Billie Eilish Called Out by Native American Tribe After Grammys ‘Stolen Land’ Comment
It's not surprising that Billie Eilish's Grammysacceptance speech is drawing criticism. It was bold, blunt, and unmistakably aimed at the current political climate. Eilish has been very vocal about where she stands, so it was very much expected when she declared, "No one is illegal on stolen land."
What wasn't expected was where some of that backlash is coming from. In the days following the 2026 Grammy Awards, a Native American tribe publicly pushed back at Eilish's statement, pointing out that the home she owns is built on land taken from indigenous people, and that accusation has shifted the conversation from applause to accusations of "tone deafness" and "hypocrisy."
Eilish made her declaration while on stage with her brother, Finneas O'Connell, to accept the Song of the Year award for her hit "Wildflower" from the 2024 album, Hit Me Hard and Soft. While at the podium, she said, "As grateful as I feel, I honestly don’t feel like I need to say anything but that no one is illegal on stolen land."
As she made the statement, Eilish looked up at her brother, as if for approval, while the audience burst into applause.
She continued, "'It’s just really hard to know what to say and what to do right now, and I just feel really hopeful in this room, and I feel like we just need to keep fighting and speaking up and protesting, and our voices really do matter, and the people matter."
Eilish concluded her speech with a bleeped-out, "F-ck ICE," and carried her newest trophy back to her seat with her.
Not long after the applause died down, though, it was pointed out that Eilish's $3 million Los Angeles mansion sits on the ancestral land of the Tongva tribe, also known as the First Angelenos.
This revelation has even elicited a response from a Tongva tribe spokesperson, who told the Daily Mail, "Eilish has not contacted our tribe directly regarding her property; we do value the instance when public figures provide visibility to the true history of this country."
They continued, "It is our hope that in future discussions, the tribe can explicitly be referenced to ensure the public understands that the greater Los Angeles Basin remains Gabrieleno Tongva territory."
Eilish has not publicly responded to criticism of her home or the land it's built on. However, the "Birds of a Feather" singer is known to put her money where her mouth is. In 2025, while publicly calling on billionaires to donate, she donated $11.5 million from her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour to charities, including those tied to climate justice, food equity, and reducing carbon pollution.
Wyatt Russell, the Son of Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, Is the Perfect Fusion of His Legendary Parents
Wyatt Russell is the son of Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, and there's no doubt about it when he's standing alongside his legendary father.
Wyatt, 39, who previously scored success as a hockey goaltender, has made waves in the press lately for his acting career in roles in the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and the film Thunderbolts*. But these days, he's hitting TV alongside his dad in Apple TV's Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, which follows members of the Monarch organization as they encounter Godzilla and several other monsters known as Titans. The father and son duo both play the character of Lee Shaw, a former U.S. Army colonel, through two different eras in his life.
This week, Kurt and Wyatt hit the Apple TV Press Day at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, and one look at the duo shows that the apple didn't fall too far from the tree. But there's also plenty of Goldie Hawn's golden good looks in Wyatt, as well, from his blonde locks to his piercing blue eyes.

Wyatt is Now a Parent TooWyatt, who shares two boys with his wife, Meredith Hagner, has bonded even more with his famous parents since becoming a father. Last year, he opened up about his own journey to parenthood.
"When you become a parent, you realize what your parents feel about you," he told PEOPLE. "And so you realize that all they want you to be is happy. They want you to live a fulfilled life, and that's all you care about for your kids. And so I'm imagining that's all my parents care about."
After welcoming their second baby, Boone, in 2024, Hagner took to Instagram to share a sweet post of herself and Russell with their newborn in the delivery room.
View this post on InstagramAfter welcoming their first son, Buddy Prine, in 2021, Russell told Entertainment Tonight that becoming a dad changed his entire way of life.
"It's everything you didn't know it was going to be," he shared. "I think everything you hope it's gonna be is like a mish-mash in your mind before it really happens and then after it happens, whatever happened before is almost like [it never happened]."

Cameron Diaz, 53, Looks Ageless in Sheer Outfit After Making Red Carpet Comeback
Cameron Diaz showed up to Apple TV's Press Day for her new film, Outcome, co-starring Keanu Reeves, Matt Bomer, and Jonah Hill on Feb 3.
Dressed in a figure-hugging white midi skirt with feathered fringe near the bottom, along with a sheer blouse. She looked relaxed and casual as she stood with her castmates.
With her hair pulled back into a loose ponytail and natural makeup, the Charlie's Angels star looked incredibly youthful, not like a seasoned vet who'd recently returned to acting after a decade in "retirement." But that's exactly what Diaz—whose first film, The Mask, came out 32 years ago—is.

