Chipotle just made Super Bowl Sunday even better.

The fast-food chain will be offering customers $1 million worth of free food during the Super Bowl on Sunday, Feb. 8.

Football fans should keep an eye on Chipotle's Instagram account after Bad Bunny's halftime performance and before the third quarter. The company will be posting a reel titled “The Chipotle Realest 30," which will feature a text-to-claim code. The first 100,000 customers to text the code to 888222 will receive a free entrée.

The coupon can be used for a burrito, bowl, quesadilla, salad, or tacos and will be valid until Thursday, Feb. 12.

Chipotle has also launched limited time menu items ahead of the Super Bowl. These items include three types of nacho kits called "The Game Day Nacho Hacks." This exclusive offer will run from Thursday, February. 5 to Sunday, Feb. 8.

"The Game Day Nacho Hacks" include two large bags of chips, two large sides of Queso Blanco, two large sides of guacamole, two large sides of salsa, and two "High Protein Cups" of either Adobo Chicken or steak. Customers can also opt in for a meatless version that includes just the chips, queso, guacamole, and salsa.

The exclusive menu hack can be ordered through the Chipotle app or website while the offer lasts.

Red Lobster just announced a brand-new collaboration that nobody was expecting—the iconic seafood chain is teaming up with Vaseline to bring fans a romantic experience this Valentine's Day.

Now, what exactly is a restaurant that serves lobster, all-you-can-eat shrimp, and fish doing coming together with a self-care brand known for petroleum jelly, you might ask? Well, that was our initial reaction, too. The eatery, however, insists it's a natural fit. "While the partnership may feel unexpected, it is grounded in a simple Valentine’s truth. Red Lobster is
already a date-night staple, known for decadent creations and moments that naturally bring people closer," a press release shared directly with Parade noted.

In celebration of the upcoming February holiday, the brands are debuting the Vaseline x Red Lobster Kissing Booth, a limited-time Valentine’s Day experience taking over select booths at Red Lobster Times Square in New York City from Feb. 10 to 12, 2026. With plans to bring together everything beauty and foodie enthusiasts love about date night, the Vaseline x Red Lobster Kissing Booth "invites patrons to lean in with confidence through a five-course, dining experience especially made for two."

Inside the Kissing Booth, guests can enjoy Red Lobster staples, new Lobsterfest menu items, one dessert, and a choice of two beverages. The Five-Course Kiss features the chain's iconic Cheddar Bay Biscuits, Lobster Flatbread with Maine and langostino lobster, New Lobster Pasta au Gratin, New Lobsterfest Duo with two LobsterChops and roasted Maine tail, and Chocolate Wave Cake.

Vaseline is also releasing a limited-edition Valentine’s Day Lip Therapy trio, including flavors I Love U Berry Much, Do U Accept This Rosé?, and UR Mint For Me, which will also be served during the meal. "The experience all leads up to a final kiss-ready moment with a complimentary Lip Therapy product served as the last course," the release shared.

"It’s all designed to set the mood for what comes next. In a world where kissing in public can still earn a side-eye, Vaseline and Red Lobster are embracing PDA without the cringe and celebrating the moments that deserve a kiss."

Today is World Nutella Day, a global celebration of the iconic spread, and Carvel just announced it's swirling up something special to commemorate it.

On Thursday, the popular ice cream chain announced a partnership with the beloved hazelnut-chocolate spread to create a full menu lineup featuring Nutella flavors from scoop to swirl and everything in between. Although the brand has offered similar creations in the past, this does not appear to be the exact lineup from a decade ago (though it may use the same "delicious" ice cream base).

It's more than just ice cream, according to Carvel. It's a "crave-worthy new way to enjoy the iconic spread," and it will be available only for a limited time this year.

In an official statement shared with Parade, a rep for Carvel revealed its new Nutella collaboration would fill some soft serve machines, be available as a hand-scooped treat, a creamy milkshake, and as a fully decked-out sundae.

Carvel's Nutella Soft Serve starts with the 92-year-old ice cream company's original soft serve recipe that's been updated to include Nutella as an ingredient. It's then topped with a "smooth Nutella drizzle" for a "melt-in-your-mouth goodness" experience.

Similarly, its hand-scooped ice cream also features the hazelnut and cocoa flavors of Nutella, topped with the same Nutella drizzle for a treat to be savored "by the spoonful."

Carvel's Nutella shake starts with its new soft serve that's handspun into a "smooth, creamy" shake that delivers "pure hazelnut with cocoa bliss in every sip." 

