Built in 2006 and situated near the Rhode Island-Connecticut border, the harbor-front property spans 2.75 acres on a quiet dead-end road overlooking Watch Hill Cove.

The historic estate also famously inspired Swift’s 2020 Folklore track “The Last Great American Dynasty,” which tells the story of former owner Rebekah Harkness, an American composer, sculptor, dance patron, and philanthropist who married into the Standard Oil fortune and became one of Rhode Island’s most talked-about socialites.

Memories of Garry Marshall on Pretty Woman

Legendary director Garry Marshall directed Pretty Woman. Upon the film titan's death in 2016, San Giacomo opened up about how special the filming experience was.

“He radiated warmth — it was like being invited into a family,” she told The Hollywood Reporter. “I remember him giving me room to fill moments, giving a direction and then shouting rolling, no time to think too much, really demonstrating to me how much trust he had in what I would come up with on the spot. I felt very honored to have his trust. It’s amazing to think how many people he touched with his humor, generosity and his heart, always at the center of everything was love.”

San Giacomo Appears in Margo's Got Money Troubles

In recent years, San Giacomo has been going strong. Most recently, she had a role in the Apple TV+ series Margo's Got Money Troubles, in which she plays Elle Fanning's character's boss. San Giacomo opened up at the fun role, which is an adaptation of Rufi Thorpe's incredibly popular book.

“I’m such a big fan of everybody in the whole cast. Also, the director, Dearbhla Walsh, is so incredible and she created such a beautiful atmosphere in rehearsal and for shooting, so it was really lovely. I loved the book too," she told Digital Journal. “I loved Rufi Thorpe’s book, so I had a lot of things I could relate to from my perspective of motherhood and simply being a person. Rufi is so beautifully descriptive in conveying feelings that are difficult to describe, so that was lovely."

Faizon Love, who became known for his role in Will Ferrell's Elf, was arrested on Tuesday on charges of contempt of court. Following his arrest without bond, the actor's income has been revealed amid disputes over child support.

TMZ reported on Wednesday, June 17, that the actor had been arrested the day prior in Hillsborough County, Florida. He was charged with two contempt-of-court charges after failing to appear for a previously scheduled hearing. The actor also failed to provide court-requested documents, with details of his arrest being linked to an ongoing paternity case.

According to reports, Love is in a legal dispute with Tiffany Lee, with whom they share a child. She claims the actor owes $250,000, with Love having told a judge upon his arrest that he has no means of paying what he owes. The actor claims he hasn't made any money in recent years.

In reports obtained by TMZ, the highest gross income Love has made in recent years amounts to $13,000. The actor also claims that he made $0 last year. It was also reported that Love told the judge that he had suffered a medical incident that stopped him from appearing at his hearing in April.

The recent arrest is not the first time Love has been in the hot seat and in trouble with the law. In 2014, he posted a series of controversial tweets in the wake of Bill Cosby's sexual assault case. In 2017, the actor was also arrested on a charge of misdemeanor assault involving a valet. The following year, Love was accused by his assistant of sexual assault, with the case later settled.

A few years later, in 2022, Love was accused of sexual harassment by an assistant during her five-month tenure with the actor. The court awarded the assistant $500,00 after Love and his company failed to respond to the complaint. Before his recent arrest in Florida, Love was accused of attacking a female hotel clerk with a credit card machine in February 2025.

Besides Elf, Love was also known for films like Couple Retreat, Friday, and voicing a character in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. His last credited acting role was in 2023 in the film The Last Stop in Yuma County and the TV series The Upshaws.

The sign is pretty much as simple as it gets, with just the name, what it is, and a couple of things it offers. While the sign may not be lighting up, discussion about it certainly is.

More Signage Questions 

While that sign has gotten the boring buzz, the sign at the front of the travel center is also raising questions. It features a mudflap symbol, which is a silhouette of a woman, often striking a suggestive pose. It was originally used as a mud flap on the back of 18-wheelers. Dolly uses the iconic symbol as the logo for her new travel stop brand.

