One of the sweetest pieces in the collection is her ceramic pie dish that’s currently on sale.

Crafted from ceramic stoneware, the pie dish promotes even heat distribution for consistently baked pies and retains warmth after leaving the oven so your baked goods stay hot longer. The 10-inch design features 2.4-inch-deep sides, making it ideal for everything from apple, pecan, and pumpkin pies to savory favorites like quiche, chicken pot pie, or baked mac and cheese. The scalloped rim also makes it attractive enough to take straight from the oven to the table.

The inside of the blue dish is lined with one of her signature sayings: "If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving another." Beyond its charming design, the ceramic stoneware is made to resist stains and odors, making it a practical choice for frequent baking. To help preserve its finish, hand washing is recommended.

If you're looking to expand your collection, Dolly Parton's home line also includes practical kitchen staples like a ceramic batter bowl and a pink stainless steel turner that match with the pie dish. Altogether, the pieces create a cohesive vibe that radiates country kitchen charm.

Shoppers Are Racing to Try Costco's 'Refreshing' $16 Lemon-Coconut Summer Sip

Tue, 06/30/2026 - 12:19am

With summer here, a heat wave incoming and a world of outdoor activities filling our calendars, the season is gearing up to be a memorable one for the books. But if you’re looking for ways to stay cool, hydrated and refreshed, you’ll have to plan ahead to combat the summer heat if you expect to make the most of it.

That’s where Costco is saving the day, with a must-try summer refreshment that already has shoppers racing to stock up. In stores now in 12-pack form, Vita Coco Treats Frosted Lemonade boasts a sweet, tart and refreshing blend of summertime flavors. Retailing for just $15.99 for a limited time, this is your chance to pack the fridge for the season and keep a delicious drink on hand all summer long.

Vita Coco Treats Frosted Lemonade, 12-Pack, $15.99 at Costco View this post on Instagram

Spotted by Laura from @costcohotfinds who quickly shared the news online, Vita Coco Treats Frosted Lemonade is a ready-to-drink coconut milk beverage that reimagines the classic frosted lemonade. Blending coconut water, coconut cream and natural lemon flavor into a creamy, citrus-forward drink, it’s an extremely sweet, tart and invigorating sip that pairs perfectly with summer festivities.

Normally priced around $18 for the 12-pack, you can snag one now for just $15.99, making this drop too hard to pass up. Even better, each carton contains 11.1 ounces inside, making it an ideal grab-and-go option to pair with gym days, after school snacks and office lunches alike. And if you’re planning a Fourth of July celebration, beach weekend or park hang, it’s also the perfect drink to have on ice and ready to serve throughout the day.

What Shoppers Are Saying

“Wait, that sounds so refreshing,” one viewer wrote in response to Laura’s post. “Why does the east coast never get the good stuff,” another asked.

Some viewers even chimed in after trying it themselves, with one calling it a “great thirst quencher” on hot summer days that has become “a favorite” in their home.

“I need to RUN to Costco now,” another viewer said, determined to stock up their refrigerator before the warehouse sells out.

Easy Ways to Serve Up Vita Coco Treats Frosted Lemonade

If you’re already planning on picking some up on your next Costco run, there’s a few creative ways to serve this enticing new flavor should you want to do something different than just drinking it straight from the carton. According to Laura, it tastes “insane” when poured over crushed ice, but that's just the tip of the iceberg in terms of potential uses.

For an easy upgrade, use it as a mixer in a light summer cocktail with vodka or tequila for a citrus-forward twist on a basic spritz-style drink. And if you’d like something non-alcoholic, you can blend it with ice to make a lemonade slushie, or get creative and freeze it into ice cubes to be dropped into sparkling water for a light, bubbly drink.

However you plan to enjoy it, the results are all the same: quintessential summer flavors blended into one easy-to-grab, on-the-go drink. Stock up while this deal is still hot, and while you’re there, take a look at Costco’s Sweet Craft Dolceria Key Lime Pie Cups and Waffle Cone Bar Cake for more tasty warehouse finds.