After appearing in the 2014 film Annie, Diaz disappeared from Hollywood until her name suddenly appeared on the cast list for 2025's Back in Action. While promoting that film, she told The Graham Norton Show that her time away from acting was "the best 10 years of my life," but she felt it was time to return. She realized that if she squandered her "passion for entertaining people and making movies that people smile, laugh, and have a good time" watching, she'd regret it.
"If I don't engage that again and give that a chance and participate in it and be grateful for it, then I would be a fool," she said.
Diaz's IMDb page shows that she's jumped back into the industry with both feet. She's currently filming Bad Day and Shrek 5, and is in pre-production for two other films. Outcome, which is also written and directed by Hill, is set to premiere on Apple TV+ on April 10. Diaz and Reeves, who haven't starred in anything together since 1996's Feeling Minnesota, were delighted to be reunited.
"It was very nice," Reeves told Extra TV. Diaz agreed, adding, "Not as cold."
Reeves stars as Reef, a Hollywood star who finds himself blackmailed. Diaz and Bomer play his best friends, Kyle and Xander, with Hill as his lawyer, Ira.
View this post on Instagram"It's an interesting commentary about celebrity and how it functions in our society and what's expected," Diaz explained. "We live in a world now where celebrity is accessible to anyone. Anybody can be famous."
She described being famous as "a feeling that everybody is reaching for and they don't really know what it is."
"It's a value in our society that I think we should all sort of take a look at because it might not be the best thing for our health," she added.
The appearance is the latest in Diaz’s red carpet return, following her showing at the WWD Style Awards in Los Angeles on Jan. 9, 2026, and her first movie premiere in five years at the Berlin debut of Back in Action on Jan. 15, 2025, after stepping away from Hollywood in 2019.
Fan-Favorite ’00s Indie Rock Band Announces First New Album After Nearly Ten Years
Beloved Canadian indie rock band Broken Social Scene announced their new album, titled Remember the Humans.
Pitchfork reported that the upcoming album, which will be available on May 8, will have 12 tracks. According to the publication, Broken Social Scene, founded in 1999, hasn't released a full-length album since their 2017 record, Hug of Thunder.
In addition, Pitchfork reported that Broken Social Scene, known for their hits "Anthems for a Seventeen Year‐Old Girl" and "Lover's Spit," is going on a summer tour alongside Stars and Metric throughout North America. Fans in the United States and Canada will be able to see the three Canadian bands between June 8 and August 7 during the upcoming All the Feelings tour.
Kevin Drew & Brendan Canning Got Candid About The Longevity of Broken Social Scene in 2018Founding Broken Social Scene members, Kevin Drew and Brendan Canning, spoke about the band's long-lasting success in a 2018 interview with Q with Tom Power. Canning said that he realized he and Drew had a special connection after the first time they played music together. He recalled that Drew "was doing some interesting things" with his Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man, an analog delay pedal, while he used the Boomerang Looper Pedal, resulting in Broken Social Scene's signature distorted sound.
From a business aspect, Drew seemed to attribute the band's success to their team, which included his father.
"We have a great team that's helping us out. And my dad's been our business manager. We get five emails a day from him with all kinds of things that we've got to do and tax problems and IRS. And so he's been on top of things for us from the beginning," said the musician during the interview.
He also said that he and Canning have an appreciation for artistry and authenticity, as opposed to focusing on what the algorithm would prefer.
"I think a lot of art is just getting pushed aside because of popularity. And I've been speaking about this for quite some time. But I am now seeing the results of it through certain artists who are deciding to leave, who are deciding they cannot do this," said Drew in the 2018 interview. "And I think it's now more than ever a time, where we actually have to come together because we have an understanding of what we're doing. And it's not better than others or anything like that. But it is a language that is hard to understand the whole depressive, anxious, insecure stereotype of what an artist is. It's getting crushed. And if you feel stuff in today's day and age you're hurting."