"Who could miss that mudflap-inspired profile of Dolly on top of the building?”

"The one up high for the interstate makes it look like a strip club.”

When Does Dolly's Travel Center Actually Open?

The stop is scheduled to open on June 24th at 2:30 pm in Cornersville, TN.

A weeklong grand opening celebration is planned with food, live music, and giveaways. Samples of Dolly's new coffee brand, "Cup of Ambition," will be served along with food from DLY BBQ. Alison Nichols and Taylor Ocano are scheduled to perform on the main stage along with local acoustic talent.

They also praised Hostin for appearing to review source material and legal documents rather than relying only on the biggest headlines.

Ana Navarro came in second on the fans’ list.

The Reddit user described Navarro as "very plugged in to current events" and said she can usually back up her points with references and data.

Alyssa Farah Griffin, Joy Behar, Sara Haines andWhoopi Goldberg followed in that order.

Sunny Hostin Got Strong Praise

Several commenters agreed with Hostin's placement.

"Agree 100% with your list. Sunny is always on point," one fan wrote.

Another said Hostin "reads everything," responding to a commenter who suggested some of her preparation may come from people speaking in her ear during the show.

"Sunny is an intelligent, educated woman," another fan wrote. "She doesn't need people telling her what to say."

The fan discussion came during another newsy week for The View.

The Reddit thread also included criticism of some cohosts.

One fan wrote that Sara Haines "appears relatively informed" but does not always have enough backing for her arguments.

Another criticized Goldberg, saying she sometimes relies more on broad opinions than specifics.

Those are viewer opinions, not verified assessments of how much work each host does before the show.

Still, the thread shows how closely some View fans follow the panel's approach, especially when the show tackles politics, legal cases and major news stories.

'The View' Is Still Drawing Attention

The debate also comes as The View continues to lead in daytime.

According to an ABC press release citing Nielsen data, the show ranked No. 1 in households and total viewers among daytime network talk shows for the week of June 8.

It's been nearly 15 years since Amy Winehouse tragically died. Gone but certainly not forgotten.

The renowned British singer-songwriter was just 27 when she died on July 23, 2011 due to alcohol poisoning. Three years earlier, she would dominate the Grammy Awards thanks to her iconic album Back to Black, which includes the chart-topper "Rehab."

But Friday, June 19 marks exactly 15 years since one of the last times Winehouse took the stage, kicking off her 12-day European tour with a show in Serbia that wouldn't exactly end well.

The BBC reported on the concert at the time, writing that Winehouse — who had struggled with addiction — was "booed by crowds in Serbia's capital Belgrade after appearing to be too drunk to perform."

"For almost 90 minutes, Amy Winehouse mumbled her way through parts of songs. She sang a few strained notes, before stumbling across the stage and at one point throwing her microphone to the floor," the BBC article continues. "At times she left the stage altogether - her band attempting to fill in. She was frequently booed by the crowd. Many had paid up to €45 (£40) to see her in a country in which wages are some of the lowest in Europe, and their anger was clear."

In other Winehouse news, producer Mark Ronson recently spoke out about their first meeting — which resulted in one of the late legend's biggest hits.

“Amy Winehouse, the first day that I met her, we went and wrote ‘Back to Black,’ the lyrics and the melody, in like 10 minutes,” he revealed on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, going on to describe leaving the room and coming back moments later to hear Winehouse say, “Alright, I’m done!”

“And she sang it and it was just incredible, and that was the first truly great artist I ever worked with, one of the greatest artists, I couldn’t believe it,” added Ronson, 50.

Justin Cary, the bassist in the band  Sixpence None the Richer, has died at the age of 50.

This news comes after Cary suffered a stroke on Thursday, June 11, and was hospitalized in the ICU. He died a week later on Thursday, June 18.

The band’s lead singer Leigh Nash announced the news in an Instagram post.