Anthropologie’s TikTok-Viral $13 Soccer Charm Juice Glasses Are a World Cup Party Essential for Game Day Hosting

Tue, 06/30/2026 - 12:18am

Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.

The FIFA World Cup is one of the most-watched sporting events in the world, bringing together countries from every corner of the globe in a month-long celebration of soccer at its highest level. Every four years, fans tune in in record numbers, filling stadiums, gathering in bars, and most notably, hosting watch parties at home to cheer on their teams together. It’s become as much a social event as a sporting one, complete with themed snacks, decor, and jerseys.

Anthropologie is getting in on the excitement, too, dropping new versions of its TikTok-viralIcon Juice Glasses sporting soccer ball charms. Parade previously covered the football-themed style of this glassware when it launched, and we're thrilled to see these new additions just in time to celebrate the World Cup. Right now, they’re marked down 19%, bringing the price from $16 down to just $13. Whether you’re toasting a last-minute goal or pouring something refreshing between matches, they add a fun, festive touch to any sports-day spread.

Each 17.25-ounce tumbler pairs a clean, straight-sided silhouette with playful handcrafted details. The mouth-blown glass is embedded with hand-pressed glass beads that scatter throughout the vessel in a confetti-like effect, catching the light as they shift through the liquid inside.

Three raised soccer ball motifs are fused onto the exterior surface, adding a dimensional, tactile element that gives the piece a subtle sense of movement even when it’s sitting still. A weighty base and gently rounded rim enhance its sturdy, grounded feel, making it comfortable to hold whether you’re pacing during penalty kicks or settled in for a full 90 minutes.

Because each tumbler is individually crafted, no two are exactly alike — the bead distribution and icon placement vary slightly from piece to piece, giving each glass its own collectible character. The glass is best suited for cold beverages and should be hand-washed only to preserve the decorative detailing. It is not microwave safe and is not intended for hot drinks.

The tumbler is offered in six colorways, making it especially suited for World Cup viewing parties where national pride and team spirit take center stage. Fans can lean into Mexico or Portugal’s red, white, and green, the United States or France’s red, white, and blue, Canada’s bold red and white, the Netherlands’ unmistakable orange with a side of yellow, or a neutral all-white or black and pink. The variety makes it easy to mix and match across a group gathering, assign different countries to guests, or curate a full “lineup” of glasses that mirrors the global tournament itself.

1977 Rock Song, Reimagined 27 Years Later, Became a Road Trip Anthem

Tue, 06/30/2026 - 12:04am

Some rock songs are simply built for the open road.

Few fit that description better than "Black Betty." When Ram Jam released its electrifying version in 1977, the song's pounding rhythm, blues-inspired guitar riffs and unforgettable chorus quickly made it one of the band’s signature recordings. Although its chart run was relatively modest, "Black Betty" developed a lasting reputation as one of classic rock's most adrenaline-fueled driving songs.

The recording itself had a much deeper history.

Long before Ram Jam turned it into a hard rock staple, "Black Betty" existed as a traditional American folk song dating back to the early 20th century. Blues musician Lead Belly famously recorded a version in 1939, helping preserve the song before later generations of artists reinterpreted it in dramatically different ways.

Ram Jam's take proved to be the most commercially successful.

Built around an explosive guitar riff and relentless tempo, the band's version reached the Billboard Hot 100 while also becoming an international hit.

"My version is about Bettie Page," vocalist Bill Bartlett said in an interview. "She's not a black girl, she's a pin-up queen from the fifties. She was the tops. She was my inspiration for writing the last two verses. I don’t know what Lead Belly was writing about. That's up to anybody to guess. But music can be whatever you want it to be about. As long as you’re having a good experience listening to the music, I don’t care what you think it's about."

Its raw energy made it a concert favorite and eventually a staple of classic rock radio, where it continued to find new listeners long after its original release.

Twenty-seven years later, the song roared back into the spotlight.

In 2004, Australian rock trio Spiderbait recorded its own blistering version of "Black Betty." Rather than simply recreating Ram Jam's recording, the band amplified the song's intensity with even faster guitars, heavier drums and a modern hard rock production. The cover became a major hit in Australia, reaching No. 1 on the ARIA Singles Chart and introducing the classic to a new generation of listeners around the world.

