'Landman' Star Reflects on Robert Duvall's 'Cutting' Wit 'Right Up Until the End'

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 10:08am

Curmudgeonly is perhaps an applicable term to the late, great Robert Duvall, who passed away aged 95 less than a week ago. That's thanks to new insight provided by the Oscar-winning actor's close friend and frequent collaborator, Billy Bob Thornton.

The pair go way back, beginning with the 1995 movie The Stars Fell on Henrietta, in which they played oil men Mr. Cox and Roy. From there on, the Apocalypse Now and To Kill a Mockingbird icon transformed into something of a mentor to Thornton, and cameoed in his career-launching indie drama, Sling Blade. Other reunions occurred on The Family Thing, Jayne Mansfield's Car, The Apostle, and The Judge.

While venturing down memory lane via Deadline, Landman favorite Thornton paid tribute to the lovable irascibility of the star, who once belittled him in front of his The Boxmasters bandmates after they made a special trip to his home while on tour. It was all par for the course within their dynamic, though, no hard feelings whatsoever.

"He had such a wit about him, right up to the end," noted the 70-year-old. "My band was on tour last year, and we opened for The Who in Miami and then had a date in Newark. We had a couple days' drive, and he had always asked me to come to his farm in Virginia. Me and the guys went to this unbelievable place. Bobby was always hilarious in his very dry and sometimes cutting way. His wife Luciana took a video of me standing there by Bobby. He's in a chair and she says, 'Bobby, aren't you happy that Billy came by to see you?' Bobby goes, 'Why would I be happy about that?' And this is my mentor, here."

Such was Thornton's total adoration for Duvall, he even hand-wrote a letter to him expressing his gratitude for everything he'd done for him over the years. Typically, this was never discussed between the pair afterwards.

"I loved Bobby so much that years and years ago, I wrote a letter to him, telling him how much he meant to me and how he had changed my life," Thornton recalled.

"He never mentioned he got it, never told me he'd gotten it. And in the movie Jayne Mansfield's Car, I used that. There's a scene in there where I talk to him about, 'Once I wrote you this letter, and you never even looked at it.' When we did the scene, he still didn't say anything about it. Like, 'Hey, is this about that letter you wrote me that time?' Nothing."

Oasis' Liam Gallagher Once Threatened to Punch George Harrison in the Face

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:55am

When Oasis first broke into the musical scene in the 1990s, it was inevitable that they gain repeated comparisons to the most influential British rock band of all time: the Beatles.

Not only did the bands share similar musical styles, Oasis also managed to duplicate the Beatles' success in terms of garnering a massive international audience, helping them become a bona fide sensation the world over.

In spite of the repeated comparisons between the two bands, original Beatles member George Harrison didn't share an altogether enthusiastic view of the up-and-coming rock band, most especially when it came to the band's lead singer, Liam Gallagher.

However, much like John Lennon before them, the world was left aghast when Noel Gallagher decided to declare in an interview that Oasis were “bigger” than The Beatles, and suddenly, they’d made an enemy that they’d wish to regret.

According to Far Out Magazine, in an 1996 interview, the founding Beatles member made his thoughts about Oasis in general (and Liam in particular) achingly clear.

“The music lacks depth, and the singer Liam is a pain," Harrison bluntly shared. "The rest of the band don’t need him.”

While Oasis were always quick to credit the Beatles as a a major musical inspiration, Gallagher couldn't help but take offense at his creative idol's harsh criticism of his talent.

In response to Harrison's comments, Gallagher shot back with a fiery rebuttal, “If any of them old farts have got a problem with me, then they should leave their Zimmer frames at home and I’ll hold them up with a good right hook.”

“I still love the Beatles and I still love George Harrison as a songwriter in the Beatles, but as a person, I think he’s a f***ing nipple," Gallagher continued. "And if I ever meet him I’ll f***ing tell him. And if you’re watching, nipple!”

“It so f***ing stupid because he’s the silly one, because he reads the press," the Oasis co-founder went on to say. "How’s he know I’m silly? I’m not silly. He only reads the press, you know what I mean? So he’s the f***ing silly one.”

Erin Murphy, 61, Who Played Tabitha Stevens on ‘Bewitched,’ Is Ageless in Sequins on the Red Carpet

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:53am

Bewitched star Erin Murphy was once one of the most famous child stars in the world, but she's absolutely stunning at 61.