And last, but not least, the Carvel's new Sundae Dasher made with Nutella. It's got the new Nutella soft serve, with layers of Nutella spread and Carvel Chocolate Crunchies to create "the ultimate Sundae Dasher." 

The new Carvel x Nutella menu is available now through the end of April at participating locations (prices may vary). The ice cream chain encourages loyal customers to sign up for its free loyalty rewards program, Fudgie Fanatics, to get early access to new flavors and exclusive perks, including a free birthday ice cream, a BOGO sundae offer, and other sweet surprises.

Unfortunately, Carvel's Nutella-infused offerings do not appear to be expanding into the chain's line of ice cream cakes sold at major retailers across the country. That said, to help soften the blow, Nutella and Kinder Bueno ice creams are heading to stores nationwide now, and a brand-new Nutella flavor is set to release sometime this spring.

Gravel-voiced Norwegian powerhouse Jorn Lande, often dubbed the Norse God of Metal by fans, has officially signed with Black Lodge Records, signaling a bold new chapter that already has the rock community buzzing.

The announcement, made February 5, 2026, marks a fresh chapter in Lande’s legendary career.

"In a landmark move for classic hard rock and heavy metal, Black Lodge Records proudly announces the high-priority signing of Jorn Lande, widely regarded as one of the greatest rock vocalists of our time. Jorn’s enduring influence, distinctive voice and proven track record place him at the forefront of a renaissance in hard-hitting, melodic rock," the record company said in a statement posted to its website.

Lande’s career has spanned over 30 years and includes more than 50 releases. He first found success back in 1994 with the Norwegian metal rock band Vagabond. Most recently, he's led his own solo project, JORN, since 2000, but has also collaborated with German supergroup Avantasia and even appeared in video game League of Legends’ fictional virtual metal band Pentakill.

According to the statement from Black Lodge, 2026 will see "a third edition ofJorn’s Heavy Rock Radio concept, featuring Jorn-ified renditions of beloved rock classics and collaborations with leading artists."

The singer’s longtime band lineup—Tore Moren and Adrian SB on guitars, Øyvind Stroenen on bass, Francesco Jovino on drums and Alessandro Del Vecchio on keys—will continue to play a major role in bringing this new era to life.

For years, Lande has been a guiding force in hard rock and metal, not just as a vocalist, but as a songwriter and dynamic performer. Critics and fans alike have praised his range, passion and artistic consistency. Now, this move could usher in one of the most exciting periods of his storied career ­complete with new music, powerful collaborations and electrifying shows.

Ethan Hawke once had a contentious relationship with fellow actor Billy Crudup early in their careers.

Hawke appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallonon Wednesday, Feb. 4, and opened up about how he often was competing against Crudup as a young actor.

"You know what's kind of funny is right behind me, you've got Billy Crudup who happens to be a friend of mine," Hawke said gesturing to Crudup's portrait, as The Tonight Show set had been decorated to resemble the NYC restaurant Sardi's. "But not at first because we used to audition for everything."

He continued, "You know when you're a kid, you think you're against everybody, right? You don't understand that there's room for everybody to find themselves and do their thing." 

Hawke explained that Crudup and himself were often auditioning for the same roles in the early days of their careers.

"I'd see him at every audition. I'd often have to be outside the room and listen to him do the scene before me. And he was so good! It was so irritating!" Hawke told Fallon.

Hawke recalled a time when Crudup was offered a role in a Tom Stoppard play after he had to decline the offer due to scheduling conflicts.

"In fact, I was offered a play once — I think he knows this — and I had to say no to it because I was doing a movie. It was a Tom Stoppard play. And they gave him the part and then his career took off," Hawke said.

He joked, "Sometimes I just want to go back in time and take the part to stop his career." Fallon responded in jest, "Of course! We must stop Billy Crudup! He's too talented!"

Hawke didn't specify which play he was referring to but Crudup's career famously took off after his 1995 Broadway debut in Stoppard's Arcadia.

He then went on to praise his Crudup and work, noting that he is "the real thing" when it comes to acting.

Jelly Rollhad a big night at the 68th annual Grammy Awards earlier this month. The rapper-turned-country music superstar, 41, took home not one, but three trophies in categories that saw him surpassing artists and friends like Kelsea Ballerini, Eric Church, George Strait, Miranda Lambert, and others. 

The beloved superstar nabbed the Grammy for Best Country Duo/Group Performance for his collaboration with Shaboozey on "Amen." He also took home the awards for Best Contemporary Country Album for Beautifully Broken and Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for “Hard Fought Hallelujah” with Brandon Lake.