"It's such a weird song and at that stage I had no idea about Lead Belly’s heritage and the fact that he had written the song," said Kram of Spiderbait in an interview. "We just loved how bombastic it was and it just had a big affect on us. So, that’s kind of the idea we were trying to cover."

Spiderbait's recording also became one of the defining road trip anthems of modern rock. Whether blasting through highway speakers or accompanying high-speed chase scenes on screen, the song's relentless momentum has made it synonymous with life behind the wheel.

Nearly 50 years after Ram Jam's breakthrough recording, "Black Betty" continues to thrive through both versions. What began as a traditional folk song evolved into a hard rock classic before being reimagined for a new century, proving that great songs never stop finding new roads to travel.

Walmart Has a 'Powerful' and 'Fast' $390 E-Bike That's Perfect for Long Summer Rides

Mon, 06/29/2026 - 11:30pm

Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.

If you’ve been thinking about getting an e-bike for errands, neighborhood rides, light trails, or a less exhausting way to get around town, Walmart’s running a new deal that's worth checking out right now. The Gocio Off-Road Mountain E-Bike is currently marked down to $390 from $550. It comes in two colors, red and orange, and both are on sale for the same low price.

This 26-inch electric mountain bike features a 750-watt peak motor, a 48-volt lithium battery, a top speed of nearly 20 miles per hour, and a maximum range of 50 miles. The bike also has front shock absorption suspension, front and rear disc brakes, rugged 26-inch tires, and a convenient LCD display that shows your speed, battery level, and mileage.

If you’re not sure what to look for when shopping for an e-bike, Consumer Reports recommends that shoppers buy one that’s certified by a recognized testing organization, including Underwriters Laboratories (UL), because e-bikes use lithium-ion batteries that need to be charged and stored carefully. This bike checks that box since it’s listed as UL2849 certified.

“It’s really fast, and the battery life lasts a long time,” one reviewer wrote, noting that “it doesn’t take very long to charge up." Another shopper called it the "best e-bike I have had so far" and said, "It's powerful and stable on uphill,” while a third said, "It was easy to assemble” and “rides perfectly” straight out of the box.

This bike is ideal for anyone who wants an affordable entry into e-bikes without jumping straight to a model that costs over $1,000. The larger frame and rugged tires also make it better suited for paths and uneven pavement than a compact folding e-bike, and if comfort is a priority, it may be worth budgeting for a more comfortable seat or fenders as easy upgrades.

If you’ve been curious about e-bikes, the Gocio Off-Road Mountain E-Bike is worth a closer look while it’s on sale. Both the red and orange options are marked down from $550 to $390 at Walmart, giving you a much more affordable way to try an electric bike. Be sure to grab it while the deal is still live.

Pro Golfer Phil Mickelson’s Wife Amy Breaks Silence Following Shocking Misconduct Allegations

Mon, 06/29/2026 - 11:10pm

Amid allegations against pro golfer Phil Mickelson, his wife, Amy Mickelson, will remain supportive, "with extraordinary grace" and "unwavering love," according to a spokeswoman.

Her statement comes after Ashley Perez recently spoke out about alleged misconduct by Mickelson.

"Some of the allegations circulating about Mr. Mickelson are false, and others revisit mistakes he has already acknowledged, publicly or privately," the spokeswoman told People in a statement Monday, June 29.

His spokeswoman continued, "Stacking the disputed claims next to the ones he has owned does not make them credible. It instead contributes to a false and misleading narrative," the statement read. “No person, no article, and no book can present an accurate, complete, or personal story of the life Mr. Mickelson and his family have lived. His story, struggles, and recovery belong to him and to the people who have shared it closely alongside him."

"Recovery is not a straight line. Throughout their 35-year relationship, his wife, Amy Mickelson, has supported Mr. Mickelson and their family with extraordinary grace, unwavering love, and the belief that people are measured not only by their failures, but by what they do to make them right. Mr. Mickelson's priority is to become the husband, father, and man his family deserves. Right now, that means giving his full attention to a private family health matter. He understands that parts of his life are public, but his family's private matters are not," the statement concluded.

