is a 'watch this space' project, while Sons of Sparta is something you can play today to see how God of War feels when it’s smaller, faster, and deliberately retro.
Jamie Campbell Bower Rumored To Appear In Upcoming ‘Stranger Things’ Netflix Release
Stranger Thingsactor Jamie Campbell Bower, who played Vecna/Henry Creel/Mr. Whatsit in Seasons 4 and 5 of the popular Netflix show, is rumored to be returning to the franchise in a brand-new Netflix release—and, no, it's not Tales From '85.
Earlier this year, Stranger Things creators the Duffer Brothers confirmed that the Broadway play The First Shadow, which is set decades before the original show and centers on young Henry Creel, will be coming to Netflix, which is something that fans have been asking for since before the final season of Stranger Things was released.
It was also confirmed that the play would be recorded sometime this year, and that recording would be the cut to hit the streaming platform. Now, it seems Bower may have reprised his role as Henry Creel for the Netflix release, based on his recent appearance in The First Shadow.
Bower had previously had a surprise cameo in the play, appearing in the final scene, in which Henry/001 encounters Eleven in Hawkins Lab. It seemed like that would be a one-off appearance (and was brilliant marketing for Season 5), but fans are reporting that Bower was once again on the Broadway stage—just in time for the Netflix release to be recorded.

♬ Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God) [2018 Remaster] - Kate BushIt would make plenty of sense for Bower to be included in this release, not only because his previous Broadway appearance was so well received, but also because he is a fan-favorite character from the original show. Presumably, Bower would also be on board for such a role, as he's already participated in the Broadway show once and has continued to express love and adoration for both the Stranger Things franchise and especially his character, Henry.
Bower's appearance in the Netflix release hasn't yet been confirmed, so it remains to be seen, but all signs currently point to Bower once again portraying Henry Creel in a Netflix release.
I’ve Traveled the World for My PBS Show, and This Is the One U.S. Train Trip I Tell Everyone to Take
When it comes to the American Southwest, few people have seen it from as many angles as Darley Newman. As the five-time Emmy-nominated host of Travels with Darley and Equitrekking on PBS, she has spent years documenting the world’s most iconic landscapes—from the rugged coastlines of Ireland to the vast salt pans of Botswana.
Newman has been our go-to expert for everything from the "one place everyone should visit once in their lives" to the world’s most enjoyable bucket-list cruises. But when we asked her for her favorite domestic "slow travel" by train recommendation, she pointed us toward a whimsical, high-desert adventure: the Sky Railway in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
"It combines history, big-sky scenery and a touch of Hollywood—or rather, Westeros—fantasy," Newman says. Here is why she believes this specific rail journey is an unforgettable choice for your next trip to "The City Different."

The George R.R. Martin ConnectionDarley Newman
The most fascinating part of the Sky Railway is its origin story. In 2020, Game of Thrones and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms author George R.R. Martin joined a group of locals to rescue the historic Santa Fe Southern Railway from being decommissioned.
"I actually interviewed George about it," Newman shares. "He told me that as a kid, he was too poor to have the model train set his neighbors had. So, as an adult, he decided to buy a real one!" Martin’s creative touch is woven throughout the experience, from the "dire wolf" and "dragon" murals painted on the train cars to the immersive storytelling that happens on board. It’s a passion project that has breathed new life into the historic spur line between Santa Fe and Lamy.
The "Slow Travel" ExperienceD
The Sky Railway isn't about getting from Point A to Point B—it’s about the meditation of the journey. The 18-mile trip from the Santa Fe Depot to the tiny town of Lamy takes about two hours, moving at a pace that allows you to truly soak in the landscape.
"We’re so used to being in a rush," Newman notes. "On this train, you’re looking out at the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, smelling the sagebrush in the air and actually enjoying the time passing." The train offers open-air cars that are perfect for photographers or anyone who wants to feel the desert breeze.
Themed Adventures on the RailsOne of the reasons this trip is so surprising is the variety of "adventures" you can book. Newman highlights that there is a theme for every type of traveler:
- The Margarita Rail: A nod to Santa Fe’s famous "Margarita Trail," featuring local spirits and sunset views.
- The Stargazer: This is one of Newman’s favorites. The train chugs into the dark desert night with professional astronomers on board who use high-powered lasers to point out constellations in the crystal-clear New Mexico sky.
- Live Entertainment: Many departures feature local musicians, flamenco dancers or even "murder mystery" theater, making the interior of the vintage cars as lively as the scenery outside.