Their self-titled debut EP was released in 1998, with their self-titled debut album releasing subsequently the following year. The band mutually decided to separate in 2000 as each of the members pursued his own personal goals. But despite having broken up, American Football's fanbase continued to grow, and in 2014 the band reformed with the addition of Nate Kinsella, Mike's cousin, on bass.
Since reforming over 10 years ago, American Football has released two more eponymous albums. Their song "Uncomfortably Numb" from their third album featured vocals from Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams — the first time the band has released a song with a featured artist.

Costco's Clever 2-Tier Organizer Makes Messy Counters Look Put Together
If your countertops have a habit of turning into clutter magnets, you're not alone. Coffee gear multiplies, spices sprawl and everyday essentials somehow end up everywhere at once. This new Costco find promises to change that.
A new organizer at Costco is designed to add vertical storage without requiring you to dig or shuffle items, which is often where organizers fail. Instead of hiding items, it keeps them visible, accessible and neatly contained. The result is a setup that looks styled rather than stuffed, even when it's holding a lot.
Seville Classics 2-Tier Acacia Sliding Bin Organizer, $39.99 at CostcoCostco
The Seville Classics 2-Tier Acacia Sliding Bin Organizer is available online at Costco for $39.99. Made with two solid acacia wood bins set into a sturdy metal frame, it's designed to sit comfortably on countertops, under sinks, inside cabinets or even in bathrooms. Each bin slides out smoothly, so grabbing what you need doesn't require unloading the entire shelf first.
What immediately sets this organizer apart is the mix of function and style. The warm acacia wood gives it a high-end look, making it feel more like boutique home decor than utilitarian storage. At the same time, the sliding bins make it genuinely practical. You can store oils, spices, coffee supplies, cleaning products or toiletries and still reach everything easily. No more knocking things over or forgetting what's hiding in the back.
Related: Gift Cards Sold at Costco at Risk After Issuer Declares Sudden Bankruptcy
The size strikes a nice balance, too. At just over nine inches wide and fourteen inches deep, it fits in compact spaces without feeling cramped. The two tiers effectively double your storage capacity while keeping your footprint small. Non-slip feet help keep it stable, whether it's sitting on stone countertops or tucked inside a cabinet.
Beyond kitchens, shoppers are using this organizer in bathrooms for skincare and hair tools, in pantries for snacks, or even in home offices to corral supplies. It works especially well for items you reach for daily but don't want scattered across surfaces. By giving everything a designated home, it cuts down on visual noise and makes cleaning easier since items are lifted off the counter.
Care is simple, too. A quick wipe with a slightly damp cloth keeps the wood looking good, and the durable materials are built to withstand everyday use. While it's an online-only Costco item, it feels like one of those organizers that quietly upgrades your space without demanding a full overhaul.

Savannah Guthrie's Husband Breaks Silence on Her Mom Nancy's Abduction
Savannah Guthrie's husband, Michael Feldman, broke his silence in the wake of the Today co-anchor's mother, Nancy Guthrie, 84, being abducted from her Tucson, Ariz., home.
On Tuesday, Feb. 3, Page Six published an interview with Feldman, who told the outlet that he didn't "have anything new to report" regarding Nancy's missing case.
Feldman—a communications consultant, public relations professional, and former Democratic political aide—added that he's “just being responsive” as detectives do everything in their power to locate Savannah's mother. He admitted, however, that he feels “mostly unhelpful.” Additionally, Feldman shared his appreciation for the media’s “thoughtfulness.”
View this post on InstagramOn Feb. 1, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department (PCSD) launched a search for Nancy. The department described her as a “vulnerable adult” who was last seen at her home on the evening of Saturday, Jan. 31. The PCSD declared her Tucson home a crime scene on Feb. 2—revealing later that day that Nancy was “taken” from her residence “against her will,” in the middle of the night.
By Feb. 3, law enforcement sources told the Los Angeles Times that blood and signs of forced entry were both discovered at Nancy’s home. DNA testing of evidence from the crime scene, however, could still take several more days. Additionally, Nancy’s pacemaker reportedly stopped syncing to her Apple Watch at about 2 a.m. local time on Feb. 1.
When asked if he knew if Nancy’s abduction was a targeted or a random attack, Prima County Sheriff Chris Nanos said during a news conference on Tuesday, “We’re looking at all the leads. We don’t know. We are going to assume both sides of that. We are looking at both sides of that.”
Also on Feb. 3, TMZ posted via Instagram that it "received an unverified ransom note today demanding a substantial amount for the return of Today anchor Savannah Guthrie’s missing mother, Nancy." The outlet added, "We have since contacted law enforcement."
Savannah and Feldman have been married since March 2014 and share two children, Vale, 11, and Charley, 9. Before Feldman, Savannah was married to BBC journalist Mark Orchard from 2005 to 2009.