The actress, who was just a baby when she took on the role of Tabitha Stephens in Bewitched, played the tiny witch from 1966 to 1972. The series followed beloved good witch Samantha Stevens (played by the legendary Elizabeth Montgomery) as she navigated life and motherhood alongside her non-witch husband, Darrin. Tabitha, with her blond hair and adorable looks, inherited the same sneaky witchcraft skills as her mother, to her father's dismay. Hilarity ensued!

As for Murphy, she went on to a variety of professional roles after Bewitched ended, including working as a casting director, host, and stunt double. This week, she hit the red carpet for “This Joint Is Jumpin, A Celebration Of Black Entertainers From Film, TV And Song Honoring Black History Month” at The Hollywood Museum, looking stunning in a one-shoulder black sequin dress. While she may be most famous for her role as a child, she's thriving in her sixties.

Murphy Keeps Up With Fans on Social Media

Murphy loves to keep up with her fans and followers on social media. The dazzling blonde, who appears ageless at 61, posts updates on everything from her professional to family life.

View this post on Instagram A Potential Bewitched Reboot

One of the most common questions Murphy fields is whether she'd participate in a reboot of Bewitched.

"If they asked me to appear on the show, absolutely I would! I’d love to be included in some way, and I know fans of the original Bewitched would enjoy that fun reference to the past," Murphy said in a recent interview with New Idea.

That may come in handy, because back in November, Deadline reported that an hourlong reimagining of the classic TV series was in development. A bit different from the original, the new series would follow Samantha and Darrin, who fall in love at first sight.

"But in order to be together, they’ll have to navigate their disapproving parents, walk a tightrope of cultural clashes, and bridge the divides between their families and worlds," the description continued.

Until then, here's a classic scene with Tabitha from the original series:

Cindy Crawford Turns 60: Her Most Iconic Photos — and the Ones You Forgot

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:50am

Friday, February 20, marks a major milestone for Cindy Crawford as she celebrates her 60th birthday. The supermodel began her career in the early 1980s after being discovered at 16 in her hometown of DeKalb, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. Leaving school behind for a taste of the fashion world—though she initially pursued a degree in chemical engineering at Northwestern University—Crawford took a leap of faith that would change her life forever.

In 1986, Crawford signed with Elite Model Management in New York City, committing fully to modeling. She quickly became a fixture on major magazine covers around the world. Among her most iconic moments was the January 1990 cover of British Vogue, shot by Peter Lindbergh, which featured Crawford alongside fellow supermodels Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington, and Tatjana Patitz.

Crawford went on to grace countless fashion runways for some of the world's most iconic fashion houses, including Versace, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Christian Dior, and Chanel—while also fronting major campaigns for many of the same brands.

Beyond the runway, she further cemented her pop-culture status by starring in one of the most memorable Pepsi commercials of all time, airing during the 1992 Super Bowl. From 1989 to 1995, she hosted MTV's House of Style, which took people behind the scenes of the lucrative fashion world.

The supermodel's love life also made headlines. At 22, she married 40-year-old Richard Gere, with the pair eloping in Las Vegas in 1991 at the height of their fame. Their whirlwind romance quickly became one of Hollywood's most talked-about relationships. However, after four years of marriage, the couple ultimately went their separate ways.

Crawford does not typically speak publicly about her marriage to Gere. However, in the AppleTV+ docuseries The Super Models (via Today), she shared why their marriage didn't work.

“I think I was 22 when we met. In the beginning of a relationship, when you’re a young woman, you’re like, ‘You like baseball? I like baseball. Oh, you’re really into Tibetan Buddhism? I might be into that. I’ll try that ... You’re willing to kind of mold yourself around whoever you are in love with," she shared.

In 2000, Crawford stepped back from full-time modeling and focused on her skincare brand Meaningful Beauty. She made notable exceptions, including a memorable reunion with fellow supermodels Carla Bruni, Campbell, Helena Christensen, and Claudia Schiffer for the 2017 Versace runway show, a tribute marking 20 years since the death of Gianni Versace.

A Fan Favorite Comfort Food Bake Is Back at Costco

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:46am

Some Costco meals earn a loyal following the moment they hit the warehouse. And when they disappear, they leave us hoping they’ll make a comeback. This week, one hearty favorite has returned, and it’s a welcome sight.

The Chicken Enchilada Bake is back, giving comfort-food lovers an easy way to put a satisfying dinner on the table without starting from scratch.

