This Southern City Was Just Named the 'Best Summer Travel Destination' in the U.S., and It Has an Epic Aquarium, Legendary BBQ, and Unique Markets
If you, like millions of Americans, are still struggling to figure out where to go this summer thanks to exorbitant costs of, well, just about everything, a new study has some encouraging news: Atlanta just topped the list as America's best summer destination for value. WalletHub analyzed 100 metro areas across 41 different metrics—factoring in everything from flight costs and local dining prices to the number of attractions and activities available—and the Georgia capital claimed the #1 spot. Right behind it? Orlando at #2, followed by Austin at #3.
So what makes Atlanta such a compelling choice for a summer getaway, especially when travel budgets are stretched thin? The answer lies in a mix of world-class attractions (World of Coca-Cola, Zoo Atlanta, and the College Football Hall of Fame are some crowd-pleasing draws), genuinely great food, and vibrant neighborhood gathering spots that deliver serious experiences without the premium price tag most major cities demand. All the gorgeous nature that surrounds the urban city, earning it its nickname as the “City in a Forest”, is just the cherry on top.

The Aquarium That Steals the ShowThe Georgia Aquarium stands as one of the must-see stops. It's massive—the largest in the entire Western hemisphere and filled with aquatic creatures of every kind. This summer, the venue is rolling out "Glow Nights," an immersive experience where bioluminescent-inspired lighting and deep-sea performances transform the space into something genuinely otherworldly. It's the kind of attraction that makes the whole trip worthwhile, especially if you've got kids in tow.
Barbecue Worth the TripAtlanta's barbecue scene has serious depth. Places like Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q and Heirloom Market BBQ have become local institutions, while Lewis Barbecue offers top-tier smoked meats in a spacious setting. Beyond smoked meats, Atlanta's food culture includes Michelin-starred restaurants and creative concepts that rival those of any major city.
Rich Civil Rights and Cultural HistoryAtlanta's role in American history runs deep. The Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park anchors the city's cultural landscape, featuring his birth home and the historic Ebenezer Baptist Church where he preached. The National Center for Civil and Human Rights offers powerful exhibitions exploring pivotal moments in the fight for equality, while the Atlanta History Center provides comprehensive context into the city's evolution. Walking these sites gives visitors genuine insight into the struggles and triumphs that shaped the nation.
Markets That Tell a StoryBeyond the major attractions, Atlanta's farmers' markets reveal what makes the city tick. The Grant Park Farmers Market, held every Sunday year-round, ranks among the city's largest and offers everything from locally-grown vegetables to artisan meats and handmade goods. It's not just grocery shopping—there's live music, communal seating, and genuine community energy.
The Saturday Peachtree Road Farmers Market in Buckhead attracts serious foodies hunting for small-batch breads, preserves, and seasonal specialties alongside farm-fresh produce. Even the Green Market at Piedmont Park, operating Saturdays, taps into that same vibe of connecting with local farmers and producers while enjoying one of Atlanta's favorite gathering spots.
Outdoor Adventure: Granite Peaks and Urban TrailsStone Mountain Park, just 20 miles east of downtown, features a massive granite dome with over 15 miles of trails—from easy lakeside walks to a challenging one-mile summit hike offering panoramic views of the Atlanta skyline. A scenic skyride provides quick access to the top for those who prefer not to climb. Closer to the city, Piedmont Park's 200 acres in Midtown offers jogging paths, picnic spots, and hosts major events year-round.
The Atlanta BeltLine, a 22-mile loop of multi-use trails, connects neighborhoods across the city and is perfect for walking, running, or biking. For a shorter escape, Panola Mountain State Park sits just 15 minutes away with pristine granite outcrops and forested trails.
Between world-class dining, profound history, engaging attractions, and easy access to nature, Atlanta truly has something for everyone.
Controversial Singer-Actress Claudine Longet Dead at 84
Claudine Longet, the French singer and actress who remains tied to the fatal shooting of her Olympian boyfriend Spider Sabrich, has died at the age of 84, The Hollywood Reporter confirms.
The singer's death was reported this past Thursday by her nephew, Bryan Longet. As of yet, it's not clear what Longet's cause of death was attributed to.
Born in Paris, France on January 29, 1942, Longet managed to come into her element by the mid 1960s. While famously married to TV personality Andy Williams, Longet also became a well-known singer, allowing her to transition to a successful career in mainstream film.
Among other accomplishments, the artist starred alongside comedy legend Peter Sellers in 1968's The Party, combining her musical talents with her on-screen acting in a memorable rendition of the song, "Nothing to Lose."
Following her divorce from Williams in 1975, Longet began dating accomplished Olympic skier Spider Sabich. While living in his Starwood, Colorado residence, she wound up shooting Sabich in the abdomen with a .22-caliber gun purchased by the athlete's father. In her defense, Longet said the gun accidentally fired as Sabich instructed her how to use it.
Accompanying the severely wounded Sabich to the hospital in an ambulance, Longet was beside the skier when he died as a result of his wounds. At the time of his death, he was just 31-years-old.
Due to the nature of the athlete's death, Longet was charged with reckless manslaughter, thrusting her into a high-profile legal case that could have cost her 10 years in prison.
During the Aspen trial, her ex-husband Williams provided both emotional and legal support, accompanying her to the courtroom and testifying on her behalf.
Due to several logistical challenges (including mishandled evidence and an illegally performed search), the jury eventually found Longet guilty of criminally negligent homicide in January 1977. For this, she was sentenced with two years' probation, fined $250 and made to serve 30 days in jail.
Following the case, Sabich's surviving family filed a civil suit against Longet for $1.3 million. The case was later settled out of court. Following this, Longet retreated from the public spotlight, never releasing another album or starring in another TV show or film throughout the remainder of her life.