Although the night proved historic for Jelly Roll — he also marked his first-ever Grammy award win — surprisingly, the Antioch, Tenn., native does not plan on keeping all of the hardware he earned. 

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, the “Need a Favor” singer’s wife, Bunnie Xo, revealed her husband of nearly a decade will donate one of his trophies to the Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center in Nashville. 

"I know he’s gonna give one to the [Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center] in Nashville to give them a little inspiration and let them, you know, have a Grammy to themselves," Bunnie Xo, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, said, sharing a prime example of Jelly Roll’s giving spirit and generous heart. 

No stranger to giving back to his community, she added, "That is my husband. That’s what he does,” emphasizing his good-natured character. 

The Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center is a significant place in Jelly Roll’s past. The facility is where he spent time as a teenager before eventually making a remarkable transformation, finding his faith, and becoming a top-selling country artist. By handing the award to those who are currently in a situation he can recall, Jelly Roll hopes to use his honor as a symbol of hope and redemption to let others know they also have a chance to turn their life around for the better. 

So where will his other two Grammy Awards go? 

"I don’t know what we’re gonna do with the other two, but I’m getting one for sure because I feel like I earned it," Bunnie Xo shared. "Teamwork makes the dream work, baby. But he’s so special."

As Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie's mom, Nancy Guthrie, remains missing following the abduction from her Tucson, Ariz., home, deadlines for two ransom notes have been revealed.

On Thursday, Feb. 5, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanosheld a press conference with the latest updates about the 84-year-old's missing person case. Heith Janke, FBI Phoenix’s special agent in charge, offered more information about the multiple ransom notes, specifically.

One of the ransom notes the FBI received has a deadline of 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5. Meanwhile, a second ransom note's deadline is Monday, Feb. 9. Janke also said that no proof of life or other demands were included in the letters.

"So we are continuing in a normal kidnapping case; there would be contact by now, trying to discuss that," Janke noted. "But those are the time frames we're looking at as we move forward."

He continued, "As with every lead, we are taking it seriously. We are in communication with the family. While we advise and recommend, from a law enforcement perspective, any action taken on any ransom is ultimately decided by the family."

At the same press conference, Nanos revealed that an arrest was made after a fake ransom note was received. "We believe there is no evidence to connect this to Nancy's case," he explained. "It was someone that was trying to profit from it. A total imposter."

Meanwhile, "concerning" details from a ransom note obtained by KOLD-TV emerged after Savannah and her siblings released an emotional video asking for the safe return of their mother.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department (CSPD) launched a search on Feb. 1 for Nancy, describing her as a “vulnerable adult.” She was last seen on the evening of Saturday, Jan. 31, at her home. By the time Feb. 2 rolled around, the PCSD declared her Tucson residence a crime scene; later that day, law enforcement confirmed Nancy was “taken” from her residence “against her will,” in the middle of the night.

On Feb. 3, it was confirmed that blood was discovered at Nancy’s home, but that DNA testing from the crime scene would take several days. (The news conference on Thursday confirmed that the blood on Nancy's porch belonged to her.) On Feb. 4, investigators returned to Nancy’s home with K9 units. An online prayer vigil for Nancy was also held on Feb. 4.

One of Hollywood’s most enduring films is officially coming back to free broadcast television.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, The Wizard of Oz will air on MeTV this October, marking the first time the 1939 classic has appeared on broadcast TV in 30 years.

MeTV has secured exclusive broadcast rights to the MGM musical, which was once a staple of American television. The film last aired on free broadcast television on May 9, 1998, during its final CBS telecast, ending a decades-long tradition that began in 1956 when The Wizard of Oz became an annual event for families gathered around their TVs.

The movie will air multiple times in primetime and throughout October as part of MeTV’s Halloween BOO-Nanza, a monthlong programming celebration featuring classic horror, sci-fi, and family-friendly favorites. The event will include a marquee Saturday night showcase hosted by Svengoolie and The Sven Squad, with The Wizard of Oz positioned as the centerpiece of the expanded lineup.

“The Wizard of Oz is more than a movie; it is a shared American experience that was defined by the annual tradition of gathering around the television set,” said Neal Sabin, vice chairman of Weigel Broadcasting, in a statement. “We are thrilled to bring the film back to broadcast television this October on MeTV. It will be presented without any edits and will be surrounded by surprises we will announce later, making the film the centerpiece of our expanded annual MeTV Halloween BOO-Nanza programming event.”