Spotted in the grab-and-go section, the enchiladas are layered with Costco’s shredded rotisserie chicken, tortillas, sauce, and cheese for a classic, crowd-pleasing combination. Like many of Costco’s ready-to-heat meals, it comes fully assembled and oven-ready, making it especially appealing on nights when you’re low on energy. At $5.99 per pound, the trays typically weigh around four pounds, putting most in the under $24 range.

You can see it in store in this February 19 TikTok from @costcostealsndeals:

This one is a fan favorite for a reason. As it heats, the cheese melts into the sauce while the tortillas soften and soak up the rich, savory flavor, filling the kitchen with an aroma that feels instantly comforting.

Costco’s heat-and-serve options have built a reputation among shoppers for generous portions and familiar flavors, and the enchilada bake fits comfortably into that lineup.

The History of Enchiladas and Their Enduring Appeal

Enchiladas might feel like everyday comfort food now, but they began as a practical way to make tortillas more filling. In Mexico, corn tortillas have long been a staple, often dipped in chili sauce and folded around whatever ingredients were available. As noted by History Today, versions of this dish were eaten in pre-colonial Mesoamerican cultures and later changed as new ingredients were introduced.

Different regions put their own spin on the dish, using local sauces, cheeses, and meats. Over time, baked versions topped with sauce and cheese became especially popular in the United States, where enchiladas are often served family-style.

Prepared versions like this one follow that same idea: layered tortillas, savory fillings, and sauce coming together in one warm, satisfying meal. The convenience may be modern, but the comfort factor has been there from the beginning.

On nights when everyone’s hungry at once, and no one wants to cook, having something like this waiting in the fridge can feel like a small win.

Availability can vary by location, and some favorites disappear as quickly as they return. If it’s one you’ve missed, now’s a good time to keep an eye out for it.

Sometimes the best dinners aren’t the ones you spend hours making. They’re the ones that bring everyone to the table with minimal stress and plenty of familiar flavor.

Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.

If the weather were a thermostat, we'd probably crank it up to a nice, even 70, with a gentle breeze and plenty of sun. To put it plainly, we're over the cold, and no matter how close we are to spring, the season can't come fast enough. Never mind the fact that we begged for relief from the scorching heat all summer long; personally speaking, winter should end no later than the middle of January

Of course, to be fair, there is some beauty in waiting for things to bloom. Seeing the first few leaves spring to life on the old oak tree in your yard and watching the roses you planted in the garden emerge from the slumber—it almost feels sacred. With that philosophy in mind, I guess we'll just have to wait—no matter how impatiently—but in the meantime, at least we can get excited about all the spring-ready decor we get to fill our homes with once it's seasonally appropriate to do so.

Fortunately, Target is always one step ahead, and as always, it's got all the garden-themed finds we could ever possibly dream of. Keeping true to its cheap-chic roots, Target just dropped a gorgeous collection of everything you need to host your very own garden party or ethereal Easter brunch, and @targettrendsetter is sharing all the deets. Whether you're looking for cutesy serving boards, napkin rings, mugs or glasses, you'll find it all and then some at Target.

You can also snag the most adorable bunny salt and pepper shakers or dress up your place settings with the most adorable Woven Bunny Ear Napkin Rings. No matter what you're looking for, this whimsical collection has it all. Whether it's a set of stunning swirled wine glasses, a woven utensil caddy or an elegant tablecloth that's begging to be adorned with an overflowing display or delicate florals. Best of all, nothing in the collection costs more than $22, so you can stock up on all your adorable Easter brunch supplies without breaking the bank. Although we might still have to wait for the weather to warm up, if it means we get to spend more time shopping at Target, well, we'll take that as a win.

Daniel Radcliffe Explains Why He's Keeping His 'Harry Potter' Fame Away From His Son

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:30am

There's no denying that Daniel Radcliffe's career was made thanks to Harry Potter, and it has followed him well into adulthood. The actor has decided to keep that iconic role a secret from his young son as much as possible, and for a reason.

In an interview with The New York Times, Radcliffe was asked whether his son had found out he had played the young wizard, to which he responded, "No, not yet." The actor recalls being given a DVD copy of the movie to sign and leaving it on the kitchen counter.

He went on to say that his two-year-old son sat right next to it, "and at one point, he was next to it and I was just like, 'Who's that?' — I'd see if he recognized me on the cover." The moment felt "great" to Radcliffe when realizing his son didn't recognize a younger version of his father.

Why keep it secret? He revealed it has to do with how his son views him, wanting to be seen as his father instead of a franchise movie star.