Rooted in Sanskrit, mantras are instruments of mind or thought—sacred words that carry spiritual power and even potentially magic. You can lean on a mantra to get centered, motivated, and yes, even call in healing. And mantras tailored to your birth month speak to your unique perspective and identity. Read on to discover the mantra that can bolster your inner peace, according to your birth month.
Mantras for Healing, Based on Your Birth MonthCheck for your birth month below.
MUST READ: What Your Soul Is Here to Heal, Based on Your Birth Date
January“Letting go brings me peace.”
If you celebrate your birthday during the first month of the year, you were born while the sun was moving through hardworking, responsible Capricorn or laser-focused, eccentric Aquarius. Both signs are influenced by Saturn, the planet of commitment, as a ruler, which means people who were born in January are industrious and dedicated to achieving their goals but might also struggle with being hard on themselves. Lean on this mantra to allow yourself to take your hands off the wheel and see where the moment leads.
February“I am grounded, mindful, and loved.”
If you came into the world during the middle of winter, you were born when the sun was in either social, humanitarian, rational-minded Aquarius or empathic, artistic, sensitive Pisces. You have an active imagination and inventive spirit and can surprise people with your sudden brainstorms, lightbulb moments, and desire to heal others. But because you are so apt to pick up and take on other people’s energy, devoting enough time to caring for yourself is a must. Get in tune with the earth and your heart by tapping this centering, self-compassion mantra.
March"I don't need to shrink or race. I just need to show up."
Born during the month that brings us out of the darkness of winter and into the lighter, brighter, greener days of springtime, you’re either a deeply creative, emotionally astute, and sensitive Pisces sun or an action-oriented, competitive, direct Aries, and both signs are in tune with their instincts. This mantra can help you combat being overly empathic or hurried in your approach, creating more space to connect with your own needs and hold true to your personal pace and timeline.

April“I am patient and kind with myself.”
If you were born as springtime takes hold and new life begins to bloom from every corner of the earth, you’re either a go-getter, competitive Aries sun or a resolute, sensual, dependable Taurus sun, which means you’re capable of zeroing in on your aspirations and moving either at a lightning pace (as a Ram) or slowly and steadily (a la the Bull) toward the finish line. Either way, you can find it challenging to accept timing and circumstances that might be out of your hands, so consider leaning on this mantra to give yourself grace.
May“My mind is clear, peaceful, and present.”
If you mark another year around the sun in the same month that plays host to Mother’s Day and Memorial Day, you’re a grounded, practical, steady Taurus sun or a social, curious, lighthearted Gemini sun. Cultivating and nurturing relationships is at the core of your values, but at times, your head might buzz a mile a minute, making it challenging to feel grounded in your physical and/or emotional needs. Try this mantra to find clarity and make room to listen to your heart and spirit as well as your mind.
June"I give so gorgeously and fully. I am learning to receive the same."
If you were born during the month that hosts the summer solstice, your sun sign is either personable, on-the-go, supercommunicator Gemini or heartfelt, funny, deeply caregiving Cancer. In turn, making new connections and moving the ball forward on your big picture visions comes naturally. But you might find it challenging to care for yourself as well as you care for others. Consider this mantra a way to remind yourself that you deserve the light and love you pour into the world.
RELATE?: Which Wildflower Matches You, Based on Your Birth Month
July“I am worthy of being seen, heard, and nourished.”
If you were born during this mid-summer, shimmeringly bright month dedicated to family vacations and beach days, you were born when the sun was either in deeply nurturing, emotionally astute, mood-fueled Cancer or the sign that the sun is right at home in as the ruler: generous, dynamic, action-oriented, charismatic Leo. Loyal and fiercely protective of your loved ones, you might struggle to feel seen and heard in the way that you always aim to help others feel. Try this mantra to remember that you’re truly worthy.
August“I am worthy of love and acceptance just as I am.”
As summer reaches its fever pitch, and humid days morph into back-to-school season, your birthday might fall while the sun is cruising through driven, fiercely loyal, spotlight-loving Leo or intuitive, cerebral, service-oriented Virgo. Either way, you’re wired to map out strategic game plans and make moves to make your mark and prove yourself useful to others. This can take a toll, and one of the best ways to rejuvenate yourself is through a mantra of self-compassion.
September“I am worthy of present, requited love.”
If you were born during the month that connects summer with autumn, your sun is in thoughtful, communicative, helpful, heartfelt Virgo or a diplomacy-loving, balance-boosting, partnership-oriented Libra. You prioritize showing up within your one-on-one bonds and bringing more harmony and beauty into every space you inhabit. But at times, you might find that giving more than you receive sets the stage for heartache. Try this mantra to invite in greater reciprocity.
October"I honor what was. I release what is done. I welcome what's coming."
As we move into the first full month of fall, spooky season and a desire to get cozier with your nearest and dearest takes hold, and the sun moves through relationship-oriented, elegant, beauty-seeking Libra followed by fearless, powerful, intimacy-prioritizing Scorpio. You’re the type of person who believes in giving your bonds everything you have. And your emotions run so deep that heartbreak might be especially hard to shake. Use this mantra to release what’s no longer serving you in order to mend your soul.

November"I burn brightly. That is nothing to apologize for. It is a superpower."
As autumn days grow chillier and the holiday season rolls in, the sun moves through mysterious, sensual, and intensely private Scorpio into wanderlust-fueled, unfiltered Sagittarius. Your inner fire is practically unparalleled, and you pour everything you have into your approach to life and your bonds. You may be tending to wounds that resulted from being made to feel like you’re too much. Meditate on this mantra to remind yourself that your passion is your greatest strength.
December"I was built to make my wildest dreams a reality. I celebrate my bravery.”
If you were born when the sun was moving through either gregarious, direct, jovial Sagittarius or pragmatic, wise, traditional Capricorn, you’re philosophical, adventurous, industrious, and full of an insatiable thirst for knowledge. Your fiery motivation and desire to put your nose to the grindstone might make you feel like you’re climbing a mountain solo at times. Lean on this mantra to honor your go-getter spirit and wild ambition.