"‘We sure had a great time’ is an understatement. Thank you, Justin. We love you forever. Please keep his dear Linda close to your hearts. She is our family. There’s never been anybody like Justin. 🙏🏻," the post read.

Fans paid tribute to the bassist, leaving comments on the post.

"He brightened a room whenever he walked in. He will be missed. My sincere condolences 💔," one person wrote.

"So heartbreaking 💔🙏🏽 praying for you all," another person posted.

"This is so heartbreaking. For fans and moreso for family and friends. Thoughts and love to everyone 💜," a fan said.

"💔💔💔I'm so sad to see this news. My thoughts and prayers are with all family and friends," another fan shared.

"There are no words. My heart goes out to you all. He was a true gem of a human. So kind, generous, funny, talented… 💔 Sending love and support," one fan expressed.

A GoFundMe was also set up to help Cary's wife, Linda, after he had two surgeries following the stroke. As of June 19 at 12 p.m., the page had raised over $38,000, with a goal of $40K.

Sixpence None the Richer was formed in 1992, but Cary joined in 1997. Throughout his career, he's appeared on shows including The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show Starring Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Ellen, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Days of Our Lives, and more. Songs he played on have also been in shows and films, including One Tree Hill, A View From the Top, and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.

Last year, we saw the resurgence of perhaps Mike Judge's most renowned project, as King of the Hill returned to our screens. But arguably his most impactful show isn't with Hank Hill, but the mysterious "Cornholio." Initially constructed as animated shorts to play between music videos, the popularity of Beavis and Butt-head spawned an entire series, two separate reboots, and even a pair of feature films. And now, if you're looking to do some of your own sniggering from the couch, the entire show is now available on Netflix, between both the MTV version (labeled "the Mike Judge Collection") and the current iteration on Paramount+.

In August 2018, famed writer Harlan Coben penned a deal with Netflix, ushering in adaptations of a whopping 14 of his novels. Since then, we've seen a myriad of his works on the small screen, including The Stranger, Fool Me Once, and Runaway. Now, a new one arrives in I Will Find You, a tense thriller centered around a man played by Sam Worthington who is falsely imprisoned, accused of murdering his three-year-old son. After spending five years behind bars, new information comes to light that has him staging a prison break, desperate to discover not only who set him up, but if his son is truly alive. Co-starring Milo Ventimiglia (This is Us) and Britt Lower (Severance), if you're a fan of high-octane mystery, diverging narratives, and game-changing twists, you will find I Will Find You a great way to spend the weekend.

Stella Parton, 77, is the younger sister of Dolly Parton, 80. They are part of a family that contained twelve children. Stella started out performing when she was only seven, appearing on a TV program with Dolly, then debuting on the radio two years later.

In 1957, Stella released the song “I Want to Hold You in My Dreams Tonight,” which was her biggest hit. She went on to record over 20 albums throughout her career.

For the first time in nearly 10 years, Stella is releasing new music that has been inspired by the passing of her siblings. Over the last few years, she has lost three of her brothers—David, Randy, and Floyd.

When speaking with PEOPLE, Stella said, "Growing up with so many siblings, we were very emotionally connected, and still are in a real emotional way. It’s a soul connection. So this whole thing was kind of like emotional paralysis for me in a strange sort of way. Grief has really been a writer’s block for me."

She went on to speak about her recent cover of “Stand by Me” by Ben E. King. "It says everything that Floyd and I had said to one another and had been through together," she explained. "Music has always been therapy. It’s like a lifeblood. When you grow up in the songwriting family, that’s kind of what you do."

She continued, "He was so attached to me. And then as I was raising my own son, he would always come through for me if I needed his help. He always stood by me. I always like to say that I knew of all my siblings, Floyd would be the one that would come and help me hide the body. And he knew that I would do the same for him."

Stella revealed that she spent a lot of time looking out for her siblings, calling herself a second mom to Floyd. Her last album, Survivor, came out months before his death in 2018, and she lost inspiration for a while. However, recording covers helped her gain inspiration again.