'From Supermarket to Super Bowl,' Fans Remember Bad Bunny's Beginnings Ahead of the Super Bowl
Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio—better known as Bad Bunny—has become one of the most influential artists in the world, and his story began humbly in Puerto Rico. Now, fans are reminiscing online about Bad Bunny's beginnings, "from supermarket to Super Bowl."
Born and raised in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, Bad Bunny grew up loving Latin trap, salsa, and more. While studying audiovisual communications at the University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo, he worked bagging groceries at the Econo Plaza Vega Baja supermarket and began uploading his own tracks to SoundCloud in 2016. His breakthrough came that same year when songs like "Diles" and later "Soy Peor" exploded online and helped him dominate the emerging Latin trap trend, turning him from a supermarket worker into a global music force. The songs led to a contract with the label Hear This Music, which very quickly made Bad Bunny a central figure in Latin music.
View this post on InstagramOver the years, Bad Bunny's burgeoning career has climbed with hit albums, chart-topping singles, and cultural impact. He's celebrated for blending genres, singing primarily in Spanish, and bringing Latin influence into global pop.
At the 2025 Latin Grammys, his album Debí Tirar Más Fotos earned multiple wins—including Album of the Year, Best Urban/Fusion Performance, Best Reggaeton Performance, Best Urban Music Album, and Best Urban Song—making him one of the night's top honorees. And, at the 2026 Grammy Awards, Bad Bunny made history by winning Album of the Year for Debí Tirar Más Fotos, the first all-Spanish-language album to ever receive this honor. He also took home Best Música Urbana Album and Best Global Music Performance, bringing his total Grammys to at least six and cementing his place in music history.
Adding to his remarkable year, Bad Bunny is set to headline the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show on February 8, 2026, at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, making him the first solo Latin artist to do so. Expectations are high that his performance will celebrate his Puerto Rican roots and global appeal on one of the world's biggest stages.
In the meantime, fans are remembering his supermarket days, inspired by his "actually crazy" growth in just the last decade. Fans are saying that Bad Bunny has "won" the 2016 trend on social media, as Instagram and TikTok users share throwback photos of themselves from 10 years ago. "From supermarket to Super Bowl," they're commenting across social media platforms.
"Ese chico es muy humilde y eso lo hace brillante," one fan added, which translates to, "This guy is very humble, and it makes him brilliant."
Others are sharing how inspired they are by Bad Bunny.
"Eso es una gran lección para que nunca subestimes a nadie; hoy estás abajo y mañana estás arriba," one person wrote, which translates to, "This is a big lesson to never underestimate anyone; today you are down, and tomorrow you are up."
Another shared: "Nunca pensé que esto era posible. Que gran logro. Super orgulloso de ti," which translates to, "I never thought this was possible. What a great achievement. Super proud of you."
Nothing is impossible, and Bad Bunny is living proof that, where there's a will, there's a way.

Savannah Guthrie’s Mom: TMZ Reports Receiving Detailed Ransom Note About Nancy Guthrie
News outlet TMZ has reportedly received a ransom note regarding the disappearance of Savannah Guthrie's mom, Nancy Guthrie, 84, who is currently still missing.
"TMZ received an unverified ransom note today demanding a substantial amount for the return of 'Today' anchor Savannah Guthrie's missing mother, Nancy. We have since contacted law enforcement," read the caption of a post shared on TMZ's official Instagram account.
View this post on InstagramIn the accompanying video, Harvey Levin and Charles Latibeaudiere spoke about the note that was sent to them by email. Levin stated that the message appeared to be a ransom note. Latibeaudiere added that there was a request for "certain amounts of money." At this point, the alleged ransom note is unverified.
Levin went on to say that at the bottom of the email, there are "very specific things about what [Nancy] was wearing and damage to the house" that would essentially prove that whoever is behind the note is the person (or persons) behind Nancy's disappearance.
The outlet has also reported that the person behind the note demanded millions in Bitcoin and supplied a Bitcoin address for the transfer. The outlet has confirmed that the Bitcoin address is legitimate.
The note has demands as far as time constraints for the transfer of cryptocurrency with an "or else" attached.