Who’s Who on ‘Dutton Ranch’? Meet the Characters in the New ‘Yellowstone’ Sequel
The Yellowstone story may be entering a new era, but some of the franchise’s most important players are coming along for the ride. Paramount+’s sequel series Dutton Ranch shifts the action from Montana to Texas, following Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) as they begin a new chapter after the events of Yellowstone. But while the setting may be changing, the series still appears firmly rooted in the same world of family loyalty, ranch politics, hard living, and emotional scars that defined the original drama.
As anticipation builds for Dutton Ranch, fans are naturally wondering which familiar faces will play major roles in the next phase of the Dutton saga. From returning Yellowstone veterans to new additions tied to the Texas ranching world, here’s a closer look at the key characters expected to shape the future of the franchise, and the actors bringing them to life.
Dutton Ranch Cast Kelly Reilly as Beth Dutton in 'Dutton Ranch'Emerson Miller/Paramount+.
Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly)Beth Dutton enters Dutton Ranch carrying the emotional weight of everything that happened on Yellowstone, but also with something she rarely had in the original series: a chance to finally build a life on her own terms. Fiercely loyal, ruthlessly intelligent, and never afraid to weaponize either her words or her business instincts, Beth spent years protecting the Dutton legacy at any cost. Now, with the family’s Montana chapter behind her, Dutton Ranch gives Beth the opportunity to channel that same intensity into creating something new alongside Rip. But if Yellowstone proved anything, it’s that Beth never stops fighting — especially when family, loyalty, or the future of the ranch is on the line.
Cole Hauser as Rip Wheeler in 'Dutton Ranch'Emerson Miller/Paramount+
Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser)Rip Wheeler has always been the emotional backbone and enforcer of the Yellowstone universe — the kind of man who would do absolutely anything for the people he loves. After years spent protecting the YellowstoneDutton Ranch and carrying out John Dutton’s (Kevin Costner) orders without hesitation, Rip heads to Texas with a rare opportunity to focus on building a future with Beth instead of constantly fighting to preserve the past. But even in Texas, Rip’s instincts as a rancher, protector, and problem solver aren’t likely to disappear. Whether he’s managing cowboys, defending the ranch, or navigating whatever new threats come their way, Rip remains the steady center of the Dutton world.
Finn Little as Carter in 'Dutton Ranch'Lauren “Lo” Smith/Paramount+
Carter (Finn Little)Carter began Yellowstone as a troubled teenager searching for stability, but over time he became an adopted son to Beth and Rip. Raised in the harsh and often chaotic environment of the Yellowstone ranch, Carter learned hard lessons about responsibility, loyalty, and survival from two people who rarely showed vulnerability to anyone else. Dutton Ranch has the chance to further explore Carter’s evolution as he grows into adulthood under Beth and Rip’s guidance, while also carving out his own identity within the next generation of the Dutton legacy.

Annette Bening as Beulah Jackson in 'Dutton Ranch'EmersonMiller/Paramount+.
Beulah Jackson (Annette Bening)Beulah Jackson appears poised to become one of the biggest obstacles standing in Beth and Rip’s way on Dutton Ranch. Described by Beth as “a grizzly in Gucci,” Beulah is the powerful owner of the neighboring 10 Petal Ranch, a Texas cattle empire whose roots in the state stretch back nearly 200 years. In many ways, she's the Texas equivalent of John Dutton: fiercely protective of her land, deeply connected to ranching tradition, and more than capable of throwing her weight around when challenged. And based on early descriptions of the character, Beulah doesn’t seem especially thrilled about Beth and Rip planting new roots in her territory — setting the stage for what could become one of the franchise’s next great rivalries.
Ed Harris as Everett McKinney in 'Dutton Ranch'Emerson Miller/Paramount+
Everett McKinney (Ed Harris)Everett McKinney looks poised to become one of Beth’s most important allies as she adjusts to life in Texas. A former Navy helicopter pilot who later became a veterinarian, Everett brings both toughness and experience to the world of Dutton Ranch, along with the kind of quiet authority that naturally commands respect. Unlike many of the people Beth encountered on Yellowstone, Everett seems less interested in fighting her and more interested in helping her understand the realities of the land, the culture, and the people surrounding the ranch. He also appears to bring something the Yellowstone universe occasionally lacked: a sense of humor. That lighter energy could add some welcome levity to the series, especially when paired opposite Beth’s intensity and Rip’s stoicism, while still allowing Everett to serve as a stabilizing presence amid the chaos sure to follow.
Juan Pablo Raba as Joaquin in 'Dutton Ranch'Lauren Smith/Paramount+
Joaquin (Juan Pablo Raba)Joaquin is Beulah Jackson’s oldest son and the heir apparent to the 10 Petal Ranch. Responsible, disciplined, and deeply committed to the family business, Joaquin appears to be the steady hand keeping the operation running smoothly. He’s also tasked with keeping both his younger brother and the ranch’s rowdy bunkhouse cowboys in line — a job that likely won’t get any easier once Beth and Rip arrive in Texas.

Jai Courtney as Rob-Will in 'Dutton Ranch'Emerson Miller/Paramount+
Rob-Will (Jai Courtney)Rob-Will is the black sheep of the Jackson family and a constant headache for both Beulah and his older brother Joaquin. Hotheaded, reckless, and always one bad decision away from trouble, Rob-Will has a habit of creating the kind of problems Joaquin is forced to clean up — sometimes before they land him in jail. His volatile personality could make him one of the most unpredictable characters on Dutton Ranch.
L-R: Natalie Alyn Lind as Oreana and Finn Little as Carter in 'Dutton Ranch'Lauren Smith/Paramount+
Oreana (Natalie Alyn Lind)Oreana is Beulah Jackson’s free-spirited granddaughter who seems far less interested in ranch politics than the rest of her family. Independent and adventurous, Oreana quickly develops an interest in Carter, potentially creating tension between the Jacksons and the Dutton Ranch crew. If their relationship deepens, it could add an emotional wildcard to an already complicated rivalry between the two ranching families.
L-R: J.R. Villarreal as Azul, Marc Menchaca as Zachariah, and Cole Hauser as Rip Wheeler in 'Dutton Ranch'Lauren Smith/Paramount+
Azul (J.R. Villarreal)Azul has deep roots on the property now known as Dutton Ranch. His father worked on the former Edwards Ranch long before Beth and Rip purchased the land, and after the sale, the Edwards family specifically asked for Azul to remain. Hardworking and deeply familiar with the ranch and the locals, Azul quickly becomes indispensable to Rip as they try to establish their new operation in Texas.
(L-R): Marc Menchaca as Zachariah and Kelly Reilly as Beth Dutton in 'Dutton Ranch'Emerson Miller/Paramount+
Zachariah (Marc Menchaca)Zachariah enters Dutton Ranch under circumstances that will feel very familiar to longtime Yellowstone fans. Much like Rip once did with Walker (Ryan Bingham), Rip recruits Zachariah by offering him a job immediately after his release from jail. But what Rip doesn’t realize is that Zachariah already has a connection to the ranch through Azul, an old friend who knows the man behind the criminal record. Grateful for a second chance and eager for a fresh start, Zachariah could become one of the more complicated redemption stories in the series.