Directed by Victor Fleming, The Wizard of Oz stars Judy Garland as Dorothy Gale, alongside Ray Bolger as the Scarecrow, Jack Haley as the Tin Man, Bert Lahr as the Cowardly Lion and Margaret Hamilton as the Wicked Witch of the West. Over the decades, the film has become one of the most frequently referenced and celebrated works in American pop culture.

Interest in The Wizard of Oz has surged again in recent years, fueled in part by new screen adaptations of Wicked and the film’s large-scale immersive presentation at Las Vegas’ Sphere. MeTV’s broadcast brings the original movie back to its roots, restoring the communal viewing experience that defined its legacy for generations.

Owned by Weigel Broadcasting, MeTV is available over the air in 98 percent of the country, on select cable and satellite providers, and via streaming services including Frndly TV, Philo, Fubo, DirecTV Stream, and Sling TV. Exact air dates and times for The Wizard of Oz broadcasts will be announced closer to October.

With how cold the weather's been, it's easy to lose track of time and conclude that we still have quite a ways to go until the end of winter.

If it's any consolation, though, Dunkin' is looking ahead to the start of spring with its apparent new menu, as reported by several reliable food bloggers covering the leaked menu on social media.

According to a recent post from Snackolator, Dunkin's upcoming spring menu is specifically looking for fruitier flavors in the form of its new banana-inspired beverage lineup.

This new menu specifically includes such refreshing creations as:

• Banana Puddin' Cloud Latte: Espresso with Banana Syrup and whole milk, topped off with Banana Cold Foam.
• Monkey Business Cloud Latte: Espresso with Butter Pecan Swirl and whole milk, topped off with Banana Cold Foam.
• Berry Daydream Refresher: Berry Acai Refresher mixed with oatmilk and topped with sweet cold foam.
• Banana Daydream Refresher: A traditional Dunkin' Refresher with oatmilk and topped off with Banana Cold Foam.

The recent death of comic actress Catherine O'Hara has left many of us scrambling watch as many of her films and TV shows as possible. Schitt's Creek, Home Alone, A Nightmare Before Christmas, and Beetlejuice are just a few of our favorite show and films by the iconic actress, and, while brilliant, they're only a taste of her legacy.

Currently, many of her performances are available on HBO, Apple TV+, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video, but many Netflix subscribers wish for more content. The Wild Robot, Pain Hustlers, and Best in Show are among those available on the streamer. According to What's on Netflix, subscribers will be happy to learn that five more Catherine O'Hara films have been acquired by Netflix.

The oldest and most bizarre film of the five added is 1985's After Hours. The darkly humorous Martin Scorsese film stars Griffin Dunne, Rosanna Arquette, and Teri Garr. O'Hara's supporting turn as an ice cream truck driver who betrays Dunne's character is one of the film's highlights. The film earned Scorsese a Best Director Award at the Cannes Film Festival and has since become a cult classic.

Three Christopher Guest mockumentaries have also been added to the streaming service: 1996's Waiting for Guffman, 2003's A Mighty Wind, and 2006's For Your Consideration. Guest and Eugene Levy wrote and starred in several mockumentaries together, and O'Hara played a major role in all of them.

In Waiting for Guffman, she played Sheila, a member of a small-town Missouri community theater group and travel agent. She and the rest of the mediocre-talented cast think that someone from Broadway named Mort Guffman will be coming to see their musical.

In A Mighty Wind, Levy and O'Hara are Mitch Cohen and Mickey Crabbe, a former couple who were once a folk duo called Mitch & Mickey. When they split, Mickey married a medical supply salesman, while Mitch had a breakdown he never recovered from. They agree to reunite for a memorial concert, but it's nearly derailed by tension.

For Your Consideration features the cast of a fictional film, Home for Purim, who believe their terrible acting is up for Oscars. Guest had assembled many of the actors from his previous mockumentaries, with O'Hara playing Marilyn Hack. Each of the actors behaves increasingly outrageously as their belief that they're up for prestigious awards intensifies.

The fifth film is 1996's Home Fries, starring Drew Barrymore and Luke Wilson. O'Hara plays Beatrice Lever, one of the film's main villains. After discovering that her husband, Henry (Chris Ellis), was having an affair with Sally (Barrymore), she enlisted her sons to scare him, which caused a heart attack. However, she still wants revenge on Sally, who also happens to be pregnant.