TMZ has contacted the sheriff's department and the email is being investigated. The Pima County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that its aware of the reports of a ransom note in a message posted on X.
LATEST: NANCY GUTHRIE https://t.co/bnwTx5VoPM pic.twitter.com/q3pJBoNz2B
— Pima County Sheriff's Department (@PimaSheriff) February 3, 2026The alleged ransom note sent to TMZ was received shortly after Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos held a press conference in Arizona on Tuesday, Feb. 3. Nanos was asked about a ransom note during the presser, but would only say that any and all tips and leads were being properly vetted by authorities.
Nancy was last seen at her home in the Catalina Foothills of Arizona, just north of Tucson, on Saturday, January 31. She was expected at church on Sunday, Feb. 1, but when she didn't show up, some people became concerned. The sheriff hasn't provided an exact timeline of Nancy's disappearance, but he did say that it looks as though Savannah's mom was abducted from her home in the overnight hours between Saturday and Sunday.
Sheriff Won’t 'Rule Out' Key Possibility in Savannah Guthrie’s Mom's Abduction
Nancy Guthrie has now been missing for more than 48 hours after she was reportedly abducted from her home outside of Tucson, Arizona.
Now, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos revealed, they are "not going to rule out" the possibility that her kidnapping was a targeted attack.
"You know, we we're working with Savannah. We're working with her security team," Nanos told NewsNation Live on Tuesday, February 3. "And no, we don't, we don't know that. We're not going to rule it out, but nothing’s pointing to her being targeted at this moment."
Guthrie was last seen on Saturday night after being dropped off at home by her eldest daughter, Annie Guthrie, following a family dinner. Her children contacted authorities around noon on Sunday after friends informed them that Guthrie did not attend her regular church service.
Despite previous claims that there was blood found inside her home, Nanos told the outlet, "We’re not confirming whether there was blood in the home or any of that."
"What we’re saying is we do have evidence that we submitted to DNA labs, actually, through other sources that we use, and they have confirmed that the DNA that we found was in fact, belonged to Nancy," he added. "We have other items that we submit for DNA research and see what that comes up, but that was the first submittal we’ve got back, and we’ll continue to wait for lab results, see if we find something else."
TMZ later reported receiving an "unverified ransom note," allegedly from Guthrie's abductor.
View this post on Instagram"It's written like a ransom note for Savannah Guthrie's mother," Harvey Levin explained. "They say at the bottom, there are certain things they are saying, about what she was wearing, and damage to the house. As if [to say], it's us."
Levin confirmed that they handed the letter over the investigators.
How Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin Invented This Modern Recreational Amenity
Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin are known for such timeless songs as “My Way” and “That’s Amore,” respectively, and such classic films as From Here to Eternity and Rio Bravo, but the two Rat Pack icons also made a unique contribution to the recreational sports world.
The Instagram account Drunk by the Turn (“the turn” in golf refers to the area between the front nine holes and the back nine on a golf course), recently shared a post crediting the two late legends with inventing the golf beverage cart.
“How Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin invented the Beverage Cart” reads the first slide in their post, over a classic photo of the pair enjoying a smoke on the course with fire and eyes emojis.
“Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra would never play a round unless there were cocktails being served on the course, so the old Desert Inn, which is now the Wynn Las Vegas would always stock their carts full of beverages every time they came to play a round. You can thank these two for inventing the beverage cart,” reads the second slide, featuring the pair in a roofless golf cart.”
The final slide includes a classic black-and-white photo of the duo with their putters in hand with the words “Appreciate it fellas.”
Followers of Drunk by the Turn gave their appreciation in the comments.
“Bless their souls. Thank you Dean and Frank,” wrote one.
“now I wanna drink the whole bev cart dry lol 😂,” added another.

“Back in the early days of the Desert Inn, Frank Sinatra, who made his Vegas debut at the resort in 1951, was a big fan of hitting the greens. The lore says that he and fellow Rat Pack crooner Dean Martin spurred the invention of the beverage cart in the 1960s when they refused to play without a drink in hand,” it reads.
That tradition lives on today, as the post parenthetically adds, “Now, Wynn Golf Club guests can enjoy complimentary food and nonalcoholic beverages delivered directly on the course. The Tee House serves upscale grab-and-go food and a selection of drinks.” Alcoholic drinks are also available, but guests have to pay for those.