A New Horror Novel Is Being Called a ‘Morbid Love Letter’ to the ’90s
Readers who miss the gritty thrillers and dark crime stories that dominated bookstores in the 1990s may have found their next obsession.
This week, author Hannah Morrissey’s upcoming novel Scream City started building momentum after an exclusive reveal described the book as a 'morbid love letter' to the noir-heavy crime fiction era that shaped a generation of readers. The phrase immediately caught attention across horror and thriller circles, especially among fans nostalgic for the decade’s darker storytelling trends.
The novel blends serial killer suspense with retro atmosphere, creating a story that feels intentionally rooted in the mood and style of the 1990s. And nostalgia is hot right now as it continues to drive entertainment trends across television, movies and publishing.
Readers have spent the past several years gravitating toward familiar cultural aesthetics. From reboots and retro fashion to revived interest in physical bookstores, audiences continue embracing media that recreates the emotional texture of earlier decades.
Scream City appears positioned directly inside that movement.
The early buzz surrounding the novel stems partly from how specifically it embraces its influences. Instead of modernizing the crime thriller formula, Morrissey leans into smoky noir imagery, unsettling serial killer themes and the kind of atmospheric storytelling many readers associate with paperback thrillers from decades ago.
Related: This 1,000-Page Novel Is Just One Sentence — And It Won a Major Award
The renewed interest in darker thriller fiction has become one of publishing’s most noticeable trends this year. BookTok communities, horror recommendation accounts and online reading groups continue spotlighting stories that combine suspense with strong emotional atmosphere.
Part of the appeal may come from the contrast with modern entertainment habits. In an era dominated by quick clips and rapid-fire content, slower-burning mysteries and richly textured thrillers offer readers a more immersive escape.
For longtime fans of crime fiction, the conversation surrounding Scream City may also seem familiar. The 1990s represented a massive era for psychological thrillers, serial killer stories and moody detective fiction that filled bookstores and movie theaters alike.
Now, a new generation of horror readers appears eager to revisit that tone.
Whether Scream City ultimately becomes a breakout hit remains to be seen, but its early momentum proves there is still a strong audience for stories that revive the unsettling mood of an earlier era.
Tiger Woods Spotted for the First Time in Florida After Six Weeks in Rehab
Tiger Woods is back in the United States after completing six weeks in rehab following his DUI arrest.
The golf icon, 50, returned from rehab in Switzerland and was photographed stepping off his Gulfstream G550 on Wednesday afternoon at Palm Beach International Airport in Florida, TMZ.com reported. Wearing gray shorts, a black jacket, and a black hat, the athlete was joined by two pups on the tarmac.

On April 1, Woods got the permission of a Florida judge to leave the United States to seek treatment following his car accident and arrest for DUI. He was granted permission to leave Florida, according to court documents obtained and reviewed by PEOPLE. According to the documents, the athlete’s physician made the recommendation that he leave the country “based upon the Defendant’s complex clinical presentation, the urgent need for a level of care that cannot safely or effectively be done within the United States.”
The recommendation that Woods seek treatment out of the U.S. was also based on the idea that his “privacy has been repeatedly compromised.”
“Ongoing medical scrutiny and public exposure create significant barriers to his care and would result in setbacks and an inability to fully engage in treatment,” Woods’ lawyer, Douglas Duncan, argued in the filing, the piece continued.

On March 27, Woods was involved in a rollover car crash when his Land Rover rolled over after he “overtook” a pressure-cleaning truck that was pulling a small trailer, Sheriff John M. Budensiek said in a press conference on Friday, PEOPLE noted.
Police administered a breathalyzer test on the scene, and Woods “blew triple zeros.” However, he refused to submit to a urinalysis at the jail. According to the police affidavit obtained by PEOPLE, Martin County Sheriff’s Office deputies allegedly found two hydrocodone pills in his left pants pocket.
What Did Tiger Woods Say After the Accident?Woods broke his silence on March 31 in a statement posted to his Twitter/X page.
“I know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today,” Woods said in a post. “I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health. This is necessary in order for me to prioritize my well-being and work toward lasting recovery,” Woods continued. “I’m committed to taking the time needed to return in a healthier, stronger, and more focused place, both personally and professionally. I appreciate your understanding and support, and ask for privacy for my family, loved ones, and myself at this time.”

Arby’s Brings Back 3 Summer Menu Favorites Just in Time for BBQ Season
Arby's is bringing back its seasonal barbecue menu with a new item—and right on time.
Ahead of National Barbecue Day (observed this Saturday, May 16), the fast-food chain revealed it would once again serve up summertime staples like pulled pork and chopped brisket as part of its returning BBQ menu.
Loyal fans may be wondering which BBQ menu is returning, as Arby's launched two different versions in past seasons. In 2024, it opted for Bourbon BBQ everything, and last year the company teamed up with self-proclaimed "grilling enthusiasts" and comedians Anthony Anderson andCedric the Entertainer's AC Barbeque brand for a more "authentic" take on the style.
This year, Arby's is bringing back the menu items it slow-cooked in that finger-lickin'-good collab and adding a cheesy new bowl to deliver the "rich, classic flavors people crave this time of year" to customers nationwide.
Arby's BBQ Menu Returns for Summer 2026On Friday, Arby's confirmed it is reviving its slow-smoked barbecue menu, which includes the Quarter Pound Pulled Pork or Chopped BrisketBowl, Quarter Pound Pulled Pork Sandwich and Quarter Pound Chopped Brisket Sandwich.

For this year's take, Arby's is switching up the recipe ever so slightly to make it more flavorful. Its new brisket features a "chopped mix of tender meat paired with caramelized, smoky bark, ensuring every bite is packed with flavor. The chopped technique allows for more evenly absorbed sauce, too," the company explained in the May 15 press release. This year's BBQ menu does not include the celebrity AC Barbeque sauce, but a choice of sweet or spicy BBQ sauce.
- Quarter Pound Pulled Pork/Chopped Brisket Bowl: Creamy white cheddar mac and cheese layered with either slow-smoked pulled pork or chopped brisket, then topped with crispy onions and your choice of sweet or spicy BBQ sauce
- Quarter Pound Pulled Pork Sandwich: A quarter pound of hickory-smoked pulled pork, smoked for four hours and served on a brioche bun with pickles and your choice of BBQ sauce
- Quarter Pound Chopped Brisket Sandwich: A quarter pound of brisket smoked for 13 hours, chopped and served on a brioche bun with pickles and your choice of BBQ sauce
The company also revealed it's launching an all-new Mac Bowl, which it said offers a "hearty twist on comfort food" by layering a quarter-pound of smoked pulled pork or chopped brisket over "creamy" white cheddar mac and cheese, then finishing it off with crispy onions and your choice of BBQ sauce.
Arby's BBQ menu returns for summer 2026 with a new Mac Bowl."This is BBQ done right — smoked low and slow with no shortcuts so it comes out tender, juicy and full of flavor," Jeff Baker, chief marketing officer at Arby’s, shared in a statement. "I’m excited for fans of BBQ to try our new chopped brisket. It’s authentic BBQ brisket with a delicious bark that’s smoky and caramelized."
All four menu items are available now at participating Arby's locations for a limited time this season (prices may vary).