Exploring the Santa Fe DepotThe trip begins at the Santa Fe Depot, an area Newman recommends exploring before you even board. "If you arrive early, you can visit George R.R. Martin’s bookstore, Beastly Books, which is right there, or catch a movie at his Jean Cocteau Cinema," she says. The area has become a cultural hub that blends the city's rail history with modern creativity.
Once the train reaches the turnaround point in Lamy, passengers often have time to grab a drink at the Legal Tender, a saloon that feels like a set from a classic Western. "It’s a destination that isn't really a destination," Newman laughs. "It’s just a beautiful, quiet place to ride back in time."
Related: The U.S. Travel Destination Everyone Should Visit at Least Once, According to Samantha Brown
Where to Stay and Eat in Santa FeTo round out the Santa Fe experience, Newman suggests staying at Hotel Santa Fe, the city's only Native American-owned hotel. "It has this incredible indoor-outdoor feeling and local art on every wall," she says. If you're looking for a central location, she also recommends the Drury Plaza Hotel, which offers great views of the surrounding mountains.
For the ultimate culinary treat, Newman points travelers toward Sazón. "You have to meet Chef Fernando Olea," she insists. His "New Mexican Mole"—specifically the one created for the city's 400th anniversary—is legendary. "It features apricots, pecans and white chocolate. It’s the most innovative meal in the city, and it makes you feel like you’re truly stepping into a New Mexican home."
Darley’s Train Travel Tips- Pack for the Sun: Even in the cooler months, the New Mexico sun is intense. "Bring a hat and sunglasses for those open-air cars," Newman advises.
- Book the Sunset: If you can, book a departure that aligns with the "Golden Hour." The way the light hits the red rocks and desert scrub is what made Santa Fe famous among artists like Georgia O'Keeffe.
- The "Reflection" Rule: "I always ask my travel companions, 'What was your favorite part of the day?'" Newman says. "On a train trip like this, it makes you appreciate the landscapes you just passed even more."
Whether you're a Game of Thrones fan or just someone looking to disconnect from the digital world, Newman’s Santa Fe rail pick proves that sometimes the best way to see the world is at 15 miles per hour.

Pepsi’s 2 New Modern Soda Flavors Are Heading to Stores Now
Pepsi's new soda is finally here!
Last summer, the beverage giant revealed that in response to changing consumer preferences for "healthier" soft drinks, it would be launching a new type of soda and the first for its brand: Pepsi Prebiotic Cola.
“From the iconic blue can, to the consumer-preferred Pepsi Zero Sugar, our portfolio has always adapted to the needs and flavor preferences of the consumer,” PepsiCo Beverages U.S. chief executive officer Ram Krishnan explained in a statement at the time. “Pepsi Prebiotic Cola represents the next leap forward in giving consumers choice, optionality and functional ingredients in their cola experience, without sacrificing the iconic Pepsi taste we’re known for delivering. We can’t wait for the world to try the taste of Pepsi Prebiotic Cola for themselves!”
And now, seven months later, that day is finally here as Pepsi Prebiotic Cola has officially launched nationwide.
Pepsi Prebiotic Cola Is Officially Available Nationwide—Here's Where to Find ItPepsi said the new line is formulated to deliver the "unbelievably Pepsi" taste fans love, with "functional ingredients that reflect today’s modern beverage preferences." It's available in two flavors: Original and Cherry Vanilla.