"For as long as I can just be his dad, and he won't know me as anything else, I will maintain that for as long as I can," said the actor.

Even Radcliffe doesn't deny the inevitable, seeing as the Harry Potter movies were first a best-selling book series by J.K. Rowling that's still highly regarded among fans of all ages. If his son were ever to want to read the books, the actor won't force him against doing it, but also won't push him in that direction.

"If he gets into them, I totally will," he said, "but I don't think I'll nudge him toward them, because I don't think I'll need to — he'll find them eventually," said Radcliffe.

Harry Potter fans may not be surprised to learn the actor's stance on when it's time for his son to want to watch an on-screen version of the book storyline. While the original franchise is inarguably the best, Radcliffe says it would be more "ideal" for his son to watch the new HBO series. That way, his son "doesn't have to watch me in it."

The Harry Potter HBO series will adapt all seven books with a brand new cast of young actors taking on the titular role. Radcliffe and some of the original actors have shown their support for the project, with Radcliffe saying new star Dominic McLaughlin will be "better" than he was.

MrBeast Reveals Shocking Health Update After Firing Back at Online Criticism: 'I'm Borderline Blind'

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:28am

MrBeast is setting the record straight after facing renewed criticism about his appearance online.

The YouTube megastar, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, responded on Thursday, February 19 to comments targeting his eyes—specifically claims that they “never smile” or that he appears “dead behind the eyes.” While the internet has long dissected the 27-year-old’s expressions, Donaldson revealed there’s a medical reason behind what some viewers have been mocking.

Responding to a viral post that zoomed in on his face, he revealed on X: “I love how the biggest criticism of me is about my eyes which are out of my control. I’m borderline blind in my right eye, the reason they look off is because I have to squint in my right eye to see better even with my contacts in. There is nothing I can do.”

I love how the biggest criticism of me is about my eyes which are out of my control. I’m borderline blind in my right eye, the reason they look off is because I have to squint my right eye to see better even with my contacts in. There is nothing I can do.

— MrBeast (@MrBeast) February 19, 2026

The admission surprised many followers, especially given how often Donaldson appears on camera across his massive YouTube channel. While some felt for the billionaire, others found it hard to believe.

“People will literally find a way to villainize a man for the way his eyes focus while he’s busy curing blindness for thousands,” one fan responded.

Another joked, “The more you explain the guilty you look.”

“Smiling with the eyes isn’t a question of sight. The difference between real smile when a friend tells you a joke and a fake polite smile is that the eyes remain almost expressionless in the fake smile. Can’t fake micro facial expressions,” a third argued.

The original poster later responded, writing: “Well, I haven’t seen any of your videos so I can’t really comment on them but if it’s a vision thing then fair enough, sorry you’re blind man, that sucks.”

The scrutiny comes as Donaldson remains one of the most influential and financially successful creators in the world. The North Carolina native, who launched his YouTube channel in 2012, skyrocketed to fame in 2017 after his now-infamous “Counting to 100,000” video went viral. Since then, he has built an empire on high-stakes challenges and massive giveaways.

With more than 600 million followers across platforms, five YouTube channels and his Amazon Prime competition series Beast Games—renewed for two additional seasons—Donaldson reportedly has a net worth of $2.6 billion in 2026.

Jensen Ackles Posts Touching Tribute To Eric Dane

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:27am

Supernatural star Jensen Ackleshas shared a touching tribute to his Countdownco-star Eric Dane, who passed away on February 19, 10 months after he publicly announced his ALS diagnosis.

Taking to his Instagram account on the morning of February 20, Ackles shared the message, "Rest in peace my brother. I’ll see you down the road. 🙏🏼," along with a carousel of photos of both stars hugging and smiling and The Beatles' song "Blackbird" playing in the background.

View this post on Instagram

Ackles has spoken highly of Dane before, sharing with People, "He's a stud. He's a total stud. You know, he has such a command of scenes and the set just in his stillness...just his quiet leadership, and it's something that he brings from off set too. I mean, he does that when the cameras aren't rolling. There's just a quiet leadership to him that I truly learn from. So, to get to mix it up with him on screen, I had to bring it."

Ackles and Dane also drew attention and celebration from fans last June for their heartwarming hug at the Countdown premiere.

Countdown ran for one season, at which point Prime Video cancelled the show. However, this decision was met with significant fan backlash, as the show had acquired a dedicated fanbase even in just one season.