35 Years Ago Today, Queen Elizabeth II Made an Appearance at MLB Game in Baltimore
In 1991, Queen Elizabeth II surprised the public with a rare and memorable appearance at a Major League Baseball game.
Her Majesty the Queen stepped outside of their usual royal protocol and flew from the U.K. to the U.S. for a 13-day royal state visit.
Among the scheduled events for the royal couple was a visit to an MLB game.
Thirty-five years ago today, the then-65-year-old queen marked a historic moment, together with her husband King Philip and President George H.W. Bush, and his wife Barbara Bush, to watch the intense matchup between the Oakland Athletics and the Baltimore Orioles.
Striking her signature look, the queen dazzled in a below-the-knee burgundy-and-black printed long-sleeve dress, which she styled with black gloves.
As for her accessories, she kept it simple with three strands of pearls and a brooch that added a subtle touch of flair to her look.

For the sporting event, the Queen skipped wearing a formal hat, which members of the royal family typically wear during public outings.
Meanwhile, the King looked dapper in his signature black coat, exuding a classic presence throughout the event.
As they arrived at the dugout, the couple, together with Bush, was greeted by the players and their coaches.
Legendary Hall of Fame inductee Reggie Jackson, who was a coach at that time for the Athletics, was the first to greet the royal couple, followed by Athletics manager Tony La Russa.
Interestingly, reports noted that La Russa instructed the players to "act naturally" during the interaction.
Lo and behold, the team took the advice literally , prompting Oakland slugger Jose Canseco to welcome the royal visitors while continuously chewing gum.
In addition, coach Cal Ripken Sr, Cal Ripken Jr and Dave Stewart were also spotted with the latter describing the Queen as "extremely friendly and engaging."
On the other hand, Ripken Jr. appeared moved by the rare experience, noting that the atmosphere felt completely different.
“I’ve been playing baseball for 10 years, and I’m used to a normal atmosphere, but this is very different. There’s a lot of excitement,” he said, as mentioned by Bird Watchers.
It was the Oakland Athletics who took home the victory after securing a 6-3 win as the final score.
Throughout her 70-year reign as the monarch, Queen Elizabeth II rarely attended sporting events.
The only notable appearances were at the annual horse racing events such as Royal Ascot or the Epsom Derby. Interestingly, this was also the sport she was most passionate about.
Adding to the list were the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal and the 2012 London Olympics and among the few.

'Yellowstone' Actor Cole Hauser’s Net Worth and How He Made It
Nowadays Cole Hauser may be best known for his role as Rip Wheeler on Yellowstone, but this actor has probably appeared in many of your favorite movies. With a career as diverse as they come, Hauser has been in films including the stoner comedy classic Dazed and Confused (1993), Good Will Hunting (1997), the sleeper hit Pitch Black (2000), the second movie in the Fast & Furious franchise, 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003) and The Break-Up (2006). Given all these hits, we need to know what Cole Hauser’s net worth is after decades of working in the industry!
Cole Hauser comes from a show business family, the son of Cass Warner, the founder of the film production company Warner Sisters, and Independent Spirit Award-nominated actor Wings Hauser. With such an illustrious Hollywood heritage, it’s no wonder he’s gone on to do great things!
Here is everything you need to know about Cole Hauser’s net worth in 2026 and his 30+ years in Hollywood that helped him earn it!

Cole Hauser is one of those actors who, even if you don’t know his name, you are sure to recognize his face. He most recently achieved fame and acclaim due to his role in Yellowstone, but he has appeared in several classic movies during his 30-year career.
Cole Hauser is definitely what is known as a nepo baby, as he comes from an extremely powerful and successful Hollywood lineage. As mentioned before, his mother, Cass Warner, founded the film production company Warner Sisters, and his father, Wings Hauser, is an Independent Spirit Award-nominated actor as well as a director. But his show business heritage actually traces back even further.
Hauser’s maternal grandfather, writer/producer Milton Sperling, was involved in over 50 films and had two Academy Award nominations in his career, while his maternal grandmother was accomplished artist and activist Betty Warner Sheinbaum. One of his maternal great-grandfathers was Harry Warner, a founder of Warner Bros. studio and its original president. Needless to say, it was not going to be hard for this guy to get auditions.
On the other side of his family, his paternal grandfather, Dwight Hauser, was an Academy Award-winning screenwriter. It probably came as a no-brainer that Cole Hauser would follow in his family’s footsteps into a career in show business, and he did just that when he left school at the age of 16 to pursue acting.
Hauser’s first role came in 1992’s School Ties, which also featured early performances from then-unknown actors Brendan Fraser, Matt Damon, Chris O'Donnell and Ben Affleck. He followed up this role with an appearance in 1993’s cult classic Dazed and Confused, once again alongside Ben Affleck. In 1995, he appeared as the leader of a group of campus neo-Nazi skinheads in John Singleton’s Higher Learning. In 1997, his friendship with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck from his early career paid off once again as he appeared in their breakthrough movie Good Will Hunting.
In 2000, he appeared in the movie that would start Vin Diesel’s rise to stardom, the cult classic horror Pitch Black. That same year, he was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for his performance in Tigerland, which made him an actor to watch. He has continued to work steadily in the two decades since, appearing in such movies as 2002’s Hart's War alongside Bruce Willis and Colin Farrell, 2003’s Tears of the Sun also alongside Bruce Willis, 2003’s The Fast and the Furious sequel 2 Fast 2 Furious, 2004’s Paparazzi, 2005’s The Cave, 2013’s Die Hard sequel A Good Day to Die Hard and 2014’s Transcendence.
All of these movies introduced audiences to Cole Hauser, but he was rarely the lead actor in his projects. As a result, it could be argued that Cole Hauser finally achieved fame because of his role in the Paramount Network series Yellowstone.

‘The Ring’ Horror Legend Dead at 68
As reported by The New York Times, a horror legend has recently died. Koji Suzuki was a Japanese writer, sometimes referred to as the Stephen King of Japan, who created the famous Ring novels. The first in the series was a 1991 bestseller that launched one of the most iconic horror film franchises in the world. It was originally part of a trilogy that included Spiral and Loop. However, more books have been written since then, including Birthday, S, and Tide.
View this post on InstagramThe original book, which was set in modern-day Japan, was about a cursed videotape that warned the viewer that they would die in one week unless “a certain, unspecified act [was] performed.” It went on to sell millions of copies. In addition to inspiring several films, it also inspired a manga adaptation and a television series.
Although Suzuki was responsible for one of the most famous horror stories in the world, he wasn’t the biggest fan of horror himself. In a 2004 interview with The New York Times, he admitted, “I actually don’t like all that supernatural stuff. I really dislike most horror writing.”