‘If I Die Young’ Band Announces New Tour After Years Away
After spending much of the past few years out of the touring spotlight, The Band Perry is officially heading back on the road.
The country trio, best known for its 2010 breakout hit “If I Die Young,” announced new tour dates this week for its Psycho Rodeo Tour, signaling a renewed push into live performances after a period of relative absence from major touring schedules.
The tour announcement was shared on the band’s official social media channels, with the group encouraging fans to “come lose your minds with us” as tickets go on sale. Additional dates are expected to be added in the coming weeks.
After Years Out of the Touring SpotlightWhile The Band Perry has remained active in recent years, the group has not maintained a consistent national touring presence. The sibling trio, Kimberly Perry, Neil Perry, and Reid Perry, rose to prominence in the early 2010s, becoming one of country music’s most recognizable acts following the success of "If I Die Young," which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.
In the years that followed, the band experimented with new sounds and independent releases, stepping away from the traditional Nashville system and scaling back large-scale touring.

What We Know So Far About the New ShowsThe initial tour announcement includes dates across Colorado, California, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Indiana, among other stops. The schedule begins in February and stretches through late summer, with the band noting that more dates are likely on the way.
View this post on InstagramTickets are available through the band’s official website, with select shows labeled as acoustic performances.
For longtime fans, the Psycho Rodeo Tour offers a rare chance to see The Band Perry live again after years without a sustained tour. The announcement also arrives amid a broader wave of nostalgia-driven comebacks, as many 2010s-era acts reconnect with audiences who first discovered them more than a decade ago.
Whether this tour marks the beginning of a longer-term return to the road or a limited run of special shows remains to be seen. For now, the band’s message is clear: they’re back on stage, and ready to be heard again.

Savannah Guthrie's Mom Nancy Asked About Best Outdoor Cameras to Track Activity at Night
Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie's mom, Nancy Guthrie , asked about the best outdoor cameras to track activity "at night" in an eerie post before she was abducted from her Tucson, Arizona, home.
On Tuesday, Feb. 3, the New York Post published screenshots from a question Nancy, 84—who was reported missing on Sunday, Feb. 1—asked in a November 2021 thread on Nextdoor.
Savannah's mother reportedly asked her neighbors in the online social network community: "I'm thinking about buying [a] Ring or Nest security/doorbell camera? Any suggestions? Which has the best camera? Interested in seeing animal activity at night."
Although another Nextdoor user suggested a trail camera (and someone else also shared their experience with one), Nancy seemingly did not reply.
View this post on InstagramOn Feb. 1, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department (PCSD) launched a search for Nancy, describing her as a “vulnerable adult” who was last seen at her home on the evening of Saturday, Jan. 31. The PCSD declared her Tucson home a crime scene on Feb. 2, revealing later that day that Nancy was “taken” from her residence “against her will,” in the middle of the night.
Fast-forward to Feb. 3, and law enforcement sources told the Los Angeles Times that blood and signs of forced entry were both discovered at Nancy’s home. DNA testing of evidence from the crime scene could still take several more days. Additionally, Nancy's pacemaker reportedly stopped syncing to her Apple Watch at roughly 2 a.m. local time on Feb. 1.
When asked if he knew if Nancy's abduction was a targeted or a random attack, Prima County Sheriff Chris Nanos said during a news conference on Tuesday, "We're looking at all the leads. We don't know. We are going to assume both sides of that. We are looking at both sides of that."
View this post on InstagramNanos also said, "We have all kinds of investigative leads we're working on," after a reporter asked if any demands were made by kidnappers.
A different reporter pointed out that a camera was reportedly missing from the front of Nancy's home, asking if a perpetrator purposefully took the camera. To that Nanos replied, "Don't know that. We're looking into that as well."
When asked if investigators had been able to access footage from cameras at Nancy's house, he detailed, "That's all been submitted. We're doing our best with those companies who own those cameras or built those cameras."
The next scheduled news conference for updates on Nancy's missing case is set for the morning of Thursday, Feb. 5, Nanos shared, unless there is breaking news in the meantime.