Ackles himself had also voiced how disappointing this news was; he took to social media for a message about that as well, saying, "It's a bummer because I had such an amazing time making that show, had an absolute blast with the cast and the crew."

View this post on Instagram

Ackles' tribute joins the voices of many others, including Dane's Grey's Anatomy co-star Patrick Dempseyand his Charmed co-star Alyssa Milano, who also shared posts honoring Dane. Social media has likewise been flooded with messages of love and support for the late actor.

58 Years Ago, a TV Classic Made its U.S. Debut

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:19am

The beloved children's educational series Mister Rogers' Neighborhood aired for the first time in the United States on Feb. 19, 1968, making it 58 years since the show first started impacting the lives of people everywhere.

Created and hosted by Fred Rogers, the series grew out of Rogers’ belief that television had the potential to nurture children’s emotional lives rather than simply entertain them. With its slow pacing, gentle tone and direct address to viewers, Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood stood in contrast to the fast-moving cartoons that dominated the airwaves.

Each episode began with Rogers entering his television home, changing into a cardigan sweater and sneakers, and singing, “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” He spoke directly to children about feelings — anger, jealousy, fear, joy — validating their experiences with genuine sincerity, which could have been considered a rarity at the time. The program also featured visits to factories, interviews with guests and trips to the “Neighborhood of Make-Believe,” where puppets like King Friday XIII and Daniel Tiger explored complex themes and emotions through storytelling.

Fred Rogers of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood entertains children during a Mister Rogers' Day celebration. Several thousand children from the surrounding states attended the event held at the University of South Dakota.

G

Over its 31-season run, ending in 2001, the series addressed topics many considered too difficult for young audiences, including divorce, disability, assassination and war. Rogers’ calm reassurance during national crises, including the aftermath of Robert F. Kennedy’s assassination and the Sept. 11 attacks, reinforced the show’s role as a moral and emotional anchor for families.

The program’s legacy continues to resonate even today. Generations raised on the show credit its emphasis on empathy, kindness and self-worth as foundational to their development. Newer children’s programming, including Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood (based on the character from the original show), draws directly from its lessons, translating Rogers’ philosophy for new audiences. In 2018, the documentary Won't You Be My Neighbor? and the 2019 film A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood reintroduced Rogers’ work to adults who grew up watching him, underscoring his enduring cultural significance.

At its heart, Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood affirmed a radical idea: that children’s feelings matter. Decades later, in an increasingly fragmented media landscape, Rogers’ message of compassion and respect feels urgently relevant.

Why a 'Love Is Blind' Season 10 Star Changed His Name

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:17am

Season 10 of Love Is Blind follows new couples navigating their lives in Ohio with someone they found in the pods. Alex Henderson proposed to Ashley Carpenter and discussed how his professional soccer career was cut short by an injury. Ashley, 34, later met his mother and asked many questions about his past relationships. Some fans noticed he went by a different name years ago.

Alex Henderson Reclaimed His Original Name Before Love Is Blind

Netflix

Alex, 31, interviewed his mother on his podcast, Play Life Beautifully a month before the season was released. He revealed that she unexpectedly got pregnant with him and decided to parent him after considering adoption. She then married a man, whom the former athlete said didn't like him. That marriage lasted 19 years and his stepfather legally adopted him.

"That's when you became Alec Ferrell," his mother said. She claimed the court decided to change his name to make the adoption "official." Alex then said he reclaimed his birth name.

"It's more important for me," he said. "It's not even about reclaiming Henderson for my biological father's last name. It's, 'Hey, this is what I was born as, this is what I want to build my name off of, I don't want the Ferrell name attached to me. I don't want something I changed into, I want to reclaim what I had.'"

Ashley and Alex met each other's families in episodes 7 and 9. His mother made an appearance in "I'm Just Being Honest" after being in Arizona. The commercial truck driver apologized to Ashley for instilling her love of travel into her son.

The couple talked about possibly moving to another state in the future. However, Ashley seemed more confused about Alex's past after talking to his mother. Viewers have to wait and see if they decide to get married in the finale.

Netflix's 'Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man' Receives First Trailer

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:17am

Less than two weeks away from its official London premiere, Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man has officially release its first trailer, further hyping fans up for the return of Cillian Murphy's hardened criminal, Thomas Shelby.

With the long-awaited official trailer attracting millions of views shortly after its arrival on YouTube, it's safe to say audiences couldn't be more excited about the upcoming return of Peaky Blinders, four years after its previous season aired in 2022.