Fans on Reddit have been mourning him since the news of his death broke, with many recommending his work. One said, “His Ring novels are vastly different than the films (excluding the Japanese television series), but I recommend them if you want some truly bizarre tech-thriller/medical science fiction horror.”
Another said, "Ring was never just a ghost story. It carried loneliness, dread, technology, memory, and the strange feeling that something invisible had already entered everyday life. Long before 'internet horror' became a genre of its own, Suzuki understood how fear could travel through modern media and ordinary routines. The horror in his books was rarely loud. It crept in quietly until the familiar no longer felt safe."
Suzuki received multiple awards throughout the course of his writing career. They included the Shirley Jackson Award and the Bram Stoker Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2021. He was 68 when he passed.
1968 Rock Classic, That Changed This Band’s Image, Ranked Among 'Best Rock Songs of All Time'
By 1968, The Rolling Stones had released some of rock music's biggest hits like “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction", "Paint It Black," and "Ruby Tuesday." That year, the band released a controversial track that didn't top the charts, but was cemented as one of the best rock songs in history.
The band's 1968 album Beggars Banquet opened up with the track "Sympathy for the Devil," which was included in UltimateClassicRock's list of the Best Rock Songs of All Time. It's also been included in Rolling Stone's Greatest Song of All Time list. Credited with its creation to Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, the track landed at No. 98 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and wasn't considered a commercial success.
Instead, the track is known for having changed audiences' perception of the band due to its lyrics and inspiration. Jagger sings the song in a first-person narrative as the Devil, who chastises humanity for a series of historical atrocities. The lyrics imply that they must bow down to him for their complicity in the killings and crimes.
According to Medium, Jagger got his inspiration from French writer Charles Baudelaire and Russian author Mikhail Bulgakov’s novelThe Master And The Margarita. The book was a gift from his then-girlfriend, Marianne Faithfull. The track's lyrics also referenced major events like the Hundred Years' War, the Russian Revolution, the execution of the Romanov family, and the assassination of John F. Kennedy. The line referencing Kennedy was altered after the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy to include both deaths.

The release of "Sympathy for the Devil" changed the audience's perspective of the band, with whispers of satanism becoming more prevalent. Jagger once told Creem magazine that he found it "really odd" when people started tagging the band as devil worshippers, seeing as it was only one song. He added that people's embrace of the occult "carried all the way over into heavy metal bands today."
“Before, we were just innocent kids out for a good time, they’re saying, ‘They’re evil, they’re evil.’ Oh, I’m evil, really? So that makes you start thinking about evil… What is evil? Half of it, I don’t know how much people think of Mick as the devil or as just a good rock performer or what? There are black magicians who think we are acting as unknown agents of Lucifer and others who think we are Lucifer. Everybody’s Lucifer," said Jagger to Rolling Stone.
The creation of the track was recorded as an avant-garde film in 1968, and later covered by Guns N' Roses in 1994.
11 Popular Fast-Food Chicken Sandwiches, Ranked Worst to Best
As someone who genuinely loves food and is always chasing the best spots in the culinary scene, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to revisit some of the most recognizable restaurant chains to determine the best fast-food chicken sandwich.
I was up for the challenge because honestly, who doesn’t love a solid chicken sandwich? Along the way, I found that some chicken sandwiches from the drive-thru were genuinely impressive, while others were lacking for various reasons. When putting together this ranking, I kept my criteria simple: taste, presentation and packaging. Those three things mattered most to me when deciding who stood out and who fell short.
The best chicken sandwich is the one that instantly makes you want another bite, so to me that means it should have balance, flavor and that comforting feeling where you’re genuinely enjoying the food without it trying too hard to impress you. From crispy classics to spicy favorites, I wanted to rank fast-food chicken sandwiches from worst to best based on what actually matters when it comes to a good chicken sandwich experience.
From classic burger chains with chicken options to well-known chicken sandwich restaurants, I tried them all, and the results even surprised a fast-food lover like me.

How I Tested These Chicken SandwichesI decided to take it local and visit 11 different popular fast-food restaurants around the city of Atlanta to find out who really has the best chicken sandwich. I visited Bojangles, Burger King, Checkers, Chick-fil-A, Dave’s Hot Chicken, KFC, McDonald’s, Popeyes, Raising Cane’s, Wendy’s and Zaxby’s.
The things I paid attention to were pretty simple: taste and flavor, chicken quality and texture, presentation, bun and toppings, packaging, and overall value.
After visiting all 11 spots and putting them to the tastebud test, I can honestly say that some of the sandwiches were a pleasant surprise, while others honestly didn’t live up to the hype.

11 Fast-Food Chicken Sandwiches, Ranked Worst to BestWith taste, presentation and packaging in mind, here's my ranking of the 11 fast-food chicken sandwiches I tried.
11. Burger King's Spicy Crispy Chicken SandwichCourtesy Choya Johnson
Burger King landed dead last for me because the chicken sandwich just felt forgettable from the first bite. Nothing about it really stood out. The chicken lacked crunch, the spice tasted artificial and the whole sandwich felt like it was trying to copy trends instead of creating its own identity. Even visually, it looked less exciting compared to the others on this list.
It’s not horrible, but it’s one of those sandwiches you eat and instantly forget about 20 minutes later. When I rank chicken sandwiches, I’m looking for flavor, texture, balance and that feeling of wanting another bite immediately. This sandwich didn't entice me to want another bite, and for that, it's ranked last on my list.

10. Dave's Hot Chicken Single Slider Spicy Chicken SandwichCourtesy Choya Johnson
Dave's Hot Chicken definitely wins in the heat department, but for me it almost felt like the spice became the entire personality of the sandwich. The chicken quality is actually really good with crispy breading and juicy meat, but after a few bites, the heat started overpowering everything else. I wanted more balance and flavor complexity instead of just intensity.
I understand why spice lovers obsess over this place, but personally, I enjoy sandwiches that make me appreciate flavor first and heat second.

9. Raising Cane's Spicy Chicken SandwichCourtesy Choya Johnson
Raising Cane's makes amazing chicken tenders, but this chicken sandwich honestly felt like they just stacked tenders on bread and called it a day. The chicken is still juicy and crunchy because Cane’s knows quality chicken, but the sandwich depends way too much on sauce instead of seasoning or flavor depth. The spice level also feels super light, which made the sandwich blend together after a few bites.
I love Cane’s as a brand and their sauce is legendary, but this sandwich didn’t feel unique enough to compete with the others. It tastes fine, but it's not memorable and definitely not something I’d go out of my way to order again.