Controversial or Refreshing? 'Bachelorette' Alum Shares Bold Wedding Rules
The Bachelorette season 20 star Charity Lawson is making it clear: her upcoming wedding to her fiancé, Dotun Olubeko, comes with a few firm rules.
Naturally, every couple has their own approach to wedding planning, whether it's an adult-only guest list, a cash bar, or skipping traditions altogether. Taking to Instagram in a GRWM (Get Ready With Me) video, Lawson shared a few of her non-negotiables when it comes to her wedding rules, which have got people talking.
In the clip, Lawson reveals she won't be sharing her exact wedding date with fans, explaining, "I think that that's something that's so sacred to just me and Dotun both, and I want to keep it that way."
View this post on InstagramThe couple has also decided to offer plus-ones only to the guests they truly know and care about, ensuring their wedding day is surrounded by loved ones.
"Everyone will not be getting a plus-one to our wedding. If I don't know your significant other, I've never met them, never had a conversation with them, it's not happening. Have it at your wedding," Lawson shared, adding, "I'm just not fond of boyfriends, girlfriends, showing up at people's intimate celebration. I'm meeting them for the first time on my own night."
Lawson and Olubeko are also keeping it kid-free. "We are doing an adult-only wedding. I know, relax. Obviously, I love kids. I only say that because I understand the weight and the responsibility of kids. We're going to let loose, have fun. I want truly, to the walls loose, not having to worry about anything else."

The reality star is also tossing out the traditional garter and bouquet toss, calling it a "circus act."
"You will not catch Dotun crawling under my dress. It will not be taking place on the grounds of my wedding. Doing all that in front of my father, his father, there's a time and there really is a place. It's giving circus act. I'm not putting on a performance. That will happen in the honeymoon suite, thank you," she shared of the garter toss. Meanwhile, she explained that she's skipping the bouquet toss to preserve her wedding flowers and to avoid a "WWE" wrestling match.
Despite all her rules, many fans in the comment section said they completey agreed with her approach. "Agree 1000% with all of these! Protect your peace, it’s your special day! 🤍" A comment read.
Another comment read, "As someone invited to a wedding as a plus one when I’ve never met the pride or groom I agree with this decision 100%. It was super awkward and we ended up not staying together and now Im in the photos forever 💀💀"
"Not sharing your wedding day with us - I respect this so hard. Especially with celebs, it feels a bit parasocial for me and thousands others to pry on your wedding day. Good for you 👏" A fan wrote.

Classic James Bond Film's 55-Year Milestone Honored With Signature Drink Release
When he's not sipping on a "shaken, not stirred" Martini, vintage James Bond is usually seen with a Scotch in hand.
This year marks the 55th anniversary of Diamonds Are Forever hitting the big screen, a classic entry to the 007 film catalog starring the late, great Sean Connery. To honor the epic milestone, a high-end brand has just unveiled a new single malt Scotch whisky: The Macallan Diamonds Are Forever 55th Anniversary Release.
As the company boasts, this release celebrates connoisseurship and a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, innovation and storytelling that connects The Macallan and 007. It draws direct inspiration from the Diamonds Are Forever narrative, including Bond's knowledge of wine.
View this post on InstagramOn the nose, for example, the whisky presents polished oak, vanilla bean and rich dried fruits, according to The Macallan. The palate opens with smooth layers of caramel and cocoa-dusted truffles, revealing fruit-driven complexity and a hint of nutmeg before a long, refined finish.
"Like Bond himself, this whisky holds its secrets. It may appear dark and mysterious, yet on the palate it surprises with elegance and lightnessk," said Russell Greig, The Macallan whisky maker, in a statement. "Each cask adds a layer to the story — a reflection of the film's twists and turns, and a testament to the shared spirit of innovation that connects The Macallan and James Bond."
Even the whisky's natural color is a nod to the iconic Las Vegas setting of Diamonds Are Forever, as it evokes the red and orange Aztec sandstone of the Nevada desert. And the striking design of both the bottle and presentation box draws directly from the 1971 movie's production art in the official Bond archives.
"The Macallan has a long-standing connection with film and television, appearing in over 290 productions across the years," added Jaume Ferras, creative director at The Macallan, in a statement.
The Macallan Diamonds Are Forever 55th Anniversary Release is available as of Tuesday, Feb. 3, exclusively at themacallan.com. Following this initial launch, the expression will be available at select national and local U.S. retailers starting March 2026.