As the new trailer shows, Murphy's Shelby returns to his former life of crime amidst the early days of World War II in 1940. Reckoning with the grim influence the war has had on both his family and country, Shelby also confronts his estranged son Duke (Barry Keoghan), who has followed in his father's footsteps and taken over the gang Shelby once called his own.

With its U.K. premiere slated to take place on March 6, The Immortal Man will shortly thereafter arrive on Netflix on March 20. With many of the series' original cast and crew returning for the upcoming film, The Immortal Man will also act as the official finale to Peaky Blinders 13 years after its initial start.

A hit BBC series that began in 2013, Peaky Blinders quickly became one of the most popular Netflix series of the 2010s. Spanning six seasons and a total of 36 episodes, the show followed the exploits of the Peaky Blinders gang as they navigated the uncertainties of the early 20th century.

In addition to its consistently high viewership, the series has won numerous prestigious awards within the TV industry, including the National Television Award for Outstanding Drama Series and Best Returning Drama.

Starring an ensemble cast that includes Murphy, Helen McCrory, Paul Anderson, Sophie Rundle and Joe Cole, the series is also known for incorporating numerous well-known actors throughout its six seasons on TV, including Sam Neill, Tom Hardy, Adrien Brody, Sam Claflin, Stephen Graham and Anya Taylor-Joy.

Are Jessica and Chris From 'Love Is Blind' Still Together?

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:16am

Love Is Blind Season 10 gave viewers some of the most talked-about pod connections of the year, and Jessica Barrett and Chris Fusco were right in the center of that early buzz. Fans watched their connection build into an engagement, only to see things get complicated once real-world expectations kicked in.

But where do they stand now? Let’s break down what we know from their own words and what unfolded on the show.

From the Pods to Engagement

Jessica and Chris’ connection in the pods was effortless at first. They talked about their values and future dreams in a way that made their engagement feel inevitable. That bond was strong enough for both of them to say “yes” when Chris officially popped the question.

However, once they began navigating an actual relationship outside the pods, their differences began to create some road blocks in their happily ever after.

Love Is Blind’s Chris Struggled With a Physical Connection

One of the clearest moments where things shifted was when Chris voiced his hesitancy about their physical connection.

“[I] didn’t know what you looked like,” Chris said during episode 8. “And for me, just to be totally honest, and without sounding like a f--king d--khead, in the normal world, I date people who f--king do like Crossfit and s--t.”

His words visibly stung Jessica, and she ultimately chose to end their relationship right then and return to her home.

Are ‘Love Is Blind’ Stars Chris and Jessica Still Together?

Jessica and Chris are no longer together. In fact, Chris found himself in even more hot water with fans after his fellow costar Bri McNees revealed he slid into her DMs after his split from Jessica. Chris has quickly become this season's villain and fans are hoping Chris is held accountable at the Love Is Blind Season 10 reunion.

“I hope he gets a dressing down in the reunion. Justice for Jess,” one Redditor wrote.

Another added, “When Chris met up with Connor and immediately started with ‘She doesn't want to do this anymore’ I literally said what the f--k to my tv! Why would she want to stay after him telling her she doesn't have his ideal body type of doing Pilates everyday?? What a loser with a huge victim mentality.”

No official date has been set for the Love Is Blind Season 10 reunion, but it will likely premiere on Netflix at some point in mid-March.

1950s Sitcom Ranked 'Best Sitcom That Invented TV Comedy'

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:15am

Before streaming platforms, endless scrolling, and binge drops, “must-watch” TV meant scheduling your entire night around a single favorite show.

Instead of retreating to one's own personal nook of the home, entire families would gather around their television sets on the same day, at the same time, every week to see what their favorite characters in black-in-white were up to. They'd sit still, not skip the intro, and even endure the network advertisements, a.k.a. the stuff we now obliterate with our thumbs and the press of a button.

Women’s World, the popular American weekly women's magazine founded in 1981, taps into this nostalgia with a list of the “Best 1950s Sitcoms That Invented TV Comedy,” writing classic 1950s sitcoms weren’t just “another category of programming -- they were the backbone of erly television.”

Dominating the top spot? You guessed it: I Love Lucy. The genre-defining series, which ran from 1951 to 1957 and spanned six seasons, was a ratings juggernaut.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the broadcast-era gem starring real-life married duo Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, had 11 million households tuning in each week, “and that was when there were only 15 million TV sets in the country.”