8. KFC's Spicy Chicken SandwichCourtesy Choya Johnson
KFC has a solid spicy chicken sandwich, but it honestly feels like it’s missing personality. The chicken itself is juicy with a crispy coating and decent spice, but nothing about it really stands out in a memorable way. It feels safe, like a sandwich designed to avoid complaints instead of creating cravings. I kept wanting a stronger flavor somewhere, whether that was the seasoning, sauce or toppings.
It’s still satisfying enough for a quick meal and definitely not bad, but when I think about the sandwiches above it, they all gave me a moment where I instantly wanted another bite. This one just didn’t create that same feeling for me.
7. Popeyes' Spicy Chicken SandwichCourtesy Choya Johnson
Popeyes still has one of the craziest crunches in fast food, but this sandwich didn’t fully live up to the hype for me, personally. When it’s fresh, it tastes amazing. The chicken is massive, juicy and crunchy, while the spicy mayo adds nice flavor. However, the sandwich can also feel super heavy. Some bites were incredible, while others just felt like too much breading all at once.
I understand why people love it because visually and texture-wise it’s impressive, but for me the overall balance matters more than just crunch and size. I wanted something that felt cleaner and easier to keep craving after the first few bites.
6. Checkers' Spicy Chicken SandwichCourtesy Choya Johnson
Checkers surprised me way more than expected because this fast-food chicken sandwich has that greasy fast-food energy that hits perfectly. The chicken is crispy with decent spice and enough crunch to make every bite satisfying. It’s not trying to be premium or trendy, and honestly, that’s part of why I enjoyed it.
This sandwich knows exactly what it is: cheap, flavorful and made for those moments when you just want something salty and comforting after a long day. It may not be the prettiest sandwich on this list, but the flavor and value actually impressed me more than some of the bigger brands.
5. Bojangles' Cajun Chicken SandwichCourtesy Choya Johnson
Bojangles brings that Southern flavor that instantly feels comforting. The Cajun seasoning is what really carries this sandwich because every bite tastes seasoned with purpose. The chicken has solid crunch, good heat and that homemade flavor that reminds me of stopping somewhere local during a road trip through the South. I also appreciate that it doesn’t try too hard. There are no gimmicks and no overloaded toppings—just flavorful chicken on a toasted bun done correctly.
This sandwich feels like something your uncle would swear is the best chicken sandwich ever while drinking sweet tea, and honestly I kind of understand why because the flavor sticks with you long after the meal is over.

4. McDonald's Spicy Deluxe McCrispyCourtesy Choya Johnson
McDonald's shocked me with the Spicy Deluxe McCrispy because I honestly didn’t expect it to compete this hard. McDonald’s finally feels like they stopped playing around in the chicken sandwich wars. The filet actually has crunch and juiciness, while the spicy pepper sauce adds real flavor instead of fake heat. The fresh lettuce and tomato toppings also help the sandwich feel lighter than expected. It still gives you that classic McDonald’s comfort-food vibe, but upgraded in a way that feels modern.
This sandwich surprised me because I kept going back for another bite trying to figure out why I liked it so much. It’s not perfect, but it definitely earned its spot on this list.
3. Zaxby's Spicy Signature SandwichCourtesy Choya Johnson
Zaxby's really surprised me because this sandwich feels like it was made by people who actually love chicken. The filet is thick, crunchy and juicy with real texture and flavor in every bite, while the spicy sauce adds enough heat without drowning everything else out. The potato bun keeps the sandwich balanced and soft, but it still lets the crunch stand out.
What I appreciate most is how fresh everything tastes. Nothing feels cheap or lazy here. This sandwich has personality and honestly deserves more respect in the chicken sandwich conversation because it delivers that satisfying one-more-bite feeling that separates good sandwiches from forgettable ones.
2. Wendy's Spicy Chicken SandwichCourtesy Choya Johnson
Wendy's has one of the most nostalgic spicy chicken sandwiches ever, and it still holds up today. The first bite instantly takes me back because Wendy’s has always understood flavor. The filet has this peppery kick with a crispy coating that tastes seasoned all the way through. I also love how simple it stays because the chicken carries the sandwich without needing a bunch of unnecessary toppings.
It’s messy in that classic fast-food way, and that's why I love it. This sandwich feels like late-night food runs, childhood memories and delectable flavor all packed into one sandwich that still competes with some of the more hyped-up sandwiches on the market today.

1. Chick-fil-A Spicy Chicken Sandwich DeluxeCourtesy Choya Johnson
The Chick-fil-A Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich easily took the crown for me because this sandwich just understands balance. Nothing about it feels forced or overdone. The chicken is crispy, juicy and packed with flavor, while the spice actually complements the sandwich instead of attacking your taste buds for attention. The lettuce, tomato and pickles cool everything down perfectly, and that buttery bun really brings the whole thing together. Every bite feels familiar in the best way possible, like something you’ve been craving all week without realizing it.
This is the type of sandwich that reminds me why simple food done right will always win. Clean presentation, consistent flavor and a sandwich that actually makes you want another bite is what I was looking for, and the Chick-fil-A Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich took the cake (or should I say chicken?) in this taste test.

Final ThoughtsVisiting these restaurants brought back real nostalgia for me. The kind that instantly takes me back to childhood memories with my grandparents. I started thinking about those afternoons after elementary school when I’d get picked up and we’d drive past a lineup of fast-food spots that would later become some of my favorite comfort food destinations as an adult.
Going back to these fast-food restaurants to try every chicken sandwich was a real treat. The Chick-fil-A Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich was my No. 1 choice as the best fast-food chicken sandwich, and it reminded me that something simple—a solid piece of chicken seasoned just right—can really shine and come out on top.