The spokeswoman’s response comes after an article from the golf website Skratch detailed Mickelson’s alleged misconduct.

According to the publication, he “took out his phone and showed her a full-body picture of himself naked with an erection while flexing one bicep,” and he told Perez to "come see me" later.

“There is a culture of silence that keeps women from coming forward,” Perez told Skratch. “I want to give other women the courage to share their truth.

Moreover, the singer-songwriter said she was eager to share this new chapter with her fans and couldn't wait to see everyone.

“This music feels close to my heart. A little heavier, more direct, and deeply rooted in the sounds and influences that shaped me as an artist. I’m so excited for this next chapter and to experience it together with you,” she said before wrapping up her message by hinting at “more shows to come.”

The presale for the Hytress European solo tour is now underway, while general ticket sales begin on July 1 at 12:00 p.m. CET.

Apart from her 2027 solo tour, the Nightwish vocalist has just released her single “Run.”

The new song marks her first solo track since the release of her 2023 debut album Paragon.

Under REVAMP Music and in collaboration with Warner Music, the lead vocalist revealed the meaning behind the song.

“To me, RUN is about no longer making yourself smaller to fit into a shape that was never yours,” she mentioned in an Instagram post, adding, “It’s about taking off the mask, trusting your own movement, and daring to be seen that way. Musically, it feels like the start of something new. A little heavier, a little more direct, but still honest, still melodic, still completely me.”

With the newly released track and an exciting solo tour lined up for next year, Jansen is entering a promising new chapter in her solo career.

Jen Hamilton Reveals She's Stepping Away From Nursing Amid Divorce

Mon, 06/29/2026 - 10:55pm

Jen Hamilton is sharing an emotional update amid her separation from husband Brian Hamilton after nearly 14 years of marriage.

In a TikTok posted on Monday, June 29, the labor and delivery nurse gave an update on her mental status just two weeks after her shocking split.

"Today was super hard. It comes in waves like labor, and today was really hard," Hamilton began her video. "I read a quote somewhere that said, 'Everything I've ever let go of has had my claw marks in it,' and maybe that's the truth, but I'm so proud of myself for being able to have radical acceptance of the situation that I'm in and making the hard choices for myself right now."

"I have no animosity, no ill will. I want him to find himself, I want him to be the bestest version of himself that he's ever been," she continued. "I'm going to be his biggest cheerleader as he is on that journey, but I'm also going to be my biggest cheerleader. I'm going to model for my children what it means to have healthy relationships, healthy self-worth, and allowing those that we love the very most in this world to accept and embrace the gift that is accountability and consequence for the decisions that we make in this life."

The influencer then made the surprising revelation she is temporarily stepping away from her nursing career.

"I'm taking some time off of work, which is something that I never ever wanted, but my patients do not deserve the mental state that I would bring to the bedside right now," the influencer explained. "One moment I'm okay, the next moment I'm not okay, and I don't know when those moments are. And my patients deserve so much better than that."

Hamilton concluded her video by asserting she is a "kick-ass" mom to her two children right now and thanked her parents and sister for their support.

"I'm gonna continue to live my life rooted in truth and integrity and honesty, and doing the right things for people, and I hope the exact same thing for him, but if you are going through a hard time, baby, just know you are not alone," she added. "Thank you guys so much for being so kind to me. I want you to be even kinder to him, he needs love more than me."

Hamilton first hinted at trouble in her marriage in a since-deleted TikTok shared on June 13.

1978 New Wave Hit, Considered One of the ‘Greatest Songs of All Time,’ Has Been Covered Over 40 Times

Mon, 06/29/2026 - 10:46pm

Originally written and recorded by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band in 1977, the song "Because the Night" started out with just a song title and some mumblings on Springsteen's end. Springsteen originally started working on the song during sessions for his album, Darkness on the Edge of Town. However, he struggled with the track for over four months and never really reached a place where he felt satisfied with it, particularly because he wasn't interested in recording, "just another love song."