Stella added, "Losing your parents is one thing… but that’s the natural progression of life. You accept and embrace that change from having parents to being an orphan. But you don’t accept that as easily with a sibling. Siblings are closer than anyone, really, because you’ve had them with you your whole life. I didn’t realize it would be such a painful experience."

Her new album, Nostalgia, which will contain all cover songs, will be released later this year.

Princess Diana's twin nieces, Lady Amelia Spencer and Lady Eliza Spencer, appeared to take a page from their late aunt's fashion playbook during a stylish outing this week.

The Spencer sisters attended Royal Ascot in coordinated blush pink ensembles that immediately called to mind several of Diana's most memorable looks from the 1980s and early 1990s. Both women completed their outfits with statement hats and elegant accessories, a hallmark of the Princess of Wales' signature style during her years as a working royal.

Amelia wore a flowing pale pink dress paired with a dramatic wide-brimmed hat, while Eliza opted for a similarly soft pink look accented with a sculptural fascinator. The coordinated outfits were featured as part of their newly launched collaboration with British fashion brand Holland Cooper.

"Occasionwear designed for standout summer moments," the sisters wrote on Instagram when introducing the collection earlier this month.

"As the summer events season begins, Lady @ameliaspencer15 and Lady @elizavspencer present a modern interpretation of occasion dressing — elevated, effortless and unmistakably British."

The resemblance to Diana's wardrobe is hard to miss.

Several of the princess' most famous royal appearances featured nearly identical shades of pink, including a wide-brimmed pink hat and matching dress ensemble worn during an official visit in the 1980s. Another memorable look paired a structured pink jacket with a coordinating hat, while a third featured a tailored double-breasted dress in a similarly vibrant hue.

Years after their divorce, Dancing with the Stars pros Sasha Farber and Emma Slater are happy to co-exist as co-workers and friends especially as they're now both in relationships.

Speaking on Jana Kramer's podcast this week, Farber shared that he and his new girlfriend, Pretty Little Liars star Janel Parrish, Slater, and her boyfriend, fellow DTWS pro Alan Bersten, recently enjoyed time together at a charity event with no awkwardness whatsoever.

Slater and Farber were married in 2018 and divorced in 2023. She started dating Bersten in 2025. As for Farber, 42, his relationship with Parrish is quite new as the two went Instagram official in April of this year, after rumors of their romance swirled. Parrish, for her part, was married and filed for divorce just after her and Farber's hard launch.

The actress was also a contestant on DWTS for Season 19.  She was partnered with Val Chmerkovskiyand came in third place.

Slater, 37, seems to share the same sentiment as she'll sporadically post cheeky Instagram videos referencing the fact that the two used to be married.

In one post she captioned her clip of Farber saying, "If you can’t handle that exes can be mature and can be friends, I’m sending you love and positive vibes but I also know it’s not my problem to solve 🥰 meant with love, I’ve just healed moved on from that."

When it comes to happiness in retirement, many seniors seem to rely on that old real estate adage: it's all about location, location, location.

At least that's what one 2026 study from Caring.com found in its annual Senior Happiness Index, which measures retiree happiness by looking at factors that contribute to happiness in retirement, like health, social isolation, and average life expectancy. From there, they ranked each U.S. state on a scale from 1 to 10, identifying the places where seniors were the happiest and least happy across the country.

Utah Seniors Are the Happiest in the U.S.

According to the findings, Utah scored a 7.69 on the happiness meter, earning it the top spot on the list. The report says the state mostly won out because of the supportive environment it provides seniors, which was named the healthiest state for older Americans in 2024 and also ranked third-lowest in the percentage of older adults living alone.

Another factor contributing to seniors' overall well-being in Utah? They are more active in their communities. According to a WalletHub survey referenced by Caring.com, 44 percent of seniors in Utah volunteer in their free time, the highest rate in the U.S.