We Asked 3 Oncologists About the Best Breakfast for Cancer Prevention and They All Said the Same Thing
When it comes to lifestyle habits that can lower our cancer odds, the first thought many of us have is "don't smoke." Not smoking (or quitting for good if you currently do) is certainly one of the best ways to protect yourself from cancer. But oncologists also emphasize the importance of a holistic, multi-pronged approach to cancer risk reduction. In other words? Many habits can increase or lower your risk of developing cancer someday.
And eating a well-balanced diet is one of the best habits for cancer prevention.
"Diet is essential to overall health, including cancer risk reduction, because choosing what to eat is something we do every day," points out Dr. Krushangi Patel, MD, a medical oncologist at City of Hope. "Over time, those daily choices can either support your body’s natural defenses or quietly work against them."
For example, Dr. Patel reports that the foods we eat can influence inflammation, blood sugar and even how our cells repair damage, saying, "Think of diet less as a quick fix and more as long-term maintenance."
That said, eating one nourishing breakfast won't instantly lower your cancer odds. But, over time, making a habit of eating a nutrient-dense breakfast can contribute to a healthier lifestyle.
"Breakfast is like setting the tone for your day. A balanced morning meal helps steady your energy, curb blood sugar spikes and reduce cravings later on," Dr. Patel tells Parade.
Three oncologists agree that one breakfast in particular stands out for cancer prevention. Below, they share this recommendation and other meal ideas to start your day off strong.
The Best Breakfast for Cancer Prevention, 3 Oncologists SayOncologists love an egg frittata with leafy greens.
"As a medical oncologist, I often tell patients, 'If you start the day with protein and plants, you’re making choices your body will thank you for today, and years from now,'" Dr. Patel says.
This breakfast dish gets plenty of protein from the eggs, since one large egg has 6 grams grams of protein. And leafy greens, such as kale and spinach, certainly fit the bill for the "plants" portion of the meal.
You get more than "just" protein with eggs, though.
"Eggs support cancer prevention because they deliver several nutrients that help protect cells at a very basic level," Dr. Patel states. "Eggs contain antioxidants like lutein and zeaxanthin, which help reduce oxidative stress, a process that can damage cells over time."
That said, how you cook your eggs is important. "Fried eggs are not as healthy as boiled or lightly scrambled," says Dr. Sindhu Nair, MD, a breast medical oncologist at Houston Methodist Hospital. "Also, you want to incorporate healthy combinations such as vegetables instead of unhealthy options like processed meats."
That's where the leafy greens come in. Dr. Nair loves to throw kale, spinach, mustard greens, collard greens and arugula in her egg frittatas. Another oncologist agrees.
"Leafy green vegetables are a cornerstone of a cancer-preventive diet due to their dense concentration of beneficial compounds," says Dr. Andre Goy, MD, the physician-in-chief for oncology at Hackensack Meridian John Theurer Cancer Center.
Like eggs, leafy greens are rich in carotenoids, such as lutein and zeaxanthin, which can help protect against DNA damage that can contribute to cancer. Dr. Goy adds that leafy greens are excellent sources of folate and vitamin B, which research suggests can significantly lower the risk of certain cancers, including colorectal.
He loves cruciferous greens like kale and cabbage because they have glucosinolates. "Glucosinolates break down into potent anti-cancer compounds called isothiocyanates that help neutralize carcinogens, while their high fiber content also supports digestive health and reduces colorectal cancer risk."

3 More Breakfast Ideas for Cancer Prevention From an OncologistPerhaps you love the idea of reducing your cancer risk at breakfast by loading up on eggs and leafy greens some of the time, but not all the time. If that's you, Dr. Goy has three more excellent breakfast ideas for cancer prevention.
1. Oatmeal with berries and nutsDr. Goy notes that this breakfast is rich in fiber and antioxidants. "[It's] is a powerhouse of dietary fiber from the oats," he says. "The berries are packed with antioxidants, which help protect your cells from damage caused by free radicals."
Plus, the fatty acids and compounds in nuts may help lower the risk of hormone-related cancers, such as breast cancer.
2. Savory vegetable and tofu scrambleDr. Goy loves that this meal is centered on plant-based foods, including the protein (tofu).
"The tofu provides high-quality protein and contains isoflavones, which are plant estrogens that may help protect against hormone-related cancers," he says, and suggests using a leafy green like spinach as your veggie for the DNA-repairing folate.
3. Greek yogurt with seeds and citrusDr. Goy says Greek yogurt's protein and probiotics can support gut health, improving your immune function and reducing inflammation. Nutrient-rich seeds like sunflower and pumpkin contain vitamins and minerals that protect DNA, including selenium, and he adds that the vitamin C in citrus fruits like oranges improves nutrient absorption and protects cells.
In short? "This combination provides a balanced mix of protein, healthy fats and antioxidants to start your day," Dr. Goy says.

Tips for Building a Better Breakfast for Cancer PreventionIf you want to DIY your breakfast menu, Dr. Patel suggests abiding by a few rules of thumb. For starters, try to get protein and fiber with every breakfast.
"This helps control blood sugar and reduces inflammation," she says. "Second, prioritize whole, minimally processed foods like eggs, fruits, vegetables and whole grains, since research links ultra-processed foods to higher cancer risk."
Dr. Patel says it's especially important to limit processed meats.
"Think of them as 'sometimes foods,' as regular consumption has been associated with increased cancer risk," she suggests. "If you want meat in your egg and greens frittata, swap the bacon or sausage for lean ground turkey or chicken breast instead."

Danielle and Eoin have been dating for a year and reflected on their relationship in January. "We met a long time ago," Heavey told Bravo's The Daily Dish. "We both moved to New York around the same time, kind of after college, and we would have overlapped a little bit in regards to friend groups or parties back then. And we did meet back then."
He continued, "But I moved, I was living down in Miami for the last year, and moved back up at the start of this year. And we reconnected then. And it's been what, now it's been nine months?"

Scarlett Johansson to Star in 'The Batman Part II' Alongside Robert Pattinson
As if the anticipation for the upcomingBatman Part II couldn't be any higher, the sequel's director has recently confirmed the cast list for the new film.
According to Peoplemagazine, the cast list for The Batman Part II includes a healthy mix of new and returning faces from the original film, including Robert Pattinson, Andy Serkis and Jeffrey Wright.
Along with these returning actors are a variety of new stars making their formal introduction to the DC comic book universe, including Marvel stars Sebastian Stan and Scarlett Johansson, among quite a few others.
While details about the new movie are predictably scarce, certain information has been relayed by director Matt Reeves in a recent series of gifs shared on his X account.
Through said posts, Reeves confirmed the participation of Johansson, Stan, Charles Dance and Sebastian Koch in the upcoming movie. Thus far, in terms of the specific characters they're set to portray, the only thing we know for certain is that Stan will portray the chisel-chinned Gotham district attorney, Harvey Dent.
However, many fans have speculated that Game of Thrones' Dance will play Dent's father, while Johansson will portray his wife, Gilda.
“I feel like it’s a really ambitious movie and I think if we do it all right — and obviously I’m so excited about Matt Reeves [directing] because he’s been one of my favorites for a long, long time — I really think it’s going to blow people away," Stan previously said of the movie. "It’s going to surprise a lot of people, I think, too.”
In terms of the returning cast, Pattinson will again reprise his role as Gotham City's Dark Knight; Serkis will portray his faithful butler Alfred; Wright will play Gotham PD leader Jim Gordon; and Colin Farrell will portray opportunistic gangster Oz Cobb, also known by his nickname, the Penguin.