Jimmy Iovine, an audio engineer, was working with Patti Smith at the same as Springsteen. At his advice, Smith took a swing at the song, adding in her own lyrics, and did her own recording. The final version ended up on her 1978 album, Easter.

The track ended up being Smith's biggest hit overall and a song that many critics and publications consider it to be one of the greatest songs of all time.

Since its release, "Because the Night" has been rerecorded by several other artists. According to a database of covers, more than 56 different cover versions of Smith's original track exist.

In 1992, the Italian group/dance act CO.RO released a version of "Because the Night" that also sampled Depeche Mode. The single sold over sold over 660,000 copies and became a Eurodance staple of the 1990s.

The following year in 1993, alt-rock group 10,000 Maniacs recorded an acoustic version of the song for MTV Unplugged. The group did make minor alterations and changes to some of the lyrics for their cover version. The recording was immensely popular and even hit number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100.

In 2013, Garbage and the Screaming Females recorded a cover of "Because the Night" for an exclusive release for Record Store Day that year. Of the duet, Garbage front-woman Shirley Manson originally said"We thought it'd be the perfect opportunity to solidify a recording and do something really special for the fans and for all the independent record stores."

Manson also sung Smith's praises in talking about the cover, "She is absolutely, without a doubt, one of my greatest inspirations. When I think I can't do things, I think about her and what she's achieved and what she continues to achieve on her own terms—always. That really inspires me."

Other Notable covers include versions by Cascada, The Midnight, Suede, and Kim Wilde.

In 2021, Rolling Stone listed "Because the Night" on its rolodex of the "500 Best Songs of All Time."The Independent also included the song as one of the ten best new wave singles of its release year.

Walmart’s Vintage-Inspired $40 Bird Bath Planter 'Looks Like an Antique' and Makes Your Garden More Inviting

One of the easiest ways to make a backyard feel more alive is by inviting birds to spend time there. Whether tall, short, large, or small, a bird bath can quickly become a favorite stop for neighborhood cardinals, finches, blue jays, and robins looking for a drink or a place to cool off on hot summer afternoons. Beyond attracting wildlife, the right one can also create a peaceful focal point that instantly makes gardens and flower beds feel more picturesque.

If you've been thinking about adding one to your outdoor space, Walmart has a deal worth chirping about. The retailer's bestselling Obensky 4-Planter Pedestal Bird Bath is currently marked down 33%, bringing the price from $60 to just $40. Four colors are on sale, including green, gray, blue, and black, with one option having already sold out. With a classic, vintage-inspired pedestal silhouette and built-in planter, this bird bath delivers double the charm while giving both your flowers and feathered visitors a place to thrive.

Designed to look like a weathered European garden antique, this pedestal bird bath adds decorative appeal to an outdoor space long before the first birds arrive. The basin features a softly scalloped rim with beaded edging and embossed floral details pressed into the bowl, while the pedestal is finished with raised scrollwork and Fleur-de-Lis-inspired accents that continue through the ornate base. The hand-applied verdigris finish layers shades of turquoise, bronze, and aged copper to give each of the four colors a slightly different texture and depth, creating the look of naturally aged cast metal without the weight.

Four integrated planter cups wrap around the base of the bird bath, turning the piece into more than just a resting spot for visiting birds. Each cup can be filled with trailing ivy, bright seasonal annuals, or even small herbs, allowing you to build a layered, living arrangement that feels lush and intentional from every angle. Even better, the design works in tandem with the bird bath itself. As birds splash and flutter in the basin above, gentle water droplets naturally spill outward and downward, watering whatever is growing in the planters.

Made from weather- and frost-resistant resin over durable polypropylene (PP) construction, it's designed to stay outdoors through changing seasons without denting, cracking, or rusting. The pedestal can be filled with sand or water for extra stability, while the included ground stakes help anchor it in place. Despite weighing just 4.9 pounds, the fillable design creates a sturdier foundation once assembled.

Birdwatchers praised this two-in-one garden accessory for its "beautiful" design and “sturdy” build. Many customers noted that it “looks like an antique.”  One reviewer said that the bird bath was “easy to assemble and works great." The same person shared, "The birds in our backyard took to it right away and love it also.”