• Delaware

West Virginia has the Unhappiest Residents

To find out where folks were the least happy, we took a look at the WalletHub ranking referenced by Caring.com to see which states ended up on the bottom of the list. And while this methodology accounts for all residents (not just those over the age of 65), it's worth noting that several Southern states made up the bottom of the list, including:

• West Virginia
• Louisiana
• Arkansas
• Alabama

When you consider that many of these states are considered retirement hotspots thanks to favorable tax laws and warmer weather, it's worth paying attention to the things that people say make them unhappy here.

According to WalletHub, it includes both emotional and physical well-being, work environment, and community. While work may not be a top priority for retirees, those other two factors are worth paying attention to, especially if you're planning to move somewhere new in retirement.

That being said, happiness can be subjective. And what one senior may find disappointing—like a lack of community—may be appealing to some retirees looking forward to a quieter retirement that offers more opportunities for silence and solitude.

Some fans of The View know exactly who they want to see back at the Hot Topics table.

In a recent Reddit thread about the ABC daytime show, viewers called for Rosie O'Donnell to return as a guest cohost, especially as the show's 30th season approaches.

O'Donnell cohosted The View from 2006 to 2007 and later returned for another run from 2014 to 2015.

Fans Want Rosie O'Donnell Back

The Reddit thread started with a simple reaction: "Absolutely yes!!!! Rosie needs to guest cohost ASAP."

Other fans quickly agreed.

"Brian- she's open to it. Invite her on for the 30th season next year," one person wrote, appearing to address The View executive producer Brian Teta.

Another added, "INVITE HER ON THIS SUMMER."

One fan wrote, "WE WANT ROSIE!!!"

Another said they would "actually tune back in for that episode."

Some Viewers Pointed to Season 30 Rosie O'Donnell

Several fans brought up the show's upcoming milestone as a reason to invite O'Donnell back.

"Season 30 is coming up, perfect time for her to come back," one person wrote.

Another fan said O'Donnell "deserves the recognition to come back as a guest host, especially during the season 30 celebrations."

O'Donnell remains one of the show's most memorable former cohosts, partly because her time at the table was so eventful.

Her first run included frequent political clashes, including her tense on-air fight with Elisabeth Hasselbeck in 2007.

O'Donnell Has Said She Is Open to It

The fan push comes as O'Donnell has been making more public appearances.

According to Page Six, O'Donnell recently said she would be open to guest-hosting The View but has not been invited.

She also said she still has a "grudge" over the infamous split-screen moment during her 2007 argument with Hasselbeck.

Still, the door does not appear fully closed from her side.

Fans Also Noticed Her Recent TV Plans

Some Reddit users pointed out that O'Donnell is already returning to television in another way.

Jimmy Kimmel recently announced that O'Donnell will be one of the guest hosts filling in on Jimmy Kimmel Live! while he takes his summer break.

For some fans, that made a possible View return feel less far-fetched.

"Kimmel just announced she'll be guest-hosting his show for a week while he's on vacation, so I wouldn't be surprised if we see her at the View table sometime this summer," one person wrote.

Nothing Has Been Announced

For now, there is no confirmed plan for O'Donnell to return to The View.

ABC has not announced any guest-host lineup for the 30th season, and O'Donnell has said she has not been invited.

But the fan interest is clear.

A return would bring back one of the most talked-about personalities in the show's history and give longtime viewers a full-circle moment as The View approaches another major anniversary.

Team Charlie on Outlast: The Jungle struggled the most socially. Many Netflix viewers noticed the arguments only happened between men and women, which made it more uncomfortable.

The season is fully out, and the cast members can talk more freely about their experience. Braxton Fish explained why he thinks the men on his team's behavior wasn't due to sexism.

Sarah Awad and Wes Saunders clashed at the beginning of the game. She accused him of not helping build the shelter after he lay down on the beach. That offended him, and things got worse with time. Team Charlie spoke to Sarah less then voted her out. Braxton addressed the rough start in an Instagram video on June 19.