I Love Lucy viewership peaked on Jan. 19, 1953, with the episode, “Lucy Goes to the Hospital,” which features Lucy giving birth to Little Ricky.

Rounding out the top five are The Honeymooners (1955-1956), Leave It to Beaver (1957-1963), Father Knows Best (1954-1960), and The Donna Reed Show (1958-1966). The Many Lives of Dobie Gillis (1959-1963) comes in last.

Today, ratings are measured a bit differently, with “minutes” coming into play, due to streaming content. Bluey, the Aussie-made kids’ rarity that feels as though it were made for parents, remains the top-viewed animated sitcom, with 45.2 billion minutes streamed, per THR

Meanwhile, The Big Bang Theory, a show that bowed in 2019, takes the crown for highest-viewed live-action sitcom in 2025, with 32.4 billion minutes streamed, per TVInsider

I Love Lucy is available to stream on Paramount+, Pluto TV, and Prime Video.

Cloud couches have been a major trend recently, and it's easy to see why. They offer plush comfort you can really sink into for movie nights, relaxing after work, or lazy weekend lounging. With deep seats and a modular design, this kind of sofa is super versatile, adapting particularly well to gathering spaces like the living room that often double as home offices and play zones for the whole family.

This Maxyoyo sectional at Amazon nails that balance. It's L-shaped and comes with an ottoman to create customizable setups. Made from soft corded upholstery that's tufted with button details for a luxe look, it's filled with high-density foam for a supportive feel without a rigid frame.

‘My Three Sons’ Star Stanley Livingston, 75, Is So Handsome Over 50 Years After the Show Ended

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 9:10am

Stanley Livingston may be best known for his role as a child star on My Three Sons, but he's quite handsome as an adult.

The actor, 75, is widely known for his role as Richard "Chip" Douglas on the popular family TV series My Three Sons. The show, which ran from 1960 to 1972, was a classic favorite in American households. Livingston left his child actor days behind and went on to a successful career in directing, but we'll always hold a soft spot in our hearts for him as Chip.

Livingston hit the red carpet this week to attend "This Joint Is Jumpin, A Celebration Of Black Entertainers From Film, TV And Song Honoring Black History Month" at The Hollywood Museum, and looked quite dapper in a leather coat. Sporting shaggy white hair and facial hair, it's hard to recognize his child star past in that face!

Health Struggles for My Three Sons Star Dawn Lyn

Dawn Lyn, who rose to stardom on the last three seasons of My Three Sons as Dodie Douglas, has faced significant health issues in recent years. After undergoing a non-malignant brain surgery in October of 2022, Lyn, who is also the sister of Leif Garrett, contracted bacterial meningitis. She remained in a coma for a month, but eventually made her first public appearance back in the fall, Remind Magazine reported.

While appearing at the Hollywood Show, Lynn addressed the crowd.

I love you very much,” she told the audience, the publication reported. “I also love the show.”

Livingston Advocated for Lyn

Livingston, who co-starred with Lyn on the series, shared that her husband had been by her side the entire time.

“Needless to say, it’s been stressful for her husband,” Livingston told Fox News in 2023. “And it was pretty scary… You can have insurance, you can have great insurance, but for people who have extended stays… your insurance will have a certain cap. And when the money runs out, then what?”

Livingston went on to say that the big brother mentality of his character on My Three Sons carried on into real life.

“She was my little sister [on the show] so we’re very protective of her,” he shared. “She was always super nice to us and always running around, taking care of us… She calls me her big brother and I call her my little sis – I’ve done that for the past 50 years. We all care about her.”

Costco Shoppers Say This 'Very Aesthetically Pleasing' Home Find Is 'Totally Worth the Money'

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 8:55am

As the seasons shift and the weather turns mild, there is nothing quite like opening up the house to let the stagnant air out and a cool, natural breeze in. However, for most homeowners and renters, this simple pleasure often comes with a frustrating trade-off. Standard entryways often leave you choosing between a stuffy, overheated living room or an open invitation for flies, mosquitoes, and wind-blown debris to invade your personal sanctuary.

Finding a perfect balance between seamless indoor-outdoor living and home security—especially if you have curious pets—is a common challenge for those living in apartments or modern houses. Many traditional solutions are either permanent eyesores that ruin curb appeal or flimsy mesh curtains that tear after just a week of use. If you have been searching for a way to maximize your home’s ventilation and air circulation without sacrificing style, there is a modern, low-profile solution that has recently gone viral for its durability and sleek design.