Love Island USA's Tierra Davis Allegedly Threatened to Shoot a Girl Years Ago

Mon, 06/29/2026 - 10:17pm

Love Island USA's Tierra Davis allegedly assaulted a girl years before appearing on season 8 of the Peacock series.

According to TMZ—who obtained the 2018 restraining order and spoke to Davis's alleged victim, Shayla Woodard—the reported assault occurred due to jealously over Davis's ex-boyfriend.

Per the court documents, Woodard, who was 16 at the time, claimed then-17-year-old Davis threatened to shoot her with a gun after physically assaulting her.

Woodard claimed she knew of Davis from a friend of a former classmate but did not know her personally. Woodard added that she believed the reality star was upset because she knew her ex-boyfriend.

Woodard claims to have called the police on Davis, who allegedly kept harassing her regardless.

She then filed for a restraining ordering against Davis in hopes that she would stop contacting her and stay away from her family.

The temporary restraining order was granted, however, the case was later dismissed in December of that year.

Sources who spoke the outlet say that Woodard only found out that Davis was on Love Island USA this week. Despite their past, the insider claims Woodard has "no ill feelings" towards Davis, wishes her the best, and believes people can evolve and change.

Davis entered the Love Island USA villa during the Casa Amor twist, in which the original men and women are split up and introduced to a new group of singles.

In a controversial move, Davis was brought back to the villa by KC Chandler, who had been coupled up with Aniya Harvey. Harvey, meanwhile, chose to remain single at the end of Casa Amor.

The next episode of Love Island USA will stream on Peacock on Tuesday, June 29 at 9 p.m. ET.

1975 Crossover Hit That Spent 41 Weeks on the Charts Quietly Captured a Legend's Biggest Inner Turmoil

Mon, 06/29/2026 - 10:17pm

One of Glen Campbell's biggest crossover hits wasn't just another chart success. It also offered a revealing glimpse into the inner turmoil that accompanied his extraordinary rise from rural Arkansas to Hollywood stardom.

Released in October 1975 as the second single from his chart-topping album Rhinestone Cowboy, "Country Boy (You Got Your Feet in L.A.)" became another major hit for Campbell. The song climbed to No. 3 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart, reached No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the Adult Contemporary chart, giving Campbell his fifth No. 1 on that survey. Combined, it spent 41 weeks across the three Billboard charts, further cementing Campbell as one of the era's defining crossover stars.

Written by Dennis Lambert and Brian Potter, the song tells the story of a man who has achieved the success he always dreamed of but finds himself longing for the simpler life he left behind. The narrator enjoys the rewards of fame, yet questions whether they're worth the distance from the place that shaped him.

For Campbell, those emotions were more than just compelling lyrics.

Born in the tiny town of Delight, Arkansas, Campbell left home as a teenager before eventually building a remarkable career in Los Angeles. As one of the legendary Wrecking Crew session musicians, he played on countless classic recordings before becoming a television star and one of country music's first true crossover sensations. But even as his success grew, he never stopped talking about the tension between his roots and his new life.

Following Campbell's death in 2017, international press organization DW pointed to "Country Boy (You Got Your Feet in L.A.)" as one of the songs that best captured that lifelong push and pull. The publication noted that Campbell often spoke about feeling caught between two worlds, once remarking that he could earn more in a week in Los Angeles than he would in a year picking cotton back home, yet still found himself drawn to the place where he grew up.

At the same time, Variety noted after his death that Campbell often ssaid, "I’m not a country singer. I’m a country boy who sings.”

The song also arrived just months after "Rhinestone Cowboy," another recording Campbell later described as deeply personal. Variety observed that "Country Boy" reflected many of the same dreams, compromises and sacrifices that defined his career, making it feel like a companion piece to his signature hit.

Campbell's ability to bridge country and pop would help shape the careers of countless artists who followed. But while many fans remember him for the crossover success of songs like "Rhinestone Cowboy," "Wichita Lineman" and "Southern Nights," "Country Boy (You Got Your Feet in L.A.)" may be his most revealing recording.

More than a hit, it was the sound of a man discovering that success doesn't always quiet the voice calling you home.