"The team dynamic at Charlie was obviously extremely intense from the very first moment we all came together," he said. "We're all very different personalities and big personalities. This is a game you have to remember, so I had to choose a side."

He chose Wes, Leiya Pillitteri, and Brett Johnson. But that alliance also fractured with Leiya on the outside.

"And I do not regret the side that I chose because Sarah was a basket case and Leiya did not provide anything that she told us she would initially provide," Braxton continued. "We all had a hand to play in making that shelter. We all were working on that fire every single day. That was the most important thing to any of us."

Leiya was stressed about the fire because she told the team she knew how to make a fire. Braxton claimed the men just wanted a fire and didn't care who did it. The outdoor vlogger said the guys were so excited when they finally got a fire. But Leiya was miserable and affected their excitement.

Braxton Says Team Charlie's Drama Was Funny

"If those girls were guys, we would've done the same exact thing," he claimed. "Like, they did not mesh well with our team. It wasn't the fact that they were girls. I have nothing against girls."

Braxton said he was close to Leiya in the beginning. But he feels like the end of their relationship, when it became negative, was shown more. That included him mocking Leiya when she told Brett that he hurt her feelings. He said he doesn't regret how the end of their relationship played out.

"I am not sorry for the things that I said," Braxton said. "I was playing a game. I was fighting for a million dollars. I was surviving."

Braxton said, "That sh-t was funny, low-key." He said the drama on Charlie was "engaging, captivating, and reality TV at its finest." He said they were honest and he would do the show again.

We'll have to wait and see if anyone from Outlast: The Jungle will appear on another Netflix show. The season of the survival show is now available on Netflix.

Land of the Lost stars Wesley Eure and Kathy Coleman are joining a plethora of vintage television and film stars for Duke City Retro Con, a fan event in Albuquerque, New Mexico, bringing together beloved entertainers from decades past. The convention gives fans a chance to meet their favorite stars, hear behind-the-scenes stories, and celebrate the television shows and movies that helped define an era.

The duo joins celebrities such as Priscilla Presley, Tiffany, Mimi Rogers, and Barry Bostwick, among others, to celebrate their past accomplishments and let fans in on some of their favorite memories from their careers. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear behind-the-scenes stories and meet the stars who helped shape 70s pop culture.

Eure and Coleman, along with Spencer Milligan, starred in the cult classic NBCSid & Marty Krofft series. It ran from 1974 through 1976.

Following this, Eure shared a video where he and Coleman spoke about the event. "See you this weekend," he said, encouraging fans to attend.

Land of the Lost told the story of the Marshall family, who became trapped in a mysterious world filled with dinosaurs, strange creatures, and danger. The adventure series quickly became a Saturday morning favorite.

Eure starred as Will Marshall, while Coleman played his younger sister, Holly. Milligan played the duo's father, Rick.

Land of the Lost was hugely popular, drawing viewers in each week with its exciting adventures. Decades later, the show still holds a special place in the hearts of fans who grew up watching the Marshall family navigate a strange and dangerous world.

Years after the series cemented its place in pop culture, Wesley Eure co-created and developed the beloved PBS children's series, Dragon Tales. The show became a favorite among young viewers and proved that Eure had a knack for creating stories that resonated with kids across generations.

According to Remind Magazine, Spencer Milligan died in 2024 at 86. Ron Harper, who played Uncle Jack Marshall, also died that same year. Philip Paley, who portrayed Cha-Ka, maintains a social media presence and recently posted a tribute to the late Sid Krofft in April of this year.

Some songs refuse to fade away, and Eric Clapton's version of "I Shot the Sheriff" is one of them.

Released in 1974, Clapton's reggae-infused cover of the Bob Marley song climbed to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, giving the legendary guitarist the only solo chart-topper of his career. Three decades later, the song enjoyed a renewed spotlight after being inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame, introducing one of rock's most distinctive hits to a new generation of listeners.