Her son, Dorian (Wilson), gets a job at the fast food restaurant where Sally works to see if she knows what happened to Henry, and he ends up falling for her. O'Hara's turn as the manipulative and vindictive Beatrice is such a departure from the characters we've grown accustomed to her playing, which makes it all the more fun to watch.

Punky Brewster star Soleil Moon Frye is dazzling in a behind-the-scenes video from her recent boudoir photo shoot.

The thriving actress and documentarian, 49, rose to stardom as everyone’s favorite foster child on the iconic '80s TV series, which followed a little girl abandoned in a store by her mother. Brewster is taken in with her golden retriever, Brandon, by her foster parent, Henry Warnimont, a grouchy older man in Chicago. Punky soon warms his heart and turns his world around. Back in January, Frye took to social media to welcome the new year with a set of stunning bathing suit photos. Sporting a white bathing suit and black sunglasses, the brunette beauty went for a dip in a swimming pool and looked like she was having the time of her life.

“Dipping into the new year. 🏝️🩵,” Frye captioned the beautiful photos.

While Frye is always associated with her childhood career, she’s actually a thriving director in adulthood. Last year, she directed Paramount+’s documentary The Carters: Hurts to Love You, about Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter and his siblings dealing with their abusive childhoods. The film was told from the perspective of Angel Carter, who is the last surviving child besides Nick. Their other three siblings, Leslie Carter, Bobbie Jean, and Aaron, all died between 2012 and 2023 from drug-related causes, Variety reported.

Luke Combs will no longer be performing at the 2026 Madden Bowl this weekend.

The 35-year-old country crooner was supposed to headline the event in San Francisco, Calif. on Friday, Feb. 6, but will be unable to make it as he and his wife Nicole are expecting the arrival of their third child soon.

Combs shared the news to his Instagram Story one day before the event on Thursday, Feb. 5, letting his fans know that he is "so sorry" to cancel his performance, while maintaining that "family always comes first."

"Have a great time," he told his followers.

Fortunately, Combs won't be leaving fans high and dry as the event has already secured his replacement in Friday's lineup, now featuring fellow country music megastar, Zach Bryan.

EA Sports announced the lineup change to Instagram on Thursday, writing, "Update: Luke has to hold it down at home with a new one on the way."

"All love for Luke and his family — and we can’t wait to put on an unforgettable #MaddenBowl with @zachlanebryan leading an incredible night of music and football for the fans," the post read.

In addition to Bryan, the event—which is being held at the Chase Center in San Francisco—will also feature performances from Teddy Swims, Stephen Wilson Jr., Gavin Adcock and LaRussell.

As for Combs, he and his wife previously announced that their newest bundle of joy is expected to arrive "this winter," though a specific due date wasn't shared publicly, nor was the sex of the baby.

The couple already shares two sons: Tex Lawrence, 3, and Beau Lee, 2.

NBC’s popular #OneChicago franchise will feature another crossover between all three shows – Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D. on Wednesday, March 4 and the exciting news for fans is that Jesse Lee Soffer and Tracy Spiridakos will return to their Chicago P.D. roles – Jay Halstead and Hailey Upton respectively -- for the occasion.

The night will see Chicago Fire moving into the 8 p.m. timeslot when Firehouse 51 is called to an airfield when a passenger jet suddenly goes silent mid-air, triggering a high-stakes emergency. Their discovery cracks open a bigger and deadlier mystery — one with consequences that could ripple far beyond the runway and put countless lives in jeopardy.

Deadline was the first to report the return of Soffer and Spiridakos, sharing this official description: Upton “returns to her former stomping grounds, but this time on the federal level as a Special Agent of the FBI. She joins her former P.D. allies after a drug enforcement task force case out of her Detroit field office leads her back to Chicago.”

It will turn out that Halstead has “been deep undercover, leading him on a path to the same case that Upton is investigating,” so it will give fans a chance to see the former married couple reunited after their off-screen breakup.

Soffer exited Chicago P.D. in October 22 when dissatisfied with his life in Chicago, he took a break to join an Army group to bring down the Cartel in Bolivia. He never returned, leaving Upton at a loss as what to do. She eventually decided that she, too, would leave the force. Her exit came in May 2024.

“I like to think — and I hope the fans think this too — that he’s just in another country right now, doing what he does best and making the world a safer place. In a family, sometimes somebody moves away or goes to college somewhere else,” Soffer told Varietyat that time about keeping the door open to returning. “I still love it. I still love the fans. And I still love Halstead. Halstead’s always going to be in my blood. That’s never going to change.”