Disneyland Closing Monorail and Roger Rabbit Car Toon Spin For Refurbishment

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 8:44am

Earlier this week, Disneyland officially confirmed the temporarily closure of its iconic monorail and another beloved attraction for a limited time this coming spring.

According to WDW News Today, the world-famous theme park will be shutting down the Disneyland Monorail and Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin beginning March 30, 2026.

As of yet, there's no clear word on when exactly each of the attractions will reopen. With no return date set on the Disney calendar, it's not year clear whether the refurbishments are routine touch-ups or more in-detail design changes.

With the closure of the monorail, many guests might find themselves impacted by the loss of Disney's main on-site transport system, especially those who prefer to enter Disneyland via the Downtown Disney area of the property.

Opening on June 14, 1959, the Disneyland Monorail has long remained one of the key innovations introduced to the theme park industry. The first daily operating monorail in the U.S. Stretching for 2.5 miles across the park, a full trip aboard the monorail typically lasts for about 13 minutes, transporting guests to some of the main hubs inside the park.

Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin, meanwhile, serves as a comparatively newer attraction within Disneyland's Mickey's Toontown area of the park. Opened in 1994 and based on the critically acclaimed film Who Framed Roger Rabbit, the dark ride sees guests interact with many of the foremost characters associated with the 1988 movie, including Jessica Rabbit, Baby Herman, Benny the Cab and (of course) Roger Rabbit himself.

Interestingly, the last time Roger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin closed down in 2021, the attraction saw a significant amount of refurbishments.

Most obviously, the new iteration of the ride introduced a deeper focus around Jessica Rabbit, who is now portrayed as a trench coat-clad private detective battling the criminal underworld in Toontown. The attraction reopened after a three-month closure with the new changes starting December, 2021.

The No. 1 Movie 50 Years Ago Today Gave This Legendary Actor His First Oscar-Winning Role

Fri, 02/20/2026 - 8:35am

If you're heading out to the movies this weekend, you might be ordering tickets for Wuthering Heights, or GOAT, or maybe Send Help. But what were people lining up to see 50 years ago?

On February 20, 1976, the number one movie in the country is still considered a masterpiece of cinema half a century later, according to Variety: The Miloš Forman-directed One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, based on Ken Kesey's 1962 novel of the same name. Not only was the film a commercial success, but it went on to become the first film in four decades to triumph in all five of the major Academy Award categories...giving Jack Nicholson his first ever Best Actor Oscar for the role of Randle McMurphy, a convict sent to a mental institution.

It wasn't Nicholson's first brush with the Oscars — far from it. The actor had already been nominated four other times at that point: Nicholson nabbed his first nomination in the Best Supporting Actor category for 1969’s classic Easy Rider, followed by a Best Actor nod for 1970’s Five Easy Pieces. He was nominated for Best Actor again thanks to his performance in 1973's The Last Detail, and yet again for playing Detective Jake Gittes in Roman Polanski’s Chinatown (1974), according to History.

In January 1975, renowned critic Roger Ebert praised Nicholson's interpretation of his character, writing, "McMurphy is the life force, the will to prevail, set down in the midst of a community of the defeated. And he’s personified and made totally credible by Jack Nicholson, in another of the remarkable performances that have made him the most interesting actor to emerge in the last two decades."

"Nicholson, manically trying to teach basketball to an Indian (Will Sampson) who hasn’t even spoken in twelve years, sometimes succeeds in translating the meaning of the movie and Ken Kesey’s novel into a series of direct, physical demonstrations," Ebert added.

When Nicholson was announced as the winner at the Oscars, he accepted the honor with a speech demonstrating his trademark sense of humor, per the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

"Well, I guess this proves there are as many nuts in the Academy as anywhere else. But, since you gave me the chance, I'm really happy to get an opportunity to thank Saul and Michael and Louise and Brad and Lawrence and Bo, and all of the guys in the company, all of the feebs brigade," he said, adding, "And I'd like to thank Miss Pickford who, incidentally, I believe was the first actor to get a percentage of her pictures." (Prior to the Best Actor category, an honorary award was given to Mary Pickford.)

"And speaking of a percentage, last but not least, my agent, who about ten years ago advised me that I had no business being an actor. Thank you," Nicholson quipped in conclusion.

Thankfully for Nicholson and movie lovers everywhere, he didn't listen to his agent's advice.