Although Clapton was already one of the world's most celebrated guitarists, "I Shot the Sheriff" stood apart from much of his catalog. Rather than relying on extended guitar heroics, the song emphasized its groove and storytelling, famously featuring no traditional guitar solo.

That unexpected approach helped distinguish it from many of the era's biggest rock hits while allowing its reggae rhythm to remain front and center.

The song was originally written and recorded by Bob Marley and the Wailers in 1973. The lyrics were intended as a metaphor, not a literal murder confession.

"That’s not really a sheriff, it's the elements of wickedness," Marley later said in an interview. "The elements of that song is people been judging you and you can't stand it no more and you explode, you just explode."

After hearing the track, Clapton decided to record his own interpretation for his 461 Ocean Boulevard album, helping introduce Marley's songwriting to a much wider mainstream audience at a time when reggae had yet to break through in the United States.

The gamble paid off.

"I Shot the Sheriff" became the biggest hit of Clapton's solo career and played a major role in the success of 461 Ocean Boulevard, marking a career resurgence after a difficult period in the guitarist's personal life. "To my utter astonishment it went straight to #1," Clapton wrote in his book, Clapton: The Autobiography.

The song also helped open the door for reggae music to reach a broader international audience.

"Ska, bluebeat, and reggae were familiar mediums to me," Claption wrote. "I had grown up hearing them in the clubs and on the radio because of England's growing communities of West Indians, but it was quite new to the Americans, and they weren't as finicky as I was about the way it should be played."

In 2004, the recording received another major milestone when it was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. The honor sparked renewed interest in the song, bringing it back into radio rotation and introducing it to younger listeners through documentaries, retrospective articles and television specials celebrating Clapton's career.

More than 50 years after it first topped the charts, "I Shot the Sheriff" remains one of Eric Clapton’s defining recordings. It proved that one of rock's greatest guitarists didn't need a blistering solo to create a timeless classic, and its enduring popularity continues to show why it remains unlike any other No. 1 hit of its era.

Keith Richards, the legendary guitarist from The Rolling Stones, is now 82. However, the icon is still learning and growing as he ages. During an interview with The Guardian that was published on June 19, the star spoke about one big lifestyle change that he made during the last few years—quitting smoking.

“I tended to listen to my body just before it screamed for help,” the musician, who used nicotine patches to help him give up cigarettes, explained. “I mean, I wasn’t far from the end of the runway before I screamed for help. But you tend to slow down if you want to keep going; you pace yourself. Suddenly, I felt like, after all these years of smoking – because, you know, a man smokes – I was sat around with this silly thing in my mouth thinking: how childish. It was that that put me off more than anything, although I smoke a lot of weed.”

Richards also spoke about this major lifestyle change with PEOPLE. "It's funny, I don't think about it much anymore,” he said. “Sometimes, you know, a bell rings and something inside says, 'Hey pal, enough.' I just put the hammer on it. Luckily, I don't miss it, and that makes me feel good. Until I started rehearsing for the tour last August, and then I realized that I had 10 times more wind.”

He elaborated on this claim when he appeared on the "WTF with Marc Maron" podcast, saying he now has "a lot more air in the lungs and in the voice, more stamina."

Richards hasn’t been shy about his drug use over the years. He was faced with two major drug charges when he was younger, once in Canada and once in England. As reported by Rolling Stone, “Richards was partying at his home on Cheyne Walk in London's Chelsea neighborhood — with guests that included the great Chicago-blues record producer Marshall Chess — blasting reggae records and getting lit. Then the police broke in and turned up heroin, marijuana, Mandrax tablets, a handgun, a rifle and 110 rounds of ammunition. Faced with 25 charges, Richards got off with the help of his ‘brilliant lawyer’ Richard Du Cann.”

According to his autobiography, Life, he didn’t give up cocaine until he turned 62, after falling from a tree and undergoing brain surgery. However, he revealed that he still enjoys drinking in moderation.