Months before announcing the new soda line and its limited Black Friday debut (which we're told quickly sold out), Pepsi's parent company, PepsiCo, acquired Poppi, the cult-favorite "better for you" soft drink. But the two recipes remain fairly different, so as not to compromise "the iconic Pepsi taste that consumers love," per the company.
P
Unlike Poppi, Pepsi's Prebiotic Cola doesn't contain any apple cider vinegar (which is added for a "edgy" flavor and, presumably, its ties to gut health) and has just 30 calories per 12-ounce can (compared to Poppi's 35 calories). The two sodas, however, each contain only 5 grams of sugar (comparatively, a regular Pepsi contains 39 grams of sugar per 12-ounce can), added prebiotics (3 grams of fiber), and are free from artificial sweeteners.
As Pepsi promised, the new Prebiotic Colas mimic the taste of the original line, and reviewers say both taste "pretty good." It's even won over some early taste-testers who admit that regular Pepsi may not be their go-to but that this is "delicious."
Those looking to try the new item can find Pepsi Prebiotic Cola in 12-ounce single cans and eight-packs in the carbonated soft drink aisle at Pepsi retailers nationwide and online (prices may vary).

1994 Hit Ranked Greatest Pop Song of All Time — With One Surprising Detail
Billboard has ranked the greatest pop songs of all time, and the single—which was originally released in Europe in 1993—tops the list. "Another Night" by Real McCoy was a minor hit in Germany before the song gained major momentum in the UK and in the United States. By late 1994, when it made its way to U.S. airwaves, you couldn't even turn on the radio without hearing the tune.
Real McCoy is made up of four main members, Olaf Jeglitza (O-Jay), Sara Mosquera, Mac, and K.I.S.T.E., though the group had several other members over the years. Interestingly, however, the vocals on the Eurodance track weren't sung by any one in the group.
According to Beat, the vocals on "Another Night" were laid down by German studio singer, Karin Kasar.
Per the outlet, the decision was made purely on a marketing concept. Kasar supposedly didn't have the "it" factor and wasn't made for the spotlight. So, her voice was used on the track, but she wasn't featured in any of the promos for the track.
"Kasar was not featured in the music videos nor promoted as a member of the act. Instead, she worked behind the scenes, lending her distinctive voice to the track while Petersen performed the visuals. This was a common practice in the Eurodance world at the time, where producers often used session singers to achieve the perfect studio sound while casting charismatic performers for television and video appearances," Beat reports.
"Another Night" debuted on the US Billboard Hot 100 at number 77 in August 1994. By November 1994, the single reached its peak position of number three.
Rounding out Billboard's Top 3 greatest pop songs of all time are "Smooth" by Carlos Santana featuring Rob Thomas and "Hanging By a Moment" by Lifehouse.

Reverend Jesse Jackson Dead at 84
The civil rights movement has lost one of its most recognizable voices.
Rev. Jesse Jackson died the morning of Tuesday, February 17 at age 84, three months after being hospitalized with a rare brain disease. According to a statement from his family, the longtime activist and former presidential candidate passed away peacefully at home in Chicago, surrounded by loved ones.
“His unwavering commitment to justice, equality, and human rights helped shape a global movement for freedom and dignity,” his family said in a Facebook post, describing Jackson as a “tireless change agent” who left “an indelible mark on history.”
“Our father was a servant leader—not only to our family, but to the oppressed, the voiceless, and the overlooked around the world,” they continued. “We shared him with the world, and in return, the world became part of our extended family. His unwavering belief in justice, equality, and love uplifted millions, and we ask you to honor his memory by continuing the fight for the values he lived by.”
While a cause of death has not been disclosed at this time, Jackson had been hospitalized last November with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), a rare brain disease. “He was originally diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease; however, last April, his PSP condition was confirmed. The family appreciates all prayers at this time,” his relatives previously shared.
Born in Greenville, South Carolina, Jackson rose to national prominence as a protégé of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. In the early 1970s, he founded Operation PUSH in Chicago, later launching the National Rainbow Coalition in 1984. The two organizations merged in 1996, expanding their focus to include women’s rights and LGBTQ+ rights.
Jackson stepped down as president of the Rainbow-PUSH Coalition in 2023 after more than 50 years of leadership. He also ran for the Democratic presidential nomination in 1984 and 1988 and was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by former President Bill Clinton in 2000.
In his final months, as he required 24-hour care, Jackson reportedly lost the ability to speak, communicating instead by squeezing the hands of those closest to him.