As for Spiridakos, she told NBC Insider at the time of her departure, “It was a really hard decision, and I don’t know that there’s ever a right time. I think I’ve been on the show for just over seven years, like seven and a half-ish years, and I was just wanting to switch it up and kind of see what else was out there. That was really it. I’m so close with everybody. With our producers, Gwen, our writers, our cast, our crew. It was a really difficult and emotional time, for sure."

The #OneChicago crossover event will broadcast 8 p.m. - 11 p.m. ET/PT on March 4 on NBC.

Make no mistake: Simone Bilesis the GOAT when it comes to gymnastics. At the conclusion of the gymnastics competitions at the 2024 Paris Olympics, she was feeling herself (as she should), telling the press, "I can't be more proud of how I've done. I'm 27 years old walking away from this Games with four medals to add to my collection. Not mad about it."

At this point, it's anybody's guess, though in a recent interview with Hoda Kotb, she had this to say about competing in the 2028 Games: "You know, you never say never. The next Olympics is on home turf. So you just never know. I’m just going to relax and see where life takes me."

Biles won four new medals at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris (gold for team, all-around and vault finals and silver for the floor final), but had a tough go at the balance beams, where she and teammate Suni Leeeach took tumbles off the beams and didn't rank within the podium-level.

"Obviously, it wasn't my best performance," Biles said told NBC Sports at the end of the 2024 Olympic gymnastics competitions. "But at the end of the day, whoever medaled, medaled, and that's what's so exciting, because you just never know, it's gymnastics."

That's as far up in the air as Biles gets when she jumps.

When asked about participating in the 2028 Olympics, Biles told reporters on Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024, "Never say never. The next Olympics is at home, so you just never know, but I am getting really old."

While she's still young by anyone's standards, she isn't wrong about her age specifically for her sport: At 27 during the 2024 Games, she was the oldest gymnast to participate in the Olympics in more than seven decades, according to NBC Sports.

The 2028 Olympics will be in Los Angeles, and Biles will be 31 years old if she competes at that time.

Biles made her debut at the 2016 Olympics in Rio when she was 19 years old.

Biles has gone to three consecutive Olympics so far: 2016 in Rio, 2020 in Tokyo (though she later withdrew after a case of the "twisties") and 2024 in Paris.

As of this writing, Biles has 11 Olympic gymnastics medals: seven gold medals, two silver medals and two bronze medals. When her Olympic gymnastics medals are combined with her gymnastics World Championship medals, she is the most decorated gymnast of all time.

If we count just her Olympic medals, she's the most decorated American gymnast of all time, and she's tied for the second-most decorated gymnast ever in the world with Věra Čáslavská of Czechoslovakia, behind only Larisa Latynina of the former Soviet Union, who has 18 total Olympic medals.

As the Sex Pistols approach 50 years as a group, they have collaborated with clothing brand Admiral Sports to celebrate this exciting milestone.

On Thursday morning, the clothing brand announced that they are collaborating with the English punk band on a new football shirt. The top, modeled by football manager Stuart Pierce, is a black short-sleeved collared shirt with the cover art of their debut album, Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols, surrounded by two pins and a patch. The band's debut single, "Anarchy in the U.K.," was released on November 26, 1976, and was a part of that album, which was put out almost a year later.

"Celebrating 50 years since the Sex Pistols’ debut single 'Anarchy in the U.K.,' Admiral have teamed up with the punk icons for the Sex Pistols x Admiral Football Shirt," the sports company wrote as their caption. "Fronted by true football punk Stuart Pearce, the collab is a tribute to an era when punk attitude and football passion collided."

The Sex Pistols immediately gained their fame thanks to "Anarchy in the U.K." Rolling Stone ranked the song in 56th place on their "500 Greatest Songs of All Time" list back in 2004, and it is included in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's "500 Songs That Shaped Rock and Roll." At the time, they were managed by Malcom McLaren, and they gained widespread attention from the British press after swearing live on-air during a TV interview that took place in December 1976.

"Anarchy in the U.K." was recorded a little over a month before the band released it in Wessex Sound Studios in London. The Sex Pistols formed in 1975 by Johnny Rotten, Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock. Their debut album, Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols, was the No. 1 album in the UK and is regarded as one of the best punk rock albums of all time.

Despite their solid start in the music industry, the band went through multiple breakups over the past 50 years. Founding members Jones, Cook and Matlock are still a part of the band, while Frank Carter joins them on tour. Rotten, the band's frontman for many years, left the group for good in 2008.
